Abstract

This article aims to find out the attitude toward science of students during online learning in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic which is reviewed based on the TOSRA indicator. The method used in this study is a descriptive method. The sample used in the study amounted to 55 students of MTs Negeri 2 Bolaang Mongondow. The study was conducted by spreading the 4 point science attitude scale instrument to students as many as 20 statement items. The results showed that the indicators enjoyment of science lessons, leisure interest in science, further study in the field of science, and career interest in science got an average score of 77.38 in the excellent category, 74.54 in the high category, 68.36 in the high category, and 65.72 in the high category. While the overall average value at 71.38 is in the high category. Thus, it can be concluded that the attitude toward science of students in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic is in a good category. Abstract

Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Hibrida adalah pembangkit listrik yang jarang di temui dengan menggunakan sumber tenaga turbin angin dan surya yang saling melengkapi menyesuaikan keadaan cuaca. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu guna membuat alat untuk mengetahui efisiensi apabila PLTB dan PLTS digabungkan atau yang biasa disebut dengan Pembangkit Hibrida. Pada bidang militer dalam menjalankan tugas banyak menghadapi hambatan yaitu pada daerah penugasan yang berada di pulau terluar. Dimana pada beberapa wilayah daerah perbatasan khususnya daerah Natuna ada beberapa daerah yang belum tersupply saluran listrik Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN). Peneliti bermaksud untuk membuat sebuah alat (rancang bangun) tentang sumber energi listrik terbarukan yang bersumber dari perpaduan (Hibrida) tenaga turbin angin dan surya yang dapat dipantau dari jarak jauh (PLTH berbasis IoT) dengan harapan menghasilkan efisiensi yang lebih baik dibanding dengan penggunaan PLTB maupun PLTS yang digunakan secara terpisah. Dalam hal ini tenaga angin akan sangat mendukung disaat intensitas cahaya berkurang bahkan dimusim penghujan tenaga turbin angin cenderung mendominasi terhadap tenaga matahari. Dengan dilakukannya penggabungan dua sumber yang berbeda (Hibrida) maka akan di dapatkan hasil yang lebih optimal dan efisien dengan harga investasi yang lebih murah.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the optimization and effectiveness of imposing additional fines as a substitute for imprisonment in relation to the execution of judgments in North Maluku in 2021, specifically focusing on corruption offenses that harm the state finances. The study employs an empirical legal research approach, utilizing empirical data obtained from interviews and direct observations of human behavior. Three approaches are utilized in this research: legal, conceptual, and case-based approaches. The research findings indicate that the imposition of additional fines as a substitute for imprisonment in corruption cases that harm state finances is still not optimal. Out of the seven cases examined, only two cases resulted in the restitution of the state's financial losses. Furthermore, the research highlights the failure to achieve legal effectiveness due to the insufficient restitution of state financial losses resulting from the availability of the alternative option of imprisonment as a substitute for the additional fines.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to design a game-based learning method for computer network courses. This method is used to increase the Army Polytechnic non-commissioned officers understanding on network topology topic. This game is called POINTER, contains an innovative game-based learning method that has adopted rules from the monopoly game. This game-based innovative learning method has been tested on student non-commissioned officers who are taking computer network courses. Educational games are one of the learning tools that can make students interested in learning and help understand lecture material. Besides studying, student non-commissioned officers play. The research method used is research and development (research and development), that aim to develop interactive learning multimedia based on educational games with instructional games models on network topology material, computer network courses. By using this learning method, student non-commissioned officers understand more about computer network topology because learning is more interesting.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of deep learning that integrates the principles of mindful learning, meaningful learning, and joyful learning at the planning and implementation stages, as well as to identify the obstacles experienced by teachers in implementing deep learning. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. The study was conducted during the even semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. The subjects of this study were all ten fourth-grade students, the fourth-grade teacher, and the principal of SDN 40 Mataram. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that at the planning stage, the teacher had designed teaching modules, instructional materials, student worksheets, learning media, and evaluation instruments by integrating the three principles of deep learning: mindful learning, meaningful learning, and joyful learning. At the implementation stage, the teacher also applied these principles through interactive, contextual, and enjoyable learning activities. However, several obstacles were identified, including limited time, inadequate facilities and infrastructure such as limited internet access, and differences in students’ abilities and characteristics.

Abstract

Early reading skills are fundamental abilities that students must master. In practice, some students still experience difficulties in developing these skills. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of flannel board media based on the SAS (Structural Analytic Synthetic) method on the early reading skills of second-grade students at SDN 15 Mataram. The research employed a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group. The population consisted of all second-grade students at SDN 15 Mataram, totaling 53 students. Saturated sampling was used, resulting in class IIB as the experimental group and class IIA as the control group. The experimental group received treatment using flannel board media based on the SAS method, while the control group was taught through conventional methods. Data collection instruments included tests and observation sheets, with data gathered through performance tests and observations. The independent variable (X) in this study was the flannel board media based on the SAS (Structural Analytic Synthetic) method, while the dependent variable (Y) was the early reading skills of second-grade students at SDN 15 Mataram. Based on the hypothesis test results, the significance value (2-tailed) was 0,013 < 0,05. This indicates that, according to the independent sample t-test, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. In other words, there is a significant difference in the mean early reading skills between the experimental class taught using the SAS-based flannel board media and the control class taught with traditional methods. Therefore, it can be concluded that the SAS-based flannel board media has a significant effect on the early reading skills of second-grade students at SDN 15 Mataram.

Abstract

Securing access to servers that store military personnel data is essential to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information within defense institutions. Servers that manage strategic data are often targeted by unauthorized users, making the implementation of a layered security mechanism necessary. Secure Shell (SSH) is commonly used for remote server access. However, if it is configured using default settings, SSH may become vulnerable to attacks such as brute-force attempts and port scanning. These attacks are frequently used by attackers to identify open ports and attempt unauthorized login access. One technique that can be used to improve server security is Port Knocking, which hides service ports from public scanning by requiring a specific sequence of connection attempts before access is granted. Although this technique can reduce the exposure of open ports, a static knocking pattern may still be discovered by attackers. This research proposes an SSH security system that integrates RSA-based port knocking with One-Time Password (OTP) verification as a two-factor authentication mechanism. The RSA algorithm is used to encrypt the knocking sequence so that the access pattern becomes difficult to predict. Meanwhile, OTP verification ensures that only authorized users can complete the authentication process. The study was conducted using an experimental approach within a server environment. The results show that the proposed system can significantly reduce unauthorized access attempts while maintaining acceptable system performance.

Abstract

The increasing use of QR codes in daily life has created opportunities for cyber threats, such as the insertion of malicious URLs that are difficult for average users to recognize. This research aims to qualitatively analyze best practices in URL security detection extracted from QR codes, particularly focusing on artificial intelligence (AI) approaches and the integration of digital audit systems. A systematic literature review method was applied, drawing from internationally indexed publications and thematic observations about user behavior and threat detection technologies for phishing and malware. Findings indicate that AI-based detection systems effectively identify security threats earlier and more accurately, especially when combined with user education features and activity logging through the Wazuh/ELK Stack. However, human error due to limited digital security literacy remains a major challenge. The study concludes that integrating automated detection technologies, user education, and digital auditing is crucial to mitigating cyberattacks via QR codes. Development of adaptable tools for emerging threat patterns and behavior-based user education strategies are recommended to enhance the national cybersecurity ecosystem.

Abstract

The increased internet access in military education environments, including at the Poltekad Kodiklatad, has also opened up opportunities for abuse, such as access to online gambling, which has the potential to cause economic, social, and mental impacts, as well as information security risks through social engineering schemes. Data from the Ministry of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia (2023) shows that thousands of online gambling domains are blocked, but domain fluxing practices cause the block list to quickly become outdated. On the other hand, a report from the National Cyber ​​and Crypto Agency (2023) noted an increase in cyberattacks against defense institutions through the exploitation of user vulnerabilities. This study aims to develop and test a Raspberry Pi 4-based DNS Filtering system as a low-cost network security solution and zero-touch enforcement in the Poltekad environment. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a single-group pretest-posttest experimental design to measure the system's effectiveness before and after implementation. The four evaluation parameters include the effectiveness of blocking gambling domains, the false positive rate, the impact of DNS latency compared to Google DNS 8.8.8.8, and resistance to bypass (DoH, direct IP access, and VPN). The implementation results show that the system is capable of plug-and-play operation via Pi-hole as a transparent gateway at a cost of Rp2,150,000, lower than proprietary solutions. This research produces a blueprint for implementing open-source DNS Filtering that is effective, efficient, and replicable as a model for securing military unit networks in accordance with the policy of utilizing open technology within the Indonesian Army.

Abstract

Program pengabdian yang berjudul Education on The Promotional Souvenir Product Packaging Development to Increase Interest in Enrollment at Al-Amalul Khair Islamic Boarding School dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas desain kemasan souvenir promosi pesantren dengan tujuan memperbesar daya tarik calon peserta didik. Kegiatan meliputi workshop desain kemasan, pembuatan visual identity kit, mentoring pembuatan prototipe kemasan, serta produksi showcase kit. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan menggunakan instrumen post-test pilihan ganda yang diisi oleh peserta. Hasil menunjukkan, secara keseluruhan, data post-test mengindikasikan pemahaman yang memadai pada konsep brand identity, peran kemasan dalam persepsi, dan output yang diharapkan dari program. Rekomendasi meliputi: (1) penyelenggaraan sesi lanjutan khusus praktik desain digital dan mock-up; (2) pelaksanaan pre-test pada kegiatan berikutnya untuk mengukur perubahan pengetahuan secara lebih valid; (3) pembuatan modul digital dan panduan implementasi kemasan yang ramah biaya. Artikel ini menyajikan metodologi, hasil analisis post-test, pembahasan implikasi terhadap strategi promosi pesantren, serta sarana keberlanjutan program. Kontribusi utama program ini adalah integrasi pelatihan desain kemasan, visual identity kit, dan showcase kit sebagai pendekatan praktis penguatan branding pesantren berbasis ekonomi kreatif.
