Abstract

This research is creation research that raises local cultural values ​​as an alternative innovation amidst the dominance of Western styles in the fashion industry. The Tikel Balung traditional house is a cultural heritage of the Osing tribe that is still preserved today. The shape and philosophy of the house are a source of inspiration in creating a ready-to-wear deluxe with a transformation concept. This research uses the practice-led research creation method with the aim of 1) describing the creative process of compiling sources of ideas. 2) describing the process of creating collections, 3) describing the finished results. 4) describing the presentation of the collections. The results of this study include: 1) the creative process of compiling sources of ideas that are manifested in a mood board, 2) describing the process of creating collections based on the practice-led research method, starting from pre-design, design, manifestation, to presentation of works, 3) describing the finished results of three collections, consisting of two women's clothes and one men's clothes with a transformation concept, and 4) presenting collection in three activities: pre-event, event, and post-event.

Abstract

SMK Al-Munawwariyyah Malang class XI Fashion Design students' learning outcomes in pattern making and learning motivation are the subjects of this study. It also seeks to ascertain the degree to which learning motivation influences learning outcomes in learning making. This research employs an ex post facto research strategy and a quantitative methodology. All SMK Al-Munawwariyyah Malang class XI Fashion Design students fashion the study's population. 22 students from SMK Al-Munawwariyyah Malang's The sample, which was selected using a saturation sampling technique, included students in class XI Fashion Design. A questionnaire provided to XI Fashion Design students as a means of collecting data for the study. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that: 1) learning motivation affects learning outcomes in pattern making among students in class XI Fashion Design at SMK Al-Munawwariyyah Malang, with alpha (α) = 0.031 < 0.05; 2) learning motivation affects learning outcomes in pattern making among class XI Fashion Design students. students at SMK Al-Munawwariyyah Malang is 56.7%.

Abstract

Objective: This study investigates the influence of family and school environments on developing technopreneur behavior among vocational school students in East Java, Indonesia. The research aims to determine the extent to which these two factors contribute to fostering students' entrepreneurial skills in technology-driven businesses. Method: The research employs an ex post facto design, utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze data collected from 396 Fashion Design Skills program students. Data were gathered through tests and questionnaires, measuring students' technopreneur behavior, family environment, and school environment. Instrument validation was conducted using the Content Validity Ratio (CVR), item-total correlation, and Rasch model analysis. Results: The findings reveal that family and school environments significantly influence technopreneur behavior among vocational students. The family environment contributes 29.1%, while the school environment contributes 44.9% to developing technopreneur behavior. The combined influence of both factors explains 75.5% of the variation in students' technopreneur behavior. The study underscores the importance of supportive families and conducive school environments in fostering entrepreneurial mindsets among students. Novelty: This study provides empirical evidence on the combined role of family and school in shaping technopreneur behavior among vocational students, emphasizing the need for an integrated approach to entrepreneurship education. It highlights the importance of strategic curriculum design, teacher training, and family engagement in developing future technopreneurs.

Abstract

This study was used to determine the feasibility of the instruments before being used for further research. This study calculates the results of the validation of three validators who are experts in their fields using arithmetic averages, the validated instruments are: (1) the syllabus gets a score of 92.67%; (2) Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) scored 94.4%; (3) The Knowledge Assessment Instrument received a score of 93.36%; (4) The skill assessment instrument got a score of 93.31%; (5) The attitude assessment instrument got a score of 96.89%; (6) The Project Based Learning module received a score of 93.1%. In addition, this study also calculates the validity of the items, the differentiability of the items, the level of difficulty of the items and the reliability test of the items. This question consists of 30 items that have been tested on 15 students to find out the results of the calculation: (7) the validity of the items obtained a significance level value (É‘) 0.05; (8) the level of difficulty of the items obtained a percentage of 16.67 for the easy question category, 70% for the medium question category, and 13.33% for the difficult question category; (9) The differentiating power of the items has very good criteria; and (10) the reliability of the items got a score of 0.753. From the calculation results that have been mentioned, it can be stated that the instrument of the influence of project-based learning models on learning outcomes on the basic competencies of commercial hair trimming is declared feasible and can be used for further research.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Describe the level of entrepreneurial knowledge of students, 2) Describe the level of entrepreneurial interest of students, 3) Describe the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on students' entrepreneurial interest. This study is quantitative research with an expost facto design. The population in the study is all students of the fashion design and production expertise program at SMKN 2 Lamongan. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 51 students. Data collection techniques are in the form of documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis. The study results showed that 1) Students' knowledge level reached the highest level of 50% in the range of 90-100 scores, and students were declared complete. 2) The entrepreneurial interest of students in the very good category reaches 40.4%. Still, the entrepreneurial interest of students in the low and low category is also quite large, namely 40% with 22 students. 3) Entrepreneurial knowledge had no effect on entrepreneurial interest with a significance of 0.299>0.05 and a determination value (R2) of 0.22% and 99.78% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out (1) the process of making wrapped trouser product prototypes as  a training medium (2) the finished results of making wrapped trouser product prototypes  as training media. This research uses Research and Development (R&D) development research with PPE (Planning, Production, and Evaluation) development model. The method of collecting data from the process of prototyping  wrapped trouser products as a training medium  uses observation, while for the finished results of prototyping wrapped trouser products  as a training medium using questionnaires from fashion experts. The results of this study show (1) the process of prototyping wrapped trouser products as a training medium, namely researching, making patterns, cutting toal materials, sewing toal, cutting main materials, sewing main materials (2) the results of prototyping wrapped trouser products  as training media, which is used for archives for industrial sites, and becoming a prototype for formal or non-formal training.

Abstract

The corona virus pandemic is spreading very quickly, including Lumajang Regency. There are seven villages in Lumajang Regency that are included in the red zone affected by the virus. Various efforts have been socialized to the public to prevent contracting the virus, one of which is by recommending the use of personal protective equipment. The purpose of this study is to describe the response of women in Klakah Village, Lumajang to the instant Covid hijab produced by the Unesa PKM Team in the Community Service program. This research is a descriptive study carried out in October - December 2020. The number of research subjects was 50 women from Klakah village, Klakah sub-district, Lumajang Regency. Method of data collection with a questionnaire. The research instrument was in the form of a response questionnaire in the form of a Google form which was distributed through the Whatsapp social media application. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis to calculate the mean value. The results of the study stated that the response of women in Klakah village, Klakah sub-district, Lumajang to the instant covid hijab product reached an average of 91%, included in the very good criteria

Abstract

Project Based Learning is a model where students take the lead in investigating and solving real-world problems, as well as developing and implementing their own ideas. This study aims to achieve two things including 1) description the implementation of Project Based Learning in the learning process, 2) description the level of creativity of phase F students after the implementation of Project Based Learning. This study uses a pre-experimental research type with a one-shoot case study design on 31 students of phase f of SMK Negeri 2 Lamongan. Observation and assessment are the methods used to collect data. LKPD sheets and implementation observation sheets are data collection techniques. Descriptive statistical tests, calculating the average score of PjBL implementation observations, and calculating the average creativity score are data analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that 1) the project-based learning approach produced a very good average of 89.43% in terms of teacher and student activity. 2) by using project-based learning, students were able to achieve a level of creativity of 89.51% in making party dresses, placing them in the very good category

Abstract

This research examines the influence of emphasizing practical drawing learning methods and work competencies in the SKKNI for building drawings. The majority of respondents work in the vocational school sector with a percentage of 53%. Furthermore, as many as 41% of respondents work in the PT sector. Meanwhile, only 6% of respondents work in the high school sector. The results of the analysis show that the majority of respondents consider these two methods to have a significant impact. The emphasis on "Fieldwork" was considered very large by 40 respondents and had a large influence by another 35 respondents, while "Participation in Research Projects" was considered very large by 25 respondents and had a large influence by 40 respondents. These findings emphasize the importance of practical learning methods and research projects in preparing graduates for various career paths, and demonstrate the variety of career choices made by graduates after completing their studies.
