Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of ambidextrous leadership and person-job fit on auditor performance, mediated by innovative work behavior. A quantitative approach was applied by distributing a structured questionnaire to 125 Functional Auditors. Descriptive statistics and path analysis were used to examine direct and indirect effects of Ambidextrous Leadership and Person-Job Fit on performance, mediated by Innovative Work Behavior. Data analyzed to test seven hypotheses, ensuring robust statistical validation. Results confirm that Ambidextrous Leadership and Person-Job Fit significantly enhance Employee Performance through Innovative Work Behavior. Leadership leans toward exploitation over exploration, limiting innovation, while job fit is strong in technical competencies but weaker in personality alignment. Innovative Work Behavior mediates the relationships, boosting performance by fostering creative problem-solving.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, work motivation, and career development on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura Aviasi. These variables were selected because they are considered key factors that can affect both individual and organizational productivity and success overall. The research employs a quantitative approach with data collection through a survey distributed to 100 employees from various departments and job levels within the company. The collected data are then analyzed using multiple regression analysis to examine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. The results indicate that the work environment, work motivation, and career development simultaneously have a significant impact on employee performance, as shown by a p-value < 0.05; the variables also demonstrate positive and significant partial effects. Specifically, work motivation has the greatest influence on employee performance, followed by career development and the work environment. These findings reinforce the theory that motivational factors and adequate opportunities for career development are crucial in enhancing employee productivity and loyalty. Furthermore, a conducive and supportive work environment plays an essential role in creating a healthy and motivating workplace atmosphere. The implications of this research provide practical insights for the management of PT. Abstract

In the modern business era, companies are faced with the need for knowledge workers who ultimately produce innovations to support work and increase company sustainability. The company's strategy for human resource management is important. The implementation of Knowledge Management (KM) is one of the human capital readiness and organizational readiness strategies in the performance targets of PT PLN (Persero) North Sumatra Development Parent Unit (PLN UIP SBU) to improve the ability of selected talents to match the competencies needed by PLN, so that they can make a maximum contribution in their position. KM implementation has been running for almost 15 years, but employee interest in KM implementation is still low because many employees do not understand KM and have not benefited from it. KM has not been running in accordance with the provisions of PT PLN (Persero). This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection methods through observation, in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. The results of this study indicate that leaders are the main key driving the successful implementation of knowledge management at PT PLN (Persero) North Sumatra Development Parent Unit. Innovation reflects the success of KM implementation. Updating the knowledge management system technology infrastructure, evaluating and assessing the maturity level of KM implementation is very important to improve KM implementation. This research provides alternative strategies for better KM implementation, namely collaboration between functions to carry out KM refreshment, encourage innovation work competitions, utilization of pre-retirement employees, workshops and external certification, and reporting KM implementation to the PLN Central Team to get evaluation and feedback.

Abstract

The integration of global HR planning and competency development serves as a strategic key for multinational corporations (MNCs) in navigating the dynamics of the global market. However, the complexities of culture, legal frameworks, and organizational structures across countries pose challenges to its implementation. This study aims to systematically review literature on the integration of global HR planning and competency development in MNCs, identifying challenges, strategies, and best practices. Following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, a literature search was conducted across Scopus, Web of Science, and EBSCOhost databases for publications between 2010 and 2024. A qualitative analysis was performed on 32 articles meeting the inclusion criteria. Key findings highlight: (1) the importance of adapting HR strategies to local contexts without compromising global consistency; (2) the critical role of HR professionals as bridges between global strategy and local needs; and (3) competency-based approaches as tools to align business goals with individual development. Effective integration of global HR planning and competency development requires a holistic approach that considers internal and external factors, as well as flexibility in responding to global dynamics.
