Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research and development is to produce a culture based Cangkruk'an peer counseling training manual that can be used by peer counselors at school. Research and development uses the Borg and Gall 10 model and has been adjusted to the needs of researchers to 7 and uses quantitative analysis of the agreement of experts from the Grinelle model. First, preliminary studies, planning, making initial products in the form of manuals for peer counselors, validation expert tests, namely learning media experts, get an assessment percentage of 81% (very high) in terms of graphics, product content, and language. Second, two experts test Guidance and Counseling with an average percentage score of 73% (high) in terms of accuracy of usefulness and feasibility. Third, the validation of the cangkruk'an cultural experts got an average score of 92% (very high) in terms of accuracy and clarity. Fourth, the validation of the guidance and counsling Material expert is by five Counselor’s getting an average score of 64% accuracy (moderate). It can be concluded that all the results of the assessment from the validator of this guide product are in the Good category so they are suitable for use and continue to the next stage.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah menghasilkan buku panduan pelatihan konseling sebaya berbasis budaya cangkruk’an yang nantinya dapat digunakan konselor sebaya di sekolah. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model Borg and Gall 10 tahap dan telah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peneliti menjadi tujuh tahap dan menggunakan analisis data verbal dan numerik tentang kesepakatan para ahli dari model Grinelle. Pertama, studi pendahuluan, perencanaan, pembuatan produk awal berupa buku panduan untuk konselor sebaya, uji ahli validasi yaitu ahli media pembelajaran mendapatkan persentase penilaian sebesar 81% (sangat tinggi) ditinjau dari segi kegrafisan, konten produk, dan kebahasaan. Kedua, dua orang uji ahli Bimbingan dan Konseling dengan skor persentase rata-rata 73% (tinggi) ditinjau dari ketepatan kegunaan dan kelayakan. Ketiga, validasi dari ahli budaya cangkruk’an mendapat skor rata-rata 92% (sangat tinggi) ditinjau dari ketepatan dan kejelasan. Keempat, validasi ahli materi BK yaitu oleh lima orang guru BK mendapatkan skor rata-rata ketepatan 64% (sedang). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua hasil penilaian dari validator produk panduan ini masuk pada kategori Baik sehingga layak digunakan dan dilanjutkan ke tahap berikutnya.

Abstract

Abstract: Increased students' advanced study planning skills required the Four C’s guidance base. The purpose of this study is to produce a Four C's-based advanced study planning training guide for Junior Counselors. This research is a development with the ADDIE model. The subject of the study was Marsudisiwi Middle School Counselor. Data collection methods, namely, questionnaire needs, interview guidelines, scale of further study planning, and training guide assessment format. Data analysis using descriptive analysis, and interrater agreement model to determine acceptance. The results of the validity test of Guidance & Counseling experts, instructional media experts, and prospective user tests, against the training guidelines developed, have met the acceptance criteria. This training guide is ready to experiment on research subjects.Abstrak: Meningkatnya keterampilan perencanaan studi lanjut siswa dibutuhkan basis bimbingan Four C’s. Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan panduan pelatihan perencanaan studi lanjut berbasis Four C’s bagi Konselor SMP. Penelitian ini adalah pengembangan dengan model ADDIE. Subjek penelitian Konselor SMPK Marsudisiwi. Metode pengumpulan data, yaitu angket kebutuhan, pedoman wawancara, skala perencanaan studi lanjut, dan format penilaian panduan pelatihan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, dan interrater agreement model untuk mengetahui keberterimaan. Hasil uji validitas ahli BK, ahli media pembelajaran, dan uji calon pengguna, terhadap panduan pelatihan yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria keberterimaan. Panduan pelatihan ini siap untuk dieksperimenkan kepada subjek penelitian.

Abstract

Abstract: Meaning of life is values that are used as life guidelines, are important and valuable, sourced from comes from creative values, experential values, and attitudional values. Meaning of life involves all aspects of experience in an individual's life, involving every aspect of value, character, relationships with others, and also the way of life. Culture has a major role in the formation and fulfillment of the profile of the meaning of life of the Karo people. The study of the profile of the meaning of life of Karo culture was carried out through content analysis of the results of interviews with the Karo regional language teachers. Meaning of life Karo culture has eight values compiled according to three sources of value meaning of life.Abstrak: Meaning of life adalah nilai-nilai yang dijadikan pedoman hidup, bersifat penting, berharga, serta bersumber dari creative values, experential values, dan attitudional values. Meaning of life melibatkan seluruh aspek pengalaman dalam hidup individu, melibatkan setiap aspek nilai, karakter, hubungan dengan orang lain, dan cara hidup. Budaya memiliki peran utama dalam pembentukan dan pemenuhan profil. meaning of life masyarakat Karo. Pengkajian profil meaning of life budaya Karo dilakukan melalui analisis isi terhadap hasil wawancara terhadap guru bahasa daerah Karo. Meaning of life budaya Karo memiliki delapan nilai yang disusun sesuai tiga sumber nilai meaning of life.

Abstract

Abstract: This study purpose to develop a flipbook guidance media on anti-corruption educational values for MI Attaraqqie students. This development research was designed using a 4D model. Validation of the data in this development research was obtained from the assessment of material, media, BK and user tests and the data was processed by determining the expert test index using the Inter-rater agreement model formula. In general, this development research resulted in flipbook guidance media on anti-corruption educational values as a medium in group guidance for students at MI Attaraqqie to provide information services to students as a function of understanding and prevention.Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan media bimbingan flipbook nilai-nilai pendidikan antikorupsi bagi siswa MI Attaraqqie. Penelitian pengembangan ini dirancang dengan menggunakan model 4D. Validasi data dalam penelitian pengembangan ini diperoleh dari penilaian uji ahli materi, media, BK dan uji pengguna serta data diolah dengan menentukan indeks uji ahli menggunakan rumus Inter-rater agreement model. Secara umum penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan media bimbingan flipbook nilai-nilai pendidikan antikorupsi sebagai media dalam bimbingan kelompok bagi siswa di MI Attaraqqie untuk memberikan layanan informasi terhadap siswa sebagai fungsi pemahaman dan pencegahan.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to produce a product in the form of a multicultural awareness training package for students who meet the criteria for product acceptance that covers aspects of usability, feasibility, accuracy and attractiveness. This procedure of research and development uses a research model and development of Borg & Gall. The test results showed that the guidance and counseling expert obtained an index of validity of 0.77 (moderate), material experts obtained an index of validity of 0.89 (high), experts in learning media obtained an index of validity of 0.90 (high), and prospective users obtained validity index of 0.89 (high), so it can be concluded that the product of multicultural awareness training package has met the criteria for product acceptance, so it is feasible to be used in training activities.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menghasilkan produk berupa paket pelatihan kesadaran multikultural bagi mahasiswa yang memenuhi kriteria keberterimaan produk yang mencangkup aspek kegunaan, kelayakan, ketepatan dan kemenarikan. Prosedur penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan Borg & Gall. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan, ahli bimbingan dan konseling diperoleh indeks validitas sebesar 0,77 (sedang), ahli materi diperoleh indeks validitas sebesar 0,89 (tinggi), ahli media pembelajaran diperoleh indeks validitas sebesar 0,90 (tinggi), dan calon pengguna diperoleh indeks validitas sebesar 0,89 (tinggi) sehingga dapat disimpulkan produk paket pelatihan kesadaran multikultural telah memenuhi kriteria keberterimaan produk sehingga layak untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan pelatihan.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of emotinal literacy strategies through group guidance to improve the skills to manage angry emotions in students of SMPN 5 Kendari. The approach used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design that is pretest-posttest with control group design. The sample selection in this research is purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test to find out the increased skills in managing angry emotions before and after the intervention was given and the Mann Whitney U Test was used to test whether there were differences between the two intervention groups. Based on the results of the analysis showed that emotional literacy strategies through effective group guidance to improve anger emotion management skills in students of SMPN 5 Kendari.                                                                                                      Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui keefektifan strategi emotional literacy melalui bimbingan kelompok untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mengelola emosi dengan desain kuasi eksperimen yaitu pretest-posttest with control group design. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan mengelola emosi marah sebelum dan setelah diberikan intervensi dan uji Mann Whitney U Test untuk menguji apakah ada perbedaan antara kedua kelompok intervensi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa strategi emotional literacy melalui bimbingan kelompok efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mengelola emosi marah pada siswa SMPN 5 Kendari.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to. Learning Habits and Self Management of Children of Low-achieving Migrant Workers in Elementary School Students in Ponorogo. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. The result shows that the learning achievement of migrant workers' children was influenced by several factors namely there were four aspects of learning habits including how to take lessons, how to study independently, how to study groups and how to study textbooks. While self-management of migrant workers' children is obtained 3 (three) aspects, they are self-encouragement, self-care and self-control. Another factor influencing the learning habits and self-management of migrant worker children is the giving of attention and affection from the family which causes children to tend to be passive. Implications of Learning Habits and Self-Management of Knowledge. workers' children in four areas of guidance and counseling namely the private field is able to regulate themselves, willingness of discipline, and have a sense of responsibility. In the social field, namely developing women to socialize and communicate with their environment, the habit of manners is high. Counselors help students to choose and determine future careers according to students' talents and self-interest. The last field is learning by providing tutoring services to students in order to obtain effective study habits to develop students' curiosity in adding knowledge.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengertahui cara belajar dan self management anak pekerja migran berprestasi renda pada siswa sekolah dasar di Ponorogo.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar anak pekerja migran dipengaruhi oleh empat aspek kebiasaan belajar, meliputi cara mengikuti pelajaran, cara belajar mandiri, cara belajar kelompok, dan cara mempelajari buku teks. Self management pada anak pekerja migran diperoleh tiga aspek, yaitu pendorong diri, penyususn diri, dan pengendalian diri. Faktor lain yang memengaruhi kebiasaan belajar dan self management anak pekerja migran adalah pemberian perhatian dan kasih sayang dari keluarga yang menyebabkan anak cenderung bersifat pasif. Implikasi Kebiasaan Belajar dan Self Management anak pekerja migran pada empat bidang bimbingan dan konseling, yaitu bidang pribadi mampu mengatur diri, kemauan disiplin, dan memiliki rasa tanggung jawab. Pada bidang sosial yaitu mengembangkan kemampuan bersosial dan berkomunikasi dengan lingkungannya, menjunjung tinggi kebiasaan sopan santun. Konselor membantu siswa untuk memilih dan menentukan karir di masa mendatang sesuai dengan bakat dan minat diri siswa. Bidang terakhir yaitu bidang belajar dengan memberikan layanan bimbingan belajar kepada siswa guna memperoleh kebiasaan belajar yang efektif untuk mengembangkan rasa ingin tahu siswa dalam menambah pengetahuan.

Abstract

Delivery of words and verbal sentences are mental or psychological harm someone who was the target of an aggressive, such as snap, insult, humiliate, cursing, mocking, angry, and threatens. The use of the technique of sosiodrama aims to develop students ' cognitive and affective aspects so that in addition to studying the behavior of new students also have an understanding of good behavior and less good. This research aims to find out if the technique sosiodrama effective to reduce aggressive behavior in verbal students. The subject in this study amounted to 11 children. The method used is an experiment with the design of one group pretest – posttest design. The collected data is analyzed with a Wilcoxon. The results showed an average pretest score of 135.5 categories include very high, while the average scores posttest of 106.6 categories include medium, means there is a decrease. Wilcoxon test obtained based on the value significance of 0.003 0.05 sosiodrama technique < effective to reduce aggressive behavior in Junior High School students verbal Country 5 Kepanjen.

Abstract

The development of Science and Technology is very rapid, of course, impact on the challenges and global competition faced by every country, one of which is Indonesia. Therefore quality human resources are needed. Quality human resources are formed through education five main characters are enhanced and must be possessed by students in Strengthening Character Education. These characters must be possessed by students of the industrial revolution era 4.0 to be able to enter the workforce and be ready to compete with other countries. Every student certainly wants a brilliant career, and that career is realized with an effort and planned carefully. All efforts undertaken by the counselor in helping students to plan further studies and their careers will not succeed without the right strategy. The strategy to improve students' career planning skills in the industrial revolution era 4.0 is Four C’s, which is a guidance-based strategy. Four C’s is a strategy to improve the ability to think at a higher level (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication).

Abstract

This development research aims to produce an academic procrastination scale to measure the level of delay rate to complete tasks that have high validity and reliability. So that, it can facilitate the counselors help college student with academic procrastination problems. This development study used method or strategy developed by Borg and Gall involving 300 college student. The sample of this study were 19-24 year Univercity of Kanjuruhan Malang who were selected by cluster random sampling technique, Pearson Product Moment data analysis, Cronbach Alpha, Normality test and Factor analysis. This development study produced and academic procrastination instrument consisting of 17 valid item and 5 correlated factors. So that the final result of this academic procrastination scale investment can be used for univercity counselorsnin providing follow-up service for college student.
