Abstract

This study aims to find out about the effect of organizational commitment, motivation, and work discipline on the employee performance at PT. Sari Lembah Subur, Pelalawan Regency. The population and the sample in this study were all permanent employees in 2018 of 78 people. The method of data analysis used was multiple linear regression through the SPSS 23 program. Regarding with the result of qualitative research, it indicates that organizational commitment at PT. Sari Lembah Subur is still not good enough. The low dedication and dedication of employees at work and employees are also considered as less loyal toward the company. Work motivation of employees is also still relatively low toward the company. This is due to the lack of stimulus, appreciation and career opportunities. While, the work discipline of employee has been classified as good manner, however, the company is necessary to place the employees in accordance with their abilities and educational background. Further, dealing with the result of quantitative test shows that organizational commitment, motivation and work discipline simultaneously and partially effect significantly on the performance of employees at PT. Sari Lembah Subur, Pelalawan Regency. Satisfying organizational commitment, high work motivation and good work discipline will lead to the optimal employee performance.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Motivation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The ṣalāh (prayer) command in the Qur'an frequently accompanies zakāh (alms-giving). Nonetheless, during the Meccan period, the command of ṣalāh was often stated separately. This article analyzes the command for ṣalāh in the Meccan verses to highlight how this ritual evolved from a personal ritual of the Prophet Muhammad into a communal one. As previous studies have highlighted ṣalāh about pre-Islamic rituals known to the first audience of the Qur’an, this article is intended to examine the extent to which ṣalāh had evolved following the nubuwwah (prophethood) paradigm of the Prophet Muhammad, which was initially intended to be more personal and vertical, into risālah (apostolate), which was more public and horizontal. By analyzing the Meccan verses about the command for prayer in the context of the chronology of revelation, this article argues that prayer in the Qur’an evolved from the private ritual practice of the Prophet Muhammad into a communal one through the prophetic justification of the rituals of earlier prophets and their followers. This evolution went hand in hand with the nubuwwah paradigm, namely the claim that the Prophet Muhammad was able to communicate with the metaphysical realm, on the one hand, and the risālah paradigm, i.e., his claim about the mission of conveying this metaphysical information to his people, on the other.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Komunikasi, Motivasi Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Medis pada UPT Puskesmas Tanjung Medang Kecamatan Rupat Utara Kabupaten Bengkalis.” Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga medis pada puskesmas Tanjung Medang. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner sebagai instrument untuk membuktikan hasil penelitian. Untuk menguji hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data Regresi Linier Berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS ver. 25. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh, dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka sampel penelitian ini adalah 44 tenaga medis Puskemas Tanjung Medang Kecamatan Rupat Utara Kabupaten Bengkalis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Variabel Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga medis. 2) Variabel Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga medis. 3) Variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga medis. 4) Variabel Komunikasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh secara bersama sama terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Medis.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine Analysis of Price Perception and Celebrity Endorser on Purchasing Decisions for Skintific Skincare Products of UNRI Gen Z Graduate Students with Intervening Variables Online Customer Review. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 210 active postgraduate students at the University of Riau born between 1996 and 2010. The results of this study indicate that Celebrity Endorser, Online Customer Review, and price perception have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Celebrity Endorser and price perception have a positive effect on Online Customer Review. Online Customer Review significantly mediates the relationship between Celebrity Endorser and purchasing decisions. Online Customer Review significantly mediates the relationship between price perception and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Prestasi Kerja, Disiplin dan Loyalitas Karyawan Terhadap Promosi Jabatan pada PT Adimulia Agrolestari Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi.” Populasi dalam penelitian ini karyawan PT Adimulia Agrolestari Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner sebagai instrument untuk membuktikan hasil penelitian. Untuk munguji hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data Regresi Linear Berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS ver 26. Pengambilan sampel menggunkan sampling jenuh, dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka sampel penelitian ini adalah 41 karyawan PT Adimulia Agrolestari Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Prestasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Promosi Jabatan. 2) Disiplin tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Promosi Jabatan. 3) Loyalitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Promosi Jabatan. 4) Prestasi Kerja, Disiplin dan Loyalitas karyawan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Promosi Jabatan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether Empowerment and Teamwork influence Affective Commitment in Producer Cooperatives in Pekanbaru City. To find out whether Empowerment and Teamwork influence the Performance of Management in Producer Cooperatives in Pekanbaru City. To find out Affective Commitment influences the Performance of Management in Producer Cooperatives in Pekanbaru City. To find out whether Empowerment has an effect on Management Performance through Affective Commitment in Producer Cooperatives in Pekanbaru City. To find out how teamwork influences management performance through affective commitment in producer cooperatives in Pekanbaru City. Hypothesis testing uses the Smart-PLS test tool. The data analysis method uses Path Analysis. The results of the research are that Empowerment and Teamwork have a significant effect on Affective Commitment and Management Performance. Affective Commitment has a significant influence on Management Performance. Indirectly, Empowerment through Affective Commitment has a significant influence on Management Performance, and indirectly Teamwork through Affective Commitment has a significant influence on Management Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, disiplin kerja, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja perawat  Rumah Sakit X. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh perawat  Rumah Sakit X sebanyak 103 orang. Adapun teknik yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dimana hanya perawat yang berstatus perawat tetap yang dijadikan sampel yakni sebanyak 83 orang. Data analisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan teradap kinerja perawat, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, kecerdasan emosional, disiplin kerja, dan beban kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja perawat.

Abstract

This article attempts to answer the question regarding the possibility of building peace in an Islamic perspective, which is known for various teachings and practices that are contrary to peace, such as the teaching of waging holy war against the infidels and that Islam is triumphant and no other religion may defeat it. Some writers say it is impossible to speak of peace from Islamic teachings. For them, Islam is a religion of violence and not compatible whatsoever with the discourse of peace. However, it is not difficult to find in Islam materials of teaching by which one may develop concepts about peace, peacemaking, and peacebuilding. Islam itself means getting into peace and that Islam teaches justice, enjoins people to goodness, and prevents evil. Loving rather than hating is very much endorsed in Islam's ethical teaching; accepting others as they are is one way to love them. Peace not only exists but will continue forever; it must be constructed and maintained continuously.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effect of implementing cooperative principles and training programs on the motivation and performance of management in savings and loan cooperatives in Pekanbaru City. The research methodology involved distributing questionnaires to 10 active savings and loan cooperatives, with a total of 30 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) statistical technique. Research findings show that the application of cooperative principles and training programs has a significant direct influence on management motivation. Apart from that, the application of cooperative principles and training programs also has a significant direct effect on the performance of cooperative management. Motivation directly influences the performance of cooperative management. Indirectly, the application of cooperative principles and training programs also influences the performance of cooperative management through motivation. This research provides important insights into the relationship between the application of cooperative principles, training programs, motivation, and the performance of cooperative administrators.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether communication and the ability to innovate influence member participation and management performance in consumer cooperatives in Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted by distributing research questionnaires to 10 active consumer cooperatives in Pekanbaru City with a total of 30 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses the SEM-PLS statistical test tool. The research results show that communication has a positive effect on member participation, the ability to innovate has no effect on member participation, communication has no effect on management performance, the ability to innovate has a positive effect on management performance, indirectly communication through member participation has a positive and significant effect on management performance, Indirectly, the ability to innovate through member participation has no influence on the performance of cooperative management.
