Abstract

Salah satu solusi pengeleloan keuangan umat Islam yang berbasis syariah karena di dalamnya terdapat prinsip kegiatan, tujuan dan kegiatan usahanya berdasarkan Alquran dan Hadis. Maqashid syariah dalam Koperasi khususnya harus lebih ditingkatkan. Lebih-lebih, dalam teori dan praktik ekonomi Syariah lainnya. Secara umum, koperasi Kementerian Agama sudah menerapkan maqashid syariah yaitu mejaga agama, menjaga jiwa, menjaga akal, menjaga keturunan dan menjaga harta. Koperasi sudah menjadikan Maqashid syariah menjadi landasan utama dalam praktik muamalah pada koperasi Republik Indonesia; Pada dasarnya metode-metode tersebut bermuara pada upaya penemuan maslahat, dan menjadikanya sebagai alat untuk menetapkan hukum yang kasusnya tidak disebutkan secara eksplisit dalam Al-Quran maupun Sunnah. Terdapat dua metode ijtihad yang dikembangkan oleh para mujtahid dalam upaya menggali dan menetapkan maslahat. Kedua metode tersebut adalah: Pertama metode Tall (metode analisis substantif) yang meliputi Qiys dan Istihsn. Kedua metode Istishlh (Metode Analisis Kemaslahatan) yang meliputi Al-mashlahah al-Mursalah dan al-dzarah baik kategori sadd al-dzarah maupun fath al-dzarah. Pengelolaanya tersebut tidak ditemukan unsur-unsur riba, gharar, maysir dan sejenisnya. Selain itu, dalam pengelolannya harus senantiasa memperhatikan fatwa-fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN).

Abstract

This study focuses on the issue of the relevance of Bugis culture in creating a tolerant religious community through character education. This is nothing but a contribution to religious tolerance which has recently been eroded due to primordial issues, ethnicity and so on. This research is an qualitative research with ethnography approach. Overall, the authors note that local wisdom of Bugis culture is quite effective, this can be seen in the application inside the classroom and outside the classroom and not an obstacle to creating a tolerant religious community. The local wisdom held in the Bugis culture above in fact has the values ​​of empathy, compassion, togetherness, respect for differences, willing to sacrifice, giving opportunities to others and being patient in acting. In addition, the local wisdom that is cultivated by the Palopo Community, especially the Bugis, when used as the basis for developing character education in universities is in line with the plurality values ​​that characterize this nation. Thus, local wisdom can make universities more characterized and at the forefront in promoting cultural values ​​for progress and development at the national and international levels.

Abstract

The purpose of the study illustrates that marriage contains good social values in character education. Ethnographic method is the research of the culture of a community. Ethnographic research involves extensive observations of the Bugis community in Tana Luwu, most often through participant observation, where researchers immersed in the daily lives of the community and observed and interviewed participants in the group. Bugis wedding ceremony in the implementation of mappacci or tudampenni means cleanliness of the body and sanctity of the soul. The value of sacredness is clearly seen from the implementation of various special rituals such as bathing refuse bala, reading barzanji things is the value of respect for women. On the other hand, community marriage has character values such as help; It is clearly a social value embodied in this tradition. The concept of help cannot be separated from the principle of gotong royong. Solidarity; The value of solidarity cannot be separated from this tradition. What's more, there has been a value that is maintained in this tradition, namely gotong royong and please help. Communicative; It is one of the most important parts of this tradition, because if there is no communication in any case, then it is very impossible that stage by stage of the implementation of the mappanre temme' tradition will be carried out. Ethics in Bugis culture can strengthen pangedereng (customs) and connect with each other.

Abstract

This research aims to illustrate the integration between revelation and the local culture of the Sengkang city community. This research uses qualitative research with historical and anthropological approaches. The tradition of Mappanre Temme', also known as Mappanre Lebbe, is a traditional event of Khataman al-Qur'an conducted by the Bugis community as a form of worship because one of the family members has been ready or has finished reading the Holy Qur'an. Mappanre Temme' implemented maccera, which means as a thank you to ustadz (teacher) and hand over foodstuffs, and as a thank you to parents by slaughtering cows, goats, or chickens, depending on the level of community performance. Maccera can be livestock or foodstuffs such as rice, coconut, and bananas. The phenomenon of Mappanre Temme' is always hereditary by the people of Sengkang city, Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi is not only a culture that appears just like that. But this tradition arises because it is inspired by a hadith, as a form of practice from the companions of the Prophet, referred to as the mauquf hadith, which later developed into a tradition inherent in society.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low performance of teachers in an educational institution. This was caused by the leadership of the principal who did not play a role. The role of transformational leadership has an impact on good teacher performance, it turns out that it is dominated by a liking for leadership, so that they feel comfortable at work. Therefore, this study aims to explain the role of transformational leadership of school principals in improving the performance of teachers at the Shohifatusshofa Rawamangun Islamic Boarding School and to determine the role of transformational leadership of school principals in improving teacher performance at the Shohifatusshofa Islamic Boarding School Rawamangun. In addition, good teacher performance is also influenced by continuous and consistent rewards and punishments from superiors to subordinates, so that teachers who are really creative and good feel valued and teachers whose performance is not good feel constantly supervised.Keywords: transformational leadership; teacher performance; islamic boarding schools Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kinerja guru yang rendah pada sebuah lembaga pendidikan. Hal itu disebabkan oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang kurang berperan. Peran kepemimpinan transformasional berdampak kinerja guru yang baik ternyata didominasi oleh rasa suka terhadap kememimpin, sehingga mereka merasa nyaman dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru Pesantren Shohifatusshofa Rawamangun dan untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di Pesantren Shohifatusshofa Rawamangun. Di samping itu, performa kinerja guru yang baik tersebut juga dipengaruhi oleh adanya reward dan punishment dari atasan ke bawahan dengan continue dan konsisten, sehingga guru yang benar-benar kreatif dan baik merasa dihargai dan guru yang kinerjanya kurang bagus merasa terus terawasi.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan transformasional; kinerja guru; pesantren

Abstract

AbstrakPola Strategi pengembangan Pondok Pesantren di Malangke, strategi pengembangan pesantren adalah cara atau srategi yang digunakan oleh wadah atau tempat guna proses suatu perubahan berencana yang memerlukan dukungan semua pihak, anatara lain Kepala, staff, guru, dan siswa dengan perubahan-perubahan itu diharapkan dapat mengembangkan dan meningkatkan lembaga pendidikan, yang memerlukan usaha jangka pendek, menengah, dan panjang guna menghadapi perubahan yang akan terjadi pada masa mendatang. Peluang dan tangan pengembangan Pesantren di Luwu Utara,  terdapat Undang-undang Nomor 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, yang beberapa pasalnya menekankan penyelenggaraan pendidikan keagamaan, seperti, pasal 30 ayat (1) dan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 55 Tahun 2007 tentang Pendidikan Agama dan Pendidikan Keagamaan pada pasal 1 ayat (2) tentang Pendidikan Agama dan Pendidikan Keagamaan yang didalamnya secara tegas dikemukakan bahwa pondok pesantren menyelenggarakan pendidikan diniyah pada tingkat dasar dan menengah, tergolong dalam sub sistem pendidikan Nasional di Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk mencerdaskan bangsa, menjadikan manusia yang beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, sehat, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri dan menajdi warga negara yang demokratis serta bertanggung jawab. Sedangkan tantangan ada beberapa hambatan 1)Sistem kurikulum yang lebih modern, sehingga pesantren ketinggalan jauh dari sekolah umum, 2) Kurangnya anggaran dan sumber pendanaan disebabkan oleh kurang siswa. 3) adanya sebagian orang tua tidak tertarik menyekolahkan anak di sekolah Pesantren.Kata kunci:      Pengembangan, Pondok Pesantren As’addiyah.  AbstractThe pattern of the development of Islamic boarding schools in Malangke, the strategy of developing pesantren is the method or strategy used by the place or place for the process of planning changes that require the support of all parties, among others, the Head, staff, teachers and students are expected to develop and improving educational institutions, which require short, medium and long-term efforts to deal with changes that will occur in the future. Opportunities and hands for the development of Islamic boarding schools in North Luwu, there is Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, some of which emphasize the implementation of religious education, such as article 30 paragraph (1) and Government Regulation (PP) Number 55 of 2007 concerning Education Religion and Religious Education in Article 1 paragraph (2) concerning Religious Education and Religious Education in which it is expressly stated that Islamic boarding schools conduct early childhood education at the elementary and secondary levels, belonging to the national education sub-system in Indonesia which aims to educate the nation, make humans who have faith and devotion to the Almighty God, are noble, healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent and become a democratic and responsible citizen. While the challenges are several obstacles 1) A more modern curriculum system, so that pesantren lag far behind public schools, 2) The lack of budgets and funding sources is caused by lack of students. 3) there are some parents who are not interested in sending their children to school in Islamic boarding schools.Keywords:        Development, As'addiyah Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the condition of students' digital literacy related to the obstacles and solutions found in the implementation of guidance related to increasing students' digital literacy at SMK Sandikta Bekasi City. This research is a qualitative research that uses a phenomenological approach. Sources of data, namely primary data sourced from school principals, BK teachers, students. Meanwhile, secondary data were taken from documents related to the research. The instrument used in collecting data is the researcher himself who functions to determine and select informants as data sources, analyze data, interpret data, and the instruments in collecting data are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that guidance and counseling was carried out with systematic management starting from planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising, which in the management process was carried out by prioritizing coordination and communication by all school members in integrating behavioral education in daily activities. Guidance and counseling management improves students' digital literacy in designing objectives, materials, strategies and evaluation of learning.

Abstract

Tulisan ini menyajikan tentang pengalaman moderasi beragama dengan melibatkan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal masyarakat setempat. Penelitian kualitatif (qualitative research) Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pendekatan etnopedagogi. Di Pesantren, kearifan lokal bukan hal sulit untuk diterapkan karena dalam kehidupan mereka dalam berkomunikasi dengan menggunakan bahasa masyarakat setempat contoh pesantren Shohifatusshofa dan Pesantren As’adiyah berbahasa Bugis karena masyarakat Malangke menggunakan bahasa Bugis dalam berkomunikasi. Pesantren As’adiyah Belawa Baru dan Pesantren Shohifatusshofa telah membawa dampak positif masyarakat plural Luwu Utara. Nilai moderasi diterapkan di pesantren 1)Tawassut (jalan tengah) 2) Tawazun (seimbang) 3) I’tidal (adil) 4) Tasamuh 5) Syura (musyawarah) 6) Islah (reformasi); 7) Tatawwur wa ibtikar (dinamis dan inovatif), 8) Tahaddur (berkeadaban), 9) Qudwatiyah, dll . Dalam model pendidikan serta pengembangan ajaran moderasi beragama di berbagai kalangan Masyarakat. Dakwah yang dilakukan oleh guru/kiai dapat diterima baik oleh masyarakat karena dakwah moderasi Islam yang disampaikan oleh Pesantren Shohifatusshofa dan Pesantren As’adiyah berbahasa Bugis adalah dakwah bercorak kemasyarakatan yang mengakomodasi budaya setempat, dan penyampaian yang penuh hikmah. Selain konsep budaya Sipakatau, Sipakalebbi, Sipakaingge, Sipakatou. Memberi dimensi punya cinta dan kasih sayang terhadap sesama. Sehingga santri harus selalu menghargai kedamaian, senang membantu sesama manusia

Abstract

Pembangunan karakter bangsa dapat dilakukan melalui pengembangan karakter individu. Namun karena manusia hidup dalam lingkungan sosial dan budaya tertentu, maka pengembangan karakter individu seseorang hanya dapat dilakukan dalam lingkungan sosial dan budaya yang bersangkuta. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah ex post facto, dimana peneliti menghubungkan sebab dan akibat yang tidak dimanipulasi atau ditangani (dirancang dan dilaksanakan) oleh peneliti. Pembelajaran PAI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap karakter siswa, karena nilai p = 0,000 lebih kecil dari 5%. Kriteria korelasinya sangat kuat (ry1,2 = 0,886). Dengan demikian, budaya sekolah dan pembelajaran PAI ada hubungannya secara mandiri atau tidak dengan karakter siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo. Variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi karakter siswa adalah variabel pembelajaran PAI. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis disimpulkan bahwa budaya sekolah dan pembelajaran PAI secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap karakter siswa Madrasah. Terdapat pengaruh positif antara budaya sekolah dan pembelajaran PAI dengan karakter siswa, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa karakter siswa akan meningkat jika budaya sekolah dan pembelajaran PAI di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo.

Abstract

The study describes the concept of harmonization of three educational centers in moral development at UPT SD Negeri 230 Tondok Tangnga, Tanalili District, North Luwu Regency. This research is a qualitative research that uses a pedagogical approach. Sources of data, namely primary data sourced from school principals, PAI teachers, parents of students, the community. Meanwhile, secondary data were taken from documents related to the research. The instrument used in collecting data is the researcher himself who functions to determine and select informants as data sources, analyze data, interpret data, and the instruments in collecting data are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the role of the family as the basis of education, the school as the developer of education and the community as the user. An important role in the development and growth of students, both physically and spiritually, mentally spiritually and physically. The implementation of the harmonization of the Three Education Centers is carried out with close cooperation, it can be seen when parents lay the foundations of education, especially the family in the formation of personality. Then it is developed in a school environment with educational materials in the form of knowledge and skills. The community participates in controlling, distributing and fostering and improving it.
