Abstract

Teknologi imersif seperti augmented reality, virtual reality, media sosial, avatar virtual, dan game online telah mendukung pendidikan. Pertanian, sebagai salah satu proses penting untuk kesejahteraan manusia, menuntut teknologi pendidikan yang kaya interaksi dan konten untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang lingkungan pertanian yang kompleks. Tren teknologi pendidikan saat ini mulai bergeser ke metaverse. Namun, ada kesenjangan antara penerapan teknologi imersif saat ini dan metaverse yang matang. Selain itu, penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan kurangnya penekanan pada teori pembelajaran, konten pembelajaran, dan elemen desain untuk aplikasi imersif dalam pendidikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kesenjangan tersebut, khususnya dalam pendidikan pertanian. Kami secara sistematis menganalisis publikasi sebelumnya yang mengembangkan aplikasi mendalam untuk pendidikan pertanian di pendidikan tinggi. Kami menyimpulkan bahwa (1) sebagian besar konten pembelajaran dan elemen desain teknologi metaverse kurang dimanfaatkan; (2) ada banyak kesenjangan implementasi antara implementasi saat ini dengan metaverse yang matang; dan (3) Pendidikan metaverse yang matang adalah kompleks dan mahal, sehingga perencanaan jangka panjang yang cermat dan mengidentifikasi kasus penggunaan dianjurkan. Kesenjangan ini penting untuk penelitian selanjutnya tentang pengembangan metaverse untuk pendidikan, terutama di bidang pertanian. Kami berharap hasil penelitian ini akan memberi pendidik pengetahuan dasar tentang teknologi metaverse untuk membuat keputusan yang lebih baik dalam memanfaatkan metaverse di lembaga pendidikan.

Abstract

The overcapacity of vehicle numbers is one of the significant causes of the traffic congestion problem on Indonesia roadways. The government applies a One-way system (SSA) as one proposed solution to unravel the congestion. However, several congestion points are still found during the SSA implementation. Thus, this research offers an alternative method to detect congestion using IoT technology. The system automatically enumerates the number, classifies the type, and computes the speed averages of vehicles to identify the severity of congestion based on the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (IHCM) published by the Ministry of Public Works 2014. We utilize ultrasonic sensors to detect the vehicles and send the data to the server in real time. The research successfully develops an IoT system for traffic congestion detection. Communication between nodes and API can be done well. Data exchange involving encryption and decryption with AES-256 is successfully done. The website application developed in this research successfully show the severity level of the congestion and their vehicle numbers. The average accuracy of the system is 78,97%. The system detected more vehicles than actual numbers due to the misreading value of the sensors.

Abstract

In this paper, we focus on speech recognition where speakers used text-dependent which means the text is agreed in advance and will be used next. This system uses MFCC as feature extraction and SVM as pattern recognition. Data were taken from 10 adult speakers with differences in gender, age, and ethnicity. Each speaker provides 50 ballots "computer" and its pronunciation is not controlled resulting in 500 data. Some data training is contaminated with gaussian noise with levels 80dB, 70dB, 60dB, 50dB, 40dB, 30dB, 20dB, 10dB, and 0 dB. The research uses a frame length: of 40 ms, overlapping frames: of 50%, and a coefficient me: of 13. Noise Cancelling was also tested in this research, although not getting optimal results. Pattern recognition SVM with RBF kernel functions produce 100% accurate results. The time process of the Sequential Minimal Optimization algorithm is better than Quadratic Programming algorithms. Increasing the number of speakers to see the performance of the system with a greater amount of data can be made for further research.

Abstract

Determining Public Satisfaction Index using analysis of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) can be utilized to improve service quality of Governmental Departments in X City. Analysis of IPA and CSI were used to measure the level of respondents’ satisfaction regarding the provided services. The departments were selected using purposive sampling method. Four selected departments were Population and Civil Registry Department, Transportation Department, Housing and Settlement Department, and Social Department. The result showed that customers were moderately satisfied with the services, with the following CSI index value: 70.09%, 72.95%, and 76.61% respectively for each departments. Moreover, Social Department’s customers were very satisfied with the CSI index 81.56%. In this study, aspect of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) literacy indicator were more exposing the ability to operate personal computer. There were six indicator of ICT literacy, i.e access, manage, integrate, evaluate, create, and communication. The value of evaluate indicator were quite high, it has reached score higher than 50% for each departments were. However, based on overall score, it was shown that 60% respondents still have low ICT literacy. This study also showed that ICT literacy were related to responden’s education and age. It increased along with the higher level of education that has been completed by respondents, and with the age of 17-39 years old.

Abstract

Text Mining is collecting text data mining results from a computer to get information contained therein. Text data has a form of data that is not structured and difficult to analyze. The unstructured data can be used as structured data through pre-processing stages. Text data is represented as numerical data after going through the pre-processing stages using vector space model method and weighting method of inverse frequency document frequency so that it can be used for analysis. The K-Means cluster analysis is one method that can be used for unstructured data, but the K-Means method is not robust to noise. Outliers can be detected using Density Based Spatial Clustering of Application with Noise (DBSCAN) cluster analysis. Outliers obtained from DBSCAN results can be omitted in the data. Cluster analysis was carried out again after removal of outliers using the K-Means method with the same number of k clusters. Evaluation of the cluster that is used to see the goodness of the cluster results is Silhouette Coefficient (SC). The SC value of the K-Means method after removal of outliers has a significant increase of 0.21 for a small amount of data. Adding the amount of text data to cluster analysis also affects the number of clusters. This is influenced by the number of katas in a document that is given weight. The fewer katas that are given weight, the more number of clusters will be generated

Abstract

Divisi IT Infrastruktur dan Operasi Bank XYZ merupakan unit kerja di bawah Direktorat Digital dan Teknologi Informasi yang bertanggung jawab mengelola operasional sentra data Bank, infrastruktur jaringan komunikasi, manajemen keamanan. Divisi Infrastruktur telah mengembangkan infrastruktur jaringan TI perbankan dan telah memiliki infrastruktur jaringan digital. Bagi Divisi Infrastruktur, teknologi digital merupakan tulang punggung pengembangan layanan produk perbankan. Dalam rangka memberikan layanan kepada nasabah, Divisi Infrastruktur dan Operasi perlu standard nilai tata kelola. Hal ini dimaksud untuk mengukur berapa besar tingkat kemampuan operasional layanan perbankan yang dikelola. Oleh karena itu perlu dievaluasi dan analisis tata kelola bidang infrastruktur jaringan teknologi informasi untuk menilai kondisi baik. Tujuan evaluasi adalah mengukur tingkat kapabilitas, analisis nilai kesenjangan (gap) dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik wawancara dimaksud untuk memperoleh domain objektif yang akan dianalisis. Sedangkan teknik kuesioner untuk memperoleh nilai pengukuran dari domain objektif terpilih menggunakan faktor desain pada COBIT 2019. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka diperoleh nilai kapabilitas level 3 pada domain objektif APO12 (Managed Risk), DSS03 (Managed Problem), dan DSS04 (Managed Continuity). Sedangkan nilai kapabilitas level 2 pada domain objektif DSS02 (Managed Service Request and Incidents) dan DSS05 (Managed Security Services). Hasil ini merupakan deskripsi tata kelola dan manajemen Bank XYZ saat ini dalam mengelola infrastruktur jaringan TI yang telah dilaksanakan.

Abstract

E-government adalah penggunaan dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pengelolaan ketatanegaraan untuk mempercepat pengintegrasian alur dan proses kerja, serta peningkatan pelayanan publik.  Salah satu tujuan Dinas Pertanian Gianyar adalah untuk meningkatkan pelayanan di bidang pertanian dan sasaran yang ingin dicapai adalah meningkatkan kapasitas kinerja dan akuntabilitas kinerja birokrasi. Tata kelola yang baik dalam penggunaan layanan TI akan meningkatkan proses pengelolaan informasi, pelayanan publik, efisiensi, dan akuntabilitas serta dipercaya dapat mempengaruhi seluruh kinerja organisasi. Penerapan TI di satu sisi memberikan manfaat yang luar biasa bagi organisasi namun juga dapat menimbulkan risiko-risiko yang merugikan organisasi. Jika risiko TI tidak dikelola dengan baik, TI dapat mengakibatkan terganggunya operasional organisasi menjadi tidak optimal. Evaluasi tata kelola TI bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keuntungan penggunaan TI secara optimal dan dapat mampu mengelola resikonya. COBIT 2019 merupakan standar framework yang dinilai lengkap dan komprehensif dalam melakukan evaluasi tata kelola TI suatu organisasi. Berdasarkan analisis faktor desain, proses yang menjadi prioritas tertinggi atau memiliki skor ≥ 75 adalah MEA03 (Managed Compliance with External Requirements), BAI04 (Managed Availability & Capacity), dan EDM03 (Ensured Risk Optimization).  Hasil penilaian tingkat kapabilitas pada proses MEA03, BAI04 dan EDM03 baru mencapai tingkat kapabilitas level 1 dan Dinas Pertanian Gianyar mengharapkan tercapainya tingkat kapabilitas level 2, sehingga terdapat gap sebesar 1 pada setiap proses tersebut. Hasil rekomendasi dapat dimanfaatkan oleh organisasi agar setiap proses yang dievaluasi dapat mencapai tingkat kapabilitas level 2. AbctractE-government is the use and utilization of information technology in state administration management to accelerate the integration of work flows and processes, as well as improve public services. One of the goals of the Gianyar Agriculture Office is to improve services in the agricultural sector and the target to be achieved is to increase performance capacity and accountability for bureaucratic performance. Good governance in the use of IT services will improve the process of managing information, public services, efficiency and accountability and is believed to affect all organizational performance. The application of IT on the one hand provides extraordinary benefits for the organization but can also pose risks that are detrimental to the organization. If IT risks are not managed properly, IT can result in disrupted organizational operations that are not optimal. Evaluation of IT governance aims to increase the benefits of optimal use of IT and be able to manage the risks. COBIT 2019 is a standard framework that is considered complete and comprehensive in evaluating an organization's IT governance. Based on the design factor analysis, the processes that are the highest priority or have a score ≥ 75 are MEA03 (Managed Compliance with External Requirements), BAI04 (Managed Availability & Capacity), and EDM03 (Ensured Risk Optimization). The results of the capability level assessment in the MEA03, BAI04, and EDM03 processes have only reached capability level 1 and the Gianyar Agriculture Office expects to achieve a capability level 2, so that there is a gap of 1 in each of these processes. The results of the recommendations can be utilized by the organization so that each evaluated process can reach the capability level  2.

Abstract

Proses penanaman dan pengelolaan lahan pertanian dengan bantuan teknologi berhasil memberikan kemudahan dan meningkatkan hasil penjualan produksi. Penelitian mengenai penerapan teknologi telah dilakukan, namun masih ditemukan ketidaksesuaian antara proses bisnis dengan sistem yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya integrasi proses bisnis. Selain itu, kompleksitas proses bisnis pertanian yang terus meningkat menuntut untuk dilakukan perbaikan proses bisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan perbaikan proses bisnis dengan menganalisis peningkatan dan pemodelan proses bisnis sistem manajemen budidaya buah. Penelitian ini memperbaiki proses bisnis sistem manajemen budidaya buah Agrowing menggunakan Business Process Imporvement (BPI) dan memodelkannya menggunakan Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). Tahapan penelitian ini terdiri dari identifikasi proses bisnis sistem manajemen budidaya buah, analisis proses bisnis sistem manajemen budidaya buah as-is, analisis proses bisnis sistem manajemen budidaya buah to-be, dan pengujian. Pengujian dilakukan dengan simulasi waktu proses bisnis menggunakan tools bizagi modeler dan perhitungan metrik kualitas menggunakan Complexity Metric (CFC) dan Coupling Metric (CP). Perbaikan proses bisnis budidaya buah menggunakan pendekatan BPI berhasil mengurangi waktu proses. Selain itu, kualitas model yang dihasilkan mudah dipahami dan dimodifikasi. Model proses bisnis yang dihasilkan dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan untuk tahapan desain pada pengembangan sistem manajemen budidaya buah Agrowing sehingga mendukung perkembangan teknologi informasi pertanian secara berkelanjutan dan membantu para petani untuk memproduksi buah berkualitas.   Abstract Planting and managing agricultural land with the help of technology has succeeded in providing convenience and increasing production sales. Although research on the application of technology has been conducted, disparities between business processes and systems still need to be addressed due to a lack of integration of business processes. Furthermore, the ever-increasing complexity of agricultural business processes necessitates business process changes. This study aims to improve business processes by analyzing the improvement and modeling of business processes of fruit cultivation management systems. This study uses Business Process Improvement (BPI) to improve the business processes of the Agrowing fruit cultivation management system, and it models it using the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). This study is divided into four stages: identifying the business processes involved in fruit cultivation, analyzing them as they are currently (as-is), analyzing them as they will be improved (to-be), and testing. Testing is performed by simulating business process time using the bizagi modeler tool and computing quality measures with the Complexity Metric (CFC) and Coupling Metric (CP). Improving fruit cultivation business processes using the BPI approach has reduced processing time. In addition, the quality of the resulting model is easy to understand and modify. The resulting business process model can be used as a reference for the design stage in the development of the Agrowing fruit cultivation management system so that it supports the development of agricultural information technology sustainably and helps farmers produce quality fruit.

Abstract

Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan yang semakin tinggi maka produktivitas usaha pertanian perlu ditingkatkan. Salah satu yang penting dilakukan untuk mendorong peningkatan produksi adalah menyediakan informasi karakteristik hara lahan kepada petani secara akurat, tepat dan mudah. Jika petani memahami kondisi area yang ditanami maka mereka dapat menentukan teknik budidaya yang sesuai. Dengan semakin banyaknya petani yang menggunakan smartphone, maka penting adanya sistem informasi geografis yang berjalan di perangkat mobile (mobile GIS) yang dapat memberikan informasi kandungan hara lahan spesifik lokasi. Penelitian ini akan mengembangkan prototipe mobile GIS untuk perangkat berbasis Android. Diharapkan dengan aplikasi ini petani dapat menentukan lokasi yang menjadi perhatian melalui menu pencarian lokasi atau menggunakan GPS di perangkat. Setelah lokasi ditentukan, sistem akan memperlihatkan peta dan tabel kandungan hara di wilayah tersebut. Aplikasi ini menghasilkan fitur utama berupa peta yang menampilkan kandungan nitrogen, phospor dan kalium serta kondisi keasaman tanah (pH) di lokasi tertentu di Jawa Barat. Sistem yang dikembangkan dilengkapi dengan petunjuk penggunaan fitur dan glosarium untuk membantu pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi dan memahami istilah penting yang terdapat di dalam aplikasi. Prototipe yang dihasilkan merupakan produk awal yang bersifat umum dan merupakan bagian dari usaha untuk mencari bentuk interaksi antarmuka yang tepat dan arsitektur sistem yang adaptif.

Abstract

KMS Sawit Mobile Application has been developed since 2020 to enhance private palm oil farmers productivity by sharing its information to the other users. The first aim of this research is to implement the strategy of KMS Sawit Mobile Application for private palm oil farmers, secondly it is also to do usability testing of the application so that would be found the constraints when using the app. The methodology used in this research is by using implementation method – KM IRIS with PRA approach with usability testing in learnability, efficiency, and error aspects by giving some task scenarios. It is obtained from the research that the palm oil farmers are able to use and interact using the app. The measurement result of the usability testing showed that the learnability aspect point is 91.5%, the efficiency aspect point is 0.0864, and the error aspect point is 0,56 which is interpreted that the succession of palm oil farmers when using the app is above the average by solving the task swiftly and the number of errors they made is below the average. Therefore, based on that result it is showed that the KMS Sawit Mobile Application is can be used easily and fastly.
