Abstract

By following the times, companies provide electronic services (e-service quality). E-service quality or electronic service can be defined as an interactive service offered by service providers, which aims to strengthen the relationship between consumers and service providers. The quality of service of a company is needed to meet the increasingly diverse needs of society. Therefore, entrepreneurs make new innovations to provide the best quality of service. One company that implements online-based service innovations is the State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) company PT PLN (Persero). PT PLN created a service model in the form of an application called PLN Mobile to make it easier for customers to meet their information needs and interactions with PLN.This study aims to determine the effect of E-quality of service on customer satisfaction of PLN mobile application users of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Perbaungan customers. The population of this study was 1,151 households of electricity meter users using the Slovin sampling formula, obtained a sample size of 43 samples who had downloaded the PLN mobile application in PlayStore. Then for the analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis and data processing using SPSS software version 20. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that E-Service Quality (Efficient and reliable service, Fullfilment, Security / trust, Site aesthetics, Responsiveness / contact, Ease of use) simultaneously has a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether leadership style and compensation significantly influence the performance of employees at the Cinta Maju Community Health Center in the Belangpegayon District. This research is of the associative type, with the population of the study being all employees of the Cinta Maju Community Health Center in the Belangpegayon District, totaling 40 employees. The sample used is saturated sampling, meaning all 40 individuals in the population are taken as samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on hypothesis testing, the results of this study are as follows: leadership style influences employee performance, compensation influences employee performance, and leadership style and compensation together influence employee performance

Abstract

The problem formulation in this research is whether there is an influence of work motivation and work environment on the job satisfaction of employees PT. Hijau Priyan Perdana. This research aims to find out how work motivation and work environment influence the job satisfaction of employees PT. Hijau Priyan Perdana. The data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this research consisted of 35 employees. The analytical technique used is the quantitative method. The results of this research indicate that the Work Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction  at  PT.  Hijau  Priyan  Perdana.  The  Work  Environment  variables  have  a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Hijau Priyan Perdana. Work Motivation and Work Environment variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Hijau Priyan Perdana

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the effect of teacher competence and work motivation on teacher performance at Wira Jaya Tanjung Morawa Private Vocational School. The population and sample in this study were 30 people. Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires, documentation studies, and literature studies.  The data analysis techniques used are data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis tests. The results of this study show that partially (t-test) Teacher Competence has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Wira Jaya Tanjung Morawa Private Vocational Teachers, and Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Wira Jaya Tanjung Morawa Private Vocational Teachers. The results of simultaneous significant testing (F-test) of Teacher Competence and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Teachers of Private Vocational Schools Wira Jaya Tanjung Morawa. The suggestion of this research is as a reference material to improve competence and pay attention to providing work motivation for the performance of teachers of Wirajaya Tanjung Morawa Private Vocational SchoolTeacher Competence;Work Motivation;Teacher Performance

Abstract

This study applies quantitative methods with the aim of determining whether motivation and discipline influence on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II, Patumbak plantation. The population involved in this study was 34 employees and the entire population was used as a research sample. Data collection techniques were carried out by giving questionnaires to respondents, interviews, and collecting documents. To prove and analyze this, this study used several testing techniques, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, and f tests (simultaneous) and t tests (partial) and determination correlation tests. The results of the study showed that partially both motivation variables and discipline variables had a positive and significant effect on performance variables and simultaneously showed that employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II, Partumbak  plantation  was influenced by motivation and discipline by 50.2%

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of training and human resource development on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of training and human resource development on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study was 34 people and the sample in this study was 34 people using saturated sampling. The data source for this study uses primary data, namely sources recorded directly by researchers through questionnaires and interviews regarding problems related to training and human resource development on employee performance. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, human resource development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Training and human resource development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and communication partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees work in the PT. Sumatera Inti Karet Marindal. PT. Sumatera Inti Karet Marindal Jalan Roso Melati 5 Dusun 8 Marindal 1, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Provinis Sumatera Utara, with a population of 101 people, and a study sample of 50 people. Based on the analysis results obtained work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees work of the PT. Sumatera Inti Karet Marindal, this is supported by the results of t count analysis t-table (3,529 2,012) Communication has a positif and significant effect on the performance of employees work of the PT. Sumatera Inti Karet Marindal, this is supported by an analysis of t count t-table (4,190 2,012).Value of F-count F table (27,171 3,20) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of work discipline andcommunication on the performance of employees work of employees of the PT. Sumatera Inti Karet Marindal. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth.
