Abstract

Government organizations as a form of public service have the aim of prospering the community through the services provided to the community. Badan Lingkungan Hidup Sumatera Utara is one of the government organizations that carries out regional government affairs in the North Sumatra Province in the environmental field. This agency plays a role in activities related to environmental problems such as pollution, factory waste, garbage, land disputes, and all matters related to environmental issues. . The research was Badan Lingkungan Hidup Sumatera Utara. This type of research is an associative quantitative approach. The number of samples studied in this study were 58 respondents. Data analysis was carried out through PLS-SEM using the SmartPLS program. The results showed that incentives had a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, work morale has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, incentives have a positive and significant effect on work morale, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work morale, incentives and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on performance employees through the spirit of work

Abstract

The study aims at analyzing the influence of human relation and work environment on employee performance at the office of Industry and Trade in North Sumatera. The respondents of this study consists of 71 employees of the Industry and Trade office. In collecting data, the study administered the questionnaires which were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The equation model was managed through statistical procedures using the SPSS for Windows version 21 application.The results of the research showed that human relation and work environment partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the office of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province. In addition, human relation and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the office of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to get empirical evidence of analysis of effect of service quality in mall management and its relation to tenant satisfaction at Center Point Mall Medan. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. This research will be conducted at Center Point Mall Medan. This research was conducted for 2 months, from April to May 2022. The number of space tenants currently occupied is 176 units which are the target population. The samples are tenants who are encountered when the observations are carried out at Center Point Mall Medan, namely 64 samples are taken using a random sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression with partial (t) test. The results of the study show that tangible has a significant effect on tenant satisfaction at Center Point Mall Medan. Reliability has a significant effect on tenant satisfaction at Center Point Mall Medan. Responsiveness has a significant effect on tenant satisfaction at Center Point Mall Medan. Assurance has a significant effect on tenant satisfaction at Center Point Mall Medan. Emphaty has a significant effect on tenant satisfaction at Center Point Mall Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze whether the psychological contract affects the job satisfaction of employees of PT Bank Mandiri Unit Retail Collection Recovery Medan. Does the work climate affect employee job satisfaction. Does the psychological contract affect employee deviant behavior. Does the work climate affect employees' deviant behavior. Does job satisfaction affect employees' deviant behavior. Does the psychological contract affect employee deviant behavior through job satisfaction at. Does the work climate affect employees' deviant behavior through job satisfaction on. This study used a quantitative method involving 42 respondents. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires. The results showed that the psychological contract had a significant effect on employee satisfaction at PT Bank Mandiri Unit Retail Collection Recovery Medan. Work climate has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Bank Mandiri Unit Retail Collection Recovery Medan. The psychological contract has a significant effect on deviant behavior of PT Bank Mandiri Unit Retail Collection Recovery Medan employees. Work climate has a significant effect on deviant behavior of PT Bank Mandiri Unit Retail Collection Recovery Medan employees. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisist peran Kepuasan Kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh Pengawasan Melekat dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai dan Hutan Lindung (BPDAS) Mahakam Berau. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Analisa Jalur untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian. Sampel merupakan seluruh pegawai BPDAS Mahakam Berau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel Pengawasan Melekat yang tidak mampu berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hasil lainnya menunjukkan bahwa baik pengaruh secara langsung maupun pengaruh tidak langsung hipotesis diterima.

Abstract

Working women have the potential to experience conflict in carrying out all of their roles. This conflict has the potential to cause organizational conflict so that it must be managed from both sides. This study aims to analyze conflict and conflict management from 2 perspectives, working women and organization. Qualitative research with a descriptive approach was conducted with in-depth interviews and documentation of key informants of working women, direct supervisors, and supporting informants, which were analyzed using interactive model data analysis techniques. In carrying out their roles, working women have made efforts to balance, but it’s difficult to do. Supporting factors are social support from family, spouses, and coworkers. Differences in perceptions with spouses and coworkers are an inhibiting factor. Organizations perceive role conflict in 2 perceptions, direct supervisors and field employees. In the perception of direct supervisors, role conflict in women doesn’t affect the performance of the field and the organization as a whole. In the perception of field employees, role conflict causes jealousy, reluctance, delegation of tasks, and difficulty carrying out assignments due to changing team arrangements. Supporting factors for the organization are the existence of a communication system in the organization regardless of hierarchy and the sharing of knowledge between leaders regarding employee characteristics and conflict management. Differences regarding the conditions and problems of employees become an obstacle for organization to determine treatment standards. Organizational conflict handling strategies carried out are using persuasive and collaborative leadership styles, open communication with employees, collaboration and compromise conflict management styles.

Abstract

Employees at PT XXX found several problems, namely indications of a lack of employee work engagement with the company. There is employee rotation/mutation in line with changes in the organizational structure, whether they like it or not, employees have to accept it and there are delays in employee promotions because they have to meet new requirements in accordance with new regulations. This problem is due to changes in organizational culture which means the company is in a period of adaptation. This phenomenon is also supported by the low sense of enthusiasm for work and the low enthusiasm that makes people want to be involved in company activities. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of flexibility, self-efficacy and job satisfaction on the work engagement of PT XXX employees. The population in this study numbered under 100 people, namely 85 people, so the entire population will be used as a saturated sample. The results of this research are 1) Work flexibility partially has a positive and significant effect on work engagement of PT XXX employees. 2) Self-efficacy partially has a positive and significant effect on work engagement of PT XXX employees. 3) Job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on the work engagement of PT XXX employees. 3) Work flexibility, self-efficacy and job satisfaction simultaneously influence employee work engagement.

Abstract

Potensi usaha desa sangat jarang dimanfaatkan secara maksimal untuk kemakmuran dan kemajuan ekonomi dari masyarakat desa. Umumnya potensi tersebut dimanfaatkan oleh perusahaan besar yang mempekerjakan masyarakat setempat. Langkah ini belum efektif dalam mendorong ekonomi masyarakat desa. Secara keahlian, masyarakat setempat sudah memiliki kemampuan yang diperlukan untuk mengembangkan secara mandiri potensi desa yang ada. Kegiatan pengabdian membuat dua kelompok kecil yang menjalankan usaha ternak berkelanjutan dan hingga saat ini berkembang menjadi tiga kelompok. Tim pengabdian telah memberikan bantuan induk ternak dan kandang untuk masing-masing kelompok mitra. Tim pengabdian akan membagikan ilmu seputar bagaimana melakukan usaha yang berkelanjutan, menciptakan komitmen dalam kelompok, semangat berwirausaha dan saling membantu masyarakat, serta bagaimana menentukan harga jual yang sesuai untuk ternak kelompok serta memberikan buku seputar budidaya ternak. Selanjutnya tim pengabdian akan melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi secara berkala sekaligus memberikan pendampingan dalam prakteknya. Diharapkan kegiatan ini akan semakin membantu masyarakat memperoleh modal yang diperlukan dalam beternak secara mandiri untuk membantu ekonominya sekaligus semangat dalam warga lain yang memerlukan transfer pengetahuan.

Abstract

Tingginya angka pencari kerja memaksa setiap individu untuk berfikir kreatif mencari lapangan kerja baru. Salah satu lapangan pekerjaan yang dapat mendorong pengurangan angkatan kerja adalah dengan wirausaha. Hanya saja sampai dengan saat ini wirausaha masih didominasi oleh ibu rumah tangga sebagai salah satu cara untuk memperoleh tambahan penghasilan. Dalam kegiatannya ada beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh pelaku wirausaha ini yaitu kendala produksi dan kendala pemasaran. Dimana kendala produksi adalah mengenai jumlah produksi yang masih sangat terbatas disebabkan karena alat produksi yang belum memadai. Kendala dari aspek pemasaran adalah kemasan produk yang kurang menarik dan juga masih tebatasnya lokasi pemasaran produk. Kegiatan pengabdian ini mensiyalir peningkatan jumlah produksi mitra dan memperbaiki kualias kemasan serta aktivitas promosi mitra. Tim pengabdian memberikan label dan kartu nama sebagai dasar kegiatan pemasaran mitra. Selain itu mitra juga mempelajari pemasaran secara online. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian secara umum sangat memuaskan. Mitra berkembang dan pendapatan masyarakat meningkat. Mitra mengalami peningkatn baik dari sisi produktivitas maupun permintaan.

Abstract

Medan Oriental Stars opens job vacancies for Putra/I North Sumatra working in the field of sales marketing via social media. The results show that in January there were 150 Sales people legally accepted as employees at PT. Oriental Stars Field. This month the company has a sales target of 10 cars sold. In the first month the sales level did not reach the target set by the company. In February to September the target level for car unit sales from PT. Medan Oriental Stars Chery rose several percent from the previous target and the results were very unsatisfactory for the company. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation and training on sales performance at PT. oriental star field. The population in this research is sales of PT. Medan Oriental Stars, namely 120 respondents. If rounded up, the number of samples taken in this research is 92 samples. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on sales performance. Training has a positive and significant effect on sales performance. Motivation and training have a positive and significant effect on sales performance.
