Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in supporting Indonesia's economy. However, MSMEs often face various challenges that hinder their growth, including limitations in production development, lack of effective promotional strategies, and absence of business legality. In the digital era, there are numerous new opportunities that can be leveraged for MSME development. To address these challenges, concrete steps and appropriate assistance are required. This study discusses the assistance provided to Donutte_Al, an MSME engaged in donut production and sales in Plawangan Village, Kragan Sub-district, Rembang Regency, through the Business Work Study Program (KKU) of YPPI Rembang University. The aim of this assistance is to optimize potential and overcome challenges through creative and digital support, including the creation of MSME banners and brochures, preparation of risk-based business licensing documents to obtain a Business Identification Number (NIB), as well as marketing assistance and training using the canva application. The objective of this collaboration is to provide strategic and effective steps for MSME development, create positive synergy, and contribute to local economic growth and community welfare improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how to shape the entrepreneurial spirit of students through the values of multicultural Islamic education. The research method uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. We use the triangulation method to check the validity of the data. This study uses qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques by reducing data, presenting verification data and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study it was concluded that in forming the entrepreneurial spirit of students at the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School, it was 1). The values of multicultural Islamic education that are instilled are four values, namely shidiq, amanah, tabligh, fathonah and five values, namely ta'aruf, tasawuth, tawazun, tasamuh, ta'awun which is called the spirit of 45. 2) The implementation process involves all pesantren elements in formal and non-formal education consisting of human elements and non-human elements in pesantren activities, learning activities, pesantren traditions, the involvement of students in running pesantren businesses and the example of kyai, ustadz/teachers. 3). The implementation model that is applied is to integrate the spirit of 45 in every activity and learning in Islamic boarding schools and the role mode of the kyai with a top down strategy to form an entrepreneurial spirit in the form of: passion: having high enthusiasm to pursue their dreams, independent being able to independently realize their dreams, opportunity creation: awareness of existence must pay attention to user or market factors, creative and innovative creative and innovative looking for opportunities and solutions in realizing their dreams.

Abstract

The enactment of Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools, followed by Regulation of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Number 32 of 2020 concerning Ma'had Aly, should be a hope for organizers and managers of education in the Islamic boarding school environment. These hopes include funding support and certainty of Ma'had Aly graduates. In addition, there is a legal guarantee for fulfilling the right to obtain employment opportunities and continue studies to the next level of education. Providing guarantees of recognition, affirmation, and facilitation for Islamic boarding schools based on their traditions and characteristics is a sociological and philosophical consideration when forming Islamic boarding school laws. To date, this guarantee has not been fully realized. The hope of Islamic boarding schools is still accompanied by the dilemma of ensuring recognition from the government. The author is interested in uncovering what the managers of Ma'had Aly are worried about, especially after the implementation of PMA Number 32 of 2020 concerning Ma'had Aly. The researcher's focus is to describe the implementation of these regulatory policies. Because it concerns statutory norms, the method used in this research is normative juridical research, namely, literature study research, to examine PMA 32 of 2020. The aim is to describe the implementation of PMA 32 of 2020 for Islamic boarding schools that organize Ma'had Aly, the problems experienced by the management, and how the Ministry of Religion responds to the Islamic boarding school's hesitation in implementing recognition, affirmation and facilitation policies. As a result, there are still problems for the organizers of Ma'had Aly. The external quality assurance system through the community assembly has not shown its productivity. The government, in this case, the Ministry of Religion, needs to be encouraged to have the courage to take strategic policy steps as a concrete form of recognition, affirmation and facilitation of Ma'had Aly implementation policies. Apart from that, the government is also encouraged to form a directorate general of Islamic boarding schools to solve bureaucratic problems in Islamic boarding school services.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of entrepreneurial spirit in the development of multicultural Islamic education at Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School in Malang. Using a qualitative approach with the ethnographic case study method. The research questions are: i) what entrepreneurial spirit is used as capital in developing multicultural Islamic education at Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School in Malang? and ii) how does the entrepreneurial spirit contribute to the development of multicultural Islamic education at Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School in Malang? data and data sources were obtained through interviews, observations, and documents. This study found that the spirit of entrepreneurship plays an important role in developing multicultural Islamic education in pesantren. Capital in entrepreneurship is not always synonymous with tangible things such as money and gold. The contribution of the entrepreneurial spirit is very real and significant because it helps create an inclusive and conducive learning environment and encourages the growth of creativity and innovation among students. In addition, social entrepreneurship in the pesantren environment can also grow and develop synergistically to improve people's lives.

Abstract

Here are two communication methods within organizational and institutional communities, namely oral and written communication. Oral communication is commonly carried out by everyone involved in the institution/organization, such as everyday communication without standardized guidelines, not bound normatively, all conducted in a relaxed and familial atmosphere. Meanwhile, written communication is conducted through standardized forms, types, and formats. Official documents serve as a written communication tool to convey information to stakeholders so that what is written can be understood correctly and effectively. Mistakes in composing official documents can result in misunderstandings for the message recipients. Through this assistance, the aim is for all involved parties, especially personnel within the Higher Education Division of Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School Sukorejo, along with all its coordinating areas, to understand the protocol for official document drafting. The absence of drafting guidelines prompted us to conduct this assistance. The method used in the assistance implementation involves guidance on technical aspects of drafting official letters, practice in creating official documents in various forms, types, and formats. Additionally, we conducted observations, interviews, and collected necessary official document samples. The expected final outcome is the development of a drafting protocol as a guideline for administrative management. All participants in the training workshops and discussions showed enthusiasm, thus facilitating the tangible realization of the expected official document drafting protocol draft.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) implement an integral education system that combines general and religious knowledge, aiming to produce alumni with both life skills and strong Islamic character. The partnership between pesantren and alumni serves as a key pillar in achieving institutional vision and mission. Alumni, as agents of change, contribute to school advancement, while waqf administrators provide resources for educational development. This study explores the partnership dynamics, its implementation, and its implications for Islamic educational institutions. This research employs a qualitative approach through a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, focusing on the interactions between pesantren, alumni, and waqf administrators. Findings indicate that the partnership model is built upon waqf land, ensuring consistency in institutional goals. Alumni contribute to curriculum development and educational programs, supported by a strong legal framework. The partnership model fosters adaptability and innovation, aligning with contemporary societal needs. The study highlights the importance of alumni involvement in maintaining educational quality and sustainability. The combination of waqf-based resources and alumni-driven initiatives strengthens the institution’s ability to evolve with changing times. The integral education system benefits from this synergy, enhancing both academic and religious learning. The study formalizes the "Waqf Land Synergy Partnership" as a model for sustainable pesantren development. This partnership ensures long-term resource availability while maintaining alignment with educational goals, fostering continuous institutional growth and adaptation.

Abstract

Komposit SINIROL merupakan komposit berbahan serat sisal matriksnya nilon dan gliserol, yang diperoleh dari perbandingan komposisi kompositnya. SINIROL ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat dan diaplikasikan sebaga material baru sebagai bahan alternatif, seperti gibsum sebagai penyangga tulang patah, polimer sintetis sebagai pelindung kepala, dan juga bisa difungsikan guna peralatan-peralatan kedokteran yang lain. Dalam metode penelitian ini komposisi komposit SINIROL dengan serat sisal sebesar 20%, 30%, dan 40% (m/v), dalam continues undirectional. Dengan perbandingan Nilon Termoplastik (gr) dan gliserol (mL) sebesar (1:0,3). Mesin uji impak Impact Tester (Hung-Ta) dengan spesimen impak ASTM D6110-10 dan uji tekan menggunakan Universal Testing Machine (UTM WDW-20) dengan spesimen tekan ASTM D695-15. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kekuatan Impak dan tekan tertinggi komposit SINIROL pada komposisi sisal 30% masing-masing besarnya 0,954 Joule/mm2 dan 104,16 N/mm2 , sedangkan pada komposisi persentase yang lain mengalami penurunan kekuatan. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa dengan bertambahnya serat sisal maka kekuatan impak dan kekuatan tekannya meningkat, akan tetapi jika melampaui nilai optimunya, kekuatannya menurun.Penurunan tersebut disebabkan ikatan antara matriks dan fillernya yang rendah serta dimungkinkan terjadinya mikroporositas disebabkan residual stress. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan serat sisal berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan impak dan kekuatan tekan komposit SINIROL. . Abstract

Penggunaan gipsum sebagai pelindung tulang patah dirasakan karena ketidak nyamanan disebabkana kelembapan, atau dengan kata lain gipsum sangat dirugikan apabila terkena air. Telah diupayakan penelitian-penelitian yang menggunakan bahan dasar bio-material dan tiruan yang aman bagi kesehatan manusia dengan pendekatan dari fungsi lain seperti bahan penyusun gusi gigi yang terbuatdari polimer, seperti bahan dasar gigi tiruan yang berbahan resin akrilik. Resin Akrilik (HC) Heat Cured digunakan karena memiliki sifat anti toksik, anti iritasi, tidak mudah larut dalam mulut, baik dalam estetik, kemudahan dalam manipulasi dan diperbaiki serta perubahan dimensinya kecil. Dimana perbandingan resin akrilik (gr) dan gliserol (mL) sebesar (1:0,8) dan serat agave sisalana sebesar 20%, 30%, dan 40% (m/v). Kekuatan Flexural komposit tertinggi pada serat sisal yang 30% sebesar 181.09 N/mm2, serta terendah serat 20% sebesar 154.11 N/mm2, sedangkan serat sisal 40% sebesar 165.61 N/mm2. Menunjukan bahwa penambahan Serat mampu meningkatkan kekuatan Flexural, tetapi bila melampaui nilai maksimum maka penambahan Serat akan menurunkan kekuatannya sehingga nilai ikatan menurun yang memungkinkan terjadinya ruang mikroporositas resin akrilik heat cured terisi oleh residu sisa. Hasil analisis uji Levene diperoleh probabilitas 0,664, berarti data tersebut homogen. Sedangkan analisis dengan One-Way Anova diperoleh F hitung 2,598. Abstract

The Kapuas Hulu Regency is home to a diverse array of ethnicities and cultures, requiring a leadership approach that can strengthen national values and interfaith tolerance. This study aims to examine leadership strategies for nurturing national insight in Kapuas Hulu, from the perspective of multicultural Islamic Religious Education. This research uses a qualitative method, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation, and data analysis is conducted through data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusions.  The research findings indicate that leaders in Kapuas Hulu implement an inclusive approach in Islamic religious education, which not only emphasizes religious values but also encourages respect for cultural and ethnic differences. The leadership strategies applied in Kapuas Hulu include: a) Education and Socialization of Pancasila Values, b) Maintaining Diversity and Tolerance Among Ethnic Groups, Religions, and Races, and c) Strengthening National Identity through Culture and Traditions.   These strategies reflect the efforts of leaders in Kapuas Hulu to nurture a sense of nationalism amid diversity in a pluralistic society. Additionally, leadership strategies should be directed toward the education sector as an effort to cultivate national values among the younger generation, such as: a) Raising Multicultural Awareness Among Students, b) Integrating Character Education into the Curriculum, andc) Creating a Tolerant and Inclusive Educational Environment. These strategies are being applied in the educational sector in Kapuas Hulu. However, leaders in Kapuas Hulu face challenges in practicing these strategies in everyday life, such as the high level of diversity and stereotypes.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran keberagaman, mengurangi prasangka antar kelompok, serta memperkuat harmoni sosial. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, program ini menitikberatkan pada integrasi nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pendidikan Islam, penguatan dialog lintas agama, serta peningkatan kapasitas pendidik dalam membangun lingkungan belajar yang inklusif. Implementasi di Desa Sungai Paduan mencakup pelatihan guru, pengembangan kurikulum berbasis multikulturalisme, serta kegiatan sosial lintas agama dan budaya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendidikan Islam multikultural mampu meningkatkan kesadaran keberagaman, mengurangi prasangka antar kelompok, serta memperkuat harmoni sosial. Namun, tantangan berupa keterbatasan sumber daya dan resistensi budaya masih ditemukan. Oleh karena itu, sinergi antara pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, dan masyarakat menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam membangun desa yang inklusif dan toleran.
