Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi moderasi beragama yang efektif dalam mencapai pembangunan berkelanjutan di Desa Sedahan Jaya Kabupaten Kayong Utara. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang memiliki beberapa ciri-ciri yang berbeda dengan penelitian yang lain, diantaranya bersifat induktif, mengutamakan proses dan kebenaran data. Di samping itu, faktor kedalaman informasi dari subjek yang diteliti juga menjadi pertimbangan. Untuk mengumpulkan data, peneliti memadukan antara teknik observasi, studi dokumen dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa moderasi beragama dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam mencapai pembangunan berkelanjutan di Desa Sedahan Jaya, dengan meningkatkan toleransi dan pemahaman antar-agama, mengurangi konflik dan kesenjangan sosial, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a descriptive explanation, analytical insight, and interpretive understanding of the following issues: (1) the role of conscious human resource management (HRM) in fostering institutional peace within an increasingly multicultural society; (2) the implementation of value-based HRM approaches that integrate spiritual awareness and intercultural principles within multicultural Islamic educational institutions; and (3) the internalization of multicultural Islamic values such as tawassuth (moderation), tasamuh (tolerance), ta’aruf (mutual understanding), and ta’awun (mutual assistance) in HRM practices. Positioned within the framework of multicultural Islamic education, this research employed a qualitative case study design. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, and were analyzed using datacondensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that conscious HRM contributes to the enhancement of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and inclusive interpersonal relationships, thereby cultivating a peaceful organizationalculture. These findings enrich the concept of value-based HRM rooted in spirituality and offer policy insights, particularly in the development of institutional education and training policies based on multicultural and Islamic spiritual values. Accordingly, thisstudy provides practical contributions not only to educational institutions and local communities but also to policymakers in designing HRM training models that support transformative, sustainable, and responsive peacebuilding in the context of Indonesia’s multicultural society

Abstract

Curriculum integration between Islamic Boarding Schools and Islamic Universities is an important issue in the context of Islamic education in Indonesia, the diversity of Indonesian culture requires a more inclusive and adaptive educational approach as an anticipation of the risk of losing students' social competence and as a solution to improving the character of religious and cultural values ​​as an effort to enhance the success of educational quality. This study aims to explore the dynamics of collaboration between Islamic boarding schools and universities in carrying out the process and the positive implications of integrating an educational curriculum that teaches religious knowledge, worldly skills, and multicultural values. Using a qualitative approach, data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis related to both institutions' curricula and learning activities. The study results show that the formal and non-formal collaboration process between universities and Islamic boarding schools has succeeded in producing a curriculum that combines Islamic values, general skills, and cross-cultural knowledge, facilitating the exchange of experiences that enrich students' perspectives. The impact of this integration includes increasing attitudes of tolerance, respect for diversity, and deeper understanding; the quality of social interactions between both becomes more harmonious and open to differences. These findings highlight the importance of teaching multiculturalism in Islamic education, which is theoretical and applied in everyday life. The novelty of this study lies in the ability of Islamic educational institutions to integrate multicultural values ​​relevant to the pluralistic Indonesian context and contribute to the development of more adaptive and moderate student characters. This study recommends developing cross-institutional programs to strengthen curriculum integration and increase social impact.

Abstract

Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan atau Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Prestasi hasil belajar yang belum memenuhi standar Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) pada pembelajaran Matematika Materi Fungsi Kuadrat Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023 di MTs Negeri 2 Demak merupakan permasalahan utama dalam proses pembelajaran Matematika pada siswa Kelas IX-H . Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut maka peneliti melakukan penelitian dan diperoleh hasil penelitian 1) Media pembelajaran android dapat diterapkan dalam mata pelajaran matematika materi fungsi pada Kelas IX-H MTs Negeri 2 Demak tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 Ini dibuktikan pada setiap pertemuan siswa antusias mengikuti pelajaran dan dapat mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan oleh guru dengan nilai diatas KKM sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil prestasi belajar mereka. 2) Peningkatan prestasi hasil belajar Matematika materi fungsi kuadrat pada siswa di Kelas IX-H MTs Negeri 2 Demak setelah menerapkan media pembelajaran android mengalami peningkatan. Dimana pada Siklus I nilai rata-rata tes sebesar 67,50 dengan persentase ketuntasan 46%, meningkat pada siklus II nilai rata-rata tes menjadi sebesar 76,96 dengan persentase ketuntasan 71% dan siklus III nilai rata-rata tes mencapai hasil yang diharapkan sebesar 88,57 dengan persentase ketuntasan 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Discovery Learning model in inclusive education to foster tolerance at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, a pesantren known for the diversity of its students’ backgrounds. The background of this research is based on the importance of creating an inclusive and harmonious learning environment amid the cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic plurality of the students. The research employs a qualitative approach using the ethnographic method, involving field observations, unstructured interviews, and documentation conducted over the course of one year within the environment of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. The findings indicate that tolerance education at Gontor is implemented through two models: the direct model, which emphasizes social interaction among student groups, and the indirect model, which focuses on developing open-minded personalities toward differences. The Discovery Learning model is applied in various learning activities, where students are encouraged to actively explore, discover, and collaboratively solve problems. This process not only enhances students’ cognitive and spiritual abilities but also cultivates mutual respect and tolerance, both in passive and active forms. The study concludes that the application of the Discovery Learning model in inclusive education at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor is effective in shaping students’ tolerance attitudes and contributes significantly to the development of character education models in Islamic boarding schools and other educational institutions in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research investigates the implementation of multicultural Islamic values in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, a renowned Islamic educational institution in Indonesia. The primary objective of this study is to comprehend how Islamic Religious Education (PAI) values encompassing tolerance, cultural diversity, and interfaith dialogue are applied in the multicultural context of this Islamic boarding school. The research methodology employed is a qualitative approach with semi-structured interviews and participatory observation as the primary data collection instruments. The research subjects encompass teachers, students, and administrators at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. Qualitative data obtained from interviews and observations are analyzed using content analysis. The findings reveal various practices and efforts undertaken by the institution in implementing multicultural PAI values. Additionally, the study identifies challenges and opportunities encountered in the process of implementing these values. This research holds significant implications for a deeper understanding of Islamic religious education in a multicultural context and can offer guidance to similar educational institutions in realizing inclusive and tolerant religious education in an increasingly diverse world." Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku industri kreatif dalam pengelolaan manajemen pemasaran yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan inovasi dan teknologi digital. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh pelaku industri kreatif, khususnya UMKM, adalah keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif di era digital. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, kegiatan ini melibatkan pelatihan, pendampingan, dan simulasi langsung penggunaan platform pemasaran digital, pengembangan konten kreatif, serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam meningkatkan jangkauan pasar. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di [lokasi kegiatan] dengan melibatkan [jumlah] pelaku usaha kreatif lokal. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta terhadap strategi pemasaran berbasis teknologi, seperti pemanfaatan media sosial, e-commerce, dan analisis tren pasar secara digital. Kegiatan ini juga mendorong lahirnya inovasi produk dan pendekatan pemasaran yang lebih relevan dengan kebutuhan konsumen masa kini. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam yang menunjukkan bahwa 85% peserta merasa mengalami peningkatan kapasitas dalam manajemen pemasaran. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mendorong transformasi digital industri kreatif lokal menuju daya saing yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

This study analyzes the regulation of council apparatus in the Regional People's Representative Council of Demak Regency and formulates an ideal model for harmonizing Indonesia’s positive law. The research background concerns the disharmony among several legal instruments, especially the MD3 Law, the Regional Government Law, and Government Regulation Number 12 of 2018, which undermines the effectiveness of the council in carrying out its legislative, oversight, and budgetary functions. The urgency lies in the need for an integrated legal system to prevent conflicting interpretations and overlapping authority. Using a normative juridical method with conceptual and descriptive analytical approaches, this study evaluates statutory documents and the institutional practices of the Demak council. The findings reveal a clear discrepancy between das sollen and das sein characterized by weak inter organ coordination and functional disharmony. The novelty of this study lies in proposing a harmonization model that integrates vertical, horizontal, and functional approaches grounded in the principle of socio equilibrium which aligns legal structure with institutional realities. The study concludes that revising the council’s internal regulations, strengthening institutional capacity, and issuing national guidelines for legal harmonization are essential steps. Key recommendations include preparing an academic manuscript on harmonization, improving institutional training, and encouraging meaningful public participation.   Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaturan mengenai perangkat dewan pada Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Demak serta merumuskan model ideal untuk harmonisasi hukum positif Indonesia. Latar belakang penelitian ini berkaitan dengan disharmoni berbagai instrumen hukum, khususnya Undang Undang MD3, Undang Undang Pemerintahan Daerah, dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 12 Tahun 2018 yang melemahkan efektivitas DPRD dalam menjalankan fungsi legislasi, pengawasan, dan penganggaran. Urgensi penelitian terletak pada kebutuhan membangun sistem hukum terpadu guna mencegah perbedaan penafsiran dan tumpang tindih kewenangan. Dengan menggunakan metode yuridis normatif melalui pendekatan konseptual dan deskriptif analitis, penelitian ini mengevaluasi dokumen peraturan perundang-undangan dan praktik kelembagaan DPRD Demak. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara das sollen dan das sein yang tercermin dari lemahnya koordinasi antarlembaga dan disharmoni fungsi. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada model harmonisasi yang memadukan pendekatan vertikal, horizontal, dan fungsional berdasarkan prinsip socio equilibrium yang menyelaraskan struktur hukum dengan realitas kelembagaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa revisi peraturan internal DPRD, penguatan kapasitas kelembagaan, dan penerbitan pedoman nasional tentang harmonisasi hukum merupakan langkah penting. Rekomendasi utama mencakup penyusunan naskah akademik harmonisasi, peningkatan pelatihan kelembagaan, dan mendorong partisipasi publik secara substansial.

Abstract

The increasing demand for Arabic proficiency among students in Islamic boarding schools highlights the need to investigate the management of Arabic language programs to ensure effective learning outcomes. This study addresses the importance of investigating the management of Arabic language programs in Islamic boarding schools. Specifically, it focuses on Mambaus Sholihin and Al-Falah, renowned pesantrens with exceptional Arabic language programs in their respective regions. By comparing the planning, implementation, and evaluation aspects of these programs, valuable insights can be derived both internally and externally. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research employs a comparative case study design, utilizing data collection methods such as observation and interviews. The data is analyzed through transcription, data reduction, and integration of interview and observation data. The reasearch finds: 1) Planning: The program is systematically designed in both institutions. There are variations in the forms of learning activities between the two institutions, but the learning objectives are the same. The selection process for tutors differs between the pesantrens. 2) Implementation: The program is implemented using direct and drill methods in both institutions. Although the learning materials differ, they are aligned with the curriculum of Pondok Modern Gontor. The use of electronic media in learning is limited and infrequent. 3) Evaluation: The evaluation of both program and learning in both institutions is lacking structured and systematic approaches, resulting in a lack of measurable progress in learning. The planning and implementation of Arabic language programs at Al-Falah are more responsive to student needs compared to Mambaus Sholihin. However, both institutions lack optimal evaluation and rely on subjective observations, highlighting the need for objective evaluation methods.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how curriculum is managed and enacted in a traditional pesantren and how these practices function as mechanisms for regulating knowledge, power relations, and the formation of santri character. The study employs a qualitative, ethnographic research design, with data collected through long-term participant observation, in-depth interviews with kiai, ustadz, santri, and pesantren administrators, and the analysis of relevant supporting documents. The findings reveal that the curriculum at PPMH Sidayu is not structured through formal written plans or organizational frameworks. Instead, it operates through informal, everyday learning practices such as pengajian kitab, the bandongan and sorogan methods, oral evaluations, and institutionalized forms of social habituation. The selection and distribution of learning materials, evaluation mechanisms, and managerial coordination occur informally and are accepted as part of the taken-for-granted institutional order. These practices not only transmit religious knowledge but also shape learning dispositions, acceptance of authority, and the social character of santri through affective experiences and social relations. The novel contribution of this study lies in its exploration of the pesantren curriculum as a social practice that operates through symbolic power relations and habituation rather than formal pedagogical structures. This research provides a deeper understanding of curriculum management in traditional Islamic educational institutions, suggesting that it should be seen as a flexible, socially embedded process, influenced more by symbolic authority and informal coordination than formal administrative systems. These findings have significant implications for curriculum studies and Islamic educational management within traditional religious institutions.
