Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk masa depan bangsa. Namun, rendahnya tingkat literasi menjadi salah satu kendala utama yang dihadapi dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Program Kampus Mengajar, bagian dari Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka, memberikan solusi dengan melibatkan mahasiswa dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, khususnya literasi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak program kerja Kampus Mengajar terhadap kemampuan literasi  pada siswa kelas VIII di SMP Islam Fatahilah Kepung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tiga tahapan: pra-penelitian, pelaksanaan, dan akhir penelitian. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, pre-test, dan post-test AKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program kerja, seperti pembiasaan membaca 15 menit, revitalisasi pojok baca, dan Literacy Camp, berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan literasi siswa. Persentase siswa yang menjawab benar pada tes AKM meningkat dari 43% pada pre-test menjadi 60% pada post-test. Dengan peningkatan sebesar 17%, temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa program kampus mengajar dapat meningkatkan literasi dan kualitas pembelajaran di SMP Islam Fatahilah Kepung.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) menjadi salah satu pilar utama dalam mendukung keberhasilan organisasi, tidak terkecuali institusi pendidikan. SD Negeri Bangsal 3 Kota Kediri menghadapi tantangan dalam hal pengelolaan guru. Tujuan: Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut melalui pendekatan berbasis kepribadian, seperti MBTI, guna meningkatkan efektivitas kerja guru dan memperbaiki pengelolaan SDM di sekolah. Metode: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Hasil: Di akhir kegiatan guru dapat mengenali kepribadian lebih jelas yang pada akhirnya sangat membantu kinerja kepala sekolah dalam memetakan pengeloaan sumber daya manusia agar efektif sesuai strategi dan karakteristik guru. Kesimpulan: Pendekatan berbasis kepribadian melalui MBTI dan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) berhasil meningkatkan efektivitas kerja guru serta membantu kepala sekolah dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia secara lebih strategis dan sesuai karakteristik masing-masing guru.

Abstract

MSMEs contribute significantly to the national economy, but still face the challenge of low financial literacy, particularly sharia finance. This community service activity aims to improve MSMEs' understanding of digital sharia financial literacy, both regarding digital sharia financial products and the dangers of non-bank online loans and online gambling. Quantitative and qualitative methods were used in this MSME mentoring. In addition to distributing questionnaires using a linkert scale, educational interventions and interactive discussions were conducted to improve MSMEs' understanding of digital sharia financial literacy. The subjects who received mentoring were MSME business owners fostered by Rumah BUMN Sidoarjo. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in MSME understanding, reflected in four indicators after receiving mentoring. These indicators are knowledge of sharia financial products, interest in using sharia financial products, understanding the dangers of non-bank online loans, and understanding the dangers of online gambling. This activity proves that mentoring MSMEs through digital sharia financial literacy can improve MSME financial resilience in the digital era.

Abstract

Community support activities in using vacant land for catfish farming using simple media in Genengan Hamlet RT.06 / RW.04, Sambiresik Village make it a community opportunity to improve food security and economic improvement. Catfish farming was chosen because it has several advantages including a quick harvest period, catfish are resistant to disease and the culture media can be varied. The purpose of this service is to educate and guide the community in Genengan Hamlet RT.06 / RW.04, Sambiresik Village to overcome the problem of vacant and narrow land for catfish farming using simple media that is effective and efficient. This service uses five methods including socialization, training and practice, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation, which through direct involvement in the community will provide solutions and training steps in detail so that they are easily understood. The results of this service are that the community is increasingly improving their skills in using vacant land, so an increase in food security and community income is expected from this activity to create new jobs and develop local industries through catfish farming.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Market Day activities in fostering entrepreneurial character among students at SDN Ngadirejo 5, Kediri City. The background of this research stems from students’ strong determination to pursue a better future despite their parents’ economic limitations and the absence of practical entrepreneurship-based activities at the school. This study involved fifth-grade students, who were considered developmentally ready to engage in project-based learning. Using a qualitative approach with observations and interviews, the Market Day program was implemented through three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The findings show that Market Day effectively fosters key entrepreneurial character traits, including responsibility, empathy, self-confidence, critical reasoning, creativity, enthusiasm, adaptability, and persistence. Overall, Market Day provides a meaningful learning experience and serves as an effective innovation for developing entrepreneurial character from an early age.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) terhadap profesi akuntan publik di Kota Kediri. Data penelitian diambil dari data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah semua guru SMK di Kota kediri. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling, yaitu guru SMK yang hanya mempunyai jurusan akuntansi. Pengujian data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Independent Samples T-test dan ANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan persepsi guru SMK terhadap profesi akuntan publik dengan profesi advokat baik secara jender maupun berdasarkan pengalaman mengajar. Profesi akuntan publik merupakan pekerjaan yang menantang, mempunyai penghasilan yang potensial, akan tetapi tidak mempunyai potensial yang baik di Kota Kediri.   Kata kunci: persepsi, profesi akuntan publik, guru.

Abstract

tujuan diadakannya MGMP Guru Mata pelajaran Ekonomi MA se-Kabupaten Nganjuk adalah untuk memotivasi guru guna meningkatkan kemampuan dan ketrampilan dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan dan membuat evaluasi program pembelajaran dalam rangka meningkatkan keyakinan diri sebagai guru profesinal; 2) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan kemahiran guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajara sehingga dapat menunjang usaha peningkatan dan pemerataan mutu pendidikan; 3) Untuk mendiskusikan permasalahan yang dihadapi dan dialami oleh guru dalam melaksanakan tugas sehari-hari dan mencari solusi alternatif pemecahannya sesuai dengan karakteristik mata pelajaran masing-masing guru, kondisi sekolah dan lingkungannya; 4) Untuk membantu guru memperoleh informasi edukatif yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, kegiatan kurikulum, metodologi, dan sistem pengujian yang sesuai dengan mata pelajaran yang diampu oleh guru; 5) Untuk saling berbagi informasi dan pengalaman dari hasil lokakarya, simposium, seminar, diklat, classroom action research, referensi dan lain-lain, kegiatan profesional dibahas bersama-sama. Hasil Hasil /produk workshop MGMP guru mata pelajaran Ekonomi MA se-kabupaten Nganjuk dari 5 produk yang ditargetkan hanya menghasilkan 2 produk yaitu, (1) Penyusunan Silabus dan RPP yang sesuai dengan kurikulum tahun 2013. (2) Penyusunan bahan ajar dalam bentuk modul dalam pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan RPP dan Silabus. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru mata pelajaran ekonomi, adalah karena keterbatasan waktu dalam menyusun seluruh produk, hal ini akan diperbaiki dan di lengkapi pada semester genap tahun 2017 dan 2018 pada bulan Februari akhir, karena MGMP Guru mata pelajaran Ekonomi MA se-Kabupaten Nganjuk masih akan berlanjut di tahun 2018.

Abstract

This community service article is a follow-up to a study entitled The Relationship between Instagram and Consumptive Behavior in Economic Education Students, Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. From this research, it is known that Instagram actively contributes to shaping the consumption behavior of students in economic education to be irrational (irrational). It turns out that these findings are not yet known and are not realized by adolescents. Therefore, given the large loss of irrational consumption behavior, it is necessary to provide information (socialization) about how the contribution (role) of Instagram is in shaping consumption behavior. This form of community service is in the form of information / counseling (socialization) which is carried out to the youth of Sumberejo Village.

Abstract

With the covid-19 pandemic, this makes learning different from usual, namely before the covid-19 pandemic learning was carried out face-to-face in school, but with the covid-19 pandemic as it is now finally learning is carried out remotely using the help of technology. Technological readiness both in terms of teachers as educators, the readiness of parents in providing facilities to students at home, and the readiness of students as implementers of distance learning must be prepared in advance so that learning can run smoothly. The purpose of community service activities is to assist teachers in using technology-based learning media for learning optimization. The steps used to overcome partner problems are: 1) program socialization; 2) training and practice in using technology-based learning media for learning optimization; 3) assistance; And 4) Monitoring. From the devotional activities that have been done, it is known that the enthusiasm of teachers in following ini mentoring shows high enthusiasm. This is evident from the strong willingness of teachers to be willing to understand and practice in creating modules using the Flip PDF application.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is for the community to be able to optimally utilize the small land around the house by growing hydroponic plants. This activity was carried out in Sambiresik Village, Ngasem District, Kediri Regency, at Delta Sambiresik Permai 3 Housing. Hydroponic cultivation is carried out by providing plant nutrients using water instead of soil. In Sambiresik Permai Delta Housing 3, Sambiresik Village, the procedure for implementing community service includes location survey and observation, socialization, training and practice, mentoring, and monitoring. The advantages of this cultivation are that it can be done on a narrow land, faster growth and harvesting, and hydroponic plants can be sold at higher prices due to their superior nutritional value. As a result, the community's income will increase.
