Abstract

This research aims to find out, analyse and review the strategic management, leadership style, job satisfaction and employee performance and influence of strategic management and leadership style towards job satisfaction and implications on employee performance. The method used in this research uses the Explanatory Survey method, the data analyzed using the path analysis technique. Based on the analysis of the research results, obtained the following findings, stratejic management is in the category good towards. Very good job satisfaction is in the category of good towards very good and employee performance is in the category good towards very good. Stratejic management and leadership style have both partial and simultaneous positive influences on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance,

Abstract

Competency, cultural organization, work motivation and performance of military teacher as an important part of education process. The goal of this research to describe at Pusat Pendidikan Polisi Militer Kodiklatad TNI AD. Total populations are 190 persons and samples are 129 person who are decided according to Slovin Formula. Correlations score between competency and cultural organization is 0,907 (very strong), cultural organization and work motivation is 0,871 (very strong), competency and performance is 0,910 (very strong), competency and motivation is 0,876 (very strong), compensation and performance is 0,930 (very strong) and motivation and performance is 0,872 (very strong). Result of this equation showed when Employee Performance without competency, cultural organization, motivation, performance showed a score only 7,693. Competency, cultural organization, motivation and performance at the level good and could be improved to reach their excellent performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi revolusioner dalam manajemen tenaga kerja di PT Indah Karya (Persero) dan dampaknya terhadap pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen untuk mengungkap bagaimana praktik-praktik SDM yang inovatif, keterlibatan karyawan, dan integrasi teknologi berkontribusi pada kesuksesan organisasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa teknologi SDM yang canggih merampingkan operasi dan meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan, sementara keterlibatan karyawan mendorong budaya inovasi yang mendorong efisiensi operasional dan keberlanjutan. Studi ini juga menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi selama implementasi, seperti resistensi terhadap perubahan dan perlunya penyelarasan dengan tujuan keberlanjutan. Rekomendasi yang diberikan meliputi investasi pada perangkat SDM digital dan membina lingkungan kerja yang menarik untuk mendukung inovasi dan pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini juga menyarankan agar penelitian di masa depan dapat mengkaji efektivitas praktik-praktik SDM yang spesifik di berbagai sektor dan mempertimbangkan pengaruh faktor eksternal terhadap manajemen tenaga kerja. Wawasan ini memberikan panduan berharga bagi organisasi yang ingin beradaptasi dan berkembang dalam lanskap bisnis yang dinamis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of nurse competence and nurse job design on customer satisfaction and the implications for customer loyalty at Primary Clinics. The research method used was a survey by collecting data through questionnaires from 154 respondents who were Primary Clinic patients. Path analysis is used to examine the effect of nurse competence and nurse job design on customer satisfaction, as well as the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The results of the study show that the competence of nurses has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Primary Clinics. Nurse job design also has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Nurse competence and job design have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on customer satisfaction at Primary Clinic. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Primary Clinics. The implication of this finding is that Primary Clinics need to continue to strengthen nurse competencies and design adequate nurse work in order to increase customer satisfaction levels. Increased customer satisfaction can help build long-term customer loyalty, which is key to Klinik Pratama's long-term success in retaining and attracting more patients. Pratama Clinic needs to continuously monitor and improve the competence of nurses and working conditions of nurses to ensure an optimal customer experience and maintain customer loyalty on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman pelanggan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap nilai pelanggan serta dampaknya pada loyalitas pelanggan di RSUD ASY-SYIFA Sumbawa Barat. Metode survei digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden yang merupakan pengguna layanan kesehatan di rumah sakit tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama untuk mengukur variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai pelanggan. Selain itu, kualitas pelayanan juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai pelanggan. Nilai pelanggan yang tinggi berkontribusi positif pada loyalitas pelanggan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengalaman pelanggan dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama- sama berpengaruh pada pembentukan nilai pelanggan, yang pada gilirannya mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Implikasi manajerial dari temuan ini adalah bahwa peningkatan pengalaman pelanggan dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan di RSUD ASY-SYIFA Sumbawa Barat dapat meningkatkan nilai pelanggan dan pada akhirnya memperkuat loyalitas pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, manajemen rumah sakit perlu memperhatikan dan meningkatkan aspek-aspek tersebut untuk membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan dan mencapai keunggulan kompetitif di industri pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan teori dan praktik manajemen pemasaran di sektor layanan kesehatan, khususnya dalam konteks rumah sakit.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of employee engagement and motivation on turnover intention at Hermina Hospital Karawang Regency. Using a quantitative approach with descriptive and verifiable analysis, this study involved 132 employees. The descriptive results showed that the respondents' assessment was in the good category, although there were some low scores that needed to be considered. Verifiable analysis showed a positive influence between variables, with a direct influence of 11.97% and an indirect influence of 3.76%. Work motivation as an intervening variable is not able to mediate the relationship between employee engagement and turnover intention. The results of the t-test showed that employee engagement had a significant positive effect on work motivation and turnover intention, while motivation had a positive but not significant effect on turnover intention. This research expected contribute to hospital management policies to reduce turnover intention.

Abstract

This study explores the relationships between Change Management, Innovation in HR Practices, Organizational Agility, and HR Effectiveness at PT Bandung Indah Gemilang. Utilizing a quantitative approach with random sampling of 70 employees, the research employed Smart PLS for data analysis. The results reveal that effective Change Management significantly enhances Organizational Agility, which in turn positively impacts HR Effectiveness. This underscores the importance of robust change management strategies in improving organizational agility and HR performance. However, while Innovation in HR Practices is positively associated with Organizational Agility, its indirect effect on HR Effectiveness through agility is not statistically significant. These findings highlight the critical role of change management and agility in driving HR improvements, while also suggesting that the current innovation strategies in HR may need further development to realize their full potential.

Abstract

Kondisi pasar kerja yang semakin kompetitif dan tuntutan untuk mempertahankan karyawan yang berkualitas memaksa perusahaan untuk memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi dan kinerja karyawan. Salah satu faktor yang penting adalah kompensasi, yang dapat memengaruhi semangat kerja karyawan secara signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap semangat kerja karyawan di PT. Karunia Bakti Utama. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh 66 karyawan PT. Karunia Bakti Utama, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas, dan hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya perusahaan untuk merancang kebijakan kompensasi yang baik dan seimbang antara insentif finansial dan non-finansial untuk meningkatkan semangat kerja dan produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in business paradigms and audit practices in companies. This research aims to explore and analyze internal auditors' human resource (HR) development strategies in facing the challenges of the era of disruption. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results highlight that internal auditor competency is very important in facing the challenges of the era of digital disruption and transformation. It was found that strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a broad business view are the keys to auditors' success in conveying audit findings effectively and providing strategic insights. In addition, emotional intelligence has been shown to have a significant role in managing conflict and maintaining a balance between objectivity and sensitivity to other people's feelings. Professional skepticism has proven to be a key foundation for a thorough and prudent audit approach. Human resource development strategies, through continuous training, technology empowerment, improving critical and analytical skills, developing soft skills, as well as implementing reward systems, were identified as crucial steps to ensure that auditors not only have superior technical skills, but also become strategic partners who can support the company's long-term growth.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Strategic HR Leadership and People Management on Organizational Success at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, with a focus on the mediating role of Employee Performance. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data was collected from 85 employees using random sampling and analyzed with SmartPLS. The results reveal that Strategic HR Leadership has a significant positive effect on both Employee Performance and Organizational Success, indicating that effective strategic HR leadership enhances organizational success by improving employee performance. Similarly, People Management positively influences Employee Performance, which in turn contributes to Organizational Success. Although the direct effect of People Management on Organizational Success was not significant, its indirect effect through Employee Performance was notable. These findings underscore the importance of strategic HR practices and effective people management in achieving organizational success. The study provides actionable insights for enhancing HR strategies to foster a high-performing workforce and improve overall organizational outcomes.
