Abstract

This community engagement initiative was prompted by students’ limited understanding of how to package local content into educational products with economic value, as well as the suboptimal integration of entrepreneurial values into teaching. The aim of this initiative is to foster an entrepreneurial spirit among students through edupreneurship, developed in the form of an exhibition based on local product. The method employed was the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which involved students as active participants in the training, production, and marketing of local products, as well as in the organisation of the exhibition. The activity began with training on the basic concepts of edupreneurship, product packaging, and marketing strategies. The exhibition showcased various creative products such as food & beverage, eco bodycare, eco living style, and fashion accesories featuring local product motifs. This activity successfully enhanced students’ capacity for critical thinking, innovation, and productive collaboration. An entrepreneurship talk show held concurrently further strengthened students’ motivation and entrepreneurial insights. The results of the activity demonstrated that the management exhibition effectively served as a medium for transforming local product such as food & beverage, eco bodycare, ecoliving style, fashion accesories learning into a contextual, practical, and economically valuable experience through the edupreneurship approach.

Abstract

The Land and Building Tax (Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan – PBB) represents a significant source of regional revenue, crucial for supporting development and public services in the city of Surabaya. To enhance accessibility and taxpayer compliance, the Surabaya City Government, through the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda), has developed a digital application known as PBB Online Surabaya. This initiative aims to simplify the process of checking and paying PBB bills online, thereby increasing the efficiency of public service delivery. Participants were divided into groups responsible for conducting awareness and guidance activities for taxpayers across various districts in Surabaya. The findings indicate that the application expedited the payment process, reduced queues, and improved public access to digital payment services. The initiative involved dozens of participants distributed across several sub-districts in Surabaya. The benefits observed included increased compliance with digital PBB payments, enhanced administrative efficiency, and improved transparency in tax payment records. In conclusion, this initiative highlights that the digitalisation of PBB services via an online application significantly contributes to greater community engagement and more effective local public service delivery, serving as a key innovation model for technology-based governance

Abstract

Production waste is one of the main challenges in the food processing industry, particularly in the poultry processing sector, which generates large volumes of solid and liquid waste. This issue not only reduces operational efficiency but also poses risks to environmental sustainability. This research aims to apply the Green Productivity concept to minimize waste and improve production efficiency in the nugget processing line at PT XYZ. A descriptive quantitative approach was used with analytical methods including material balance, productivity measurement, waste identification, Environmental Performance Index (EPI), Green Productivity Index (GPI), and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The results indicate that the integration of green productivity significantly enhances production efficiency and reduces waste from oil and flour. The increasing GPI reflects sustainable efficiency, while EPI shows improvements in environmental performance. Furthermore, waste cooking oil was innovatively processed into solid soap as an economical and eco-friendly solution.

Abstract

The growing interest in healthy lifestyles and fitness activities has contributed to the expansion of the fitness supplement industry in Indonesia. Despite its strong market position, Evolene experienced a decline in its Top Brand Index ranking in 2026, highlighting the need to evaluate the effectiveness of its digital marketing strategies. This study examines the effects of Social Media Marketing and Affiliate Marketing on consumers' Purchase Intention toward Evolene products on TikTok Shop in Surabaya. A quantitative approach was employed using PLS-SEM with data collected from 120 respondents through purposive sampling. The findings reveal that both Social Media Marketing and Affiliate Marketing positively and significantly influence Purchase Intention, with Affiliate Marketing demonstrating a stronger effect. Relevance of Content emerged as the strongest indicator of Affiliate Marketing, while Trendiness was the strongest indicator of Social Media Marketing. These findings provide theoretical support for the complementary application of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) in explaining consumers' Purchase Intention within the context of social commerce. The study offers practical insights for optimizing social media content and affiliate marketing strategies to enhance consumers' Purchase Intention.
