Abstract

The research aims to test hypotheses about the influence of leadership, competence and work discipline, partially and simultaneously on employee performance.  The study was conducted at the Bireuen Regency Agriculture and Plantation Service. Data collection took the form of a survey through a questionnaire that was prepared and tested for validity and reliability. Carried out using an associative descriptive method with a path analysis approach. The research results prove that (1) there is a significant influence of leadership on the performance of Bireuen Regency Agriculture and Plantation Service employees, namely 43.01%.  The influence of competence is 47.91% and the influence of work discipline is 43.41%. (2) Simultaneously, leadership, competence and work discipline contribute to increased performance by 46,5%. (3) There is a causal relationship between leadership and employee competency of 34.8%. The relationship between competency and employee work discipline is 48.3% and the relationship between work discipline and leadership is 41.4%.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze employee job satisfaction based on aspects of communication, motivation and work environment conducted with a case study on Bawaslu employees of Pidie Jaya Regency. The study applies an associative method with a quantitative approach by inferencing with path analysis. The sample in this study was all Bawaslu employees totaling 40 people. The results of the study are known, 1) There is an influence of communication, motivation and work environment factors directly on employee job satisfaction, respectively by 38.54%, 58.32% and 33.76%. 2) Simultaneously communication, motivation and work environment affect employee job satisfaction by 54.1%.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of training, communication and job promotion on employee performance. The study was conducted on a sample of 48 employees of BKPSDM Pidie Jaya Regency. 2) communication has an effect on employee performance. With the type of associative research with a quantitative approach. Problem analysis is proven by the path analysis model. The results found that, 1) there is a causal relationship between training variables, communication and job promotion with a fairly strong category, which gives a positive contribution of 55.5% to employee performance. 2) The provision of training has a significant direct and indirect effect on employee performance of 47.5%, while the communication factor is 50.18% and the influence of job promotion is 47.21%.

Abstract

Performance is something expected by an institution. Measurable performance-based work is part of Human Resource Management. Employee performance is influenced by several factors. This study examines aspects of leadership, motivation, and work discipline. The study was conducted on 43 employees of the Bireuen DPRK secretariat. The research method used was an associative approach with a quantitative approach, and the problems were analyzed using path analysis. The results obtained were: (1) Work discipline is directly and indirectly influenced by leadership and work motivation, by 36.51% and 46.12%, respectively. (2) Simultaneously, leadership and work motivation contribute significantly to improving employee work discipline by 77.2%. (3) The implications for performance are 31.75% for leadership and 45.91% for work motivation. (4) Simultaneously, leadership and work motivation increase employee performance by 75.6%.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the effectiveness of public services from the impact of Geuchik leadership, community participation, and the competence of village officials. Using quantitative associative research using regression analysis. The study was conducted on 234 residents of Gampong Keurisi Meunasah Beureumbang, Jangka Buya District, Pidie Jaya Regency. The results showed that there were effects; (1) each factor of Geuchik leadership, community participation, and the competence of village officials on the effectiveness of public services at the Geuchik Office. (2) And the biggest impact was the community participation factor. (3) simultaneously, the three factors contributed to the effectiveness of public services by 75.8%.
