Abstract

As efforts to implement occupational health include preventive, promotive, curative and rehabilitative health/medical efforts. Thus, occupational health is one of the two main pillars of progress and cleanliness of Occupational Health and Safety. The health examination of the workforce aims to improve and maintain the degree of physical, mental and social health. Carpenter is someone who has the task of assembling and installing scaffolding, formwork, roof trusses, stairs, railings, floor construction, wooden walls, and installing window door frames, ceiling frames and ceiling coverings based on working drawings, technical specifications and work instructions. . The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the degree of health status of Carpenter. This type of research was an analytic survey with a cross sectional study approach. This research was conducted from June to September 2021. The population was 105 people and a sample of 52 people was determined by the purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques by means of interviews and document review. The tools for data collection are questionnaires and Medical Check Up results, for in-depth interviews conducted to HSE officers. The results of this study indicate that there is no relationship between the work area (0.692) and the health status of carpenter workers. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between the work area and the degree of health status of Carpenter workers at PT. XYZ Balikpapan.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work from home (WFH) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Pegawai Fakultas Hukum Universitas Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah 24 responden. Data diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Balai Pengelolaan Hutan Lestari (BPHL) Wilayah VI Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif.  bjek penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Balai Pengelolaan Hutan Lestari (BPHL) Wilayah VI Bandar Lampung yang beralamat di jalan Zainal Abidin Pagar Alam- Rajabasa Bandar Lampung Permasalahan disiplin pegawai kurang optimal dan kurangnya komitmen pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa data primer dan data sekunder.  Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan quisioner. sampel yang digunakan dalam  penelitian ini berjumlah  34 pegawai Balai Pengelolaan Hutan Lestari  (BPHL) Wilayah VI Bandar Lampung. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja  dapat disimpulkan bahwa    Nilai t hitung variabel komitmen t tabel maka Ha diterima. Signifikasi variabel komitmen organisasi  adalah 0.000 yang berarti probabilitas 0.000, karena probabilitas kurang dari 0,05 maka Ha diterima. artinya komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja  pegawai  Balai Pengelolaan Hutan Produksi Wilayah VI Bandar LampungKata kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja.

Abstract

Regional development can be said as a form of equitable distribution of development carried out through the development of agropolitan areas as an alternative solution to developing rural areas. An agropolitan area is an agricultural area consisting of agricultural towns, agricultural production center villages and surrounding buffer villages, and has facilities for the development of the agricultural industry. The basis of the agropolitan concept is to build the function of an agricultural city, where agriculture is not only seen from the side of farming or hoeing but still makes agriculture the dominant sector. The theory of attraction (gravity) is used to determine the regional growth center with the carrying capacity of the leading sector (base). with Central Lampung where the distance between these two districts is 129.50 Km, then followed by North Lampung Regency (Earth City) with a value (T.7-9) = 14,970,792,021.35 where the relationship between this district is with Tulang Bawang district (Menggala) which is 91.16 Km. The physical distance between Kota Agung and Kota Bumi is 186.84 Km, which can be said that each regency is still running its (economy) wheels according to their respective local strengths, no one has yet implied that there is a district power that is intentional to be used as Growth Center. The relationship between regencies in Lampung Province reveals the relationship of respective local power, such as the relationship between the need for production materials (interregional) economy. This relationship between regencies and cities is proven by the results of an analysis of the local strengths or potential of each district, where the LQ analysis shows local strengths, which based on research with LQ from BPS Lampung Province in 2021 according to Business Fields, it is known that the Agricultural Sector consists of the Agricultural Sub-Sector, Forestry and Fisheries is the Base sector, where the 2015 LQ results obtained a value of 2.37 and the 2019 LQ results obtained a value of 2.18. Other sectors that become the basis are the Transportation and Warehousing Sector. Thus it is clear that Lampung Province with 13 regencies and 2 cities shows that there is no strength for one regency to become a center of growth and from the results of the analysis there are 2 regencies, namely Kota Bumi and Kota Agung which can be planned as regional planning areas for growth points or growth centers.

Abstract

Manual Material Handling (MMH) Workshop in Maintenance is an activity that humans carry out every day. In this research, the qualitative method is used, which is a research method based on the philosophy of postpositivism, used for research on the natural conditions of objects. Based on the results of research on the level of work posture risk among goods lifting workers at PT Intipratama Global Services when carrying out goods lifting activities, there were 5 informants who displayed the risk level of work posture ranging from medium, high, and very high risk levels. Based on the results of research on the risk level of work posture at PT Intiprama Global Service when carrying out goods transport activities manually, the results of the calculations were that 5 informants had a very high risk level, and based on the results of the Nordic Body Map (NBM) calculations, 2 informants had complaints about the musculoskeletal system. with a very high level, 2 informants with a high level, and 1 informant with a medium level.

Abstract

Wisata adalah kegiatan perjalanan seseorang maupun sekelompok orang mengunjungi tempat tertentu bertujuan rekreasi, pengembangan pribadi, mempelajari keunikan daya tarik wisata dalam jangka waktu sementara. Bandar Lampung tergolong kota besar berpenduduk setara perkotaan besar dengan penduduknya berjumlah kurang lebih 1 juta jiwa dalam 20 Kecamatan dengan 126 Kelurahan. Sebagian kelurahan ada yang telah dimanfaatkan fungsi ruang kotanya untuk kegiatan permukiman, industri dan perdagangan. Namun, ada sebagian wilayahnya dengan kontur perbukitan juga telah dimanfaatkan untuk destinasi wisata. Kebanyakan destinasi wisata dengan daya dukung kontur perbukitan berada di Bagian Barat Bandar Lampung, padahal di sisi timur Bandar Lampung juga terdapat beberapa bukit, namun perhatian untuk mengarahkan pada pemanfaatan bentuk lain semisal menjadikannya sebagai objek wisata kurang mendapat perhatian dari masyarakat, terlebih mereka yang masuk dalam kelompok sadar wisata. Oleh sebab itu, tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pendampingan dan motivasi kepada pengurus pokdarwis Kelurahan Campang Raya agar selalu berkeyakinan dalam menjalankan wisata pada objek wisata bukit. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk diskusi revitalisasi pengurus, program kerja, cara membuat administrasi yang baik, dan melakukan pendekatan kepada pemilik lokasi bukit. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Campang Raya, tepatnya di rumah ketua Pokdarwis dalam rentang waktu pada bulan Februari-Maret 2023. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang sudah dilaksanakan, terlihat bahwa anggota pokdarwis sudah mulai tergugah dalam pembentukan objek wisata yang menjadi lebih utama.

Abstract

Hospitals are health institutions that have many installations and are never separated from the generation of solid waste (medical and non-medical) hospitals. Hospital activities will produce a number of by-products, both solid, liquid and gaseous waste containing pathogens, chemicals and generally dangerous and dangerous medical devices. The purpose of this study was to analyze the medical waste management system at Dr. Hospital. Kanujoso Djatiwibowo Balikpapan Year 2020, Identification of hazardous waste characteristics at each waste source at Dr. Hospital. Kanujoso Djatiwibowo Balikpapan with existing standards. Based on the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1204 of 2004 concerning Hospital Environmental Health, waste management can be carried out by minimizing waste by reducing materials, reusing and recycling, sorting and storing medical and non-medical waste. , collection with strong and closed trolleys and processing waste to be safe before being discharged into the environment, Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number: P.56/Menlhk-Setjen/2015 concerning Procedures and Technical Requirements for Management of Hazardous and Toxic Waste from Facilities Health services. This research is a qualitative research with qualitative methods. The data collection used checklist, observation, and in-depth interviews, while the data analysis was processed using qualitative techniques to describe the efforts to manage medical solid waste at Dr. Hospital. Kanujoso Djatiwibowo Balikpapan which is then compared with the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Number: P.56/Menlhk-Setjen/2015 concerning Procedures and Technical Requirements for Management of Hazardous and Toxic Waste from Health Service Facilities. The results showed that Dr. Hospital. Kanujosos Djatiwibowo Balikpapan is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Number: P.56/Menlhk-Setjen/2015. Based on the results of the percentage tabulation, it is known that the management of medical waste at Dr. Hospital. Kanujoso Djatiwibowo Balikpapan, which is as much as 72.22% in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Number: P.56/Menlhk-Setjen/2015 while it is known that 27.78 are not appropriate.

Abstract

The high public demand for beef causes the intensity of slaughter to also increase. This causes attention to be focused on the existence of a slaughterhouse (RPH) as a meat production unit. At the Slaughterhouse (RPH) there are several people who are responsible for slaughtering animals, including those in charge of slaughtering cattle, namely the Halal Slaughterer and workers under the association. The job of a Halal Slaughterer is full of risks because accidents that often occur at RPH are industrial accidents, namely accidents that often occur in the workplace due to a source of danger. Departing from this background, the researchers conducted a study with the aim of evaluating the application of sanitary hygiene standards at the KM 5.5 Balikpapan Slaughterhouse so that they can produce ASUH (Safe, Healthy, Whole, and Halal) meat which refers to the SNI–01–6159–1999 standard. . The results of the research show that the Balikpapan City Slaughterhouse (RPH) has not complied with the standard requirements of SNI – 01 – 6159 – 1999. There are still many facilities such as public toilets and lack of lighting. There are no special facilities or places for washing work equipment and soap to clean equipment. There are still workers who have not worn PPE in the form of boots to prevent work accidents. There is no training or socialization regarding K3 or Hygiene at the Balikpapan Slaughterhouse

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the description of the work posture carried out by workers when loading and unloading at PT Karya Prima Jaya whether it is in accordance with the existing work ergonomics by using a sample of 6 informants. The research tools used to conduct this research are the Ovako Work Analysis System method, Nordic Body Map Questionnaire, observation, and interviews. The results of the analysis obtained are that the work postures carried out by workers at PT Karya Prima Jaya are still not in accordance with the existing work ergonomics because they are often careless or heed the correct work ergonomics when loading and unloading because the workers have not received special training on work ergonomics and resulted in Many musculoskeletal complaints that arise in workers. Based on the Ovako Work Analysis System and the Nordic Body Map, the complaints from workers at PT Karya Prima Jaya vary, namely the back, waist, upper neck, shoulders, upper arms, and legs.

Abstract

Industry and services at this time has used equipment or machines as well as hazardous materials used in daily work activities. One of the equipment or machines used by the aviation industry is X-ray aircraft by utilizing X-rays as a tool to detect passenger luggage. Since the discovery of X-rays in 1895 and then the production of radiographic equipment for the health and industrial fields, it has had a great impact on human life. This study aims to determine the level of occupational safety and health risk on X-ray equipment operational officers in the Security Check Point area. This research is a qualitative research and an assessment of health risks using the Health Risk Assessment (HRA) method. From the results of the study, there were 3 risks that could affect the health of workers, namely, inappropriate Personal Protective Equipment, room temperature and radiation exposure caused by the X-ray equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to have control by the company such as personnel monitoring tools, namely pocket dosimeters, film badges, TLD badges so that the dose received by each worker can be monitored.
