Abstract

The Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OSHMS) of the hospital ensures that medical personnel, non-medical personnel, patients, and visitors are in a safe and comfortable environment. Activities carried out at Pekanbaru Hospital have the potential for hazards. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of OSHMS in hospitals in Pekanbaru City. This research method employed a qualitative approach, utilizing a case study research design with a content analysis component. The informants in this study consisted of 8 people, including the main informant (a doctor, nurse, or midwife) and supporting informants (the chairman and members of the Hospital K3 committee, the Head of Administration, the Head of Service and Nursing, and the Head of Medical and Non-Medical Support). The data analysis techniques employed were data reduction, data presentation, coding categories, and conclusions. The results of the study are hospital policies regarding OHS, with the formation of a hospital OHS committee, which the hospital director has approved, and OHS planning has been carried out with hazard identification. The hospital had made efforts to control hazards. OHS implementation was carried out by Permenkes No. 66 of 2016, which concerns the implementation of OHS in hospitals. Monitoring and evaluation of performance had also been carried out in the hospital through an internal audit of the hospital's OSHMS. To improve the implementation of OHS.

Abstract

Program Keluarga Berencana (KB) bertujuan mengatur kelahiran dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Provinsi Riau sendiri belum mencapai target nasional 70%, dengan kepesertaan KB hanya 64,3% pada 2022. Di Kecamatan Siak, terjadi penurunan kepesertaan KB dari 9.101 peserta (2021) menjadi 3.900 peserta (2023). Rendahnya cakupan KB disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman, mitos kontrasepsi, faktor ekonomi, serta akses terbatas ke layanan KB. Peran Penyuluh Lapangan Keluarga Berencana (PLKB) sangat penting dalam edukasi, pendampingan, dan peningkatan partisipasi KB. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar diperolehnya informasi tentang peran Penyuluh Lapangan Keluarga Berencana (PLKB) dalam upaya peningkatan Cakupan KB di Kecamatan Siak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus di Kecamatan Siak Kabupaten Siak pada bulan Januari-Februari 2025. Penelitian ini melibatkan informan utama, yaitu Penyuluh KB (IU1) dan Penyuluh Lapangan KB (IU2), serta informan pendukung, termasuk Kepala Bidang KB (IP1), Akseptor KB (IP2), Kepala Puskesmas (IP3), dan Kader KB (IP4). Analisa data menggunakan analisis konten. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa SDM PLKB cukup mendukung melalui edukasi dan koordinasi lintas sektor, meskipun masih menghadapi tantangan budaya dan agama. Reward bagi PLKB belum terstruktur akibat keterbatasan anggaran, meskipun apresiasi seperti refreshing tahunan diberikan. Aksesibilitas alat kontrasepsi sangat baik, namun pemahaman masyarakat masih menjadi kendala yang diatasi melalui penyuluhan. Media digital dan cetak digunakan untuk sosialisasi, dengan pendekatan visual yang lebih interaktif.

Abstract

Background : According to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No.18 of 2014 Mental Health is a condition that allows an individual to develop physically, mentally, spiritually, and socially so that the individual is aware of his own abilities, can cope with pressure, can work productively and is able to contribute to their community (Ministry of Health, 2014). Data from the Kampar District Health Office in 2019 there was an increase in cases of People With Mental Disorders (ODGJ) in 2020 totaling 141 people with a prevalence of 0.15 of the population. In 2020, it has a target of 1,218 people, only 781 people recorded and 535 people received health services. The highest cases of mental disorders were in the working area of ​​the Mining Community Health Center with 121 cases. The Community Health Center with the lowest cases of mental disorders was Kampar Kiri Hulu II Health Center with 5 cases of mental disorders. Objective : To identify the problems found and provide recommendations for alternative solutions regarding the Health Services for People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ) at the Kampar District Health Office. Method : qualitative using fishbone Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and document searches at the Kampar District Health Office. Results: Based on the analysis, it was found that health services for people with severe mental disorders (ODGJ) and non-communicable diseases (hypertension and diabetes mellitus) were found in Kampar Regency. The priority problem through ultrasound weighting is the lack of health services for people with severe mental disorders (ODGJ). Conclusion: The problem solving recommendations given are asking for cross-sectoral support to increase awareness of mental health, proposing/producing more posters, books, leaflets related to mental health, conducting training on early detection of mental disorders for officers from community health centers.
