Abstract

Almost all factories use an automation system because the results are the fastest and better quality. Of course, these are the main factors in utilizing this automation system. However, in-home industries such as satay stalls, it is rare to find this automation technology. So we need a tool that is capable of baking the satay automatically. The solution was obtained by creating a roasting arm robot capable of engineering the satay roasting process based on the 28BYJ-48 stepper motor mechanism and the MG996R servo motor with Arduino UNO based control. This research is qualitative, quantitative experimental research fan. Data were collected by direct observation of the tools and interviews with satay traders. The results show that the roasting arm robot can carry out its duties optimally.

Abstract

Electrical energy is included in the primary needs of humans in this era, where in this modern era, almost all equipment is electronic based so that the need for electrical energy is very large. In Indonesia, there is a company that is in charge and responsible for processing and distributing electricity to the public, namely PLN or more specifically the Substation. To distribute electricity at this substation, there are primary equipment that functions as a transmission regulator, one of which is a power breaker (PMT). PMT is one of the important assets in the reliability of the electricity system at the substation, so periodic testing and maintenance is very necessary. Testing and maintenance on PMT are very diverse from insulation resistance testing, simultaneous testing (Breaker Analyzer), SF6 gas characteristic testing, and PMT contact resistance testing. This contact resistance test is carried out to determine the resistance value of the PMT contact, from the resistance value obtained it can also be seen for the value of the power loss generated by the PMT when operating.

Abstract

We report how the prepare red amaranth extract. In this study, red amaranth extract was made using the maceration method. Energy is one of the basic needs for human life. One alternative to overcome the electricity crisis is the use of solar energy. Development of solar cells continues, until now many researchers are modifying basic materials using dyes commonly called Dye Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSC). This DSSC has great potential to be developed. Dyes commonly used as doping are synthetic and natural dyes. In this study using red spinach or red amaranth because red spinach has a pigment that can be used to substitute for synthetic colors. So far there has been no in-depth study examining the optical properties of the dye red amaranth extract material. Therefore, this research has carried out a study of the fundamental optical properties of the dye red amaranth extract material. Red amaranth extract caracterized by UV Vis and FTIR spectroscopy. Red amaranth absorbance occurs at wavelength of 432 nm and 663 nm.

Abstract

ABSTRAKImplementasi energi baru terbarukan merupakan alternatif pemanfaatan energi untuk mengurangi penggunaan energi fosil dan mendukung penghematan energi. Edukasi pemanfaatan energi merupakan kebutuhan khususnya pada lembaga pendidikan. Kegiatan PkM dalam menunjang peningkatan pengetahuan tentang konversi energi akan memberikan nilai tambah pada mitra yaitu lembaga pendidikan di tingkat yang berbeda. Tujuan kegiatan PkM adalah memberikan kegiatan edukasi tentang pemanfaatan energi matahari dan angin dalam mengimplementasikan teknologi konversi energi dan pemantauan energi dengan teknologi Internet of Things. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PkM dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap yaitu kegiatan sosialisasi materi terkait edukasi sistem pembangkit listrik, kegiatan workshop perakitan PLTS dan pembuatan modul pembelajaran tentang konversi energi dan hibah produk hasil PkM. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan pelaksanaan terlaksana sesuai dengan rencana dan jadwal yang ditetapkan dan mitra mendapatkan kebermanfaatan dari hasil pelaksanaan PkM. Kata kunci: konversi energi; pemantauan energi; IoT. ABSTRACTThe implementation of new and renewable energy is an alternative energy use to reduce the use of fossil energy and support energy savings. Energy utilization education is a necessity, especially in educational institutions. PkM activities in supporting increased knowledge about energy conversion will provide added value to partners, namely educational institutions at different levels. The purpose of the PkM activity is to provide educational activities on the use of solar and wind energy in implementing energy conversion technology and energy monitoring with Internet of Things technology. The method of implementing PkM activities is carried out in several stages, namely socializing materials related to electricity generation system education, PV mini-grid assembly workshops and making learning modules on energy conversion and product grants resulting from PkM. The results of the activity show that the implementation is carried out according to the plan and schedule set and partners benefit from the results of the PkM implementation. Keywords: energy conversion; energy monitoring; IoT.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic, which has been around for more than a year, has limited aspects of life, one of which is education. The learning process that should be carried out face-to-face, then switches to online or face-to-face. The PKM (Community Service) activity "Improving the Competency of Graduates of SMK Taruna Karya 1 Karawang in the field of Fiber Optic Transmission networks in order to meet Competency Standards according to SKKNI" involves school partners of the Karawang Regency Vocational School. Fiber optic cable has many advantages in distributing data. So it is necessary to conduct lessons and workshops on the use of fiber optic cables using DWDM technology. In this activity, partners will be given workshops on fiber optic cables, various theories about fiber optic cables and learning modules that are compiled and adapted based on SKKNI standards in fiber optic installations as learning media with the self learning method, because fiber optic cables are very different from copper cables. In general, the purpose of this service is: 1) Providing knowledge to students of SMK Taruna Karya 1 Karawang about Fiber Optic, 2) students can be more familiar with fiber optics, 3) TKJ students of SMK Taruna Karya 1 Karawang have Fiber Optic competence. The method in this community service activity is carried out by holding learning and providing teaching materials for learning with the self-learning method

Abstract

Navigasi udara merupakan kegiatan untuk memandu atau mengarahkan transportasi udara dari satu tempat ke tempat yang lain agar tidak keluar dari jalurnya. peralatan navigasi yang diperlukan dan memiliki kemampuan yang tidak terbatas (kontinu) untuk memandu pesawat menuju bandara adalah DVOR. DVOR merupakan alat bantu atau fasilitas navigasi penerbangan yang mampu memancarkan sinyal radio gabungan, termasuk kode morse dan data yang dapat memungkinkan peralatan receiver pada pesawat memeproleh magnetic bearing dari station ke pesawat terbang yang menggunakan frekuensi karena adanya efek doppler. DVOR ini beroperasi dengan maksud untuk memberikan informasi azimuth atau arah pesawat terhadap ground station kepada penerbang.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu contoh peralatan alat bantu navigasi yang disebut dengan Instrument Landing System (ILS) sebagai alat bantu pendaratan pesawat yang memberikan informasi pada penerbangan dalam melakukan proses pendaratan pesawat. ILS memancarkan sinyal panduan berupa peralatan localizer pada saat pesawat berada di jarak 25 Nauctical Miles untuk menunjukan posisi pesawat pada Center Line Runaway, kemudian saat pesawat berada pada jarak 10 Nauctical Miles peralatan Glide Path akan memancarkan sinyal panduan informasi sudut pendaratan yaitu 3° dari permukaan tanah atau Center Line Runaway. Kemudian dengan pancaran informasi tersebut  memancarkan frekuensi 90 dan 150 Hz. Peralatan Instrument Landing System (ILS) adalah salah satu peralatan radio navigasi penerbangan yang berfungsi sebagai alat bantu pendaratan yaitu berupa radio navigasi penerbangan yang berfungsi sebagai alat bantu pendaratan yaitu berupa radio pemancar yang dilengkapi dengan monitor.

Abstract

Energi baru dan terbarukan (EBT) mempunyai peran penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan energy yang ramah lingkungan. Indonesia berada pada jalur khatulistiwa yang diberkahi energy matahari berlimpah. Sebagian besar pemanfaatan energy surya menggunakan panel surya. Pada penelitian ini pemanfaatan energy surya ini memanfaatkan hybrid generator thermoelektrik panel surya thin SF 170-S CIS 170 Watt. Dengan memanfaatkan perbedaan suhu untuk menghasilkan listrik, yakni suhu panas radiasi matahari dengan suhu udara, selain itu hybrid ini menjadikan lebih variatif dan optimal dalam pemanfaatan tenaga surya ini. dari satu modul yang dipasag 1 modul TEG SP1848 diperoleh energy sebesar 83,56 kWh per hari dalam waktu peak hour, dan equal sun hour sekirat 4 jam maka diperoleh energy 334,24kWH perharinya.

Abstract

Solar energy is the most beneficial renewable energy, because it is not limited, not called by geographical location, and not environmental pollution. Solar energy can be converted into electrical energy using Solar Cells. Dye Sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC) is a form of renewable energy with several advantages, such as low fabrication costs and high photoelectric efficiency. The structure of the DSSC device consists of five components, namely conductive substrate, semiconductor filmization, sensors, redox in the form of electrolytes and opposing electrodes. The proper use of semiconductor materials and photosensitizers can produce high photoelectric power. Included in the DSSC application, dyestuff is a component that has an important role. In this study, dye extraction was done using red spinach leaves (Amaranthus gangeticus) with maceration techniques. Red spinach is one potential that can be developed into dyes because the red color of spinach contains natural pigments. Red spinach extract uses maceration techniques because of simple and sophisticated workmanship that is simple. The results of the red spinach extract were then tested using UV-Vis, FTIR, and cyclic voltammetry.

Abstract

Various types of culinary delights in various regions of the country of Indonesia, including meatball culinary, are very popular with the Indonesian people because of their distinctive shape and good taste. This meatball molding machine is built for automatic round meatball mold production. The main control on this machine uses PLC outseal control to move the actuators that support the process of producing meatballs on the machine. In the process of printing meatballs on the machine, it is taken from the delay time system on the electric components of the conveyor DC motor and the delay of the dough pressing DC motor on the funnel. The delay of the DC motor for pressing the dough on the funnel is 8 seconds while the delay of the DC conveyor motor is 2.74 seconds so that printing 1 meatball on the machine requires a delay of 10.74 seconds with a meatball production machine capacity of 300 pieces meatball in 1 hour. Beragam jenis kuliner berbagai wilayah negara indonesia termasuk kuliner bakso sangat digemari oleh masyarakat indonesia dikarenakan bentuknya yang khas dan memiliki citarasa yang baik. Mesin pencetak bakso ini dibangun untuk produksi cetak bulat bakso secara otomatis. Kendali utama pada mesin ini menggunakan kendali outseal PLC untuk menggerakkan aktuator yang mendukung untuk proses memproduksi bakso pada mesin. Dalam proses mencetak bakso pada mesin diambil dari sistem waktu delay pada komponen listrik motor DC konveyor dan delay motor DC penekan adonan pada corong.  Delay motor DC penekan adonan  pada corong sebesar 8 detik sedangkan delay motor DC konveyor sebesar 2,74 detik sehingga dalam mencetak 1 bakso pada mesin ialah membutuhkan delay 10,74 detik dengan kapasitas mesin produksi bakso sebanyak 300 buah bakso dalam 1 jam.
