Abstract

This study aims to provide recommendations or policy suggestions in order to improve the quality of the academic information system (SIAKAD) for university operator or management. SIAKAD is a website-based application created to assist the process of managing data related to academics and has uses in managing campus or college management. Policy suggestions are compiled based on the analysis of higher education information system assessments with a comparison of the dimensions of WebQual and the PIECES Framework in measuring the quality of SIAKAD as a guide in improving or developing the quality for the better. The results of the analysis using the WebQual method with a value of 3.50 and the PIECES Framework with a value of 3.97 on the quality of the SIAKAD website produced the same results which were in the Good category with a score of 4 (3.43 - 4.23) based on the assessment criteria. The results of the recommendations in this study are expected to contribute to higher education management as a reference or decision support in improving the quality of the website-based academic information system (SIAKAD) for the better

Abstract

The education sector is one of the areas that has felt the major impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The impact that arises is teaching and learning process must be carried out from home using the online learning method. This teaching and learning method raises a variety of responses from students. This is what makes researchers analyze these views, both in the form of positive opinions or negative opinions. The analysis process is carried out by applying sentiment analysis or opinion mining from the comment on Facebook, text mining is processed using the prepocessing method, labeled it to positive and negative. Based on the available data, a classification process is carried out using the K-Nearest Neighbors algorithm. Rapid Miner is used to experiment text data with the KNN algorithm in order to find the value of accuracy, precision and recall. From the results of research, it was obtained a value of 87.00% for accuracy and 0.916 for the AUC value. The values ​​are high enough for the classification of student opinion against this pandemic so that this research is classified as Excellent Classification.

Abstract

Broiler chicken is a species of chicken that have high productivity. In order to get a good quality of chicken, good treatments of the breeding factors is needed, so the chicken will not easily infected by diseases. Gastrointestinal diseases are common disease that infects chickens. The mortality level caused by gastrointestinal diseases is considered high. This study is designed to address the problem by developing a system using the Naive Bayes algorithm. 60 chicken data samples were used, and the result shows that Naive Bayes might be used to detect gastrointestinal diseases among chickens with accuracy level of 93.3%. The number was confirmed by using confusion matrix evaluation method, and gave same level of accuracy compared to the expert judgments.

Abstract

Phenomenon of online transportation with some problems like crime and fraud in Indonesia triggers pros and cons to Twitter users. This study aims to find out sentiments of the society on online transportation and compare the accuracy of SVM and SVM-PSO with default parameters value. The proposed solution divided the dataset into training and testing data, because some researches only used one dataset that had already been classified. The research data is tweet data, which is obtained through scraping method using Octoparse. A total of 1,852 tweets from 1/1/2019 to 15/10/2019 were divided into 1,130 tweet testing data and 722 tweet training data. Then, RapidMiner was used for analysis process. Analysis positive sentiment using SVM is 62% and negative sentiment is 38%, while in SVM-PSO, positive opinion is 53% and negative opinion is 47%. The results of research using 10 k-fold CV produce accuracy on SVM is 95.46% and AUC is 0.979 (excellent classification), while in SVM-PSO accuracy is 96.04% and AUC is 0.993 (excellent classification). The results show that use of training and testing data on this study can be done and prove that SVM-PSO is better than ordinary SVM, although the parameters value is default.

Abstract

Wikipedia is a web-based encyclopedia that is used to search for information. In one of the Wikipedia articles, a problem has been found regarding no one has clustered on the topic of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The method used for this research is the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) method. The Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) method is the most widely used topic modeling method today. In this study using 6658 words in English that will be used for the dataset. Then every word that appears will be counted using Corpus. This study applies topic modeling using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) model and how to analyze COVID-19 data taken from Wikipedia. The LDA method will cluster by looking at the number of words that appear in Corpus and will determine the number of clusters and the number of topics and determine the iteration. The purpose of this study is to classify the information contained in the Wikipedia Article so that it can be used as an evaluation material in improving services and handling Wikipedia using the latent direchlet allocation method. The LDA method will mark every word contained in the topic in a semi-random distribution and will calculate the probability of the topic in the dataset and will calculate the probability of the word on the topic of each iteration. In this study, 5 iteration tests were conducted on topic modeling and a number of different topics. After the experiment is carried out, the final results obtained will be analyzed and get 1 number of topics with the best results with the most discussion topics regarding health.

Abstract

Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by SARS-CoV-2. It was discovered in Wuhan, China. It has been spread in every countries, especially in Indonesia. It has spreading all districts/cities in every province, one of it is City of Salatiga. This research used to determine the grouping of the spread of Covid-19 positive cases in each "kelurahan" in order to find out which villages has contributed the most positive cases. The research uses the calculation process for the distribution of clusters, it is divided into 3 which are categorized as overage (from the range 200-150), moderate (from the range 100-55), and few (from the range 50-5). This grouping process is assisted by the RapidMiner Studio tools. From this calculation, cluster 1 (C1 = a lot) is the highest cluster consisting of 5 villages, cluster 2 (C2 moderate) is a medium cluster consisting of 6 villages, and cluster 0 (C3 is few) is a small cluster. consists of 12 villages. From this grouping, it can be seen that cluster 1 is the highest cluster because the highest range is in cluster 1. The results of this grouping can be applied and can provide information about the spread of positive cases of Covid-19 in Salatiga City.

Abstract

The development of the internet of things (IoT), which functions as servers, device monitors, and controllers of several peripherals inside the smart home, eased workload in many sectors. Most devices are accessible through the internet because they communicate with wired or wireless interfaces. However, this feature makes them prone to the risk of being exposed to the public. The exposed devices are an easy target for the third party to launch a flooding attack through the network. This attack overloads the system due to the low processing capability, thereby interrupting any running process and harming the device. Therefore, this study proposed a scalable network capturing model that utilized multiple Raspberry Pi boards in parallel to monitor the network traffics simultaneously. An isolated experiment was used for evaluation by running simultaneous flooding attacks on each device. The result showed that the model consumed 30.44% more memory with 14.66% lower central processing unit (CPU) usage and 3.63% faster execution time. This means that this model is better in terms of performance and effectiveness than the single capture model.

Abstract

Corona virus merupakan sebuah penyakit yang menyerang infeksi saluran pernafasan manusia yang umumnya ringan, seperti flu dan batuk. Jika tidak ada penanganan yang cepat akan mengakibatkan kematian. Virus ini dengan cepat menular ke manusia ke manusia melalui udara dan bersentuhan. Untuk mengurangi penyebaran virus dibutuhkan klastrisasi menggunakan algortima K-Means dan K-Medoids, metode ini bekerja untuk mempartisi objek kedalam kelompok. Klasterisasi tersebut diperoleh berdasarkan data total kasus, total kematian dan total kesembuhan. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini, algoritma K-Means lebih optimal dari pada K-Medoids pada mengklasterisasi daerah  - daerah di Indonesia. Dibuktikan pada nilai terbaik Davies Bouldin Index dari algoritma K-Means sebesar 0.158 dengan k = 4 dan algoritma K-Medoids sebesar 0.806 dengan k = 5. Hasil klasterisasi berdasarkan  nilai yang paling optimal yaitu algoritma K-Means, memperlihatkan cluster 1 Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Timur menjadi yang teratas dikarenakan tingkat kasus serta tingkat kematian yang tinggi.

Abstract

The demands of internet networks are ever increasing. This is caused by a huge number of applications that use the internet as their basic service and more affordable equipment that can connect to the internet. These conditions are raising a way to measure the quality of network services to see how well it could serve its user, especially regarding the internet. In this study, the parameters used to determine QoS (Quality of Service) are throughput, packet loss, delay and Jitter. Locations of measurement are wired and internet networks at the selected institute which is the shanti buana institute, bengkayang regency. The measurement method used is Quality of Service (QoS). This method is applied when analyzing the quality of the internet network. The results are very satisfactory, while the result of throughput methods are85.95 Mbps, and the amount of packet loss has a very small percentage, namely 1%. The amount of delay obtained is 46,741 ms, while the Jitter is 42,716 ms.

Abstract

Based on the existing problems related to the trial of fertilizer produced by PT Petrokimia Gresik with the ZA variant on pakcoy plants with polybag, this study aimed to determine the best fertilizer for mustard pakcoy and the relationship between root length, plant height, number of leaves and plant weight due to ZA variation of fertilizer application. The research was carried out at the Greenhouse of the Research Department of PT Petrokimia Gresik in January 2022. This study was visualized between the variables and processed using the binary logistic regression method. The data obtained was then processed using three tools, namely Jupyter notebook, Power BI, and Rstudio. The results showed that the relationship between root length, body weight had a different relationship with treatment and the number of leaves that were not in the same direction with good treatment for mustard pakcoy with polybag media was behavior B, where B contained 2,000 kg of Petroganic fertilizer, 400 kg of NPK, Urea NPBPT (2) 300kg.
