Abstract

The aim research (1) to know local financial performance with ratio of fiscal decentralization degree, local financial independent, effectiveness of PAD, local finance efficiencey and growth PAD regencies/municipalities in South Borneo province 2013-2017, (2) to know business sector which contributed in PDRB. Technical analysis data is descriptif analysis. The result research showed : by average fiscal decentralization degree ratio 9 regencies still very less and 4 regencies/cities less, 7 regencies low, average local financial independence 4 regencies still very low, 7 regencies low and 2 municipalities enough independence, average effectivene PAD ratio almost all of regencies/municipalities very effective except Banjarmasin municipality are effective, average local financial efficiency ratio 9 regencies/municipalities less effecient and 2 regencies enough efficient, while Banjarbaru municipalities inefficient, growth PAD ratio is positive. Abstract

This research aims to determine what the influence of labor, working hours and price levels on the level of production of the brick industry in Pulau Pinang Village, Binuang Sub-district, Tapin District and the most dominant factor of the three factors.This research uses data analysis tools in the form of software Eviews 9, with multiple linear regression models using the least squares estimation method. The data used are primary and secondary data. The results of the research show that labor, working hours and price levels have a significant effect on the level of production both silmutaneously and partially. The factor that shows the most dominant influence in influencing the level of production of the brick industry is the labor factor.Keywords: Influence; Labor; Working Hours; Price Levels; Production Levels

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan yaitu (1) Untuk mengetahui karakteristik media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Articulate Storyline materi sistem reproduksi manusia kelas IPA Kelas IX yang bersifat valid, (2) Untuk mengetahui karakteristik media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Articulate Storyline materi sistem reproduksi manusia kelas IPA Kelas IX yang bersifat praktis.(3) Untuk mengetahui karakteristik media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Articulate Storyline materi sistem reproduksi manusia kelas IPA Kelas IX yang bersifat efektif. Penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis Articulate Storyline pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas IX materi sistem reproduksi manusia ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Reasearch and Development yang menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE sebagai acuannya. Model ADDIE ini terdiri dari 5 tahapan, yaitu Analysis (analisis), Design (perancangan), Development (pengembangan), Implementation (implementasi) dan Evaluation (evaluasi). Media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Articulate Storyline pada mata pelajaran IPA Kelas IX materi sistem reproduksi manusia yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan. penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Articulate Storyline pada materi sistem reproduksi manusia memberikan pengaruh yang sangat baik bagi peserta didik. Peserta didik menjadi lebih antusias dalam belajar dan peserta didik dapat belajar secara mandiri kapan dan dimanapun juga. Apalagi saat ini dalam kondisi pandemi akibat Covid 19 yang mengharuskan pembelajaran jarak jauh atau biasa lebih dkenal dengan istilah pembelajaran online media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Articulate Storyline ini dapat menjadi alternatif sebagai sumber belajar untuk mempelajari materi sistem reproduksi manusia.

Abstract

Gempa Bumi 6,2 M melanda Mamuju dan sekitarnya telah membawa dampak yag sangat serius kepada siswa. Ditengah kondisi psikologis yang masih trauma, jga diperparah dengan kondisi infrasruktur yang tidak sepenuhnya mampu menjadi penunjang pelaksaan pengajaran disekolah. Kegiatan pembelajaran Menyenangkan Dalam Rangkaian Trauma Healing Pascagempa 6.2 M dilaksanakan agar dapat menjadi sesuatu yang baru bagi siswa yang tegabung dalam Panti Asuhan Manakarra Mamuju. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, adalahMembantu peserta (Penyintas Gempa Bumi) dalam menyembuhkan trauma atas musibah gempa dan mencukupi secara kuantitas selama masa pascabencana gempa agar dapat termotivasi kembali belajar; (Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Tim Teaching. Dalam pembelajaran ini, Dosen dan mahasiswa mengajar secara tim, ada yang bertugas mengajar, membantu mengajar, dan mendokumentasikan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Tahapan evaluasi sebagai indicator keberhasilan kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan pengisian angket. Indikator keberhasilan kegiatan ini adalah adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar anak panti asuhan serta Merasa senang dalam mengikuti program yang dijalankan. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan diperoleh bahwa dengan adanya kegiatan pembelajaran “Pembelajaran Menyenangkan Dalam Rangkaian Trauma Healing Pascagempa 6.2 M ” di Panti asuhan Manakarra Muhammadiyah Mamuju anak-anak semakin termotivasi belajar. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan hasil observasi melalui angket diperoleh bahwa mereka pada umumya 95% menyatakan tertarik dengan kegiatan tersebut dan sedikit banyaknya menghilangkan trauma terhadap gempa bumi yang telah terjadi. Selanjutnya, bagi mahasiswa mereka memperoleh pengalaman yang baru dalam mengajar pada situasi bencana gempa bumi

Abstract

The Human Development Index in South Kalimantan Province, although experiencing an increase, is always below the national level and is ranked 25 out of all provinces in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to (1) Know the achievements of health programs that have been implemented; (2) Know the strategies that can be carried out to improve the performance of health programs as forming the Human Development Index in the province of South Kalimantan. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. This study uses secondary data and primary data through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is the SWOT Analysis. The results of the SWOT analysis and drafted strategies that have been prepared, obtained 3 alternative strategies in an effort to improve the performance of health programs in the Province of South Kalimantan, namely: (1) Improving Quality and Affordable Health Services. (2) Expanding the Reach of Health Services to the Community. (3) Increase the utilization of Provincial Government's commitment in determining proportional health budget allocations to priority health programs. The impact of the results in this study can affect provincial government policies in optimizing program implementation, improving quality and affordable health services, expanding the reach of health services to the community and determining more proportional health budget allocations to priority health programs. Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan walaupun mengalami peningkatan tetapi selalu berada di bawah nasional dan berada di peringkat 25 dari seluruh provinsi di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk (1) Mengetahui capaian kinerja program kesehatan yang telah dilaksanakan; (2) Mengetahui strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja program kesehatan sebagai pembentuk Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan.  Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan data primer melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah dengan Analisis SWOT. Hasil analisis SWOT dan rancangan strategi yang telah disusun, diperoleh 3 strategi alternatif dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja program kesehatan di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan yaitu: (1) Meningkatkan  Pelayanan Kesehatan Bermutu dan Terjangkau. (2) Memperluas Jangkauan Pelayanan Kesehatan pada Masyarakat. (3) Meningkatkan Pemanfaatan komitmen Pemerintah Provinsi dalam penetapan alokasi anggaran kesehatan secara proporsional pada program kesehatan prioritas. Adapun dampak dari hasil penelitian ini dapat mempengaruhi kebijakan pemerintah provinsi dalam  optimalisasi pelaksanaan program, peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan bermutu dan terjangkau, memperluas jangkauan pelayanan kesehatan pada masyarakat dan penetapan alokasi anggaran kesehatan yang lebih proporsional pada program kesehatan prioritas.

Abstract

This study aims to delineate the language styles present in Andrea Hirata's novel "Orang-Orang Biasa" and ascertain its applicability as teaching material for historical story texts in Indonesian language learning. Employing a descriptive qualitative method, the research analyzes the novel to discern the form and meaning of language styles within it. The data source is the novel itself, and data collection involves library research, reading techniques, and note-taking. The note technique records the analysis results of the novel. The research unfolds in three stages: planning, implementation, and data reporting. The novel exhibits various language styles, categorized as: 1) comparison styles, encompassing simile, personification, metaphor, pleonasm, periphrasis, antithesis, prolepsis; 2) opposition styles, including hyperbole, irony, litotes, oxymoron, zeugma, innuendo, satire, paradox, climax, anticlimax, hypocrisy, cynicism, and sarcasm; 3) linking styles, consisting of metonymy, synecdoche, euphemism, allusion, eponymy, epithet, antonomasia, ellipsis, asyndeton, and polysyndeton; and 4) repetition styles, such as alliteration, assonance, chiasmus, epizeuxis, anaphora, epistrophe, mesodiplosis, epanalepsis, and anadiplosis. These language styles contribute to the novel's aesthetic appeal, imparting an artistic and dramatic essence. The findings are applicable to Indonesian language learning in SMA class XII semester 2, particularly in historical story text materials covering language styles within basic competency 3.4 (analyzing the language of historical stories or novels) and basic competency 4.4 (writing personal historical stories with attention to language). The teaching materials developed for this study utilize a modular approach.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution and effectiveness of taxes collected by the Official Assessment System (PBB-P2) compared to the Self Assessment System (BPHTB, PPJ, Restaurant Tax, and MBLB Tax) on Local Revenue Tanah Bumbu Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive with contribution and effectiveness analysis techniques using secondary data obtained from the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of Tanah Bumbu Regency. The result of this research is that the tax contribution collected by the Self Assessment System is better than that collected by the Official Assessment System. Even though it is still in the criteria of not contributing, theree are also types of taxes in the shallow standards, namely Restaurant Tax and MBLB Tax. The taxes collected by the Official Assessment System and the Self Assessment System were very effective in 2016-2020. This means that the average realization for the last five years has consistently reached the target.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the Regional Financial Independence Ratio, Economic Growth, and Human Development index of Tanah Bumbu, Kotabaru, and Tanah Laut have an effect on the Tanah Bumbu, Kotabaru, and Tanah Laut and analyze how the Economic Growth affects the Human Development Index in of Tanah Bumbu, Kotabaru, and Tanah Laut. This study uses regional financial independence, linear panel data regression, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the ratio of regional financial independence partially has a significant adverse effect on the Human Development Index (HDI); the test results show that the probability count is 0.0549>0.05. Meanwhile, economic growth partially has a significant positive effect on the human development index (HDI). The test results show that the probability value of count is 0.0033<0.05.

Abstract

Changes in subjects in the independent curriculum in Elementary Schools (SD)/MI include science and social studies subjects becoming Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS). The aims of this research are to 1) Describe the implementation of science and science learning integrated with 21st century skills in the independent curriculum in class V MIN 2 Pati; 2) Describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of integrated science and science learning with 21st century skills in the independent curriculum in class V MIN 2 Pati; 3) Describe the results of the implementation of integrated science and science learning for 21st century skills in the independent curriculum in class V MIN 2 Pati. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of the research found that Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 2 Pati is one of the madrasas that has implemented an independent curriculum for 2 academic years. In implementing science and science learning in the independent curriculum, there are several steps, namely: learning planning, learning implementation and learning closure. In its implementation, it uses differentiation learning methods, PBL and inquiry. The media used in learning include pictures, LCD and projectors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of good corporate governance (GCG) againts fraud on companies listed on the IDX. The data in this study were obtained from compulsory taxes obtained at the North Makassar KPP that were received as respondents. This study uses secondary data with a purposive sampling method with several criteria, so the sample size is 13 banks. Data analysis method used is regression analysis. The results of this study partially, Good Corporate Governance proves negative and significant effect on fraud.
