Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas sistem agroforestri Kelekak Bangka dalam mitigasi dan adaptasi perubahan iklim serta dampaknya terhadap ketahanan lingkungan dan ekonomi masyarakat lokal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan fokus observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam dan analisis data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi Kelekak Bangka merupakan pendekatan yang efektif dalam menghadapi perubahan iklim melalui mitigasi dan adaptasi. Pemanfaatan pohon endemik dan tanaman lokal tidak hanya berkontribusi terhadap penyerapan karbon namun juga meningkatkan ketahanan terhadap perubahan kondisi iklim. Terjaganya keanekaragaman hayati dan peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat lokal menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kearifan lokal dalam praktik agroforestri dapat menjadi solusi yang berkelanjutan dan berwawasan lingkungan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang bagaimana sistem agroforestri Kelekak Bangka berkontribusi terhadap adaptasi dan mitigasi perubahan iklim serta mendukung kelestarian ekosistem dan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal.

Abstract

Indonesia kerapkali dilanda bencana yang disebabkan oleh alam, tidak terkecuali bencana gempabumi yang membangkitkan kapasitas sasaran dorongan dan bencana materil pahala berpokok bencana gempabumi ini. Tingginya poin sasaran dorongan dan bencana benda materi pahala bencana gempabumi berperan semboyan rendahnya kewaspadaan otoritas dan biasa bagian dalam menemui bencana tersebut. Dengan demikian, analisis ini bercita-cita kepada membincangkan kewaspadaan otoritas dan biasa bagian dalam penjabaran imbalan bencana gempabumi berpedoman komunitas. Penelitian ini meggunakan kupasan literatur. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa tahap kewaspadaan otoritas dan biasa harus melantas ditingkatkan kait status sangat sedia bagian dalam menemui bencana tawang gempabumi. Dengan demikian imbalan bencana tawang gempabumi seumpama jatuhnya sasaran dorongan, bencana benda materi dan tegahan kerohanian akan bisa dikurangi tambah optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab gejolak politik Indonesia 2025, mengevaluasi respons pemerintah, dan menganalisis dampak perilaku tidak etis para pejabat terhadap stabilitas demokrasi. Metode penelitian kualitatif meliputi studi dokumen kebijakan, tinjauan media. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 12 gelombang demonstrasi besar sepanjang 2025 dipicu oleh banyaknya kebijakan kontroversial yang dicanangkan seperti kenaikan PPN, larangan LPG 3 kg, dan hingga skandal etika pejabat, termasuk korupsi masif dan tunjangan berlebihan DPR di tengah sulitnya ekonomi. Mekanisme moral disengagement memungkinkan pejabat merasionalisasi tindakan tidak etis tersebut, sementara kepemimpinan etis yang lemah dan tekanan mencapai target memperburuk budaya birokrasi. Respons pemerintah cenderung reaktif dimana jika viral terlebih dulu, baru cabut kemudian. Hal ini justru memperdalam krisis legitimasi. Perwujudan stabilitas demokrasi hanya dapat diperkuat melalui reformasi tata kelola, seperti penerapan kepemimpinan etis, penegakan akuntabilitas, dan peningkatan transparansi dalam proses pembuatan kebijakan. Pendekatan ini diharapkan memulihkan kepercayaan publik dan mencegah terulangnya konflik politik serupa atau lebih parah di masa mendatang.

Abstract

DKI Jakarta sangat rentan terhadap banjir karena berada di dataran rendah dengan kemiringan lereng yang landai. Pada 30 November 2023, Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) melaporkan bahwa 69 wilayah RT di Jakarta tergenang banjir, dengan 19 RT di Jakarta Selatan yang terkena dampak. Banjir ini disebabkan oleh luapan Kali Ciliwung dan Kali Pesanggrahan serta hujan lebat sejak 29 November 2023. Pemetaan banjir yang akurat diperlukan untuk mengantisipasi dan mencegah banjir. Memodelkan potensi banjir di Kecamatan Pesanggrahan, Jakarta Selatan dengan menggunakan analisis geospasial yang menggunakan QGIS dan OpenStreetMap telah terbukti berhasil. Pemetaan daerah rawan banjir ini dapat membantu pemerintah membuat kebijakan mitigasi yang tepat dan memberikan informasi tentang jumlah orang yang terdampak, infrastruktur yang terkena, dan jalur evakuasi tercepat.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of lithological characteristics on landslide susceptibility in Tegalwaru District, Purwakarta Regency. The area is predominantly composed of claystone formations from the Jatiluhur Formation, which exhibits impermeable and porous properties. During high-intensity rainfall events, water infiltration becomes limited, resulting in rapid saturation of the surface layer. These conditions trigger soil softening and reduce slope stability in areas characterized by steep to very steep terrain gradients. Additionally, weathered volcanic fragments of andesite and diorite that comprise this region undergo intensive weathering processes, forming joint systems and boulders that are susceptible to movement. These lithological factors are further aggravated by high precipitation and anthropogenic activities, which collectively influence slope stability. This research emphasizes the critical importance of understanding lithological characteristics for effective landslide risk mitigation and disaster management planning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji mitigasi bencana pasca aktivitas penambangan timah inkonvensional (TI) darat di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung melalui perspektif collaborative governance. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat adalah lemahnya regulasi terkait tanggung jawab reklamasi dan pemulihan lingkungan, sehingga aktivitas TI menimbulkan kerusakan ekosistem yang berpotensi memicu bencana ekologis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengelaborasi fenomena mitigasi bencana pasca penambangan TI melalui kolaborasi antara aktor negara dan non-negara, serta menelaah bagaimana upaya kolaboratif tersebut dapat mencegah bencana melalui keluaran kebijakan yang mempengaruhi pola tata lingkungan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumentasi yang diperoleh dari media lokal, peraturan daerah, serta wawancara dengan para pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat dalam mitigasi bencana pasca penambangan timah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola kolaboratif mampu memperkuat koordinasi dan pengawasan lintas sektor, mendorong penataan regulasi pertambangan rakyat, serta memastikan pelaksanaan kewajiban pemulihan lingkungan pasca tambang. Dengan demikian, collaborative governance menjadi strategi penting dalam menyeimbangkan kepentingan ekonomi masyarakat dengan keberlanjutan lingkungan.

Abstract

West Sumatra, Indonesia, faces a critical dual seismic hazard from the Sunda Megathrust and the active Sumatra Fault System, resulting in repetitive destructive earthquakes and high structural vulnerability. This study investigates the effectiveness of disaster preparedness among adolescents (aged 10–24), a strategic demographic group comprising over 25% of the population. Using Evidence Synthesis via a Descriptive-Qualitative Library Research approach, this paper analyzes the convergence of local seismotectonic risks and social preparedness models.The synthesis reveals a significant knowledge–action gap (preparedness paradox): while theoretical disaster knowledge among students is high, their practical readiness and self-efficacy are moderate to low. This discrepancy is primarily driven by the insufficient contextualization of education to specific local seismic threats. We argue that structural mitigation must be urgently complemented by strengthening social adaptive capacity. The study advocates for implementing transformative disaster education that formally integrates local seismic data, hazard maps, and scenario-based psychomotor training. This model is essential for fostering adaptive competence and leveraging adolescents as pivotal agents of long-term community resilience and disaster risk reduction in this high-risk environment.

Abstract

The increasing frequency and intensity of flooding in Kesambi District, Cirebon City, has caused significant economic losses and disrupted people's lives. This study attempts to manage flood disaster risks through careful planning. By combining spatial data analysis and an associative descriptive approach, this study produces a map of evacuation places and routes that can be relied on to deal with future floods. The results of the study indicate that the potential for flooding in Kesambi District causes extensive damage and has a significant impact on people's lives, especially in Drajat, Kesambi, and Pekiringan Sub-districts. Thousands of residents of Kesambi District are exposed to disaster risks and damage to buildings and infrastructure that hinder mobility and economic activity. Based on the analysis of capacity, travel time, and distance, this study has determined 6 evacuation places that can accommodate the estimated number of evacuees and 40 existing evacuation routes can be safely passed. These six evacuation places are considered strategic because they are close and can be reached in a short time, making it easier for people to immediately carry out independent evacuation when a disaster occurs.

Abstract

We present a network-based equity evaluation of tsunami evacuation access for a megathrust scenario in Palabuhanratu, quantifying both individual safety attainment and the spatial distribution of access. By overlaying physics-based inundation data with a road graph, we compute multimodal time-to-safety and isochrones, summarizing village-level access through overall reachability (RR), Gini, and hazard-weighted Gini (Gini*) indices. Evacuation time allowances (ETAs) are set at 22, 18, and 15 minutes—validated against site-specific arrival modeling and real-world departure observations from the 2024 Noto event—revealing a critical temporal tipping point. While an ETA of 22 minutes ensures total reachability (RR=1.00) with low inequality, tightening the window to 18 and 15 minutes sharply reduces RR and increases Gini* scores. Furthermore, the addition of an alternative Tsunami Evacuation Area (TEA) at Smile Hill yields localized time savings and minor gains in specific clusters at 22 minutes, yet provides no systemwide benefit at shorter ETAs, indicating that time scarcity dominates access during tight windows. Methodologically, this study employs "beat-the-wave" logic and least-cost routing on OSMnx/NetworkX graphs, offering a reproducible screening tool that integrates access, fairness, and hazard emphasis for TEA design under time-critical evacuation constraints.

Abstract

Bogor Regency has a high risk of landslides due to geological factors, steep slopes, high rainfall, and changes in land use. This study analyzes the distribution of landslide risk using a Geographic Information System (GIS) with four main parameters (geology, rainfall, slope, and land use) that are weighted and overlaid using ArcGIS. The results show that the southern part of Bogor, especially Cigudeg, Nanggung, Leuwiliang, and Pamijahan, is at high risk due to a combination of geological and climatic conditions. The resulting landslide risk map provides important input for local governments in spatial planning, land management, and community preparedness. This study highlights the important role of geospatial technology in supporting evidence-based mitigation strategies and sustainable development in disaster-prone areas.
