Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah pada institusi sosial merupakan langkah penting bagi keberlanjutan aktivitasnya. Sampah yang terkelola dengan baik membuat kenyamanan stakeholder lembaga tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh Yayasan Perintis Pendidik Nusa bertujuan melakukan rintisan pengelolaan sampah dalam rangka pengurangan akibat merugikan yang terjadi dari timbunan sampah. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat Yayasan ini berupa lingkungan lembaga yang lebih tertata dan minim sampah. Sampah organik diolah dengan bantuan magot larva dari black soldier flies menjadi pupuk organik. Sampah anorganik layak jual menjadi uang setelah diberikan ke program sedekah sampah. Sampah anorganik residu dilakukan pembakaran kemudian menjadi karbon yang dapat menjadi pupuk. Ada peningkatan 10 % masyarakat yang mau memilah sampah

Abstract

The hotel industry is experiencing intense competition to attract customers who will take advantage of the hotel's services. Therefore, company demands for employee performance are increasingly higher, and several factors can affect employee performance. This research examines the effect of motivation, compensation, and organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction. The research sample consisted of 87 employee hotels. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were performed using the Smart PLS program's structural equation modeling (SEM) and data processing. The findings demonstrate a significant impact of motivation, compensation, and organizational culture on job satisfaction rather than employee performance. It has been demonstrated that motivation, compensation, and organizational culture indirectly influence performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The performance of lecturers at private universities is very important in determining the progress and achievements of universities to become educational institutions that have the best reputation in society. This research aims to analyze the determining factors of lecturer performance at private universities. Several factors tested were transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and professional competence on lecturer performance. This study determined the sample using a purposive sampling technique from 8 private universities in Lampung Province. Using a quantitative approach and research data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was completed through the Analysis Moment of Structural (AMOS) program. The research results show that there is an influence of transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and professional competence on the performance of private university lecturers. The transformational leadership factor has the strongest influence on the performance of public private university lecturers. Contribution of research findings to policy makers, especially private higher education leaders in implementing a leadership style in evaluating, supervising, providing encouragement for improving lecturer performance.

Abstract

- SMEs currently has growth rapidly and required follow development of information technology to support the effectiveness and efficiency their business. Financial management is something that is often ignored by SMEs, whereas financial management greatly influences the business that is being run. This community service activity aims to provide coaching for SMEs in utilizing digitalization-based financial management applications. This training was attended by several SMEs in Pringsewu Regency. The method used in this service activity is a training method on the use of information technology in management. The result of this activity is that SMEs business actors have the skills to manage finances and use digital-based SME financial applications. This activity also shows that the majority of SMEs business actors are capable of implementing financial transaction recording. SMEs realize that financial reporting is important to support business effectiveness and is a component for developing business through business credit for SMEs

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat agar lebih peduli kepada lingkungan. Peduli lingkungan bermakna bahwa setiap individu memiliki kepedulian terhadap diri, orang lain, dan makhuk hidup lain seperti tumbuhan dan hewan. Wujud dari kepedulian lingkungan salah satunya adalah bersedia mengolah sampah dengan metode Reduce, Reuse, dan Recycle/3R. Kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan memberikan sosialisasi mengenai dampak buruk lingkungan, akibat sampah organik maupun an-organik yang belum dikelola dengan baik. Kegiatan ini diadakan di TPS3R Pringsewu Barat, Kabupaten Pringsewu, Lampung. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah dosen dan mahasiswa. Selain mendapatkan pengetahuan lingkungan pada kegiatan ini juga peserta dapat melihat secara langsung proses pengolahan sampah menjadi produk setengah jadi, dan produk hasil dari pengolahan sampah dalam bentuk berbagai produk. Produk tersebut antara lain pupuk kompos, bantal berisi styrofoam, tempat tisu dari koran/kertas bekas, tempat air mineral dan produk-produk lainnya. Setelah kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan lingkungan bagi peserta yang pada akhirnya dapat menumbuhkan kepedulian lingkungan, dan dapat bersedia mengimplementasikan 3R dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

UMKM di Indonesia menghadapi berbagai permasalahan operasional dan strategis dalam pengembangan bisnisnya. Masih banyaknya UMKM yang memiliki pemahaman yang kurang dan belum memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam pemasaran produknya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan strategi dalam upaya peningkatan penjualan bagi UMKM Keripik Ojo Lali Way Jepara kabupaten Lampung Timur melalui pemasaran E-Commerce. Peningkatan jangkauan pasar dan penguatan daya beli produk UMKM melalui penerapan e-commerce atau toko online bagi mitra dapat meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi. Selain itu kegiatan ini meningkatkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan internet dalam kegiatan pemasaran produk. Metode yang dilakukan dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan, yaitu dilakukan dimulai dari observasi awal, persiapan, pelaksanaan, pelatihan pendampingan hingga evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan penerapan E-Commerce bagi UMKM produk keripik Ojo Lali memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi peningkatan penjualan dan pemasaran produk bagi masyarakat lokal maupun antar kota. Kegiatan ini juga memberikan keterampilan bagi mitra untuk dapat melakukan pemasaran digital sebagai upaya meningkatkan daya saing produk dan keberlangsungan usaha di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

This study meticulously examines the moderating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between transformational leadership, work environment, and employee performance in civil service police units members of Kampar Regency. The research method employs the SEM-PLS approach to provide better triangulation and elaboration of cases. Data is collected through surveys and follow-up interviews with civil service police officers in Kampar Regency as respondents. The findings reveal that transformational leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee performance, while the work environment has no significant effect. Transformational leadership style significantly influences performance through job satisfaction as a mediator. However, the work environment has no significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. These results highlight that leadership style and job satisfaction undeniably influence employee performance, but their effectiveness depends on various situational and contextual factors in civil service police units as public service agencies.

Abstract

Potensi BUMDes pada produk pengolahan Ikan lele di desa Trimulyo Provinsi Lampung sangat tinggi, namun masih rendahnya peran sistem informasi dan inovasi  dalam pengelolaan usaha tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dibutuhkan adanya pengembangan dan pendampingan agar dapat memanfaatkan sistem informasi dalam penjualan produk secara optimal. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah membangun sistem informasi yang berguna untuk meningkatkan pemasaran produk ikan lele. Dukungan BUMDES juga memiliki peran penting agar proses produksi usaha rumah tangga dari potensi desa meningkatkan penjualan dan produk menjadi lebih berkualitas. Metode yang digunakan dengan program sosialisasi dan pelatihan dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan informasi terkait perkembangan teknologi dan inovasi bisnis. Hasilnya, Desa Trimulyo kabupaten Lampung Timur dapat lebih maju dalam bidang ekonomi dan teknologi, dan dapat terus mengembangkan program-program yang telah dilaksanakan dalam waktu jangka panjang.

Abstract

Women's empowerment in entrepreneurship plays a vital role because it equips individuals to succeed, fostering innovation, economic growth, and societal impact. These community service international programs have been recognized as a potential means to promote women's empowerment for household migrants and entrepreneurship by providing them with opportunities to develop skills, access resources, and engage in entrepreneurial training. This community service uses the Asset-Based Community Development method, which strengths-focused, participatory framework that empowers community teams to carry out the activity from two higher education institutions, Indonesia-Malaysia University. There are Institut Bakti Nusantara (IBN) Lampung Indonesia and Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris Malaysia, which are some of the care activities driving the empowerment of women migrants in Kuala Lumpur. The result of international community service was that it successfully carried out positive responses from participants, which can be seen from the outcomes of training the participants from the household migrant Muslims in Kuala Lumpur. Entrepreneurship training participants indicated a majority increase in knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship. Therefore, women's empowerment in entrepreneurship training is not just about individual success—it transforms communities by fostering resilience, innovation, and economic progress.
