Abstract

Kota D.I Yogyakarta merupakan kota wisata yang sangat kaya akan potensi didalamnya, dimana salah satunya terdapat pada Destinasi Super Prioritas KSPN Borobodur, sehingga sudah seharusnya ditunjang dengan dukungan dari sisi aspek transportasi. Aspek transportasi merupakan salah satu unsur penting dalam kegiatan pariwisata, khususnya saat proses pengantaran wisatawan dari dan ke tujuan wisata. Akan tetapi, hal tersebut sering kali tidak melibatkan perspektif sisi transportasi dalam proses pengembangan kawasan pariwisata terutama dalam segi perencanaannyayang menyebabkan sebagian besar pelayanan periwisata lemah pada sistem transportasi akibat melalaikan unsur keberlajutan dampak lingkungannya. Layanan Angkutan DAMRI KSPN merupakan angkutan penumpang umum yang berfungsi sebagai bentuk konektivitas dan aksesibilitas layanan dalam mendukung pengembangan destinasi KSPN Borobudur. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, hal yang perlu diperhatikan adalah kondisi pelayanan angkutan ini sebagai moda layanan angkutan wisata dimana berdasarkan hasil analisa nantinya dapat diperoleh hasil urgensitas karateristik perkembangan layanan dari tingkat persepsi responden terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini perlu dilakukan agar output hasil penelitian dapat menjadi rekomendasi dan evaluasi bagi stakeholder terkait dalam menentukan arah kebijakan di masa mendatang.

Abstract

The Bakter Toll Road, which is managed by PT. Hutama Karya is a freeway that connects traffic movements between cities and provinces. The Bakter Toll Road has been operating for more than 3 years. However, so far no research has been conducted on whether the Bakter toll road has met the expectations of its users. Based on this, it is necessary to conduct a study on the analysis of road service satisfaction related to the services it provides. The data used are in the form of questionnaire data, observations of available toll road facilities, and data from related agencies. Sampling for the questionnaire used purposive sampling to 306 respondents online and offline. Based on the results of the analysis using the factor analysis method regarding the factors that influence the service performance of the Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar toll road, it is known that there are 3 influencing factors, namely the facility factor 9.83 (44.68%), service factor 2.71 (12.32%) ) and a traffic flow performance factor of 1.42 (6.43%).

Abstract

The integration of intermodal transportation services has become a strategic necessity in improving the quality of urban transportation services, which is reflected in the extent to which the provision of facilities, infrastructure, and supporting amenities can enhance travel experiences and promote sustainable transportation. Achieving integration should focus on major transportation nodes in an area, such as the Poris Plawad Terminal and Batu Ceper Station in the Poris Plawad area of Tangerang City. The Poris Plawad area is also part of the government's plan to develop it as a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area. This research aims to evaluate the needs and performance of services and determine priorities for improving intermodal transportation services in the Poris Plawad area. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a total of 202 respondents obtained. Data collection from respondents was carried out through questionnaires distributed to transportation service users at the Poris Plawad Terminal and Batu Ceper Station, as well as residents within an 800-meter radius of both transportation nodes. This study uses an integrated approach combining the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and the Kano model. The analysis results indicate that there are 5 service provision needs that need to be prioritized for improvement at present. Firstly, the provision of crossing facilities. Secondly, the provision of connected pedestrian paths (sidewalks). Thirdly, uninterrupted sidewalk functionality. Fourthly, the quality of sidewalk pavements. And fifthly, the access to and from the transportation nodes free from traffic conflicts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kinerja pelayanan Bus Trans Koetaradja dengan mengintegrasikannya pada pendekatan pendapatan non-farebox sebagai solusi keberlanjutan finansial sistem angkutan umum berbasis subsidi penuh. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengukur kualitas layanan dari perspektif pengguna dan menganalisis potensi pendapatan alternatif melalui skema periklanan. Metode evaluasi menggunakan Fuzzy SERVQUAL dan Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), sementara analisis potensi pendapatan dilakukan melalui pendekatan Stated Preference dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh indikator pelayanan memiliki gap negatif (-0,03 hingga -0,16), dengan prioritas perbaikan pada kondisi armada, fasilitas halte, dan keterampilan sopir. Di sisi lain, pendekatan non-farebox menunjukkan peluang pendapatan yang menjanjikan sebesar Rp. 2.135.939.000,00 per tahun. Temuan regresi menegaskan bahwa visibilitas bus di lokasi strategis dan aktivitas media sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat perusahaan beriklan. Simpulan penelitian memberikan landasan kebijakan bahwa peningkatan kualitas pelayanan yang sinergis dengan penguatan citra layanan adalah kunci utama dalam mengoptimalkan pendapatan non-tarif guna mendukung operasional bus yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Background: Entering elderly age, a person will experience many physical, mental and social declining. Elderly people will experience deterioration of the independence so that they will require help from others to meet their needs. Requirement that is usually overlooked is the personal hygiene which is one of the basic needs that must be met by every human being.Objective: The research aimed to determine the correlation between the level of independence and the fulfi llment of personal hygiene of the elderly in PSTW Abiyoso Yogyakarta.Methods: The method used was cross sectional survey with a sample of 49 respondents. Outcome measure: The instrument used was a questionnaire. The data was processed by using the Spearman rank statistical test.Results: The result showed that there was a correlation between the level of independence and the eff ort to fulfi ll the personal hygiene of the elderly in PSTW Abiyoso Yogyakarta, with the results’ signifi cant value = 0.001 (p <0,05).Conclusion: there was a correlation between the level of independence and the eff ort to fulfi ll the personal hygiene of the elderly in PSTW Abiyoso Yogyakarta.Keywords: elderly, independence, personal hygiene
