Abstract

Objective: The background of this study is based on the importance of learning that encourages active participation of prospective teachers and oral communication skills in accordance with current curriculum requirements. The RADEC model was chosen because it is able to facilitate a systematic and structured learning process, while the Gallery Walk media was used to increase interaction between prospective teachers and provide space for active presentation of work results. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of teaching modules based on the RADEC learning model assisted by the Gallery Walk media on oral communication skills for prospective elementary school teachers. The design used was the ADDIE model, which was limited to three stages, namely analysis, design, and development. The research data was obtained from the validation of materials and media, as well as from a questionnaire responded to by prospective teachers. The results showed that the teaching module based on the RADEC learning model assisted by the Gallery Walk media obtained an average score of 93.1 from subject matter experts, which is classified as very feasible, and an average score of 90.2 from learning media experts, which is also classified as very feasible. Based on these two scores, the average score was 91.7, which is in the very feasible categoryThese results indicate that the RADEC-based teaching module assisted by Gallery Walk media for prospective elementary school teachers is feasible to be used as a learning resource for introducing various learning models. The novelty of this study lies in the explicit integration of the structured RADEC stages (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, Create) with the interactive Gallery Walk activity. Unlike previous interventions that mainly rely on discussions or presentations, this combination systematically develops students’ oral communication skills through progressive learning stages and visual–collaborative interaction. The Gallery Walk component allows students to present ideas, observe peers’ work, and provide feedback, creating a more interactive and reflective learning experience. Thus, this module offers a distinctive pedagogical approach to strengthening prospective teachers’ oral communication skills.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka merupakan salah satu sistem pendidikan yang memberikan kebebasan kepada pihak sekolah dalam mengelola pendidikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan, kultur dan kondisi nyata masing-masing sekolah. Pada kenyataannya dilapangan masih banyak guru yang merasa bahwa peran pemerintah dalam memfasilitasi perubahan kurikulum belum sepenuhnya sampai dan dirasakan oleh guru, masih banyak yang menghadapi kendala teknis dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana dukungan pemerintah dirasakan guru pada penerapan kurikulum merdeka di lingkup sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, melalui metode penelitian survey dengan instrument pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan pemerintah dalam mendorong implementasi kurikulum merdeka sudah dirasakan cukup baik dengan adanya Platform Merdeka Mengajar yang mencapai nilai rata-rata tertinggi yaitu 4,00. Guru menganggap PMM membantu dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran juga pengembangan komptensi secara mandiri. Meskipun demikian, lemahnya bantuan teknis melalui pusat layanan atau help desk dengan capaian rata-rata 2,88 cukup menghambat guru dalam menemukan solusi dari permasalahan atau kendala teknis yang dihadapi, layanan yang diberikan bersifat formal dan terlalu umum sehingga sulit bagi guru dalam memecahkan masalah yang bersifat teknis.

Abstract

This research is driven by the importance of literacy within the Kurikulum Merdeka framework, where reading comprehension skills serve as a primary determinant of academic success for elementary school students. The study aims to comprehensively describe the level of reading comprehension in descriptive text materials among fourth-grade students at SDN 2 Pananjung. A descriptive quantitative method with a survey design was employed. The research population consisted of all 29 fourth-grade students at SDN 2 Pananjung, who were selected as respondents through a total sampling technique. The research instrument utilized a questionnaire constructed based on literal, inferential, and evaluative reading comprehension indicators. Descriptive statistical techniques were used for data analysis to determine frequency distribution and student percentage levels. The findings indicate that the majority of students possess reading comprehension skills in the high category, specifically 22 students (75.9%). Meanwhile, 6 students (20.7%) were in the medium category, and only 1 student (3.4%) was in the low category. These results reflect that the fourth-grade students at SDN 2 Pananjung are capable of integrating both literal and in-depth textual understanding of descriptive texts, suggesting the effectiveness of the literacy instructional process at the school.

Abstract

The development of technology and the challenges of the 21st century demand critical thinking skills; however, PISA results indicate low levels of this ability among Indonesian students, particularly in abstract science learning. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by flipbook media on the critical thinking skills of fifth-grade students at SDN Jatimulya 2 in ecosystem learning. The method used is a pre- experimental design with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest approach, involving 21 students and data collection through critical thinking ability tests. The pretest results showed an average critical thinking ability of 45.12, while the posttest significantly increased to 75.21. The N-Gain analysis of 0.56 is categorized as "moderately effective." Paired t-test results indicate a significant difference between pretest and posttest (t-obtained 10.468 > t-table 2.086). It is concluded that the PBL model assisted by flipbook media is effective in enhancing students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of gallery walk This study aims to examine the effect of the gallery walk strategy on the scientific literacy of fifth-grade students in science subjects at SDN 1 Bayongbong. The research employed a quasi-experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with class VA assigned as the experimental group (29 students) and class VB as the control group (29 students), resulting in a total sample of 58 students. The instrument used was a test, and data analysis was conducted using a t-test. The calculation results showed that the post-test t-count of 5.1820 was greater than the t-table value of 2.0148, indicating that Hα is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the gallery walk strategy has a significant effect on the scientific literacy skills of fifth-grade students in science subjects at SDN 1 Bayongbong.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gallery walk terhadap literasi sains siswa kelas V pada mata pelajaran IPA di SDN 1 Bayongbong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling, di mana kelas VA ditetapkan sebagai kelompok eksperimen yang terdiri dari 29 siswa, dan kelas VB sebagai kelompok kontrol yang juga terdiri dari 29 siswa, sehingga jumlah total sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 58 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung post-test sebesar 5,1820 lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 2,0148, sehingga Hα diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode gallery walk berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan literasi sains siswa kelas V pada mata pelajaran IPA di SDN 1 Bayongbong..

Abstract

Creative thinking skills are an essential competency of the 21st century that prospective teachers need to have to face dynamic and complex learning challenges. This study aims to analyze the creative thinking skills of students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD) in the context of Natural Sciences (IPA) learning through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Data was collected using the Publish or Perish app from publications from 2015 to 2025, resulting in 402 initial articles. Through a gradual selection process based on the relevance of the topic, the initial 144 articles were obtained, then the next selection was carried out based on the suitability of the respondents and the field of study, 9 main articles were obtained that were analyzed in depth. The results of the study show that the creative thinking ability of PGSD students in science learning is still relatively low. Some of the factors that cause this include conventional learning approaches, lack of use of innovative learning media, and low stimulation of divergent thinking skills. This study recommends the need for learning designs that encourage the exploration of ideas, creative problem-solving, and the use of innovative media to optimally develop students' creative thinking potential.Kemampuan berpikir kreatif merupakan kompetensi esensial abad ke-21 yang perlu dimiliki calon guru untuk menghadapi tantangan pembelajaran yang dinamis dan kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) dalam konteks pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish dari publikasi tahun 2015 hingga 2025, menghasilkan 402 artikel awal. Melalui proses seleksi bertahap berdasarkan relevansi topik diperoleh 144 artikel awal, kemudian seleksi selanjutnya dilakukan berdasarkan kesesuaian kesesuaian responden dan bidang kajian  diperoleh 9 artikel utama yang dianalisis secara mendalam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa PGSD dalam pembelajaran IPA masih tergolong rendah. Beberapa faktor penyebabnya antara lain pendekatan pembelajaran yang masih konvensional, minimnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang inovatif, serta rendahnya stimulasi terhadap keterampilan berpikir divergen. Kajian ini merekomendasikan perlunya desain pembelajaran yang mendorong eksplorasi ide, pemecahan masalah kreatif, dan penggunaan media inovatif untuk mengembangkan potensi berpikir kreatif siswa secara optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian didasari atas sikap dan perhatian siswa dalam pembelajaran cenderung pasif, dominan mendengarkan materi yang disampaikan. Fenomena tersebut berdampak pada rendahnya pemahaman konsep siswa. Tujuan penelitian untuk: 1) mengetahui motivasi belajar dan pemahaman konsep siswa sebelum menggunakan media pembelajaran; 2) mengetahui motivasi belajar dan pemahaman konsep siswa sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran; 3)mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media pembelajaran audio visual dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan pemahaman konsep siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan Pre experimen dengan desain one grup pre-test post-test. Hasil penelitian:1) motivasi belajar dan pemahaman konsep siswa sebelum menggunakan media pembelajaran memiliki kategori rendah. Nilai rata-rata pretest motivasi belajar 62,77 dan nilai rata-rata pretest pemahaman konsep yaitu 62,5; 2) motivasi belajar dan pemahaman konsep siswa sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran memiliki kategori sedang. Nilai rata-rata posttest motivasi belajar yaitu 73,97 dan nilai rata-rata posttest pemahaman konsep yaitu 74,33; 3) terdapat perbedaan signifikan motivasi belajar dan pemahaman konsep siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan media pembelajaran audio visual. Hasil uji statistik, motivasi belajar dan pemahaman konsep, diketahui nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.000, nilai sig. 000 < 0.05, maka Ho ditolak/Ha diterima, disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan motivasi belajar dan pemahaman konsep siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran audio.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much distance learning use Interactive learning media based on lectora inspire influence on the learning process and Mathematical Problem Solving Abilities. This research uses collaborative research between lecturers, students, and teachers in 2020 at one of the primary schools in west Java.This research was a quasi-experiment research with Pretest-Posttest Control Design. Data collection techniques tests. the result of the research is to find out how the impact of the use of learning media lectora inspire based interactive on students approach is proven to improve Mathematical problem solving abilities in primary schools.The conclusion of research was that there was a difference of effect of distance learning use lectora inspire-based interactive learning media on the Mathematical Problem Solving Abilities of students between control and experiment classes and Students' attention was also more focused so it is easier to concentrate on receiving lessons.

Abstract

The research was conducted because of the high number of cases of children experiencing the absence of a father figure, both physically and psychologically, especially in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the academic resilience experiences of fatherless students in the upper grades of elementary school. The method used is a qualitative case study with the subjects being fatherless students, 5th and 6th-grade teachers, and student parents. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews and documentation. The research results indicate that students exhibit differences in building their academic resilience through perseverance, openness to seeking help, and varying ways of managing negative emotions. The main supporting factors are the roles of mothers, teachers, and a supportive social environment. This research is expected to serve as a reference for educators and parents in supporting fatherless students.Penelitian dilakukan karena banyaknya kasus anak yang mengalami ketiadaan peran ayah secara fisik maupun psikologis terutama di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengalaman resiliensi akademik siswa fatherless di kelas tinggi sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus kualitatif dengan subjek siswa fatherless, guru kelas V dan VI, serta orang tua siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa menunjukkan adanya perbedaan dalam membangun resiliensi akademiknya melalui sikap pantang menyerah, keterbukaan mencari bantuan, dan cara yang berbeda dalam mengelola emosi negatif. Faktor pendukung utama adalah peran ibu, guru, dan lingkungan sosial yang suportif. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi rujukan bagi pendidik dan orang tua dalam mendukung siswa fatherless.

Abstract

The problem of this research was the scientific attitude that was consist of five dimensions, such as curiosity attitude, respect on the data, perseverance, cooperation with others, and sensitive on the environment of fifth grade. The objective of this research was to know the influence of quantum learning model on the students’ scientific attitude of fifth grade in science subject. The method used quasi experimental with Nonequivalent Control Group design. The technique of collecting sample used saturation sampling. VA class as an experimental group that consist of 20 students. And VB class as control group that consist of 20 students. The instruments used questionnaire and observation. The technique of analysis in this research used t-test. It was aimed to find out the influence of quantum learning model on the students’ scientific attitude. The result of this research showed that quantum learning model was significant influential on the students’ scientific attitude of fifth grade in the material of panas dan perpindahannya. It took from the result of calculating data that showed sig. (2-tailed) 0.011 < 0.05. Thus, it showed that Ha was accepted. Therefore, it could be concluded that using quantum learning model can influence the students’ scientific attitude in science subject.
