Abstract

ABSTRAKBPJS kesehatan merupakan perlindungan berupa jaminan sosial untuk melindungi masyarakat Indonesia dari masalah kesehatan. Masalah kesehatan pada masa ini membutuhkan biaya yang besar. Tenaga kerja perlu mendapat perhatian dan perlindungan dari resiko sakit atau kecelakaan kerja yang dapat menyebabkan menurunnya tingkat produktivitas. Oleh karena itu pemerintah didalam UU Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja mewajibkan pengusaha untuk mendaftarkan pekerjanya untuk mengikuti program-program jaminan yang diberlakukan salah satunya program jaminan pemeliharaan kesehatan yang akan bertransformasi kedalam program BPJS. Perkembangan jumlah perusahaan yang beropersi di Kota Mataram dan telah terdaftar pada PT. Jamsostek dari tahun 1993 sampai dengan tahun 2012 sebanyak 1595 unit perusahaan. Masih ada beberapa 101 unit perusahaan yang tidak aktif. Hal ini disebabkan karena masih rendah kepesertaan pekerja formal swasta dari perusahaan menengah, kecil dan mikro di Kota Mataram. Dalam hal ini peserta belum mengetahui manfaat dari jaminan social, tidak mengetahui kepengurusan kepesertaan, iuran yang harus dibayarkan dan pelayanan kesehatan yang diterima sebagai peserta program jaminan social. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya sosialisasi yang dilakukan terkait masalah kepesertaan, iuran dan pelayanan kesehatan yang diperoleh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan perusahaan dalam pelaksanaan BPJS. Jenis penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner pada 113 unit perusahaan dan pimpinan perusahaan sebagai responden. Data penelitian diolah secara kuantitatif dengan uji univariat, bivariat dan multivariate dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden berpendidikan D3 (27,4%), jenis usaha menurut tingkat pendapatan perusahaan tertinggi usaha micro (64,6%), jenis usaha bila dilihat dari jumlah tenaga kerja termasuk dalam usaha kecil sebesar (90,3%). Berdasarkan pengelompokkan jawaban diperoleh hasil bahwa pengetahuan kurang baik (52,2%), karakteristik inovasi kurang baik (50,4%), saluran komunikasi baik (52,2%), system social kurang baik (54%), promosi agen pembaharuan kurang baik (50,4%) dan kesiapan perusahaan dengan tidak siap (54%). Hasil analisis hubungan menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan (p=0,0001, r =0,898 ), karakteristik inovasi (p=0,0001, r = 0,888), saluran komunikasi (p=0,0001, r = 0,886), system social (p=0,0001, r = 0,894) dan promosi agen pembaharuan (p=0,0001, r = 0,704) dengan kesiapan perusahaan. Hasil analisis pengaruh bersama-sama berdasarkan nilai p value d” 0,05, F = 223,404 didapatkan bahwa pengetahuan, karakteristik inovasi, saluran komunikasi dan system social berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kesiapan perusahaan dalam pelaksanaan BPJS. Disarankan untuk melakukan sosialisasi pada perusahaan. Didalam lingkungan perusahaan penyampaian informasi dengan komunikasi interpersonal. Until 2010, many companies in Mataram City had not been a member of social insurance for workers because there was a lack of socialization in terms of the importance of health insurance for companies’ sustainability. This research aimed to identify factors influencing readiness of companies in implementing Social Insurance Organizing Body.This was analytic survey with cross-sectional approach. Samples were 113 company managers. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the methods of univariate, bivariate, and multivariate (Linear Regression test). The result of this research revealed that percentage of respondents graduated from Diploma III was 27.4%, type of business based on the highest income level of a micro business (64.6%), and type of small business based on number of employees (90.3%). In addition, mostly respondents had low knowledge (52.2%), bad characteristics of innovation (50.4%), good communication channel(52.2%), bad social system (54%), bad promotion of reforming agent (50.4%), and unready company (54%). Furthermore, variables of knowledge (p=0.0001, r=0.898), characteristics of innovation (p=0.0001, r=0.888), communication channel (p=0.0001, r=0.886), social system (p=0.0001, r=0.894), and promotion of reforming agent (p=0.0001, r=0.704) had significant correlation with readiness of companies in implementing Social Insurance Organizing Body. Multivariate analysis showed that variables of knowledge, characteristics of innovation, communication channel and social system jointly influenced readiness of companies (F test= 223.404). As a suggestion, dissemination of information needs to be conducted among companies. Additionally, providing information in companies needs to be done by using a method of interpersonal communication. Abstract

Keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif dipengaruhi oleh inisiasi menyusu dini (IMD). di Surabaya pelaksanaan IMD hanya dilakukan pada 33% dari seluruh persalinan oleh bidan praktik swasta pada tahun 2009 dan menurun menjadi 27% pada tahun 2010. Berdasarkan survey pendahuluan didapatkan bahwa kinerja bidan praktik swasta (BPS) dalam pelaksanaan IMD belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja bidan praktik swasta dalam pelaksanaan inisiasimenyusu dini di Surabaya. Jenis penelitian adalah observasional dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan penelitian adalah 10 BPS yang dipilih dari wilayah dengan cakupan IMD tersedikit dan terbanyak, masing-masing 5 orang. Informan triangulasi adalah sekretaris IBI Cabang Surabaya, asisten bidan dan ibu nifas. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap pelaksanaan IMD. Pengolahan metode content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 6 dari 10 BPS sudah melaksanakan IMD tetapi dengan cara yang tidak tepat. Dilihat dari kemampuan kognitif semua responden tentang IMD masih kurang. Enam dari 10 BPS bersikap positif tentang IMD. Motivasi BPS untuk melaksanakan IMD dipengaruhi oleh manfaat IMD, himbauan dinas kesehatan dan IBI serta permintaan pasien. Semua responden mengatakan tidak pernah disupervisi oleh bidan koordinator (bikor) walaupun responden membutuhkan supervisi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja BPS dalam pelaksanaan IMD belum optimal karena kemampuan kognitif masih kurang serta tidak adanya supervisi dari bikor Successfulness of an exclusive breastfeeding was influenced by early breastfeeding initiation (IMD). In Surabaya, implementation of IMD was only done by 33% of all deliveries assisted by private practice midwives in 2009, and it decreased to 27% in 2010. Based on a preliminary study, work performance of private practice midwives (BPS) in the implementation of IMD was not optimal. Objective of this study was to analyze work performance of private practice midwives in the implementation of early breastfeeding initiation in Surabaya. This was an observational-qualitative study. Study main informants were 10 BPS who were selected from area with the lowest and highest IMD coverage; each of area consisted of 5 BPS. Triangulation informants were a secretary of IBI Surabaya branch, midwives assistance, and post-delivery mothers. Data were collected through in-depth interview and observation on the implementation of IMD. Data were managed and analyzed by applying content analysis method. Results of the study showed that six out of 10 BPS had implemented IMD though with improper way. Cognitive ability of all respondents regarding IMD was still inadequate. Six out of 10 BPS had positive attitude toward IMD. Motivation of BPS to implement IMD was influenced by IMD benefits, suggestion from district health office and from IBI, and from patient’s request. All respondents told that no supervision by coordinator midwives was conducted although it was needed by respondents. In conclusion, work performance of BPS in the implementation of IMD was not optimal. It was caused by inadequate cognitive ability of BPS, and no supervision from a coordinator midwives.

Abstract

The prevalence of under-five children with severe malnutrition in Sorong city West Papua in 2008, 2009 and 2010 consecutively was 3.59%, 1.1% and 1.9%. Implementation of a program could be influenced by many factors such as communication, resources, disposition and bureaucracy factors. The objective of this study was to know the implementation of severe malnutrition control program at primary healthcare centers (puskesmas) in the working area of Sorong city health office West Papua in 2010. This was a qualitative study with cross sectional approach. Data was collected through in-depth interview using interview guideline. There were 5 primary healthcare centers studied with program executors as main informants. Triangulation informants were family or parents of under-five children with severe malnutrition, head of puskesmas and head of nutrition section of Sorong city health office West Papua province. Results of the study showed implementation of the program had not run according to the standard of implementation from the Ministry of Health. It was caused by not optimal communication that was done by Sorong city health office through program socialization. The availability of resources such as human resource to implement the program was insufficient. Only those who had nutrition educational background implemented the program and other workers were not involved in the program. There was no nutrition care team in all puskesmas. Additionally, the majority of the workers had not received training yet. Management of program funding was not according to the unit cost. Facilities were inappropriate and there was still improper puskesmas. The executor workers were needed for implementing the program; unfortunately due to less transparency and socialization, commitment was also low. No authority or standard operating procedure (SOP) given by Sorong city health office to puskesmas. In addition there was no supervision to the nutrition program workers. It was concluded that the implementation of severe malnutrition control program in Puskesmas in the working area of Sorong city health office West Papua province was not optimal. It was suggested to Sorong city health office to improve socialization about severe malnutrition control program to all program executors including heads of puskesmas in the working area of Sorong city health office; to create nutrition care and training teams. Funding allocation should be given to the right target and facilities should be completed.   Supervision, monitoring and evaluation were done continuously.

Abstract

One of the efforts to decrease maternal mortality rate (MMR) was an implementation of a delivery planning and complication prevention program (P4K) in activities of delivery mother’s saving and social fund for delivery conducted by village midwives. The aim of this study was to analyse factors relating to performance of a village midwife as a facilitator in the activities of delivery mother’s saving and social fund for delivery on the P4K in District of Sumenep in 2014.This was an analytic-observational study using a cross-sectional approach. Independent variables consisted of age, marital status, education, knowledge, experience, motivation, and supervision and a dependent variable was performance of village midwives. Number of samples were 90 village midwives working at 30 health centres. Data collection used a structured questionnaire that had been performed tests of validity and reliability. Furthermore, data were analysed using methods of bivariate (Chi-Square test) and multivariate (Logistic Regression test). The results of this research showed that respondents had low performance (30%), young age (31.1%), not married (24.4%), low education (42.2%), low knowledge (35.6%), low experience (77.8%), low motivation (26.7%), and low supervision (24.4%) in managing the activities of delivery mother’s saving and social fund for delivery at their work areas. Variables of knowledge (p=0.019) and supervision (p=0.037) statistically significantly related to the performance of village midwives. These two variables jointly influenced the performance of village midwives with p values= 0.07 and 0.013 respectively. District Health Office, Health Centre, and Indonesian Midwives Association need to conduct training, workshop, or socialisation to village midwives regarding the P4K particularly the activities of delivery mother’s saving and social fund for delivery.

Abstract

The availability of blood in Blood Donor Unit of Indonesian Red Cross (BDU-IRC) cannot fulfil the necessity of blood in Pontianak City for every year. Until the year 2014, there was only 37.3% of the total blood demand that could be provided. The aim of this study was to analyse problems of resource, attitude and commitment, a bureaucracy structure, communication, and social condition in implementing the blood donor recruitment program in BDU-IRC in Pontianak City.This was an observational study using a descriptive-qualitative design. Data were collected using methods of indepth interview, Focus Group Discussion, and observation. Main informants consisted of five P2D2S officers (a head of department and four staffs of P2D2S). Informants for triangulation purpose were 22 persons consisted of two decision makers, (a head of BDU and a deputy head of IRC), five coordinators of KDD, five persons of DDS, five persons of DDP, five citizen of Pontianak City. Data were analysed using content analysis.The results of this research showed that resource was quantitatively sufficient but it was qualitatively insufficient, particularly willingness of the officers in implementing their duties. Amount of budget was limited. There were a poor attitude and lack of commitment of the officers due to lack of willingness and low motivation to implement their duties in accordance with available regulations and goals. Not all the implementation was referred to Standard Operating Procedure released by the main office of IRC because the officers assumed that they had understood the ways to recruit blood donor. Communication was unclear and inconsistent. Support from blood donor groups was not optimal due to lack of attention and support from the program implementer such as supervising, providing rewards, and providing a supporting facility. In conclusion, the implementation of the blood donor recruitment program have not been well implemented. BDU-IRC needs to improve a competency of the officers by conducting training for untrained officers. The unit also needs to conduct a meeting to arrange a work program and a budget allocation annually. In addition, a community needs to be proactively asked to provide their blood to the IRC.

Abstract

Regional Health Information System (RHIS) is an integrated Health Information System which effectively functions as data communication in a region. This system has been used since 2012. However, it has not shown best performance. Puskesmas (Community Health Centers) send their regular reports in the form of soft copy or hard copy. However, DKK has not verified the reports on the maternal child health regularly. Moreover, they retype the report to be sent to the Ministry of Health. It results in possibility of errors in its accuracy and validity. Thus, it requires further evaluation to improve the implementation of RHIS especially in recording and reporting maternal child health to the Ministry of Health. The objective of this research is to analyze the maternal child health data recording and reporting system in RHIS Surakarta.This is a qualitative research. Data were collected by deep interview and direct observation on the implementation of the RHIS. Object of this research is the recording and reporting system of Maternal Child Health in the RHIS DKK Surakarta. The main informant is the head and the staffs of SIMKES, midwifes coordinators of SIK in 6 Community Health Centers.The results of this study propose that improvement on human resources competences should be done regularly. The data of maternal child health are taken from community health centers. That is why, there should be proper policy on the reporting the data of maternal child health. The report sent should be filed in soft copy and hard copy. Nevertheless, the available data have been processed by community health centers and are accessible for public needs.This study proposes that the recording and reporting system of maternal child health data should be developed by improving the competences of human resources, decreeing operational policy, and providing standard operating procedure.

Abstract

Activities of health house assessment evaluation have not been done by Pontianak City Health Office (CHO). To support evaluation of the activities, section of environmental sanitations needs high-quality information in order to have an accurate both plan and decision. Unfortunately, current data management still uses a manual system in which it has some weaknesses as follows: data management uses manual method and requires longer time to process; information is hard to be obtained and to be accessed; presented information is incomplete; reporting is often late; and data accurateness is not guaranteed. The aim of this study was to develop health house assessment information system to evaluate department of environmental sanitation and health promotion at Pontianak CHO. This was Pre-Experimental Design (One Group Pretest-Posttest Design). System development used a FAST method (Framework for the Application of System Thinking). Number of subjects was 5 respondents. This study was conducted from December 2014 to September 2015. The results of observation and interview were analysed using content analysis and described using balanced average score. Overall, balanced average score before developing the system was 7.51 whereas balanced average score after developing the system was 21.87 (difference=14.36). There were statistically significant differences (p<0.05) between before and after developing the system in terms of the accessibility, completeness, clarity, speed, timeliness, and accurateness. Information system of healthy house assessment after being developed was able to overcome the problems of accessibility, completeness, clarity, speed, timeliness, and accurateness of information. Therefore, Pontianak CHO needs to utilise the information system of healthy house assessment as a source of information to support evaluation of healthy house assessment activities at Pontianak CHO.

Abstract

Stimulasi Deteksi dan Intervensi Dini Tumbuh Kembang (SDIDTK), adalah kegiatan merangsang kemampuan dasar anak umur 0-6 tahun agar anak tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal. Kurangnya stimulasi dapat menyebabkan penyimpangan tumbuh kembang anak bahkan gangguan yang menetap. Cakupan SDIDTK di Kota Malang pada tahun 2010 mencapai 56,13%, tahun 2011 mencapai 69,41% dibawah target 90%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor determinan pelaksanaan SDIDTK oleh kader di Puskesmas Wilayah Kota Malang.Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Variabel bebas adalah karakteristik kader (umur, pendidikan, pekerjaan, lama menjadi kader), pengetahuan, sikap, fasilitas dan sarana prasarana, dukungan masyarakat,dukungan bidan,dan pelatihan. Variabel terikat adalah pelaksanaan SDIDTK. Subjek penelitian adalah 81 kader yang telah melakukan SDIDTK yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dan lembar observasi. Analisis bivariat dilakukan dengan uji korelasi Chi-square dan Fisher Exact  dan multivariat dengan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rerata usia responden 45,4 tahun, rerata lama jadi kader 10,6 tahun, pendidikan SMA 49,4%, pekerjaan sebagai ibu rumah tangga 88,9%, pelaksanaan SDIDTK baik 50,6%, pengetahuan baik 95,1%, sikap kader baik 61,7%, fasilitas dan sarana prasarana memadai 23,5%, dukungan masyarakat baik 74,1%, dukungan bidan baik 88,9%.  Tidak ada hubungan umur kader (p=0,311), pendidikan  (p=0,146), pekerjaan (p=0,647), pengetahuan (p=0,551), sikap (p=0,218), fasilitas (p=0,233), dukungan masyarakat (p=0,749), dukungan bidan (p=0,516) dengan pelaksanaan SDIDTK. Ada hubungan pelatihan (p=0,001), lama menjadi kader (p=0,035) dengan pelaksanaan SDIDTK Ada hubungan bersama-sama lama menjadi kader dan pelatihan dengan  pelaksanaan SDIDTK oleh kader. Faktor determinan pelaksanaan SDIDTK oleh kader adalah pelatihan dan lama menjadi kader. Untuk  perbaikan pelaksanaan program SDIDTK perlu diadakan pelatihan SDIDTK pada semua kader  Posyandu.

Abstract

AbstrakDi Kabupaten Pati Kunjungan Neonatal selama 3 tahun terakhir cenderung mengalami fluktuasi, 93,75% pada tahun 2009, 90,79% pada tahun 2010, dan 97,02% pada tahun 2011. Keadaan ini menunjukkan belum semua bidan desa melaksanakan Kunjungan Neonatal. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis faktor internal dan faktor eksternal yang berhubungan dengan kinerja bidan desa dalam kunjungan neonatal di Kabupaten Pati.Jenis penelitian studi kuantitatif pendekatan cross-sectional. Subjek sejumlah 82 bidan desa yangdipilih secara Cluster Puskesmas. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Data dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat dengan  Chi Square, sedangkan multivariat dengan regresi logistik.Median dan simpang baku umur bidan desa 30 + 5,6 tahun, 91,5% berstatus kawin, median dan simpangan baku masa kerja 5,7 + 4,2 tahun, 70,7% memiliki pengetahuan baik dan sebagian besar 62,2% memiliki motivasi baik. Sebagian besar bidan desa 75,6% menyatakan supervisi baik, 51,2% memiliki persepsi kepemimpinan baik, 56,1% belum pernah mengikuti pelatihan kegawatdaruratan neonatal dan sebagian besar 65,9% menyatakan kompensasi yang diterima baik. Faktor yang berhubungan kinerja adalah umur, masa kerja, pengetahuan, motivasi, supervisi, kepemimpinan, pelatihan, dan kompensasi. Ada pengaruh bersama-sama pengetahuan, supervisi, kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja bidan desa dalam kunjungan neonatal. Pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh paling kuat terhadap kinerja bidan desa.Disarankan kepada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pati melaksanakan supervisi sesuai prosedur, menaikkan kompensasi untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja bidan desa AbstractCoverage of neonatal visit in Pati district in the last 3 years showed fluctuation; 93.75% in 2009, 90.79% in 2010, and 97.02% in 2011. This condition indicated that not all village midwives conducted neonatal visit properly. Objective of this study was to analyze internal and external factors related to the work performance of village midwives in conducting neonatal visits in Pati district. This was an observational-analytical study with cross sectional approach. Study subjects were 82 village midwives selected using clustered random sampling method at primary healthcare center (puskesmas) level. Data were collected through questionnaire. Chi square test and logistic regression were applied in the data analysis. Results of the study showed that median and standard deviation of the age of village midwives were 30 ± 5.6 years old, 91.5% of respondents were married, median and standard deviation of the work period were 5.7 ± 4.2 years, 70.7% of respondents had adequate knowledge, and 62.2% of respondents had good motivation. Majority of village midwives (75.6%) stated that supervision was good, 51.2 % of respondents had good perception on leadership, 56.1% of respondents did not have training experience in the management of neonatal emergency, and 65.9% of respondents stated that they received insufficient compensation. Factors related to the work performance were age, period of work, knowledge, motivation, supervision, leadership, training, and compensation. Factors, in common, affecting the work performance of village midwives in conducting neonatal visit were knowledge, supervision, compensation, and motivation. Knowledge was the strongest factor affecting the work performance of village midwives. Suggestions for Pati district health office are to increase training opportunity for village midwives, to improve supervision, to improve rewards system in order to increase work motivation.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan evaluasi Program Pengendalian Penyakit ISPA di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Semarang seringkali berjalan kurang baik karena informasi yang berasal dari pelaporan rutin sebagai bahan utama yang diperlukan belum dapat mendukung kegiatan evaluasi. Ada beberapa permasalahan pada sistem informasi pelaporan rutin pneumonia yang saat ini berjalan yaitu petugas kesulitan melakukan perubahan maupun mengakses kembali informasi pneumonia, informasi yang dihasilkan belum lengkap dan belum jelas serta pelaporan yang tidak tepat waktu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi pelaporan rutin pneumonia berbasis web pada Program Pengendalian Penyakit Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (P2 ISPA) di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Semarang. Desain penelitian ini adalah desain pra eksperimen dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest, pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode FAST (Framework for the Application of System Techniques). Subjek penelitian ada dua yaitu pengguna sistem di Dinas Kesehatan dan empat puskesmas percontohan. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam dan kuesioner tertutup, pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan analisis isi dan uji statistik Wilcoxon. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu sistem informasi pelaporan rutin pneumonia baru yang berbasis web untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada sistem informasi yang lama. Hasil uji statistik Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan kualitas informasi yang signifikan dilihat dari aspek kemudahan (p=0,0001), aspek kelengkapan (p=0,0001), aspek kejelasan (p=0,0001) dan aspek ketepatan waktu (p=0,0001) antara sebelum dan sesudah sistem informasi pelaporan rutin pneumonia dikembangkan. Perlu adanya komitmen dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Semarang untuk memanfaatkan sistem informasi pelaporan rutin pneumonia yang baru ini secara optimal. Selain itu, data-data yang dilaporkan dari puskesmas ke Dinas Kesehatan hendaknya benar-benar akurat dan sesuai fakta di lapangan.Kata kunci : Sistem informasi, pelaporan rutin pneumonia, Program P2 ISPAABSTRACTEvaluation activities for a program of Acute Respiratory Tract Infection Disease Control at Semarang District Health Office were not optimal because required information from a routine report could not be used to support evaluation activities. This research aimed to develop information system of Pneumonia routine reporting based on web on the program of Acute Respiratory Tract Infection Disease Control at Semarang District Health Office.Design of this research was pre-experiment with one group pretest-posttest approach. In addition, development of the system used the methods of Framework for the Application of System Techniques (FAST). Subjects consisted of a system user at District Health Office and four pilot health centers. Data were collected using methods of observation, indepth interview, and a closed-ended questionnaire. Furthermore, data were analyzed using content analysis and Wilcoxon test. This research resulted information system of Pneumonia routine reporting based on web on the program of Acute Respiratory Tract Infection Disease Control to solve problems happened in the old system. The result of Wilcoxon test revealed that there were any quality differences of information in terms of the aspect of easiness (p=0.0001), the aspect of completeness (p=0.0001), the aspect of clarity (p=0.0001), and the aspect of timeliness (p=0.0001) before and after developing the information system.As a suggestion, Semarang District Health Office needs to have commitment to optimally operate the new system.
