Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris sangat penting dalam era globalisasi untuk keperluan akademis dan profesional. Program pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan skor TOEFL bagi mahasiswa Himpunan Mahasiswa Universitas Catur Insan Cendekia. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan diskusi, memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang TOEFL, strategi efektif, serta latihan praktis. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 60 mahasiswa dari Prodi Teknik Informatika Angkatan 2022 dan dilaksanakan pada 20 Mei 2024. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kesiapan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi tes TOEFL, serta peningkatan skor TOEFL mereka. Tahap perencanaan meliputi penyusunan materi pelatihan dan koordinasi dengan panitia. Tahap pelaksanaan mencakup sesi ceramah, diskusi, dan simulasi ujian. Pada tahap penutupan, peserta memberikan umpan balik dan menerima sertifikat. Program ini memberikan manfaat nyata dengan membuka peluang akademis dan profesional yang lebih luas bagi mahasiswa, serta meningkatkan daya saing mereka di pasar kerja global. Kegiatan ini juga merupakan bentuk kontribusi universitas dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang unggul

Accurate and precise information plays a crucial role in producing high-quality Human Resources (HR) or employees at Universitas Catur Insan Cendekia. Higher education institutions have various needs in managing HR data, including personal information, educational history, rank classification, and other important employee details. The Iconix Process methodology is employed in the development of the Human Resource System at Universitas Catur Insan Cendekia, starting with requirements analysis, diagram creation, initial design, detailed design, coding, testing, and implementation. Cloud Computing menawarkan potensi besar dalam meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis. Namun, PT. Cipta Inovasi Teknologi, sebagai pengguna Nextcloud, masih menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan data, seperti pencampuran data dengan perusahaan induk dan kendala integrasi antar divisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan merancang dan membangun private cloud storage menggunakan metode Roadmap for Cloud Computing Adoption (ROCCA). ROCCA dipilih karena menyediakan panduan komprehensif dalam adopsi cloud computing, mulai dari analisis kebutuhan hingga pengelolaan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototipe private cloud storage yang dikembangkan berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional secara signifikan dan mempercepat proses integrasi data antar divisi, selain itu solusi ini juga meningkatkan keamanan data perusahaan. Penerapan metode ROCCA terbukti efektif dalam meminimalkan risiko dan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan sumber daya. Meskipun penelitian ini fokus pada PT. Cipta Inovasi Teknologi, hasil yang diperoleh dapat menjadi referensi bagi perusahaan lain yang ingin mengadopsi cloud computing secara mandiri. In todays rapidly evolving digital landscape, the success of startups depends heavily on their ability to innovate and form effective partnerships. The process of connecting startups with compatible business partners is crucial, and Machine Learning (ML) has emerged as a promising solution for enhancing this matchmaking. This study utilizes the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) to examine attitudes and intentions toward adopting ML for startup matchmaking. Key factors assessed include Performance Expectancy (PE), Ease of Use (EU), Social Influence (SI), and Facilitating Conditions (FC) that affect ML adoption. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), this research analyzes a diverse sample of startups, focusing on variables like Machine Learning Adoption, Data-Driven Matchmaking Strategies, Alignment with Startup Goals, Continuous Learning Integration, and Adaptable Partnerships to evaluate their impact on Matchmaking Efficiency. This study aims to shed light on ML role in enhancing the startup matching process and its overall impact on partnership effectiveness.

This International Community Service activity is a collaboration between Catur Insan Cendekia University (UCIC) Cirebon, UNIKOM Bandung, the Department of Cooperatives, Small, Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry (DKUKMPP) Cirebon City, and the African Institute for Multidisciplinary Studies (AIMS) Somalia, with the title 'Utilizing the Shopee Marketplace Platform to Oprimize MSMEs Business Strategies in the International Digital Economy'. This International Community Service activity aims to empower Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in optimizing business strategies in the era of the global digital economy through the use of the Shopee Marketplace platform. This activity includes a series of training and assistance for MSME players in understanding Shopee Marketplace features, branding optimization, inventory management, and data-based sales performance analysis. Apart from that, export strategies were provided using Shopee to reach international markets. In implementation, a hybrid approach was used, involving online sessions for participants from Somalia and offline sessions for participants in Cirebon City. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding regarding the use of digital platforms to increase product visibility and competitiveness in the global market. This activity makes a real contribution to empowering MSMEs in facing the challenges of globalization in the digital economy. This international collaboration is a relevant model in developing cross-institutional synergy to support MSMEs in a sustainable manner, especially in the midst of continuously developing digital transformation.

Knowledge is often associated not only with documents or valuable assets, but also with routines, processes, practices, and norms within a company. There are two types of knowledge: Tacit Knowledge and Explicit Knowledge. Tacit knowledge is knowledge derived from individual experiences that exists within their minds and is difficult to share with others. Tacit knowledge can be lost due to outsourcing, employee downsizing, company mergers, or when individuals leave their jobs. On the other hand, explicit knowledge is knowledge that can be documented, interpreted, and shared with others. PT MAP, a partner of PT Telkom Indonesia's fiber network Indihome, provides services such as sales, wifi installation, troubleshooting, and Indihome maintenance. The limitations and lack of learning processes for new technicians or technicians seeking to enhance their knowledge in wifi networks are the background issues in this research. The ADDIE method is one of the commonly used methods in e-Learning design. It consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the design stage, the conversion from tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge is carried out using the SECI method, which involves socialization, externalization, combination, and internalization. The use of the SECI method in the knowledge conversion process is based on the consideration that the data used is tacit knowledge from employees and company owners. Therefore, PT MAP requires an e-learning content that will help facilitate and accelerate the learning process for new employees and those who seek to enhance their knowledge.

Museum is an institution that collects, receives, and studies collections of items that have knowledge and informational value as well as valuable assets. Generally, the items in a museum are solid objects that cannot interact directly with visitors. Therefore, each museum has a special staff, known as museum guides, to accompany visitors in exploring all museum collections. However, not all visitors want to be guided by museum guides, so there is a need for supporting media to help guides manage visitors who do not want to be guided. The media to be created is an interactive e-book. This interactive e-book can help visitors who want to explore the museum independently to obtain information from the museum collections. The e-book contains a menu of content consisting of information about museum collections, images of museum collections, text and audio information about museum collections, and animation illustrations of museum mascots. With a total of 33 pages containing information from 8 museum rooms. This design was made using the ADDIE method and evaluated using UEQ (User Experience Questionnaire) with a result of "Excellent".

The development of information technology has significantly affected the company's Accounting Information System (SIA), especially data processing moving from manual to computerized. The purpose of this article is to find out the use of Accounting Information Systems to Optimize the Company's Financial Statements by using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to synthesize the findings of studies related to the use of SIA in optimizing the company's financial statements. The results of the study show that SIA plays a role as a tool to facilitate company activities and improve the quality of financial statements. The close relationship between information technology and SIA makes a positive contribution to the effectiveness of planning, control, analysis, decision-making, and presentation of financial statements. The benefits of SIA include transparency of business data, function as a comprehensive decision-making system, and the development of a systematic internal control system. In the competitive era, companies need to continue to make technological changes to increase their competitive advantage through the use of SIA.

Website desa memiliki peran penting dalam menyediakan informasi dan layanan digital bagi masyarakat, namun masih banyak yang belum optimal dalam hal kegunaan, keterlibatan pengguna, dan kepuasan. Permasalahan utama adalah kurangnya keselarasan antara kebutuhan pengguna dengan desain yang ada, sehingga tingkat interaksi dan partisipasi warga rendah. Metode Goal Directed Design dipilih karena fokusnya pada pengidentifikasian kebutuhan dan tujuan pengguna, yang kemudian diterapkan dalam desain. Proses ini dimulai dengan pengumpulan data kualitatif melalui field study atau wawancara, dilanjutkan dengan pendefinisian user model, dan kebutuhan pengguna serta teknis desain melalui konteks skenario. Kemudian, konsep desain dibuat dalam bentuk wireframe, diikuti oleh visualisasi desain website. Tahap akhir adalah evaluasi untuk memastikan desain memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Hasilnya adalah prototipe website Desa Kepongpongan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, mudah digunakan, dan mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan serta partisipasi warga. Evaluasi akhir menggunakan USER EXPERIENCE QUISIONNAIRE (UEQ) menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Goal Directed Design berhasil menciptakan desain UI/UX yang lebih efektif dan efisien, dengan skor keseluruhan 1,69 ("Good"), kualitas hedonis 1,62 ("Excellent"), dan kualitas pragmatis 1,66 ("Excellent").
