Abstract

Riset ini dibuat dengan maksudj untuk mengetahui hal yang mengahambat juga performa guru ketika memberikan mata pelajaran SBdP di SD. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran SBdP di SD terdapat beberapa kendala, diantaranya adalah materi yang terlalu sedikit, guru yang kesulitan dalam menyampaikan materi, guru terhalang ketika praktik karena memang sebagian besar tidak memiliki dasar bagian seni maupun tidak dibenahi menjadi guru yang memiliki pengetahuan seni, dan terhambat oleh media yang memadai untuk menyampaikan materi dan kendala terakhur adalah tidak tersedianya jam pelajaran apabila menyediakan guru khusus untuk mengajarkan mata pelajaran SBdP di sekolah. Hal yang membuat ukuran kinerja guru ketika memberi pengajaran mata pelajaran SBdP ialah guru dengan usia lebih muda lebih memiliki kerja lebih bagus daripada guru senior dikarenakan guru muda memiliki motivasi dan semangat tinggi dan tingkat kreativitasannya juga lebih tinggi ketika memberikan ajaran. Usaha untuk menambahkan kerja guru supaya lebih baik lagi ialah dengan mencari bahan referensi dari referensi lain, melakukan diskusi pada guru yang mempunyai kemampuan dalam seni, dukungan kepala sekolah boleh dari teori atau dari sarana prasarana untuk menunjang pembelajaran SBdP di Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

This journal aims to analyze the role of parents in increasing the literacy of elementary school age students. Parents are someone who is very close to the child. Parents are tasked with providing important stimulations in an effort to improve the literacy abilities of elementary school-age children. Many literacy movements have been carried out in schools to encourage elementary school-age children to like reading, but actually the key to reading for children depends on the active role of parents. The results of the data analysis show that there are 6 types of parental involvement which include involvement in the form of parenting, communication, volunteering, empowering learning at home, collaboration with the community and decision making. Although parental involvement has its own challenges, it has been proven to help increase not only student literacy, in reading and writing, but also literacy in other areas that reflect real-world literacy. It is hoped that the results of this research can inspire related parties on how to empower the role of parents to increase student literacy.

Abstract

SDS Trisula Perwari Kota Bukittinggi is an educational institution that already uses the Merdeka Curriculum. With the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum, changes are expected, especially in learning mathematics. The purpose of this study was to analyze the preparation of Merdeka curriculum learning outcomes in mathematics learning at SDS Trisula Perwari Kota Bukittinggi. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The informants of this research were selected using purposive techniques and the subjects were the Head of SDS Trisula Perwari, the Curriculum Section of SDS Trisula Perwari and the Mathematics Teacher of SDS Trisula Perwari. Data collection was done through interviews and documentation methods. The data analysis method is interactive analysis method. The results showed that the learning outcomes of phase A, B and C of the Merdeka Curriculum Mathematics of SDS Trisula Perwari Bukittinggi were structured and well implemented. However, there are still obstacles to implementing an Merdeka curriculum. Therefore, the preparation and planning of the mathematics learning outcomes of SDS Trisula Perwari should be more carefully prepared so that the obstacles that arise can be avoided.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of interest on social studies learning outcomes of students. This type of research is classified into ex post facto research using a quantitative approach. This research was carried out in several elementary schools by using a questionnaire (questionnaire) to obtain variable data on interest in learning. The variables in this study consist of two, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The population in this study were all students of grades IV, V and IV of elementary school. The sampling technique was carried out by random sampling. Based on the results of research, educators or teachers are expected to be able to provide motivation and reinforcement in the learning process so that students are interested in participating in learning and studying seriously.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the various strategies or methods used by teachers in teaching early reading in elementary schools. Qualitative research methods are used in this research. Respondents in this study are educators who teach in elementary schools with the criteria of teachers teaching in grade 1 elementary schools. In this study, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to teachers who teach in grade 1 elementary schools. The results obtained in this study are as follows: Some students often forget to remember letters, so teachers have problems in teaching early reading to students, such as there are some students who have low IQ, are lazy, have low learning motivation, and also have student difficulties. to remember and understand letters. Therefore, there is a need for a strategy that must be implemented by the teacher in guiding students to learn to read at the beginning. These strategies include: syllable method, alphabetic method, SAS method, and spelling method. Each of these methods has its advantages and disadvantages. As a teacher, you must be smart in choosing the strategy to be applied whether it is suitable or not. Thus the strategy implemented by the teacher cannot be separated through collaboration between educators and parents of students, because in learning to read at the beginning it requires the role of parents.

Abstract

This study has objectives which include (1) providing a description of Civics Learning planning in the formation of student discipline behavior; (2) compiling a program to develop student discipline behavior; and (3) evaluating the development of students' disciplinary behavior. The approach and type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The informants who were the source of the research data were the deputy principal, teachers, and students from SD Negeri 15 Koto Lalang. The results of the study show that at the planning stage, the teacher plans the development of disciplinary behavior by integrating this behavior into the assessment stage carried out by the teacher using a behavior development diary and observation sheets of student behavior during the learning process. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that undisciplined student behavior is seen in routine activities such as queuing and doing assignments given by the teacher.

Abstract

The Independent Teaching Platform (PMM) is a technology platform that accommodates teachers to obtain references, inspiration and understanding of the independent curriculum. This platform also helps teachers to develop their own creativity, because the learning features on the Independent Platform provide independent training facilities with unlimited access. This study aims to analyze the use of the Independent Teaching Platform (PMM) in increasing teacher competence in elementary schools. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through questionnaires indirectly through the Google form. The research results showed that the benefits of the Independent Platform were felt by 90.5% of teachers in West Sumatra played a role in increasing the competence of teachers in elementary schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of reward and punishment for students at SD Negeri 08 Sarilamak. In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive approach. The method used is the method of observation and interviews. The research location was carried out at SD Negeri 08 Sarilamak. The results of the study show that student learning motivation is related to the teacher giving rewards and punishments to students on the condition that they are given properly and appropriately. Giving rewards is related to how the teacher teaches students about good values in which students are given awards if they do good or positive things. Conversely, the teacher will give punishment if students do something that is not good or negative. This is so that students do not repeat the negative actions or violations that they have committed.

Abstract

Dalam proses pembelajaran berlangsung banyak sekali hal  yang mempengaruhi kegiatan pembelajaran  tersebut, mulai dari peningkatan kemampuan peserta didik sampai dengan kesulitan pesrta didik yang dialami nya dalam memahami pembelajaran. Pada dasarnya masalah dalam pembelajaran tidak terlepas dari kesulitan peserta didik dalam memahami dan mempraktekkan pembelajaran yang sudah dipelajarinya. Seperti hal nya dalam pembelajaran seni budaya terutama pada seni tari. Seni tari pada jenjang sekolah dasar merupakan sebagai aspek perkembangan fisik yaitu mengembangkan kemampuan motoric kasar peserta didik, sehingga peserta didik mampu mengespresikan dirinya dan mempelajari keberagaman gerak dasar dalam tari. Dalam pembelajaran seni tari ini banyak sekali kesulitan dan kendala yang dialami peserta didik mulai dari kesulitan yang ada pada dirinya sampai kesulitan yang dipengaruhi oleh factor luar dirinya. Setiap peserta didik memiliki kesulitan yang berbeda dalam menirukan gerak dasar tari, mulai dari kesulitan memahami gerak hingga menyatukan music dengan gerakan yang dipelajari. Untuk mengahadapi kesulitan ini banyak sekali  usaha yang dilakukan peserta didik untuk dapat menirukan gerak dasar tari yang sempurna yang memiliki nilai estetika yang tinggi. Guru tidak luput memberikan solusi demi solusi agar peserta didik dapat menirukan gerak dasar tari yang baik. Cara atau metode guru mengajarkan gerak tari menjadi hal penting dalam peserta didik menirukan gerak dasar tari yang baik dan memiliki nilai estetika.

Abstract

Maksud dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan adalah untuk menganalisis dampak dari metode diskusi yang dilakukan terhadap minat belajar siswa SD Negeri 09 Belakang Balok. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah survei lapangan langsung kepada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 09 Belakang Balok. Pada penelitian ini, sudah menggunakan analisis berbasis adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu sesuatu yang akan dipelajari dideskripsikan, diteliti dan dijelaskan sedemikian rupa, dan ditarik kesimpulan tentang fenomena yang dapat diamati dengan menggunakan angka. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah dengan memberikan angket yang berisi pernyataan kepada peserta didik, yang kemudian dijawab oleh siswa sesuai dengan pernyataan dalam angket tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa penggunaan metode diskusi ini sangat mempengaruhi minat belajar peserta didik selama kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung.
