Abstract

Youtube is the most popular social media for several groups of people, from children to adults, which is an opportunity in the world of education. This research aims to look at the effect of YouTube videos on students' understanding and independence in elementary school mathematics learning content. This study used a pre-experimental design of the one-group pretset-posttest type, using one class using the pretest-posttest to be able to determine initial abilities related to the material being discussed. Based on the conclusions and results of the analysis using SPSS by the researchers with the conclusion that there is an effect of YouTube videos on the understanding and independence of students at UPTD SDN Kraton 5 Bangkalan. This is proven by the results shown in the Manova test where the significance value is 0.000 <0.05 so the conclusion is that there is an influence.

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan kolaborasi siswa sekolah dasar masih menjadi tantangan dalam proses pembelajaran, terutama ketika guru lebih banyak menggunakan metode ceramah yang membuat siswa pasif dan kurang termotivasi. Kondisi ini berimplikasi pada rendahnya keterampilan abad 21 yang menuntut siswa aktif berkomunikasi, berpikir kritis, dan bekerja sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas model pembelajaran Learning Community dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kolaborasi siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan desain Pre-Experimental Intact Group Comparison dengan dua kelas: IV A sebagai eksperimen (25 siswa) dan IV B sebagai kontrol (23 siswa) di SDN 42 Palembang. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan independent sample t-test. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata nilai posttest kelas eksperimen (65,60) lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol (60,04), dengan selisih 5,56. Uji-t menghasilkan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan. Indikator kolaborasi seperti kontribusi, manajemen waktu, pemecahan masalah, dan kerjasama meningkat lebih baik pada kelas eksperimen, meskipun aspek pemecahan masalah masih tergolong rendah. Penelitian ini terbatas pada desain pra-eksperimen sehingga generalisasi masih terbatas; studi lebih lanjut dengan desain eksperimen murni dan sampel lebih besar diperlukan. Model Learning Community dapat dijadikan strategi alternatif bagi guru dalam menciptakan pembelajaran kolaboratif dan interaktif. Penelitian ini menegaskan peran Learning Community sebagai pendekatan efektif untuk memperkuat keterampilan kolaborasi siswa sekolah dasar dalam menghadapi tuntutan pembelajaran abad 21.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of employee involvement and organizational culture on the work motivation of Civil Servants at the Department of Transportation of Kubu Raya Regency. This research uses an associative quantitative approach with a population of 43 civil servants selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through questionnaire distribution and interviews. Instrument testing was conducted using a product moment validity test and Cronbach’s Alpha reliability test. Classical assumption tests include normality, linearity, and multicollinearity tests. The results of the regression analysis show that employee involvement and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on work motivation, both simultaneously and partially. This is evidenced by the F-test with an F-count value of 102.367, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.23, indicating that both variables together have a significant influence. Partially, the t-test shows that employee involvement and organizational culture each have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. The correlation coefficient (R) value of 0.915 indicates a very strong relationship with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 83.7%. In conclusion, increasing employee involvement and strengthening organizational culture can be strategies to motivate employees. The practical implication is that the Department of Transportation needs to strengthen the internalization of cultural values through continuous socialization. Future research is suggested to explore other variables such as leadership or work environment that may affect motivation in the public sector.
