Abstract

Tanjung Rhu merupakan salah satu kelurahan yang ada di Kecamatan Lima Puluh kota Pekanbaru. Secara geografis Kelurahan Tanjung Rhu terletak di Jl, Hijrah No. 44 dan Luas Wilayah Kelurahan Tanjung Rhu 1.62 KM2. Wilayah ini memiliki jumlah penduduk sebanyak 13.544 jiwa pada tahun 2022. Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru pada tahun 2022, menyebutkan persentase kasus balita stunting tertinggi terdapat di Kecamatan Lima Puluh sebanyak 76 kasus. Dari data tersebut, terlihat Kelurahan Tanjung Rhu Kecamatan Lima Puluh yang memiliki kasus balita penderita stunting tertinggi yakni terdapat 33 kasus. Stunting merupakan suatu kondisi yang menggambarkan status gizi anak yang mengalami kekurangan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan secara kronis sejak usia dini. Kurangnya pengetahuan warga mengenai stunting menyebabkan angka stunting sulit menurun. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat bersama Mahasiswa KKN Universitas Abdurrab, dilakukan penyuluhan bersama kader-kader stunting di Kelurahan Tanjung Rhu. Penyuluhan ini membahas mengenai bahaya stunting dan cara mencegah stunting. Melalui kegiatan ini para kader-kader stunting ini mampu menyalurkan pengetahuannya kepada warga terutama ibu-ibu yang berada di kelurahan Tanjung Rhu.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop a differentiated learning program assisted by student worksheets containing STEM on Alternative Energy material to improve Science Process Skills and Creative Problem Solving. The method used is research design and development using the ADDIE model stages which consist of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The instruments used were needs analysis questionnaires, program validation, CPS tests. Data sources for program analysis and design are students and Physics teachers from high schools in Lampung Province. Validators are experts and practitioners of physics education. Questionnaire data were analyzed using percentage techniques. CPS test results data were analyzed statistically using paired sample t-test and one way anova. The results of the research show that a high school physics learning program is needed in schools that can accommodate the different needs of students which include students' initial abilities and learning styles. The product developed, namely a differentiated learning program in the form of teaching modules and student worksheets containing STEM on Alternative Energy material, is valid and effective in increasing CPS. Differentiated learning programs include differentiation of content, processes, products. The learning process and teaching materials are adapted to students' learning styles. Students' learning readiness is accommodated by intensifying student assistance in groups.

Abstract

The learning proses in kindergarten is still very conventional in nature, This is shown is teaching an learning activites in kindergarden Taman Kanak kanak Bersemi kepenuhan jaya Rokan Hulu.in traducing the number of teacher skill using the lecture method and memorizing.To count number children still write in the book given by their teacher.The research is currenty doing is to improve numeracy skill in children aged 5-6 year with interesting activities for children by providing learning methods need for children .This research method uses classroom action research..The research subjects were 13 student.corsiiting 0f 5 bays and 8 girls.The data method can improve numeracy skill.Pre cycle of 55 % with is in the ceritena of not Developing.in the first cycle the action taken trough the project based learning (PJBL) method tho 65 % in the criretia of developing in accordanc with ecpectatino , and increased in the second cycle to 85 % on criteria ocorrding to expextation an very good development.Based on the results of this study ,it show that on increase in numeracy the skill of children aged 5-6 years with PJBL methods. Abstract

Kompetisi seni tari di Jakarta seringkali dihadapkan pada tantangan terkait objektivitas dan transparansi dalam penilaian, disebabkan oleh keragaman latar belakang juri dan kurangnya standar penilaian yang baku. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi juri tari melalui pelatihan terstruktur, dengan fokus pada peningkatan objektivitas dan transparansi dalam sistem penjurian. Pelatihan ini mencakup pengenalan teori penilaian tari berbasis validitas dan reliabilitas, serta penerapan metode penjurian yang objektif dan terstandarisasi. Selain itu, program ini juga menghasilkan modul pelatihan yang dapat dijadikan panduan oleh juri dalam kompetisi tari di tingkat pelajar. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh juri dari beragam latar belakang, termasuk akademisi, praktisi tari, dan pelatih sanggar. Hasil dari program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman juri mengenai pentingnya penilaian yang sistematis dan transparan, serta mengurangi ketidakpuasan peserta dan penyelenggara yang sering timbul akibat ketidakjelasan dalam sistem penjurian. Program ini juga menghasilkan pedoman penilaian yang dapat diterapkan dalam kompetisi tari di Jakarta dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan transparansi hasil penjurian. Secara keseluruhan, program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kompetisi seni tari di Jakarta dan mendukung pengembangan bakat seni pelajar melalui sistem penjurian yang lebih kredibel dan objektif. Abstract  Dance competitions in Jakarta often face challenges related to objectivity and transparency in judging, caused by the diverse backgrounds of the judges and the lack of standardized evaluation criteria. This community service program aims to enhance the competence of dance judges through structured training, with a focus on improving objectivity and transparency in the judging system. The training includes an introduction to dance evaluation theory based on validity and reliability, as well as the implementation of objective and standardized judging methods. Additionally, the program produces a training module that can serve as a guide for judges in student-level dance competitions. The training is attended by judges from various backgrounds, including academics, dance practitioners, and studio coaches. The results of this program are expected to improve judges' understanding of the importance of systematic and transparent evaluation, as well as reduce participant and organizer dissatisfaction that often arises from unclear judging systems. This program also produces an evaluation guideline that can be applied in dance competitions in Jakarta and utilizes digital technology to enhance the transparency of the judging results. Overall, this program aims to improve the quality of dance competitions in Jakarta and support the development of student artistic talent through a more credible and objective judging system.

Abstract

Diare merupakan salah satu penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas pada balita di Indonesia. Salah satu faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap kejadian diare adalah rendahnya penerapan higiene dan sanitasi makanan di tingkat rumah tangga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengelolaan higiene sanitasi makanan dengan kejadian diare pada balita di Posyandu Balong Lor, Kelurahan Potorono. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 45 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki pengelolaan higiene sanitasi makanan yang buruk (60%), dan sebagian besar balita mengalami diare dalam enam bulan terakhir (62,2%). Uji statistik menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara pengelolaan higiene sanitasi makanan dengan kejadian diare pada balita (p = 0,045, p < 0,05). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik pengelolaan higiene sanitasi makanan, maka semakin rendah risiko balita mengalami diare.

Abstract

This research was compiled by Ida Ayu Julia Maharani with the title "Legong Semarandana Dance Training Style Peliatan by Ni Ketut Putri Minangsari at Wulangreh Omah Budaya". This research is the preservation of traditional Balinese dances, especially Legong Semarandana in the Peliatan style, outside the area of origin. The training conducted showed a unique and authentic training strategy at Wulangreh Omah Budaya, South Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to explain the process and results of the training of the Peliatan style Legong Semarandana dance carried out by Ni Keut Putri Minangsari, there are methods, strategies and design of training and examine the effectiveness of training in forming skills. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through direct observation of the training process, interviews with trainers and students, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out with reference to training theory by Dale S. Beach and the principles according to kamil. The results of the study show that the training is carried out in a structured and tiered manner based on the level of students' ability. The superior strategy in the form of direct training in Peliatan village has a great impact on technique and character appreciation. Evaluations are carried out periodically to improve performance. This research proves that the training conducted by Ni Ketut Putri Minangsari is effective in preserving the Peliatan style Legong Semarandana outside Bali.

Abstract

The Gitek Balen Dance is a Betawi dance created from the development of the Betawi Mask movement. This dance has become a medium of representation of Betawi culture and continues to develop until now, both in movement, musical accompaniment, and costumes. This study explains how the Gitek Balen Dance represents Betawi culture through movement, music, and costumes, as well as how the form of its presentation has evolved since its creation until 2025. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotic theory. Data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies of creators, dancers, and three dance studios, the Gitek Balen dance features elements of Betawi culture through a system of signs on movement, gamelan mask music, and distinctive costumes. This dance has three versions of presentation and is now part of the curriculum in one of the studios and art schools. The Gitek Balen dance is a new dance creation that reflects the dynamic soul of young girls. The simplification of movement and the form of the dish shows adaptation to needs, but its essence and existence are maintained until now.

Abstract

The practice of companies withholding diplomas as a condition of employment is an employment law issue that reflects the unequal position between employers and workers and the weak protection of workers' rights. Although this practice is not explicitly regulated in employment law, it has the potential to go against the principles of freedom of contract, fair employment relations, and human rights. This study aims to analyze the form of legal protection for workers, and the government's responsibility in preventing and combating this practice. Through normative legal research, it was concluded that the detention of diplomas could violate the constitutional rights of workers, potentially making the agreement invalid. Legal protection can be provided in a preventive and repressive manner, based on national law and international human rights instruments. The government's responsibility is strengthened through supervision, mediation, and the issuance of the Circular Letter of the Minister of Manpower No. M/5/HK.04.00/V/2025. Nevertheless, stronger laws and regulations are needed to ensure legal certainty and the effectiveness of legal protection for employees

Abstract

This study aims to analyze trends, directions, and research findings highlighting the relationship between technology utilization, digital literacy, and learning motivation in the context of modern education. The method used was a systematic literature review, referring to the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) guidelines. Of the 1,195 articles identified through various databases and research registers, 53 articles met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed in depth using a descriptive and thematic approach. The study results indicate that digital literacy plays a crucial mediating factor in optimizing the use of technology to enhance student learning motivation. The use of digital media, online learning platforms, and artificial intelligence (AI)-based technology has been shown to strengthen student engagement, increase curiosity, and foster learning independence. Furthermore, the application of technology also encourages the formation of a flexible and learner-centered learning ecosystem. This study recommends strengthening digital literacy, improving teachers' pedagogical and digital competencies, providing supporting infrastructure, and implementing differentiated learning strategies oriented toward motivation, creativity, and active student participation in the digital era.
