Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan kebutuhan dasar bagi siapapun, tentu sehat adalah sebuah anugerah yang amat sangat tinggi nilainya, terlebih ada satu sisi dimana orang-orang banyak berupaya untuk tetap sehat atau bahkan mengharapkan kesembuhan dengan mengonsumsi obat-obatan, mulai dari obat yang tergolong biasa, hingga sampai obat yang tergolong keras, mulai dari obat yang bebas di beli dimanapun hingga sampai obat yang wajib mengantongi resep dokter. Hal itulah yang menjadi locus penelitian kami. Bagaimana sebenarnya pertanggungjawaban hukum akan peredaran obat keras yang diperjual belikan atau dikonsumsi dengan tanpa resep dokter. Dengan metode penelitian yuridis normati kami berharap dapat memaksimalkan tema ini untuk dibahas hingga nantinya mendapatkan klimaks atau kesimpulan yang dapat menjadi acuan para akademisi dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Hasil penelitian kami setelah membaca berbagai regulasi dan undang-undang didapati bahwa tidak diperbolehkan memperjualbelikan obat keras yang sudah ditentukan tanpa mengantongi resep dokter, buruknya pengaruh terhadap pendidikan Islam. Seperti yang diatur pada pasal 196 sampai pasal 198 Undang Undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 tentang kesehatan. Bahwa pelaku dapat dijatuhi hukuman 10 tahun atau denda 1 miliar, begitupun dengan konsumen sebagai pengguna dapat dijerat undang-undang narkotika apabila obat keras dimaksud mengandung psikotropika, Undang Undang Nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of three main factors: Religiousness, Halal Literacy, and Consumer Attitude on halal tourism preferences in Solok. The method employed in this research is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The study involved 150 participants from various segments of society. The analysis results indicate that Halal Literacy significantly and positively contributes to consumer preferences in choosing halal tourism destinations. Conversely, Religiousness shows a negative influence on tourist preferences, suggesting that religious understanding does not always play a primary role in tourism decision-making. On the other hand, Consumer Attitude exhibits a significant positive impact on tourist preferences in Solok. These findings have significant implications for the halal tourism industry in Solok, highlighting the importance of halal literacy awareness and consumer attitudes towards halal products in enhancing the attractiveness of tourism destinations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara lirik lagu “Nina” karya grup musik Feast dengan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa. Musik, terutama lagu dengan makna emosional yang kuat, dianggap memiliki dampak positif pada kesehatan mental dan motivasi belajar. Lagu "Nina," yang menampilkan tema kasih sayang orang tua dan harapan bagi masa depan anak-anak mereka, dianggap mungkin memicu refleksi diri dan dorongan emosional di kalangan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif analisis isi yang didukung data kuesioner dan wawancara terhadap 62 mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lirik lagu “Nina” dapat meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa, mendorong siswa untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam diskusi akademik, dan meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap peran sosialnya sendiri. Lagu ini berfungsi sebagai media refleksi dan emosi, meningkatkan semangat belajar dan kesadaran sosial. Dengan demikian, lagu “Nina” dapat menjadi salah satu media alternatif yang efektif dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran dan membentuk orientasi belajar yang lebih bermakna.

Abstract

The low speed of the scythe kick is a serious problem for students in the Tapak Suci MTsN Kota Palopo extracurricular program. Initial observations show that the majority of students are in the “very poor” category for scythe kick speed. This study aims to determine the effect and compare the effectiveness of resistance band training and zig-zag running on improving kicking speed. The method used is a quantitative experiment with a pretest-posttest two-group design. The sample consisted of 20 students who were purposively divided into two groups, each receiving different training treatments. The results of the study were significant in both groups. The resistance band group experienced an average increase from 13.50 to 21.90, while the zig-zag run group increased from 12.90 to 19.70. The paired sample t-test showed a significant effect of both exercises (sig. 0.000), but the independent sample t-test (sig. 0.83) showed no significant difference in effect between the two methods. The conclusion of this study is that both resistance band and zig-zag run exercises are equally effective in increasing the speed of the roundhouse kick, although resistance band exercises provide a higher average increase. A combination of both methods is highly recommended in training programs for optimal results.

Abstract

Abstract. Jember Regency is one of the regions with promising prospects in the plantation sector, specifically coffee cultivation. Its coffee production is the second largest in East Java after Malang Regency. Sidomulyo Village, Silo District, has been designated as the leading foreign exchange earner in Jember Regency due to its ability to export coffee. This achievement was made possible through collaboration between the Buah Ketakasi Multipurpose Cooperative (KSU) and several large companies. In 2022, the total harvest of the Buah Ketakasi KSU reached 1,560 tons of green beans. With the rapid development of the global market, demand for coffee commodities has also increased significantly. Therefore, it is crucial to make improvements that can enhance the company's quality. The objectives of this study were (1) to analyze the robusta coffee bean supply chain structure at the Buah Ketakasi KSU in Sidomulyo and (2) to analyze the robusta coffee bean supply chain performance at the Buah Ketakasi KSU in Sidomulyo. This research was conducted at the Buah Ketakasi KSU in Sidomulyo Village, Silo District, Jember Regency. The research was conducted from May to July 2024. The SCOR and AHP methods were used. The results showed two streams in the robusta coffee bean supply chain structure: stream 1, starting with farmers, KSU Buah Ketakasi Sidomulyo, and consumers, while stream 2, starting with farmers, collectors, KSU Buah Ketakasi Sidomulyo, and consumers. Based on the calculations, the total supply chain performance score was 80.854, indicating that KSU Buah Ketakasi Sidomulyo's supply chain performance is at the Average level on a scale of 0-100.
