Abstract

The majority of Miagan Village residents are Muslim, but in terms of implementation in daily life, they are quite low in participating in Islamic activities organized by the Village. This is a problem where some residents are still low in knowledge of jurisprudence which is the basis of Islam, one small example of which is related to the ability to write hijaiyah letters. This problem needs to be resolved through community service activities. The objectives of this service activity include: a) providing training to TPQ santri students on how to write hijaiyyah letters well b) providing an understanding of how to write hijaiyyah letters with meaning and connecting hijaiyyah letters well c) making a guidebook and reading and writing exercises al-Qur'an d) provide motivation to TPQ students in learning the basic science of reading and writing the Al-Qur'an properly and correctly. This service activity was carried out at TPQ Al-Hikmah Miagan Village, Mojoagung District on September 19 2023 at 16.00-17.00 and was attended by all students of TPQ Al-Hikmah Miagan Village. This activity was filled with introduction and training in reading and writing the Al-Quran. This service activity uses discussion and training methods. The service activity produced a book that is proficient in Arabic writing for beginners which has an impact on the knowledge of the TPQ Al Hikmah students. Because, it is able to help TPQ Al Hikmah students to make it easier to write Arabic correctly, as well as increase insight/knowledge in the students' learning process. Apart from that, this book can improve the skills of students, because the contents of the book prioritize practice/exercise rather than theory.

Abstract

Performance management is a crucial element in managing human resources (HR) to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. This research aims to examine the application of Islamic principles in HR management and identify effective strategies in improving employee performance, with a focus on creating a harmonious and productive work environment. The method used is descriptive qualitative through a literature study approach. The results showed that the application of Islamic values, such as tawhid, ihsan, amanah, justice (adl), and deliberation (shura), contributed positively to the improvement of employee welfare, loyalty, and job satisfaction. Employee welfare, loyalty, and job satisfaction. Performance management based on Islamic principles not only increases productivity, but also forms an ethical and sustainable work culture. Abstract

JNE is a company in the field of goods or package delivery service industry, which is often needed by the community, organizations or companies and the government because JNE is able to make deliveries quickly and efficiently. operational, market, environmental, liquidity, legal and so on. As for the risks experienced by JNE goods delivery companies, such as delays in the process of sending goods, lost or defective goods when they reach the recipient. The purpose of this discussion is to find out how the form of risk management is for the delivery of goods at JNE. This study uses library research methods.

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat Artificial Intelligence (AI) menghadirkan tantangan signifikan terhadap stabilitas pekerjaan, memicu kekhawatiran tentang penggantian pekerjaan dalam berbagai sektor. Artikel ini mengusulkan kerangka kerja manajemen strategis Syariah sebagai solusi adaptif untuk mengatasi ancaman ini. metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif studi literatur, dan analisis konten. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai dan prinsip-prinsip Islam, kerangka ini memanfaatkan lima kekuatan utama: asas tauhid, orientasi duniawi-ukhrawi, motivasi mardhatillah, keyakinan ubudiyah, dan kesadaran ihsaniyah. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Syariah tidak hanya mempersiapkan organisasi dan individu menghadapi disrupsi AI secara ekonomi, tetapi juga secara spiritual dan sosial, memastikan keberlanjutan dan keadilan dalam transisi menuju era digital.

Abstract

The community service program in Badas Village, Sumobito District, aimed to enhance information transparency and the effectiveness of public services through the implementation of an official village website. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR) with stages including observation, design, development, training, socialization, and handover. The results showed that the village website was successfully developed and utilized as a medium for information dissemination, local potential promotion, and digital-based administrative services. Village officials were able to upload and manage content independently after receiving training, while the community benefited from easier access to information without visiting the village office. In addition, a website management manual was provided as a sustainability instrument. The impacts included improved transparency, promotion of local economic potential, and enhanced human resource capacity among village officials. Thus, this program contributed to the realization of modern, accountable, and competitive village governance.

Abstract

This community service program addresses the digital transformation gap between urban and rural areas that limits market reach for micro-entrepreneurs in Palrejo Village, Sumobito District, Jombang Regency. The activities focus on improving visibility, credibility, and service responsiveness by using Google Business Profile as an information showcase and WhatsApp Business as a customer communication channel. The program aims to establish complete and verified business profiles, provide product catalogs, and cultivate consistent and ethical management of digital identity. The approach employed is Participatory Action Research, with stages that include joint planning with the village government and business owners, face-to-face training, door-to-door mentoring, and monitoring of simple metrics, such as profile views, route requests, and customer conversations. The results show that ten business profiles were created and verified, most participants activated product catalogs and automated messages, and early increases in reach indicators began to appear. Local leaders emerged to support their peers, post-transaction review requests became a habitual process, and information updates were carried out more regularly. Recommendations include regular digital clinics, a minimum standard for village digital business identity, and a monthly monitoring panel to sustain behavioral change and enhance economic impact.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di Desa Sumberagung, Kabupaten Jombang, masih menghadapi permasalahan rendahnya disiplin dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi akuntansi, yang berdampak pada lemahnya tata kelola keuangan, rendahnya transparansi, dan kurang efektifnya operasional usaha desa. Tujuan: PKM ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi pengurus BUMDes dalam pengelolaan dan pelaporan keuangan melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi akuntansi berbasis website guna mendukung tata kelola keuangan yang lebih tertib, transparan, dan akuntabel. Metode: Pendekatan kualitatif melalui kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan langsung kepada pengurus BUMDes. Hasil: Pelaksanaan PKM menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pengurus BUMDes dalam menyusun laporan keuangan secara sistematis dan terintegrasi melalui aplikasi berbasis website. Kesimpulan: Implementasi PKM melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi akuntansi berbasis website efektif meningkatkan kapasitas pengurus BUMDes.
