Abstract

Abstract Planting and managing agricultural land with the help of technology has succeeded in providing convenience and increasing production sales. Although research on the application of technology has been conducted, disparities between business processes and systems still need to be addressed due to a lack of integration of business processes. Furthermore, the ever-increasing complexity of agricultural business processes necessitates business process changes. This study aims to improve business processes by analyzing the improvement and modeling of business processes of fruit cultivation management systems. This study uses Business Process Improvement (BPI) to improve the business processes of the Agrowing fruit cultivation management system, and it models it using the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). This study is divided into four stages: identifying the business processes involved in fruit cultivation, analyzing them as they are currently (as-is), analyzing them as they will be improved (to-be), and testing. Testing is performed by simulating business process time using the bizagi modeler tool and computing quality measures with the Complexity Metric (CFC) and Coupling Metric (CP). Improving fruit cultivation business processes using the BPI approach has reduced processing time. In addition, the quality of the resulting model is easy to understand and modify. The resulting business process model can be used as a reference for the design stage in the development of the Agrowing fruit cultivation management system so that it supports the development of agricultural information technology sustainably and helps farmers produce quality fruit.

Abstract

Software cost estimation is important for information systems management and is generally taught in software engineering courses especially to terms of the ever-increasing development of E-Government. A significant challenge for Software Sizing (SS) is to determine cost estimates based on TOR documents that do not yet contain complete Software Requirements Specifications (SRS). This study uses Function Points as one of the measurement methods that can make cost estimates and expert needs based on the desired functional system. On the other hand, there are cases where estimation needs after the SRS document have been made. Thus in this study, the authors discuss the implementation of SS based on TOR and SRS documents for E-Government. The results of this study indicate the closeness of the actual and estimated values of 81.9% for TOR and 93.4% for SRS.

Abstract

During the pandemic, the hospital industry is an industry that must adapt to the digital world. Hospital X is a hospital that is active on social media and has several followers which is quite high, but it turns out that it is not in line with the BOR achievement. This can be caused by many factors such as content marketing, the relationship between the number of followers, brand trust, and brand loyalty. Data were collected from 125 respondents. Data were analyzed using WarpPLS. The results showed that the majority of respondents consisted of young families with middle incomes. Then it was found that content marketing had a significant effect on brand trust and brand loyalty. Based on this, hospitals should focus more on high-quality content that aims to increase patient trust.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi (IT) dapat memperkuat organisasi.

Abstract

Indonesia is the fourth largest coffee producer after Brazil, Vietnam, and Colombia, with an average coffee production value in Indonesia in 2022 reaching around 789.97 thousand tons per year. In 2014-2023, the largest type of coffee production was robusta coffee at 72.71% or 517.41 thousand tons. Kebun Bangelan, which produces coffee beans. This study aims to analyze the contribution of ICT, quality information sharing, supply chain collaboration, and supply chain performance. A mixed-methods approach was used in this research to determine the contribution of ICT by distributing questionnaires and depth-interviews with Kebun Bangelan employees. The coffee bean supply chain begins with planting raw materials, and production using machine technology. ICT used by Kebun Bangelan includes computers and supply chain data processing through applications, namely System Application and Product in Data Processing (SAP), spreadsheet, and Microsoft Office. The contribution of ICT shows a strong correlation with information sharing quality, a good correlation with supply chain collaboration, and a good correlation with supply chain performance.
