Abstract

Parents have to nurture a good relationship with adolescents to avert self-harmful behavior and suicidal ideation, which increasingly happen. This research aims to understand the effect of parent-child relationships on self-harm behavior and suicidal ideation. The subjects of this study are 1063 junior high school (JHS) and senior high school (SHS) students in Tarakanita Foundation (TF). This research is a double linear regression based on the t-test and f-test, which use the t-table and f-table. This research shows a significant effect between parent-child relationships and self-harmful behavior. A good, safe, and loving relationship with parents can prevent adolescents from self-harmful behavior and suicidal ideation. On the other hand, a disharmonious relationship between parents and adolescents, such as an experience of violence, feeling depressed, and a traumatic experience in the family, is why adolescents harm themselves and have suicidal ideation. Based on this study, parents are expected to nurture a good relationship with their children. The benefit of research is that it provides parents with a good understanding of the dangers of self-harm behavior and how to handle it appropriately by parents or professionals who can help parents deal with self-harm behavior in their adolescence. This research is also useful as the information that the importance of building strong and healthy relationships with children is becoming increasingly important; thus, appropriate behavior. Abstract

Assessment within the framework of guidance and counselling serves as a basis for planning guidance and counseling programmes according to needs, enabling the achievement of the goals of guidance and counseling services through the suitability of the program and description of the counselee's condition and environmental conditions. This study uses a qualitative approach. Researchers used researchers as the main instrument, conducted purposive sampling of questionnaire data, used inductive/qualitative data collection and analysis techniques, and the results emphasized meaning rather than generalizations. It can be concluded that the main purpose of implementing the assessment instrument is to collect data. Data can be defined in various scientific contexts as a collection of information or information about objects or non-objects. For example, intelligence data can be defined as a collection of numbers, measurements, quantities, descriptions, or classifications of a person's intelligence. Personal data can also be defined as a collection of numbers, measurements, amounts, descriptions or classifications of a person's intelligence. In this case the data in question is student data obtained using internet-based media, namely Google Form. Overall, this discussion shows that using Google Forms as a student needs assessment tool has many advantages, such as ease of use and efficiency, as well as the ability to collect and analyze data in real time. However, keep in mind that factors related to internet access can be a barrier to this use. In such a situation, an alternative solution may be needed as described by the author in the previous paragraph. With the existence of a google form with the various conveniences offered by google, it is the author's hope that guidance and counseling teachers can utilize this media to make their work easier to be more efficient and adapt to the latest technological developments.

This research uses a quantitative type with a quasi-experimental approach to one group pre-post test design. The research subjects were 27 Guidance and Counseling Teachers. The research was divided into five stages using brainstorming, games, role-playing, cinema therapy, and assignment methods. Data collection used a questionnaire with the Teacher Peace Competency Development Scale instrument. The data analysis technique uses T-test analysis and simple regression. The research results show differences in peace competency from the knowledge and skills aspects, with a pretest of 51.74 and a posttest of 75.04. Then there is no difference in teacher gender in peace competency, but the average for male guidance and counseling teachers is higher than for female guidance and counseling teachers. The peace competency of BK teachers is the same from a background in the BK department and those who are not in the BK department, and there is a difference in the peace competency of BK teachers seen from the length of time they have worked. Abstract

Multicultural awareness is important for students in the 21st century, and its level needs to be measured using standardized instruments. This study aimed to examine the acceptability of the multicultural awareness instrument developed by Ali (2011) for Junior High School (SMP) students in Sukoharjo, Indonesia. The instrument adaptation process involved five stages with a sample of 308 participants. Acceptability of the instrument was analyzed using the RASCH Model. The research findings present the instrument's ability to measure what is intended to measure, the relationship between respondents and items, and the difficulty level of the items. The results indicate that the multicultural awareness instrument is valid and reliable for application among students. Future researchers are suggested to examine this instrument at the senior high school level and use it as a measure of students' multicultural awareness for experimental research. Moreover, integrating multicultural awareness into the learning process can enhance educational practices.

Data collection techniques included career awareness scales and interview guidelines. Feasibility was measured on a Likert scale of 1-5 (4.8 = very feasible). Practicality assessments yielded scores of 4.45 (individual trial), 4.12 (small group), 4.19 (large group), and 4.43 (teachers), indicating high effectiveness. Wilcoxon test showed significant improvement (p < 0.05). The findings conclude that the developed e-book is feasible and effective for enhancing career awareness, serving as an innovative tool for school counselors. Abstract

This research aims to describe the resilience of MSME actors through aspects of resilience, resilience abilities, and independence of MSME actors in developing “the Pekan Breakfast Karya Anak Muda” (Pasar Kamu) tourist village. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research ensures data validity through source, technical, and time triangulation. Data analysis included data collection, condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results show that (1) “Pasar Kamu” MSME players utilize digital marketing training and community involvement to increase product exposure and strengthen commitment. With an efficient management system, stress management strategy, and collaboration with business actors and the government, they support the sustainability of tourist villages through continuous improvement. (2) MSME players manage emotions and make measured decisions by discussing, exercising, and self-reflecting with mentors. They avoid impulsive decisions with a policy of overnight sleep and team consultation. Optimism and empathy are driven by achievement celebrations, motivational books, and community support, while systematic analysis increases efficiency and profitability. (3) “Pasar Kamu” MSME players overcome operational challenges through cooperative loans, strategic location selection, and cooperative assistance for production capacity. They implement appropriate strategic planning and management systems and use data-based performance evaluation to support sustainable growth.
