Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah yang tidak tepat dapat memberikan konsekuensi merugikan bagi kesehatan dan lingkungan, termasuk meningkatnya emisi gas rumah kaca. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti mengembangkan sebuah tempat sampah pintar (smart waste bin) dengan memanfaatkan mikrokontroler Arduino Uno dan sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 untuk mengoptimalkan proses pembuangan sampah. Desain prototipe difokuskan pada kemampuan mendeteksi keberadaan pengguna dan membuka penutup tempat sampah secara otomatis pada jarak tertentu, sehingga dapat mengurangi kontak langsung dan meningkatkan kenyamanan pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem beroperasi secara efektif sesuai rancangan, dengan performa yang stabil pada jarak deteksi hingga 50 cm. Selain itu, biaya pengembangan prototipe yang relatif rendah (Rp115.000) menandakan potensi teknologi ini untuk diterapkan secara lebih meluas, terutama pada lingkungan dengan keterbatasan sumber daya.

Abstract

This article aims to find out the attitude toward science of students during online learning in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic which is reviewed based on the TOSRA indicator. The method used in this study is a descriptive method. The sample used in the study amounted to 55 students of MTs Negeri 2 Bolaang Mongondow. The study was conducted by spreading the 4 point science attitude scale instrument to students as many as 20 statement items. The results showed that the indicators enjoyment of science lessons, leisure interest in science, further study in the field of science, and career interest in science got an average score of 77.38 in the excellent category, 74.54 in the high category, 68.36 in the high category, and 65.72 in the high category. While the overall average value at 71.38 is in the high category. Thus, it can be concluded that the attitude toward science of students in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic is in a good category. Abstract

Bengkel motor konvensional merupakan tempat dimana para pekerja melakukan berbagai aktivitas pekerjaan dengan menggunakan peralatan dan mesin. Pekerjaan di bengkel motor konvensional umumnya membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan dilakukan dengan posisi duduk yang statis. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan berbagai masalah kesehatan, seperti nyeri punggung, leher, dan bahu, serta kelelahan. Berdasarkan itulah kami membuat rancangan kursi kerja yang ergonomis untuk mengurangi masalah kesehatan para montir bengkel tradisonal dengan merancang kursi kerja yang ergonomis untuk meningkatkan produktifitas dan kinerja pekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan antropometri untuk merancang kursi kerja yang sesuai dengan antropometri tubuh pekerja bengkel motor konvensional. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini berupa racangan kursi kerja yang menggunakan antropometri montir bengkel motor tradisional. in english A traditional workshop is a place where workers carry out various work activities using equipment and machines. Work in traditional workshops generally takes a long time and is done in a static sitting position. This can cause various health problems, such as back, neck, and shoulder pain, as well as fatigue. Based on this, we designed an ergonomic work chair to reduce the health problems of traditional workshop mechanics by designing an ergonomic work chair to increase worker productivity and performance. This research uses an anthropometric approach to design a work chair that suits the body anthropometry of traditional workshop workers. The results obtained from this research are a work chair design that uses the anthropometry of a traditional motorbike repair mechanic.

Abstract

The job of a porter is often synonymous with unergonomic working conditions and high risks to health. This is caused by a mismatch in the working posture of porters. Therefore, this research aims to design an ergonomic goods trolley for porters based on anthropometric analysis. This research uses a participatorydesign method that involves porters in the design process. The porters' anthropometric data is measured and analyzed to determine optimal trolley dimensions. Based on the data that has been taken, the researchresults show that the ergonomically designed goods trolley has dimensions that suit the dimensions and body posture of porters. So it can reduce the workload and increase the comfort of porters, such as wheels that rotate easily and sufficient storage space. In conclusion, designing ergonomic goods trolleys for porters can improve the health and safety of porters. This trolley can be a solution to overcome the health problems that porters often experience due to work.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Bengkel kayu merupakan tempat kerja yang beraktivitas dalam pengolahan kayu untuk diubah menjadi produk jadi maupun produk setengah jadi menggunakan peralatan dan mesin. Penelitian ini dilakukan di bengkel kayu "X", yang terletak di jl. Bangau No.60, 9 Ilir, Kec. Ilir Timur II, Kota Palembang, Sumatra Selatan. Pekerjaan di bengkel kayu membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan banyak terjadi posisi kerja yang tidak ergonomis sehingga menyebabkan masalah pada Kesehatan seperti nyeri pada punggung, bahu dan leher serta kelelahan lainnya. Berdasarkan itulah kami merancang meja assembly yang ergonomis untuk meningkatkan produktivas pekerja yang sesuai dengan antopometri dari para pekerja di bengkel kayu. Dengan merancang meja assembly yang memberikan dukungan optimal kepada pekerja. ABSTRAK A wood workshop is a workplace that is active in processing wood to be converted into finished or semi-finished products using equipment and machinery. Abstract

Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Hibrida adalah pembangkit listrik yang jarang di temui dengan menggunakan sumber tenaga turbin angin dan surya yang saling melengkapi menyesuaikan keadaan cuaca. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu guna membuat alat untuk mengetahui efisiensi apabila PLTB dan PLTS digabungkan atau yang biasa disebut dengan Pembangkit Hibrida. Pada bidang militer dalam menjalankan tugas banyak menghadapi hambatan yaitu pada daerah penugasan yang berada di pulau terluar. Dimana pada beberapa wilayah daerah perbatasan khususnya daerah Natuna ada beberapa daerah yang belum tersupply saluran listrik Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN). Peneliti bermaksud untuk membuat sebuah alat (rancang bangun) tentang sumber energi listrik terbarukan yang bersumber dari perpaduan (Hibrida) tenaga turbin angin dan surya yang dapat dipantau dari jarak jauh (PLTH berbasis IoT) dengan harapan menghasilkan efisiensi yang lebih baik dibanding dengan penggunaan PLTB maupun PLTS yang digunakan secara terpisah. Dalam hal ini tenaga angin akan sangat mendukung disaat intensitas cahaya berkurang bahkan dimusim penghujan tenaga turbin angin cenderung mendominasi terhadap tenaga matahari. Dengan dilakukannya penggabungan dua sumber yang berbeda (Hibrida) maka akan di dapatkan hasil yang lebih optimal dan efisien dengan harga investasi yang lebih murah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between source credibility, message reliability, information quality, and visit intention to culinary tourism. Additionally, it assesses the mediating role of eWoM in relation to the variables investigated. Local tourists who are acquainted with culinary tourism destinations in Palembang City are the focus of the study. A purposive sampling methodwas used to select the respondents, resulting in the distribution of 180 participants evenly across 5 culinary tourism destinations in Palembang, namely the 26 Ilir, Kuto, Kapitan Village, Kuto Besak Fortress, and Kambang Iwak. The study used structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Maximum Likelihood (ML) estimation method to evaluate the proposed model. The results showed that source credibility can enhance eWoM, while message reliability and information quality do not have the same effect. Furthermore, eWoM can stimulate the intention of visitors to participate in culinary tours and strengthen the relationship between the variables. This study provides empirical insights that can assist culinary tourism managers in understanding the intention of visitors to participate in eWoM. Source credibility, message reliability, and the provision of high-quality information play crucial roles in determining the intention of visitors to partake in eWoM. Consequently, culinary tourism managers should ensure the continuous satisfaction of visitors to prevent the spread of negative eWoM on social media.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the optimization and effectiveness of imposing additional fines as a substitute for imprisonment in relation to the execution of judgments in North Maluku in 2021, specifically focusing on corruption offenses that harm the state finances. The study employs an empirical legal research approach, utilizing empirical data obtained from interviews and direct observations of human behavior. Three approaches are utilized in this research: legal, conceptual, and case-based approaches. The research findings indicate that the imposition of additional fines as a substitute for imprisonment in corruption cases that harm state finances is still not optimal. Out of the seven cases examined, only two cases resulted in the restitution of the state's financial losses. Furthermore, the research highlights the failure to achieve legal effectiveness due to the insufficient restitution of state financial losses resulting from the availability of the alternative option of imprisonment as a substitute for the additional fines.

Abstract

Evaluation of city planning based on aspects of Green Open Space (RTH) and disaster vulnerability is an important part of realizing a sustainable city. This research aims to evaluate the conformity of the Spatial Plan (RTRW) of Magelang City based on aspects of Green Open Space (RTH) and disaster vulnerability, as well as provide recommendations for the sustainability of the city in the future. The methods used include analysis of vegetation land cover using Random Forest classification and NDVI from Landsat 9 imagery in 2023 to evaluate RTH, as well as overlaying disaster vulnerability maps of floods and landslides from BNPB with the spatial plan map of RTRW. The results of the study indicate that the area of green open space in Magelang City still meets the minimum standard of 30% of the total area. However, there is a discrepancy in the use of the river border area of the Elo River covering an area of 1.14 hectares due to the presence of buildings standing on the river border. The areas of Wates and Gelangan Villages are prone to flood and landslide disasters with sloping conditions ranging from slightly steep to steep. The recommendations include the development of private green open spaces, drainage system management, not building houses around cliffs and rivers, socialization related to disasters, and emphasizing regulations to not build homes in river borders and not deforesting.

Abstract

The development of the Kertajati International Airport project in Majalengka Regency, West Java, directly impacts land cover change. The land cover change comes from land acquisition by residents in Kertajati, Bantarjati, Kertasari, Sukamulya, and Sukakerta Villages. This study aims to analyze land cover changes before and after the construction of Kertajati International Airport in each village and analyze the process of residential land acquisition and the airport construction process spatially and temporally. This research uses a spatial-temporal analysis method by comparing land cover before and after the construction of Kertajati International Airport in each village and visual interpretation using Google Earth image data in 2009, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. The results showed that land cover change affected paddy fields, settlements, and moorlands. The most affected paddy fields are in Kertajati and Bantarjati Villages. Then, the most affected residential land is Kertasari Village. Land clearing of residential land was carried out in different years for each village due to the land acquisition process. The construction of Kertajati International Airport was carried out from 2013 to 2018, but after this period, there was still an additional runway in Sukamulya Village. This research proves that Google Earth imagery can help analyze land cover change.
