Abstract

Solar drying technology has become a vital innovation for sustainable food preservation and renewable energy utilization, offering an energy-efficient alternative to conventional drying methods. This study provides a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of research trends, influential authors, key institutions, and geographical contributions in the field of solar drying technology from 2004 to 2024. We analyzed 108 relevant publications using the Scopus database and VOSviewer software, revealing a significant increase in research output since 2010, with a marked surge after 2016. India and China emerge as leading contributors, driven by their large agricultural sectors and favorable solar conditions. Key research efforts have focused on improving energy efficiency, optimizing drying processes, and preserving product quality. Despite these advancements, critical gaps remain, particularly in scaling solar drying systems and integrating hybrid technologies that combine solar energy with other renewable sources. This study highlights the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration to advance technological innovation and address challenges in food security and energy sustainability. Future research should focus on developing hybrid systems, finding better ways to store energy, and studying how solar drying affects the taste and nutritional value of food in order to make it more useful in a wider range of climates and farming situations. Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi dan pemetaan potensi pemanfaatan kembali limbah kotoran sapi yang dikonversi menjadi biogas pada Kelompok Tani Sumber Rejeki, Kota Semarang, selaku mitra kegiatan, sudah dilakukan. Metode kegiatan yang digunanakan adalah pendekatan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) dengan menitikberatkan pada keterlibatan mitra. Hasilnya, potensi limbah dari kegiatan peternakan pada kelompok mitra dengan rata-rata jumlah ternak yang dimiliki sebanyak 14 ekor sapi dewasa, dapat menghasilkan 406 kg kotoran per hari dengan potensi slurry sebagai bahan baku utama pembuatan biogas sebesar 812 kg/hari. Kapasitas digester yang dibutuhkan untuk memaksimalkan potensi slurry tersebut adalah sebesar 15 m3 dengan potensi biogas yang dihasilkan sebesar 12,789 m3/hari. Desain digester yang ditawarkan kepada mitra yaitu sistem pengolahan yang terintegrasi yang mengadopsi dari Program Biogas Rumah (BIRU) dengan beberapa modifikasi yang mengintegrasikan proses pembuatan biogas dengan pembuatan puouk kompos.

Abstract

The global shift toward sustainable transportation has positioned fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) as a key zero-emission mobility solution. Despite notable technological progress, FCEV adoption faces persistent barriers including high hydrogen production costs, limited infrastructure, and lack of real-world validation. This study employs the Pattern, Advance, Gap, Evidence for Practice, and Research Recommendation (PAGER) framework to conduct a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of 200 peer-reviewed publications from 2005 to 2024, focusing on performance trends, technological advancements, research gaps, practical applications, and future research directions. The analysis uses Scopus data and VOSviewer for visualization and thematic mapping to identify three distinct research phases: early exploration, gradual refinement, and rapid technological maturity. Key findings highlight advancements in energy management strategies, hybrid powertrain integration, and hydrogen storage optimization. However, critical gaps remain in economic modeling, behavioral adoption analysis, and infrastructure scalability. This study offers a structured roadmap for future research and practice, emphasizing the need for dynamic total cost of ownership models, interdisciplinary policy interventions, and real-world pilot projects. The findings serve as a strategic reference for academics, industry stakeholders, and policymakers to accelerate the global transition to sustainable FCEV-based transportation systems.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the ownership on Islamic economic and the ownership stock effect on firm performance and the moderating influence of independent commissioner on the connection between ownership stock and firm performance. Indicator of ownership stock studied was the ownership stock of the president director in the company. The firm performance studied by the calculation of Price per Earning Ratio. Then, the intended independent commissioners are the percentage of independent commissioners who are on the company's board of commissioners.This research uses qualitaitive method based on Islamic economic literature and quantitative methods basedon secondary data. Secondary data in this research are the financial report from firms that take the floor on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This investigation uses a population that is listed firms on Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). Subsequently, the sample is filtered using purposive sampling techniques with the criteria of listed firms on Indonesia Stock Exchange and has the data needed in this investigation. As a result, the samples obtained were 296 companies. This research uses regression analysis with individual parameter significant test (t-test).Hypothesis testing results indicate that Sharia company ownershipis in accordance with Islamic economic perspective studies, and ownership stock with the indicator of ownership of the president director has an impact on firm performance with Price per Earning Ratio’s indicator, and independent commissioners based on the proportion of independent commissioners on the board of commissioners moderate the correlation between ownership stock and firm performance. Keywords: Ownership Stock, Firm Performance, and Independent Commissioners.

Abstract

Latar belakang Tugas Akhir ini adalah masalah penundaan pembayaran pinjaman yang menimbulkan risiko bagi koperasi. Tujuan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen risiko terhadap kinerja keuangan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Mitra Maju Makmur. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengolahan data dengan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan eksposisi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa risiko kredit berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, risiko operasional berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, dan risiko likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan sehingga dapat disimpukan bahwa manajemen risiko tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu mitra untuk memecahkan kendala dan permasalahan dalam proses produksi dan pemasaran. Karang Taruna "Bhakti Utomo" Desa LAMPERKIDUL merupakan salah satu Karangtaruna di daerah Lamper Kidul dengan 30 anggota dan bergerak di bidang Kerajinan Tangan, Sablon Kaos, Oleh-oleh Semarang. Sablon kaos belum memenuhi pangsa pasar karena masih banyak kekurangan, dan hasilnya kurang menarik. Masalah lainnya adalah kurangnya pengalaman dan pengetahuan tentang teknologi digital printing untuk sablon T-shirt yang semakin maju dan tidak lagi manual. Masih menggunakan alat sablon manual, dan belum memiliki media sosial sebagai pemasaran produk anak muda sebagai media untuk meningkatkan pendapatan anak muda Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah desain sablon kaos yang telah dirancang oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat dan media sosial untuk pemasaran online   The purpose of this community service is to help partners to solve obstacles and problems in the production and marketing process. Karang Taruna “Bhakti Utomo” LAMPERKIDUL Village is one of the Karangtaruna in the Lamper Kidul area with 30 members and is engaged in Handicraft, T-shirt Screen Printing, Semarang souvenirs. T-shirt screen printing has not met the market share because there are still many shortcomings, and the results are less attractive. Another problem is the lack of experience and knowledge about digital printing technology for T-shirt screen printing which is increasingly advanced and no longer manual. Still using manual screen printing tools, and do not yet have social media as marketing for youth products as a medium to increase youth income The results of this community service are t-shirt screen printing designs that have been designed by the community service team and social media for online marketing

Abstract

Dalam merancang digester biogas skala besar dan beroperasi jangka panjang dengan ketersediaan bahan baku setiap hari, penting untuk mengetahui waktu retensi hidrolik (HRT) dari substrat guna mengoptimalkan proses dekomposisi dan mendapatkan kualitas biogas yang baik. Komposisi gas terutama metana (CH4) menjadi dasar penentuan kualitas biogas. Pendekatan eksperimental menggunakan digester anaerobik tipe batch berkapasitas 50 liter dilakukan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh HRT pada proses dekomposisi anaerobik terhadap kualitas biogas. Campuran kotoran sapi dan air dengan perbandingan 1:1 dan 1:2 digunakan sebagai substrat. Selanjutnya, kondisi proses dan kualitas biogas dianalisis dan dievaluasi dengan variabel HRT 3, 7, 14, 21, dan 28 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas biogas tertinggi diperoleh dari proses dekomposisi anaerobik dengan komposisi substrat 1:1 dan pada HRT 28 hari, dengan kandungan CH4 sebesar 62,23 %vol dan nilai kalor sebesar 21745,71 kJ/m3. Hasil investigasi ini dapat dijadikan acuan di dalam merancang digester biogas skala besar dan beroperasi jangka panjang untuk berbagai tipe digester yang berbeda. Semakin lama HRT substrat pada proses dekomposisi anaerobik di dalam digester, semakin tinggi persentase kandungan CH4 dalam biogas, dan semakin tinggi pula nilai kalornya.

Abstract

This study investigates the viability of employing a cabinet-type dryer with a heat energy source derived from biomass combustion to dry Eucheuma sp. using Newton's model. In this investigation, seaweed was dried with air at a temperature of 55 °C. A reduction in water content of 8.1% was attained after six hours of drying. To make the data fit the suggested drying mathematical model, the data were examined and recorded. The model feasibility test shows that, with a coefficient of determination (R2) that is close to one and corrected at 0.9502, the Newton model can be used to predict the moisture content of dried seaweed after the drying process using a cabinet-type dryer with a source of heat energy from biomass combustion.

Abstract

Pengeringan merupakan salah satu metode pengawetan yang paling banyak digunakan untuk memperpanjang masa simpan produk pertanian, makanan, dan bahan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun alat pengering skala laboratorium yang inovatif dengan integrasi thermal energy storage (TES) berbasis phase change material (PCM) menggunakan paraffin wax sebagai media penyimpanan energi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi desain alat, perakitan, dan pengujian performa. Paraffin wax dipilih karena sifatnya yang mampu menyimpan dan melepaskan energi panas secara efisien pada rentang suhu pengeringan yang dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini secara khusus mengevaluasi kinerja termal dari alat pengering untuk mendapatkan karakteristik sistem berupa distribusi temperatur di ruang pengering, distribusi temperatur pada media TES, dan distribusi temperatur udara keluar alat pengering melalui cerobong. Hasil investigasi menunjukkan bahwa penambahan TES berbasis PCM paraffin wax mampu menjaga stabilitas temperatur di ruang pengering. Hal ini nantinya akan berdampak positif pada efisisensi sistem secara keseluruhan.
