Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this development research is to produce a training package for guidance with outbound techniques to develop resilience of junior high school students who meet the acceptance criteria. The steps of this development are (1) the preparation stage consisting of literature review, analysis of needs and potential problems, determining development objectives and preparing the necessary materials (2) the development stage consisting of preparing a product prototype and product design (3) the validation stage consisting of initial product testing, revision I, testing of prospective product users, revision II and final product preparation. The results showed that outbound techniques to develop resilience in junior high school students met the appropriate requirements for counseling guidance services by counselors. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan paket pelatihan bimbingan dengan teknik outbound untuk mengembangkan resiliensi siswa SMP yang memenuhi kriteria keberterimaan. Langkah dari pengembangan ini adalah (1) tahap persiapan yang terdiri dari kajian pustaka, analisis kebutuhan dan potensi masalah, menentukan tujuan pengembangan dan menyiapkan bahan yang diperlukan (2) tahap pengembangan terdiri dari penyusunan prototype produk dan desain produk (3) tahap validasi terdiri dari uji coba produk awal, revisi I, uji coba calon pengguna produk, revisi II dan penyusunan produk akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan teknik outbound untuk mengembangkan resiliensi pada siswa SMP telah memenuhi syarat yang layak digunakan untuk layanan bimbingan konseling oleh konselor.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to develop a restructuring technique group counseling guide to reduce the high school student population. Preparatory guide for counselors in providing counseling services, reducing communication pool. The research method uses the Research and Development model, with 4 stages, namely (1) potential problems, (2) data management, (3) product design, and (4) design validation. The results of the total validation test on expert numeric data show a percentage of 73 percent, in the high enough category, the results of the validation test on the total data for media expert numbers show a percentage of 92 percent, in the very high category and the overall validation test results on the data on the number of potential product users with the percentage of 97.5 percent, is also in a very high category. The numerical data from BK experts, media experts and potential users show that the guidelines developed by researchers have met the acceptance criteria and are suitable for use by counselors as a guide in providing counseling services to reduce communication in communication. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan panduan konseling kelompok teknik restrukturisasi untuk mereduksi kecemasan komunikasi siswa SMA. Panduan disiapkan untuk konselor dalam memberikan layanan konseling, mereduksi kecemasan komunikasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan model Research and Development, dengan 4 tahapan yakni (1) potensi masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, dan (4) validasi desain. Hasil uji validasi ahli materi secara keseluruhan menunjukan persentase sebesar 73 persen, dalam kategori cukup tinggi, berarti cukup layak. Hasil uji validasi ahli media pada keseluruhan data menunjukan persentase sebesar 92 persen, dalam kategori sangat tinggi, artinya sangat layak, dan hasil uji validasi calon pengguna produk secara keseluruhan menunjukkan persentase 97,5 persen, juga dalam kategori sangat tinggi, artinya sangat layak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa panduan yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti telah memenuhi kriteria keberterimaan dan layak digunakan oleh konselor sebagai panduan dalam memberikan layanan konseling untuk mereduksi kecemasan dalam komunikasi.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine: (1) the relationship of social support to achievement motivation; (2) The relationship of self-efficacy to achievement motivation; (3) The relationship between social support and self-efficacy on achievement motivation (4) The amount of the independent variable's contribution to the dependent. The design of this research is social support and self-efficacy as independent variables, while achievement motivation is the dependent variable. The research population of SMAN 1 Wates students with a sample of 183 students obtained through simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used consisted of a social support scale, a self-efficacy scale, and an achievement motivation scale. The data analysis technique was in the form of descriptive statistics with the results obtained on the social support variable having a percentage value of 74.3 percent in the high category, while in the medium category it was 25.7 percent. The results of self-efficacy get a score of 83.6 percent in the high category, and 16.4 percent in the medium category. Achievement motivation has a value of 79.8 percent, while in the medium category it is 20.2 percent. Then, the effect of the predictor variable on the criteria is 45.4 percent. Overall, it can be seen that there is a significant and positive relationship between social support and self-efficacy together with achievement motivation. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Hubungan dukungan sosial terhadap motivasi berprestasi; (2) Hubungan efikasi diri terhadap motivasi berprestasi; (3) Hubungan dukungan sosial dan efikasi diri terhadap motivasi berprestasi (4) Besarnya sumbangan variabel independen terhadap dependen. Rancangan penelitian ini yaitu dukungan sosial dan efikasi diri sebagai variabel bebas, sedangkan motivasi berprestasi sebagai variabel terikat. Populasi penelitian siswa SMAN 1 Wates dengan sampel 183 siswa yang diperoleh melalui teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari skala dukungan sosial, skala efikasi diri, dan skala motivasi berprestasi. Teknik analisis data berupa statistik deskriptif dengan hasil yang diperoleh pada variabel dukungan sosial mempunyai persentase nilai 74,3 persen kategori tinggi, sedangkan pada kategori sedang 25,7 persen. Hasil dari Efikasi diri mendapatkan nilai sebesar 83,6 persen kategori tinggi, dan kategori sedang 16,4 persen. Motivasi berprestasi memiliki nilai sebesar 79,8 persen, sedangkan pada kategori sedang 20,2 persen. Kemudian, untuk pengaruh variabel prediktor terhadap kriterium yaitu 45,4 persen. Secara keseluruhan dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara dukungan sosial dan efikasi diri secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi berprestasi.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine the effect of addiiction to social media and online games on the academic procrastination of grade IX students of SMP Brawijaya Smart School Malang in the 2021-2022 academic year. This studdy uses a quantitative research approach. This type of research, the researcher uses correlation research. Sampling was determined through random sampling with the number of research subjects totaling 100 students. This study used subjects from students of SMP Brawijaya Smart School Malang class IX. The researcher used a scale of social media, online games and academic procrastination which was adapted from previous research. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, normality test, simple linear regression test, multiple correlation test and hypothesis testing (f) with the help of SPSS 24.0. The results show that there is an influence between addiction to social media and online games on academic procrastination in students at SMP Brawijaya Smart School. This is evidenced by the significant value of 0.000, where the significant value is 0.000 less than 0.05. So it can be interpreted that there is an influence of social media and online game addiction variables on academic procrastination. Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecanduan media sosial dan game online terhadap prokrastinasi akademik peserta didik kelass IX SMP Brawijaya Smart School Malang tahun ajaran 2021-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini, peneliti memakai penelitian korelasi (corelation). Pengambilan sampel ditentukan melalui random sampling dengan jumlah subjek penelitian berjumlah 100 peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan subjek dari peseerta didik SMP Brawijaya Smart School Malang kelas IX. Peneliti menggunakan skala media sosial, game online dan prokrastinasi akademik yang diadaptasi dari penelitian sebelum-belumnya. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji korelasi ganda dan uji hipotesis (f) dengan bantuan SPSS 24,0. Hasil menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara kecanduan media sosial dan game online terhadap prokrastinasi akademik pada peserta didik di SMP Brawijaya Smart School. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari nilai signifikannya sebesar 0,000, dimana nilai signifikan 0,000 kurang dari 0,05. Sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa adanya pengaruh variabel kecanduan media sosial dan game online terhadap prokrastinasi akademik.

Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak that hit the whole world had an impact on changes in life patterns and had an impact on education in particular. Making the teaching and learning process carried out at home, Covid-19 raises psychiatric problems due to information that is not necessarily correct coupled with the discovery of the Covid-19 vaccine and cannot be predicted when it will end. It is feared that students will experience stress, depression, and worry about current conditions coupled with learning patterns that burden new learning tasks. So the role of the BK teacher is needed to provide services that help students to overcome the problems currently faced, with counseling services, information services, and media in counseling. As well as providing assistance to students conducted by School counselor. certainly use media liaison / online such as Zoom, Google Meet, Goole Classroom, and Edmodo. The implementation of giving rocks that are focused on increasing spiritual intelligence because this aspect is the core of the core beliefs of every human being can be sure of life because of the belief about Who Created Everything (Allah), people can be generous because of the promise of alms benefit, people can carry out prayers five times because they have a big principle and are sure of the rewards to be received and people can be good and productive people because a Muslim must be a person who is serious in carrying out his work. The purpose of this study is to provide discourse and idea of the role that can be taken by BK teachers to help overcome the psychiatric problems experienced by students during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is the Literature Study. The conclusion is to give a general overview to the teacher guidance and counseling about the roles that can be taken to help alleviate student problems by utilizing the spiritual intelligence of students in the Covid-19 pandemic era by focusing on aspects developed from students, namely Improving Intention, Improving Qolbu Salim, Muhasabah, Personal who are optimistic, and pray.

Abstract

Abstract: MTs students as teenagers are faced with experiences and challenges as they grow. This study aims to measure the psychological well being of 153 respondents through a survey research design. The instrument used is a psychological well being scale and analyzed through descriptive statistics and graphs. The results showed that the psychological well being condition was in the medium category and tended to be high. Adolescents who have high psychological well being have self-acceptance, Positive relations with others, Autonomy, Environmental Mastery, Environmental Mastery and personal growth. Increasing psychological well being is needed by teenagers. in overcoming challenges in his life, problem solving abilities and optimizing his potential.Abstract: Siswa MTs sebagai remaja dihadapkan pada pengalaman dan tantangan ketika mereka tumbuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kondisi psychological well being dari 153 responden melalui desain penelitian survei. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala psychological well being dan dianalisis melalui statistik deskriptif dan grafik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kondisi psychological well being berada pada kategori sedang dan cenderung tinggi. Remaja yang memiliki psychological well being yang tinggi memiliki penerimaan pada diri sendiri, mampu membina hubungan positif dengan orang lain, memiliki kemandirian, mampu menguasai lingkungan, memiliki tujuan dalam hidup dan pertumbunhan pribadi. Peningkatan psychological well being diperlukan remaja. dalam mengatatsi tantangan dalam hidupnya,kemampuan problem solving dan optimalisasi potensi yang dimilikinya.

Abstract

Education with philosophy has a close relationship because philosophy is a viewof life that leads to the goal of education. According to Dewey, changes that occur in society must exist and inevitable because education is always changing. The perennialism view at the moment that education is regarded as a container to direct the center of culture. While human beings are able to solve the problem and achieve its goals rationally. This condition of development in the flow of philosophy one of which is essentialism. And education as a tool to process humanize human, with the difference of orientation and philosophy that became his belief. Differences philosophy in a nation will bring a difference in the perspective or purpose of education itself. Learning with the P4C contributes to raising children to be sensitive individuals who respect different perspectives and are able to shape their own rights, have ethical values, take care and improve themselves, and embrace new ideas.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to produce a guide product that can be used by counselors in order to overcome the problem of low self-efficacy. This research and development product refers to Borg & Gall model (1983). The subjects of this research are 2 guidance and counseling experts, two bibliocounseling material expert, two learning media expert, two prospective user, and 6 students wiht low self-efficacy. The results of the assessment by experts analyzed by using the inter-rater agreement model. The developed product also be tested for effectiveness in the form of small group test. Product assesment by guidance and counseling expert obtain high validity results while assesments by bibliocounselling material experts, learning media experts, and potential users get very high validity results. The product effectiveness test conductted showed that the self-efficacy scores of the students improved.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu produk yaitu berupa panduan yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh konselor dalam rangka mengatasi permasalahan efikasi diri siswa yang rendah. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini mengacu pada model penelitian dan pengembangan Borg & Gall (1983). Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah dua ahli bimbingan dan konseling, dua ahli materi bibliokonseling, dua ahli media pembelajaran, dua calon pengguna, dan enam orang siswa dengan efikasi diri rendah. Hasil penilaian oleh para ahli dianalisis menggunakan inter-rater agreement model. Produk yang dikembangkan juga akan diuji keefektifannya dalam bentuk uji kelompok kecil. Penilaian produk oleh ahli bimbingan dan konseling memperoleh hasil validitas tinggi sedangkan penilaian oleh ahli materi bibliokonseling, media pembelajaran serta calon pengguna mendapatkan hasil validitas sangat tinggi. Uji keefektifan produk yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa skor efikasi diri siswa yang dijadikan subjek mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

Nowadays in junior high school there are students who show behavior that indicates a low respectful mind. In improving respectful mind of junior high school students is needed suitable technique in counseling, bibliocounseling techniques is one of suitable technique. This study aims to test the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral counseling with bibliocounseling techniques to improve the respectful mind of junior high school students. This study used a type of quasi-experimental design research using nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique in this study is using a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is through two ways, namely nonparametric statistical test, and Wilcoxon test conducted with the help of the SPSS for windows program version 25.00. The calculation results of the Wilcoxon signed rank test in table 4.12 show a Z value obtained of -2.524 with a p value (Asymp. Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.012 which is less than the critical limit of the study which is 0.05, this means that there is a difference between the pretest and posttest results in the respectful mind of students. Furthermore the paired t-test calculation results show a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). It can be concluded that there is a significant difference in students’ respectful minds after being given treatment.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving landscape of digital communication, this research delves into the influential factors shaping a healthy social media environment. Focused on the interplay of social presence and online mentoring, the study investigates their collective impact on fostering positive online interactions. Utilizing a multi-method approach, data will be collected from diverse cultural contexts to offer a comprehensive understanding of the global dynamics at play. The research aims to identify the role of social presence in creating a sense of community and connectedness in the online sphere. Simultaneously, the study explores the potential of online mentoring as a catalyst for knowledge exchange and skill development, contributing to a more constructive digital discourse. The research methodology involves a combination of surveys, interviews, and content analysis across various social media platforms. The findings are expected to shed light on how the synergy between social presence and online mentoring can contribute to the creation of a healthy digital space that encourages collaboration, learning, and positive social engagement. This study not only contributes to the theoretical understanding of online dynamics but also provides practical insights for educators, mentors, and platform developers seeking to enhance the well-being of social media users on a global scale. The ultimate goal is to offer evidence-based recommendations for cultivating a positive and supportive online environment that transcends geographical and cultural boundaries.
