Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era digital telah memberikan dampak pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, diantaranya adalah kehidupan dunia usaha (bisnis). Menjalankan usaha dengan memanfaatkan teknologi melalui media sosial merupakan tuntutat para wirausaha saat ini. Market place akan terbentuk dengan mudah melalui pemanfaatan teknologi. Fenomena ini disikapi dengan maraknya orang berbisnis melalui media sosial, tidak terkecuali di kalangan generasi muda. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pelatihan melalui peran teknologi digital dalam menciptakan peluang bisnis bagi generasi muda untuk berwirausaha. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di SMK Miftahul Falah kabupaten Pringsewu pada siswa-siswi program studi Bisnis Digital. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa teknologi digital memberikan peluang terbangunnya wirausaha pada generasi muda. Dengan memanfaatkan media sosial mereka dapat menjalankan bisnis dan mempunyai penghasilan sehingga dapat mencukupi kebutuhan. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mahasiswa pada kewirausahaan digital dengan pemanfataan teknologi pada generasi muda khususnya di kabupaten Tujuannya agar generasi muda juga melek teknologi yang dampaknya pada semakin banyaknya wirausaha muda dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan perekonomian daerah.

Abstract

Pandemic condition affected village community and it turn out become difficulty in fulfill needs and also continue their activity. Quality of Human Resources and community human capital rural considered important one of the strategies carried out in lower poverty is with the microcredit program or the Grameen Bank program to Public country side. The purpose of this study for examine empirical relationship between several influencing factors to the level income with quality of human resources and gender equality effect. Study this is also examine the effect of micro credit to income economy Public countryside. Respondents in this study the customer of microcredit. Analysis method using relevant data quantitative with multiple linear regression. The findings show that the microcredit through the Grameen Bank program improves well-being village community welfare significantly. Abstract

Expansion growth and competition in the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) business products are very varied and highly innovative, therefore consumers have a variety of choices and alternative products according to what consumers intention. A lot of competitive products in the MSME requires business owners to use all their abilities to be able to dominate and conquer the market. The research aims to examine the effect of product quality and product reputation on consumer purchase intention. The sample for this research is consumers of MSME Soy Milk products in Way Jepara Regency, East Lampung Province. Using multiple regression analysis techniques proves that there is a significant impact for product quality and reputation simultaneously on consumer purchase intention. The research results reveal that individually product quality and reputation have an effect on consumer purchase intention in MSME soy milk products. This research provides evidence that MSME are of great importance to improve product quality for increasing consumer purchase intention, and also intensify innovation, various sales strategies to improve the reputation of the products sold. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is an influence on the ratio of financial performance to stock prices. Financial performance ratios are proxied using Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, Earnings Per Share, Price Earning Ratio and stock prices are proxied using Price to Book Value. This type of quantitative research uses multiple linear regression data analysis techniques and secondary data with a sample of prospectus companies that conducted initial public sales on the stock market or IPO in 2021. The results showed that Return on Asset (ROA) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) have a significant influence on stock prices. The implication of this study is that prospectus companies that conduct an initial public offering or IPO can further increase the factors that affect the Return on Asset ratio in generating profits and maintaining the effectiveness of the company's operational activities in order to increase the company's return on investment. The difference with other studies is that research is conducted on companies that have just sold their shares for the first time so that investors can consider choosing shares of prospectus 2021 companies by paying attention to the level of financial performance ratio.

Abstract

The hotel industry is experiencing intense competition to attract customers who will take advantage of the hotel's services. Therefore, company demands for employee performance are increasingly higher, and several factors can affect employee performance. This research examines the effect of motivation, compensation, and organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction. The research sample consisted of 87 employee hotels. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were performed using the Smart PLS program's structural equation modeling (SEM) and data processing. The findings demonstrate a significant impact of motivation, compensation, and organizational culture on job satisfaction rather than employee performance. It has been demonstrated that motivation, compensation, and organizational culture indirectly influence performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The performance of lecturers at private universities is very important in determining the progress and achievements of universities to become educational institutions that have the best reputation in society. This research aims to analyze the determining factors of lecturer performance at private universities. Several factors tested were transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and professional competence on lecturer performance. This study determined the sample using a purposive sampling technique from 8 private universities in Lampung Province. Using a quantitative approach and research data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was completed through the Analysis Moment of Structural (AMOS) program. The research results show that there is an influence of transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and professional competence on the performance of private university lecturers. The transformational leadership factor has the strongest influence on the performance of public private university lecturers. Contribution of research findings to policy makers, especially private higher education leaders in implementing a leadership style in evaluating, supervising, providing encouragement for improving lecturer performance.

Abstract

- SMEs currently has growth rapidly and required follow development of information technology to support the effectiveness and efficiency their business. Financial management is something that is often ignored by SMEs, whereas financial management greatly influences the business that is being run. This community service activity aims to provide coaching for SMEs in utilizing digitalization-based financial management applications. This training was attended by several SMEs in Pringsewu Regency. The method used in this service activity is a training method on the use of information technology in management. The result of this activity is that SMEs business actors have the skills to manage finances and use digital-based SME financial applications. This activity also shows that the majority of SMEs business actors are capable of implementing financial transaction recording. SMEs realize that financial reporting is important to support business effectiveness and is a component for developing business through business credit for SMEs

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat agar lebih peduli kepada lingkungan. Peduli lingkungan bermakna bahwa setiap individu memiliki kepedulian terhadap diri, orang lain, dan makhuk hidup lain seperti tumbuhan dan hewan. Wujud dari kepedulian lingkungan salah satunya adalah bersedia mengolah sampah dengan metode Reduce, Reuse, dan Recycle/3R. Kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan memberikan sosialisasi mengenai dampak buruk lingkungan, akibat sampah organik maupun an-organik yang belum dikelola dengan baik. Kegiatan ini diadakan di TPS3R Pringsewu Barat, Kabupaten Pringsewu, Lampung. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah dosen dan mahasiswa. Selain mendapatkan pengetahuan lingkungan pada kegiatan ini juga peserta dapat melihat secara langsung proses pengolahan sampah menjadi produk setengah jadi, dan produk hasil dari pengolahan sampah dalam bentuk berbagai produk. Produk tersebut antara lain pupuk kompos, bantal berisi styrofoam, tempat tisu dari koran/kertas bekas, tempat air mineral dan produk-produk lainnya. Setelah kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan lingkungan bagi peserta yang pada akhirnya dapat menumbuhkan kepedulian lingkungan, dan dapat bersedia mengimplementasikan 3R dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This study meticulously examines the moderating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between transformational leadership, work environment, and employee performance in civil service police units members of Kampar Regency. The research method employs the SEM-PLS approach to provide better triangulation and elaboration of cases. Data is collected through surveys and follow-up interviews with civil service police officers in Kampar Regency as respondents. The findings reveal that transformational leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee performance, while the work environment has no significant effect. Transformational leadership style significantly influences performance through job satisfaction as a mediator. However, the work environment has no significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. These results highlight that leadership style and job satisfaction undeniably influence employee performance, but their effectiveness depends on various situational and contextual factors in civil service police units as public service agencies.
