Abstract

This research aims to test whether the application of the Nature School method has a significant effect on improving the observation skills of class V students at MIS Nurul Yaqin. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which consists of two cycles. Observations were made on teacher and student activities during the implementation of the Nature School method. The results of the research showed that this method proved effective in increasing teacher activity from 66.25% (fair) in cycle I to 76% (good) in cycle II, as well as student activity from 70% (fair) to 78% (good) in cycle II. Overall, the application of the Nature School method has proven to be effective in improving students' observation skills in science learning, especially on ecosystem topics. The great influence of this method on improving students' observation skills shows that the Nature School method can be an innovative learning alternative that is oriented towards students' direct interaction with the environment.

Abstract

Environmental problems in this case, especially the waste problem, are problems that are very close to society and which until now have not been fully addressed by the relevant parties, based on this, it is one of the supporting factors for this research which is expected to be a place for early introduction to the importance of protecting the environment, as for the aim. This research is to create an Android-based environmental care educational game application at GUPPI Kindergarten and to see the results of implementing an Android-based environmental care educational game application at GUPPI Kindergarten. The process of creating an Android-based Environmental Care Educational Game Application is carried out using Unity where the process is divided into creating the design, then forming the objects in the game, then creating the scene and finally the compilation process. Based on the tests carried out, it was found that the game works well on smartphones of different types. The implementation of an Android-based environmental care educational game application carried out at Guppi Kindergarten resulted in the educational game application proving to be effective in increasing students' interest and knowledge in recognizing dry waste and wet waste.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to design and implement an Android-based Learning to Read and Count application for children aged 4 to 6 years, this application is made to facilitate interesting reading and counting amidst the addiction to using mobile phones for children aged 4 to 6 years. This application or system is made using the Java and MySQL programming languages, where this application is used to facilitate learning that is full of modern education by following current technological developments. And based on the results of the implementation, it has succeeded in helping parents in facilitating the use of Android properly.

Abstract

This study aims to describe effective learning strategies in increasing the understanding of literal meaning and majazi at students at Zainul Hasan Ganggong Islamic Boarding School. Pesantren, as a religious-based education institution, has an important role in shaping comprehensive religious understanding, including understanding of rich religious texts about literal meaning and majazi. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with observation methods, interviews, and documentation to collect data. The results showed that effective learning strategies include the use of tahsin methods (proper and correct reading of the Qur'an), tahfizh (memorizing the Qur'an), a contextual explanation of the Qur'an and hadith verses, as well as group discussions that encourage students to interact and exchange thoughts. These strategies have proven to increase students’ understanding of literal meaning and majazi, so they can understand more deep and cyclic texts in their daily lives. This study provides important implications for curriculum development and learning methods in pesantren to improve the quality of the religious understanding of students.

Abstract

This research aims to identify potential sectors based on linkage analysis, dispersion effect analysis, multiplier analysis and comparison of potential sectors in Tanah Bumbu Regency economy. It is quantitative research using Input-Output analysis with support IOW. Data used is from Badan Pusat Statistik of South Kalimantan Province and Badan Pusat Statistik of  Tanah Bumbu Regency. Forward linkage electricity, gases and fresh water sector, backward linkage construction shifted to manufacturing idustry sector. Disparsion effect electricity, gases and fresh water sector. Multiplier manufacturing industri sector. The results showed that 2010 and 2016 saw shifts in potential sectors Tanah Bumbu Regency economy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the direct effect of economic growth and investment on TPAK partially (2) the direct effect of economic growth, investment and TPAK on community welfare partially (3) the indirect effect of economic growth and investment on community welfare through TPAK as a whole. partial (4) the effect of economic growth and investment on TPAK simultaneously (5) the effect of economic growth and investment on people's welfare through TPAK simultaneously. This study uses time series data for 2010-2021 through a quantitative approach using the path analysis method. This study shows that economic growth has no significant effect on TPAK, while investment has a significant effect on TPAK. Economic growth, investment and TPAK have no significant effect on people's welfare. On the other hand, economic growth has a more indirect effect on people's welfare through TPAK, while investment has a more direct effect on people's welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of distance learning based on digital technology on the achievement of fiqh scores at MI Nurul Hidayah Surabaya. The approach used is qualitative with a descriptive method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results show that the use of Google form as an online learning medium is highly effective in supporting the fiqh teaching and learning process, evidenced by the high average student score of 12.13. Despite challenges in technology infrastructure and students' digital literacy, the use of Google form yielded positive results, especially with the active support from parents. This study concludes that distance learning based on digital technology can improve the quality of education at MI Nurul Hidayah Surabaya, particularly in the subject of fiqh, provided that infrastructure and training for students and teachers are enhanced.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Education Expenditure, Health Expenditure, Social Assistance Expenditure, and Per Capita Income partially and simultaneously on the human development index in 13 districts/cities of South Kalimantan Province. This type of research is quantitative. Regression analysis using panel data is a combination of time series data for the 2018-2022 period. The results show that education spending and per capita income have a positive and significant effect on the human development index in South Kalimantan Province. Health spending and social assistance spending have a positive and insignificant effect on the human development index in South Kalimantan Province. Abstract

Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (UMK) merupakan sektor ekonomi yang sangat penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia. Sektor UMK memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, penciptaan lapangan kerja, dan pemerataan ekonomi. Namun kenyataannya, UMK yang ada belum mengerti dan paham dalam penyusun pembukuan atau pencatatan sederhana. Setiap transaksi yang terjadi hanya dicatat di kertas kadang juga di buku. Dan tidak dicatat secara teratur. Maka tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu memberikan pelatihan kepada para pelaku UMK dalam menyusun pembukuan sederhana. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran melalui Android berbasis masalah materi sistem reproduksi kelas IX SMP Muhammadiyah Mamuju yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung pembelajaran sehingga membantu pengajar dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Muhammadiyah Mamuju. Merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan Model ADDIE yang tahapan yang terdiri dari 5 tahap yaitu: analyze (analisis), design (desain), development (pengembangan) dan evaluation (evaluasi). Sampel penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IX SMP Muhammadiyah Mamuju Tahun Ajaran 2021-2022 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang. Instrumen yang dikembangkan berupa instrumen validitas media pembelajaran melalui Android yang terdiri atas instrumen materi dan produk, instrumen angket respon guru, instrumen angket respon peserta didik serta hasil belajar peserta didik. Media pembelajaran melalui Android berbasis masalah materi sistem reproduksi dikembangkan kemudian uji validitas hingga dinyatakan valid oleh validator lalu diimplementasikan untuk mengetahui respon tenaga pendidik, respon peserta didik, serta efektifitas melalui hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran melalui Android berbasis masalah materi sistem reproduksi yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria kevalidan, kepraktisan, serta respon tenaga pendidik yang berada pada kategori baik serta respon peserta didik berada pada posisi positif. Hasil belajar memenuhi kriteria keefektifan dengan melihat hasil belajar peserta didik yang mengalami peningkatan pascaperlakuan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran melalui Android berbasis masalah materi sistem reproduksi yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif.
