Abstract

Economics and economic systems discuss economics, but economics and economic system are two different things. Where between the concept of one with the concept of the other is not the same. Because the economic system is not distinguished on the basis of wealth and wealth, it is not even affected by wealth. Therefore, it is a fatal mistake, when making the economy as a discussion which is considered to discuss the same problem between science and economic system. Because of that kind of thing, it will certainly lead to errors in understanding the economic problems to be solved. Abstract

Trade is a buying and selling transaction between a seller and a buyer that has occurred since prehistoric times, this is done by exchanging goods and services because at that time there was no known currency as a medium of exchange. The need for a medium of exchange that is acceptable to everyone and is flexible is needed. Apart from being a medium of exchange, money also functions as a measure that can be used to value goods or services. Including the blessings of Allah SWT is the creation of dinars and dirhams with both life being straight. The definition of the Dinar is a piece of gold that is printed and measured by the mitsqol scales and the dirham is between the coins made of silver. Islam views that the currency (medium of exchange) in Islam is dinar (gold) and dirham (silver). There is a necessity to make the dinar and dirham as standard currencies in the Islamic economic system. The advantages of the dinar dirham as a medium of exchange include: the dinar and dirham currencies have very strong legitimacy both domestically and abroad, dinars and dirhams made of gold and silver high value and widely accepted by the world community, currencies based on the dinar and dirham also have monetary advantages, one: low and controlled inflation, two: in the gold standard, the exchange rate between countries is relatively stable because the currencies of each country are relied on. on gold which is stable in value, three: the dinar and dirham system will create a balance of payments between countries automatically, to correct the difference in payments without central bank intervention, four: the dinar and dirham system has a very prime advantage, regardless of the quantity in one country, whether a lot or a little will be sufficient for market needs in currency exchange, five: the dinar and dirham system will have stable exchange rates between countries

Abstract

Zakat fitrah memiliki peran penting sebagai kewajiban yang harus ditunaikan setiap Muslim yang telah memenuhi syarat sebelum pelaksanaan sholat Idul Fitri. Ibadah ini bukan hanya, sebagai bentuk kepedulian sosial terhadap sesama, melainkan juga sebagai sarana pensucian diri setelah menjalani ibadah puasa di bulan Ramadhan. Hukum Zakat fitrah adalah wajib bagi setiap Muslim, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan, tua ataupun muda, bahkan bayi yang baru lahir sekalipun. Waktu pembayaran zakat fitrah dimulai sejak awal bulan Ramadhan dan paling lambat sebelum pelaksanaan shalat Idul Fitri. Kriteria mampu membayar zakat fitrah menurut jumhur ulama, yaitu ulama mazhab Maliki, Syafi’i, dan Hambali, adalah jika seorang muslim mempunyai kelebihan (ziyâdah/fâdhil) bahan makanan pokok pada malam Hari Raya untuk dirinya dan orang-orang yang menjadi tanggungannya. Zakat diberikan kepada delapan asnaf. Lupa membayar zakat fitrah artinya adalah lupa membayar hingga terlampauinya batas akhir zakat fitrah, yaitu shalat Idul Fitri, bukan tenggelamnya matahari pada hari Idul Fitri. Zakat fitrah itu tidak gugur dari orang yang lupa membayarnya dan dia tetap wajib mengqadha` zakat fitrah itu. Berdasarkan kaidah fikih, orang yang lupa membayar zakat fitrah tetap wajib membayar zakatnya walaupun sudah melewati batas akhir yang ditentukan. Orang yang lupa membayar zakat fitrah, tidak berdosa namun wajib mengqadha` zakatnya itu. Dengan kata lain, kewajiban zakat fitrah itu tidak gugur darinya dan tetap wajib dibayarkan walaupun sudah melewati batas waktu akhir yang ditentukan
