Abstract

Tulisan ini menyajikan tentang pengalaman moderasi beragama dengan melibatkan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal masyarakat setempat. Penelitian kualitatif (qualitative research) Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pendekatan etnopedagogi. Di Pesantren, kearifan lokal bukan hal sulit untuk diterapkan karena dalam kehidupan mereka dalam berkomunikasi dengan menggunakan bahasa masyarakat setempat contoh pesantren Shohifatusshofa dan Pesantren As’adiyah berbahasa Bugis karena masyarakat Malangke menggunakan bahasa Bugis dalam berkomunikasi. Pesantren As’adiyah Belawa Baru dan Pesantren Shohifatusshofa telah membawa dampak positif masyarakat plural Luwu Utara. Nilai moderasi diterapkan di pesantren 1)Tawassut (jalan tengah) 2) Tawazun (seimbang) 3) I’tidal (adil) 4) Tasamuh 5) Syura (musyawarah) 6) Islah (reformasi); 7) Tatawwur wa ibtikar (dinamis dan inovatif), 8) Tahaddur (berkeadaban), 9) Qudwatiyah, dll . Dalam model pendidikan serta pengembangan ajaran moderasi beragama di berbagai kalangan Masyarakat. Dakwah yang dilakukan oleh guru/kiai dapat diterima baik oleh masyarakat karena dakwah moderasi Islam yang disampaikan oleh Pesantren Shohifatusshofa dan Pesantren As’adiyah berbahasa Bugis adalah dakwah bercorak kemasyarakatan yang mengakomodasi budaya setempat, dan penyampaian yang penuh hikmah. Selain konsep budaya Sipakatau, Sipakalebbi, Sipakaingge, Sipakatou. Memberi dimensi punya cinta dan kasih sayang terhadap sesama. Sehingga santri harus selalu menghargai kedamaian, senang membantu sesama manusia

Abstract

This study aims to determine the condition of students' digital literacy related to the obstacles and solutions found in the implementation of guidance related to increasing students' digital literacy at SMK Sandikta Bekasi City. This research is a qualitative research that uses a phenomenological approach. Sources of data, namely primary data sourced from school principals, BK teachers, students. Meanwhile, secondary data were taken from documents related to the research. The instrument used in collecting data is the researcher himself who functions to determine and select informants as data sources, analyze data, interpret data, and the instruments in collecting data are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that guidance and counseling was carried out with systematic management starting from planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising, which in the management process was carried out by prioritizing coordination and communication by all school members in integrating behavioral education in daily activities. Guidance and counseling management improves students' digital literacy in designing objectives, materials, strategies and evaluation of learning.

Abstract

Pembangunan karakter bangsa dapat dilakukan melalui pengembangan karakter individu. Namun karena manusia hidup dalam lingkungan sosial dan budaya tertentu, maka pengembangan karakter individu seseorang hanya dapat dilakukan dalam lingkungan sosial dan budaya yang bersangkuta. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah ex post facto, dimana peneliti menghubungkan sebab dan akibat yang tidak dimanipulasi atau ditangani (dirancang dan dilaksanakan) oleh peneliti. Pembelajaran PAI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap karakter siswa, karena nilai p = 0,000 lebih kecil dari 5%. Kriteria korelasinya sangat kuat (ry1,2 = 0,886). Dengan demikian, budaya sekolah dan pembelajaran PAI ada hubungannya secara mandiri atau tidak dengan karakter siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo. Variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi karakter siswa adalah variabel pembelajaran PAI. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis disimpulkan bahwa budaya sekolah dan pembelajaran PAI secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap karakter siswa Madrasah. Terdapat pengaruh positif antara budaya sekolah dan pembelajaran PAI dengan karakter siswa, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa karakter siswa akan meningkat jika budaya sekolah dan pembelajaran PAI di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo.

Abstract

The study describes the concept of harmonization of three educational centers in moral development at UPT SD Negeri 230 Tondok Tangnga, Tanalili District, North Luwu Regency. This research is a qualitative research that uses a pedagogical approach. Sources of data, namely primary data sourced from school principals, PAI teachers, parents of students, the community. Meanwhile, secondary data were taken from documents related to the research. The instrument used in collecting data is the researcher himself who functions to determine and select informants as data sources, analyze data, interpret data, and the instruments in collecting data are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the role of the family as the basis of education, the school as the developer of education and the community as the user. An important role in the development and growth of students, both physically and spiritually, mentally spiritually and physically. The implementation of the harmonization of the Three Education Centers is carried out with close cooperation, it can be seen when parents lay the foundations of education, especially the family in the formation of personality. Then it is developed in a school environment with educational materials in the form of knowledge and skills. The community participates in controlling, distributing and fostering and improving it.

ABSTRAK Mahkamah konstitusi berwenang menguji Undang-Undang Terhadap UUD NRI 1945, sehingga peran institusionalnya sangat besar dalam menentukan berjalannya sistem hukum, putusannya bersifat Erga Omnes artinya bukan hanya mengikat pemohon yang mengajukan Judicial Review melainkan semua warga negara, sangatlah penting bagi hakim konstitusi memperhatikan nilai hukum secara komprehensif agar setiap putusan mahkamah konstitusi memilki nilai kepastian hukum, Undang-undang fidusia menyamakan kekuatan eksekutorial Sertifikat Jaminan Fidusia dengan putusan pengadilan yang Inkracht, Mahkamah Konstitusi memperluas makna persetujuan wanprestasi oleh debitur dalam Putusan Nomor 18/PUU-XVII/2019 dan Nomor 2/PUU-XIX/202, Implikasi dari putusan tersebut mereduksi prinsip kekuasaan kehakiman dan menimbulkan ketidakpastian hukum, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian normatif menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan sebagai acuan analisis problematika norma. Kata Kunci : Mahkamah Konstitusi, Kepastian Hukum, Jaminan Fidusia

Abstract

Acquired Data source of that student covers, formative student essay in work problem that is given at the early cycle. Observation sheet result to measure the result step-up studies student with implemented a model of Information proceedings. The study is executed with Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research is executed at STMIK Eresha with the subject of research student total of 53 students. The implementation of the Mind Mapping learning model in the Islamic Religious Education subject is quite good.  The results showed that at the first meeting the highest percentage of students who answered could reach 96%. Whereas in the second test, it was 97% at the 13-15 meeting. Based on the data, the 13-15 meeting material discussed was the animal excretion system, students felt more difficult with the material than the previous material. The data from the questionnaire results of student responses to the implementation of learning using a learning mind map today can motivate students to learn read the Qur'an. The highest percentage of students who answer can be achieved, reaching 83% at the 7-9th meeting.   Most of the students were actively involved in making Mind Mapping. Collaboration is also carried out to make the best Mind Mapping. Student response to the Mind Mapping learning model is also very high. Most of the students felt interested and challenged to make Mind Mapping, although there were a few students who were less happy about the Mind Mapping learning model.

Abstract

The purpose of the study illustrates that marriage contains good social values in character education. Ethnographic method is the research of the culture of a community. Ethnographic research involves extensive observations of the Bugis community in Tana Luwu, most often through participant observation, where researchers immersed in the daily lives of the community and observed and interviewed participants in the group. Bugis wedding ceremony in the implementation of mappacci or tudampenni means cleanliness of the body and sanctity of the soul. The value of sacredness is clearly seen from the implementation of various special rituals such as bathing refuse bala, reading barzanji things is the value of respect for women. On the other hand, community marriage has character values such as help; It is clearly a social value embodied in this tradition. The concept of help cannot be separated from the principle of gotong royong. Solidarity; The value of solidarity cannot be separated from this tradition. What's more, there has been a value that is maintained in this tradition, namely gotong royong and please help. Communicative; It is one of the most important parts of this tradition, because if there is no communication in any case, then it is very impossible that stage by stage of the implementation of the mappanre temme' tradition will be carried out. Ethics in Bugis culture can strengthen pangedereng (customs) and connect with each other.

Abstract

This study focuses on the issue of the relevance of Bugis culture in creating a tolerant religious community through character education. This is nothing but a contribution to religious tolerance which has recently been eroded due to primordial issues, ethnicity and so on. This research is an qualitative research with ethnography approach. Overall, the authors note that local wisdom of Bugis culture is quite effective, this can be seen in the application inside the classroom and outside the classroom and not an obstacle to creating a tolerant religious community. The local wisdom held in the Bugis culture above in fact has the values of empathy, compassion, togetherness, respect for differences, willing to sacrifice, giving opportunities to others and being patient in acting. In addition, the local wisdom that is cultivated by the Palopo Community, especially the Bugis, when used as the basis for developing character education in universities is in line with the plurality values that characterize this nation. Thus, local wisdom can make universities more characterized and at the forefront in promoting cultural values for progress and development at the national and international levels.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the importance of local wisdom in mitigating domestic conflicts, emphasizing its relevance in contemporary society. The study was motivated by the observation of high rates of post-marital conflicts, including divorce, domestic violence, and infidelity, which pose significant social challenges. Employing a qualitative methodology, the research gathered data through interviews with four categories of informants: The Head of Office, the Head of Islamic Community Guidance and KUA, Traditional Leaders, Husbands and Wives, and Islamic Religious Counselors. Secondary data were sourced from relevant documents to complement the primary data. The findings reveal that marriage guidance rooted in local wisdom significantly enhances the confidence of brides and grooms in their marital life by imparting essential knowledge and skills. Couples who participate in such pre-marital guidance report feeling better prepared to navigate domestic life, thus reducing the likelihood of conflicts. This preparation is crucial in fostering a harmonious (Sakīnah) family environment. The study underscores the efficacy of local wisdom values from Lontarak, which align with societal norms and etiquette, such as Abbulo Sibatang and Ati Maccinong. These values play a pivotal role in the guidance process, promoting understanding and respect within the marital relationship. Consequently, the incorporation of local wisdom into marriage guidance programs emerges as a vital strategy for addressing and preventing domestic conflicts, thereby contributing to the overall stability and well-being of families.

Abstract

The research aims to explore the concept of local wisdom education with the tudassipung (sitting together) model. This study uses a qualitative method with an ethnopedagogical approach. The technique of collecting data through interviews, interviewed informants came from several groups, from academics (lecturers) as many as 6 people, students from several ethnic groups, 4 from Toraja, 4 from Rongkong, 9 from Bugis and 8 from students. Researchers also interviewed 6 community leaders. The result of the research is that learning Islam and local wisdom using the tudassipulung model is quite effective. This can be seen from the assessment of 5 (five) aspects, namely attitudes, interests, self-concept, values, and morals with 5 levels, namely: receiving, responding, valuing, organization, characterization
