Abstract

This study uses long short term memory (LSTM) modeling to predict time series data on the price of fertilizer raw materials, namely prilled urea, granular urea, ammonium sulphate((NH4)2SO4), ammonia (NH3), diammonium phosphate((NH4)2HPO4 ), phosphoric acid (H3PO4), phosphate rock (P2O5), NPK 16-16-16, potash, sulfur, and sulfuric acid (H2SO4). Predictions are made based on data that existed in the past using the long short term memory method, which is a derivative of the recurrent neural network. Carry out the evaluation process by looking at the root mean square error (RMSE) and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) of the model that has been created. The results obtained are quite good, as seen from the root mean square error (RMSE) and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) which are close to 0 and not too high. Sulfur raw material got the smallest root mean square error (RMSE) with a score of 0.053 and diammonium phosphate raw material got the smallest mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) evaluation value with 2.3%, while the largest value was for the root mean square error (RMSE) of raw materials. Phosphoric acid fertilizer raw material with a value of 22,979 and the largest mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) comes from sulfuric acid fertilizer raw material with a value of 9.180%.

Abstract

Testing or inspection towards a certain motor vehicle are often referred to as a KIR testing. KIR testing is commonly performed by Dinas Perhubungan, a government agency. Usability of KIR testing is to test a vehicle's technical eligibility to decide if a vehicle is either suitable to be used on the road or not. The main goal is to improve the safety for vehicle. On this research, information systems regarding KIR testing towards public transportation were being made. This system information were built on a smartphone using Android operating system. In designing and building applications using the waterfall method, and in testing application using the black box testing method. The data storage system in this study uses Firebase which has been integrated with the application. The result of this research will be an information system in the form of an Android application at Dinas Perhubungan in the City of Salatiga.

Abstract

Banking is an industrial institution that is influential in the economy of a country. Banks are engaged in finance that collect funds from the public in the form of deposits and distribute loans to the public. It is undeniable, that in making loans to the public, problems will inevitably arise, such as the borrower being late in making installment payments or misuse of funds for other purposes, the borrower failing to build his business, thereby hampering installment payments. In this study, we will predict loan risk using a machine learning approach using several methods such as Support Vector Machine (SVM), Artificial Neural Network (ANN), and Naive Bayes. From the results of research that has tested the three methods using cross validation, confusion matrix, and ROC curves, the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method, which is the method with the best results, is 92.0% accuracy, then the second method is Artificial Neural Network. (ANN) of 91.2% and the lowest accuracy is the Naïve Bayes method with an accuracy of 81.2%.

Abstract

Partnership schema is widely applied in Indonesia poultry farm industry. In this schema, a poultry company cooperates with many breeder partners to raise their chicken. The company sends their field inspection staffs to monitor the growth of the chickens. Large number of breeders with manual process of report, handle, and monitor takes a significant amount of time and efforts. In addition, the data cannot be observed immediately by the company. A poultry farm monitoring system based on the Application Programming Interface (API) is proposed in this research. The system can be used by breeders, breeder partners and field inspection staffs to facilitate the process of reporting, handling and monitoring by the poultry company. The API technology is applied as a data center and a data provider. The combination of RESTful web service and JSON into the API enable the integration can be processed safely as well as simple and easy to use. The proposed system can be applied to complement or replace the existing manual processes on many poultry farms with partnership schema.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in order to find out how much influence its implementation has on the Human Resources management of PT. Bengawantex. Research using quantitative methods with a simple regression approach. This method is used to predict the effect of the dependent variable (human resource management) based on the independent variable (enterprise resource planning). The results of simple linear regression calculations show a value of 0.398. This value means that the influence of Enterprise Resource Planning (X1) on Human Resource Management (Y) is 39.8%. The remaining 60.2% is influenced by other variables outside the model, namely the t-count of variable X (product quality) of 1.408 which is smaller than the t-table value (2.015), and a significance value of 0.254 (smaller than the significance value set at 0.05). The t-count value which shows a positive number means that company resource planning (variable X) has no significant effect on human resource management (variable Y).Keywords: Enterprise Resource Planning; Human Resource Management; Linear regression AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) guna mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penerapannya terhadap manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia PT. Bengawantex. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan regresi sederhana. Metode ini digunakan untuk memprediksi pengaruh variabel dependen (manajemen sumber daya manusia) berdasarkan variabel independen (Enterprise Resource Planning). Hasil perhitungan regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,398. Nilai ini berarti pengaruh Enterprise Resource Planning (X1) terhadap Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (Y) adalah 39,8%. Sisanya 60,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model, yaitu t-hitung variabel X (kualitas produk) sebesar 1,408 lebih kecil dari nilai t-tabel (2,015), serta nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,254 (lebih kecil dari nilai signifikansi yang ditetapkan sebesar 0,05). Nilai t-hitung yang menunjukkan angka positif berarti perencanaan sumber daya perusahaan (variabel X) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (variabel Y).

Abstract

COVID-19 (coronavirus disease 2019) is a disease caused by infection with the severe acute respiratory syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). COVID-19 can cause disturbances in the respiratory system, ranging from mild symptoms such as flu, cough to lung infections. The spread of this virus is still happening, therefore the purpose of this study is so that the public can find out more information about COVID-19, one of which is the recovery time for COVID-19 patients consisting of 4 clusters, which are very long, long, fast, and very fast. judging by the length of the recovery. Grouping the recovery time of COVID-19 patients based on age, positive date and negative date using the K-Means Algorithm. The K-Means algorithm is an iterative grouping that partitions the data set into a number of K clusters that have been determined in the initial data. Of the 4 clusters that have been determined, the results obtained are cluster 1 (very long) which is the cluster that has the longest recovery time, which is 41-48 days with ages 31 and 48 years. It can also be seen based on the symptoms experienced at each different age, on average all experience symptoms of fever and cough.

Abstract

Aphasia is a disorder of the brain that causes sufferers to have difficulty communicating. In diagnosing this disorder, a TADIR test is needed. The TADIR test is actually a diagnostic tool that is carried out manually so it takes a long time to get the results, therefore in this study an application was created to shorten the diagnostic time while saving data automatically into the database so that treatment can be done faster. The stages in this research start from the identification of the problem, which then collects data and continues with the design and manufacture of applications, after the application the last stage is testing and reporting. In designing this application, a MySQL storage system is used which is already integrated with the application. The result of this study is an information system in the form of an aphasia diagnosis test application that can make diagnosis time efficient by 72% compared to using the manual method.

Abstract

The google classroom application is a virtual classroom mixed with real classes in education where the distribution of material and lecture assignments can be done by teachers and students without using paper or paperless. Interaction between teachers and students is done interactively online. The use of the google classroom application as a teaching tool has only been implemented at XYZ college, so usability testing is needed in the use of google classroom. Testing the usability level of Google Classroom is really needed to evaluate and get recommendations about using the Google Classroom application. The method used in this study is the USE (Usefullness, Satisfaction and Ease of Use) Questionnaire and Cognitive Walkthrough (CW) used in the google classroom usability test. USE stands for Usefulness, Satisfaction, and Ease of Use. Ease of use factors can be divided into two, namely Ease of Learning and Ease of Use. The USE test involved all XYZ college students, totaling 213 respondents. Ten respondents within certain criteria were selected by purposive sampling technique to test the usefulness of using the cognitive walkthrough (CW) method. The overall assessment of the usefulness factor with a mean value of 3.95 is included in the "Good" rating range. Overall, the satisfaction factor value of 4.01 is included in the "Good" rating range. Overall, the assessment of the Ease of use indicator with a mean of 4.22 is included in the "Good" rating range. The cognitive walkthrough (CW) method produces several recommendations that can be utilized by XYZ universities in implementing blended learning using google classroom. The usability factor with various features offered by Google Classroom is quite high because it can provide convenience in its use to support lecture activities at XYZ College

Abstract

Stunting is caused by a lack of proper nutrition before and after birth. This research paper identifies and measures the risk of stunting during pregnancy and make recommendations for ranking pregnant women at risk. These aims to provide appropriate treatment and action to reduce mothers giving birth to children at risk of stunting. To make the optimal choice, the selection procedure for pregnant women at risk of giving birth to stunted children considers a variety of factors, including maternal age, maternal nutrition, arms circumference, hemoglobin, parity, birth interval, height, baby weight, and body mass index (BMI). Decision-maker’s expectation to reduce uncertainty and imprecision are represented linguistically by triangular fuzzy numbers. The triangular fuzzy numbers arithmetic approach is used to determine the selection process output. The ranking is determined from the alternative with the most parameter values to the alternative with the fewest parameters. Based on the results of the calculation, it was determined that PM (Pregnant Mother) had the highest score and was ranked first. That pregnant mother was declared as pregnant mother who had the lowest risk of giving birth to stunted baby

Abstract

The popularization of mathematics and the downstream of research in entrepreneurship is still very rare in universities. Therefore, the purpose of community service is to create campus entrepreneurial activities that popularize mathematics as research downstream. The used method is by preparing object-identifying designs and making products that contain and use these designs in the form of various items known to the public such as batik, accessories, souvenirs, and ornaments. Activities for socialization are carried out by participating in various exhibitions, and competitions and providing training to school students. Likewise, social media such as Instagram, YouTube, and Shopee are also marketing media. In 2022, partnerships with several restaurants and shops were used to expand marketing. In the last 3 years, significant results have been obtained in popularizing mathematics due to community service activities in the form of campus entrepreneurship in the Campus Intellectual Product Business Development Program scheme from the Indonesian government. The public can easily find products called Batik Innovation Mathematics (Batima) and Ornament Decorative of Mathematics (Odema) in the campus area, social media, Malioboro Mall Jogjakarta, and several restaurants in Salatiga.
