Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa kelas IX-H SMP Negeri 1 Paseh Sumedang melalui penerapan pendekatan Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBM) dengan Geogebra pada materi kekongruenan dan kesebangunan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari empat siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX-H SMP Negeri 1 Paseh Sumedang tahun ajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 32 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian tentang penerapan pendekatan PBM dengan Geogebra adalah sebagai berikut : persentase ketuntasan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa pada siklus I berada pada kriteria cukup, pada siklus kedua mengalami penurunan dengan kriteria cukup, pada siklus ketiga juga hasilnya menurun, dan pada siklus keempat mengalami peningkatan dengan kriteria tinggi. Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan PBM dengan Geogebra dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa kelas IX-H SMP Negeri 1 Paseh Sumedang pada tahun ajaran 2019/2020

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan pemahaman matematis dan motivasi antara siswa yang menggunakan metoda Project Based Learning dan siswa yang menggunakan metoda Problem Based Learning ditinjau dari gender (laki-laki dan perempuan). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metoda Kausal Komparatif dengan teknik analisis data Mixed Method (kualitatif dan kuantitatif) konvergen. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMPN 3 Banjaran Majalengka, sampel kelas VIII A dan VIII B. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan pemahaman, motivasi, wawancara dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan kemampuan pemahaman matematis dan motivasi antara siswa yang menggunakan metoda Project Based Learning dan siswa yang menggunakan metoda Problem Based Learning ditinjau dari gender (laki-laki dan perempuan). Hasil lain juga menunjukan tidak ada hubungan antara motivasi dengan kemampuan pemahaman matematis. Motivasi siswa baik di kelas PBL dan PjBL mengalami peningkatan, dikarenaka kedua metoda tersebut merupakan metoda yang menuntut siswa lebih aktif dan dengan pemberian masalah di awal pembelajaran siswa menjadi lebih bersemangat dalam belajar matematika.

Abstract

Students require engaging and relevant instructional materials to enhance their mathematical communication skills and mathematical dispositions. This study aims to develop mobile learning-based instructional materials on matrix topics integrate mathematical communication and disposition for vocational high school students. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method with a mixed-method approach, following the 4D development model: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The trials were involved 8 subject matter experts and 8 media experts, as well as 15 grade XII AP students for small-group trials and 30 grade XI AP students for large-group trials at SMK Bina Sarana Industri Subang. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The results indicate that the mobile learning materials on matrix topics are of acceptable quality and received positive responses in terms of students' mathematical dispositions. However, no significant correlation was found between students’ mathematical communication skills and their mathematical dispositions. These findings suggest the need for further development in integrating mathematical communication and disposition into instructional materials.

Abstract

School Literacy Movement, one of the government's efforts to optimize the ability of students in terms of literacy, needs support from every circle; one of them is from researches in the educational field. This research aims to develop reading texts in a futsal context that will be presented in students’ worksheet with valid and practical criteria that will have a potential effect in mathematics learning. This research is using the design research method with a development studies type that consists of three main steps, such as preliminary, prototyping, and assessment with an evaluation plot formative study that used in a prototyping step, including the self-evaluation, expert review and one-to-one, small group, and field test. The research subjects are the students in 7th grade in one of Junior High School in Karawang. There are some steps taken in the data collection process, such as documentation, walkthrough, questionnaire, test, and interview. According to the data analysis, it can be concluded that this research has been producing a product in the form of thirteen reading the text for School Literacy Movement invalid and practical mathematics learning that will have a potential effect for the students’ learning result in the mathematics learning process.

Abstract

Mathematics aims to make students have good problem-solving skills based on the junior high school curriculum. However, the reality in the field is that more than 50% of students cannot solve problem-solving problems. This study aims to (1) Analyze the differences in the improvement of the problem-solving abilities of students who received learning with the GeoGebra-assisted CPS model and the problem-solving skills of students who received conventional learning in terms of overall and early mathematics ability (superior and low); (2) Analyzing the differences in learning interest of students who received GeoGebra-assisted CPS learning and students who received conventional understanding; (3) Analyzing the correlation between problem-solving abilities and students' interest in education. The research design employed was sequential explanatory with a quasi-experimental method. The Instruments were written tests, questionnaires, observation sheets, and interview guidelines. The data obtained were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test, t-test, and correlation test. The results showed that: (1) The improvement of the problem-solving abilities of students who received GeoGebra-assisted CPS learning was better than students who received conventional learning, and there was no difference in the problem-solving abilities of the superior early mathematical ability and low early mathematical ability groups; (2) The learning interest of students who receive GeoGebra-assisted CPS learning is better than students who receive conventional learning; (3) There is no correlation between problem-solving ability and student interest in learning. Creative problem-solving learning models assisted by GeoGebra applications can improve students' mathematical problem-solving skills and interest in learning.

Abstract

The organizational transformation from BATAN to BRIN, as mandated by Presidential Regulation No. 78 of 2021, has significantly impacted the operations of the Serpong Nuclear Clinic. This change was followed by a decline in patient visits and regulatory uncertainties regarding clinical services. This study aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities faced by the clinic, identify effective marketing strategies, and assess their implementation in increasing patient visits post-restructuring. The study employed a mixed method approach, combining quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, while qualitative insights were obtained through in-depth interviews with key informants. The findings indicate that the clinic possesses strengths in service offerings, pricing (free services), human resources, and efficient service processes. However, it faces weaknesses in suboptimal promotional efforts and low employee perception of service quality. SWOT analysis positioned the clinic in Quadrant I, suggesting an aggressive (growth) strategy that leverages internal strengths to capitalize on external opportunities. Regression analysis confirmed that the 7P marketing mix strategy has a significant impact on patient visit numbers, contributing 46.24% to the variance, with the product dimension being the most influential factor. The proposed strategic implementations include internal promotion programs, brand strengthening, basic digital marketing, diversification of preventive services, and improved cross-unit communication. These initiatives are expected to enhance employee awareness, increase service utilization, and ensure the clinic’s long-term sustainability

Abstract

Kinerja dokter merupakan faktor penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan dan diselenggarakan dalam berkas rekam medis. Maka dari itu, penting untuk melakukan penilaian kepuasan kerja dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dalam kinerja dokter dalam pengisian rekam medis guna mengetahui beberapa kesulitan saat pelayanan agar bisa diperbaiki guna meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh kepuasan pada pekerjaan, gaji, promosi, dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja dokter dalam pengisian rekam medis di Klinik Pratama Kecamatan Mandau Duri Riau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dokter dan dokter gigi yang bekerja di Klinik Pratama yang terletak di daerah Kecamatan Mandau, Kota Duri, Provinsi Riau yaitu sebanyak 25 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (total sampling) sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 25 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan campuran (mixed methods) atau kombinasi dengan desain konvergen (The Convergen Parallel Design) atau disebut juga concurent triangulation. Data dikumpulkan dari observasi, wawancara, serta menggunakan kuesioner dari skala likert yang dianalisis dengan SEM (Structural Equation  Modeling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan terhadap pekerjaan, gaji, dan kepemimpinan mempengaruhi kinerja dokter dalam mengisi rekam medis secara signifikan. Sementara itu, kepuasan terhadap promosi tidak mempengaruhi kinerja dokter dalam mengisi rekam medis.

Abstract

There is a change in how teachers teach and students learn, which was initially done face-to-face at school, but now can be done online. The use of interactive learning media still needs to be improved due to the need for mastery of technology owned by teachers. Many teachers still need to understand practical learning applications for teachers and students. Students become less interested in participating in distance learning activities due to the limited use of various applications. So PKM activities were held as training workshops for making Edpuzzle-based teaching materials. The workshop was held for four days and involved 236 participants from various regions in Indonesia, such as Samarinda, Pekanbaru, and several areas in West Java. The activity method is divided into three steps: 1) preparation, 2) implementation, and 3) evaluation. Evaluation results based on questionnaire data show that 71% of teachers are assisted in monitoring student learning progress, and teachers can implement their work into learning.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research (CAR) is an effort to improve students' intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence through the application of Problem Posing in mathematics learning in Junior High Schools on Constructed Spaces with Curved Sides. The research subjects were 64 students from the 9th grade of a Junior High School in Bandung. Data collection techniques include interviews, questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence in the experimental class using the Problem Posing learning model is relatively better than the control class using conventional learning models. The results of this study show that the application of the Problem Posing learning model can improve students' intrapersonal intelligence and interpersonal intelligence. There are several advantages that researchers get in implementing Problem Posing besides students become the center of learning and practice working in groups, students become much more enthusiastic so that the learning atmosphere is conducive and full of activity, and presentation activities can build courage and confidence in performance. Learning performance and building a positive attitude during learning. Suggestion: The problem-posing learning model can be an alternative to be applied in the classroom because it can foster self-confidence and make students more active, thereby increasing students' mathematical communication skills, which correlate with interpersonal intelligence. Penelitian ini sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan intrapersonal dan interpersonal siswa melalui penerapan Problem Posing pada pembelajaran matematika di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) pada materi Bangun Ruang Sisi Lengkung. Jenis penelitian yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subyek penelitian sebanyak 64 orang siswa kelas 9 salah satu SMPN di Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi: wawancara, angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kecerdasan intrapersonal dan interpersonal pada kelas eksperimen dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran Problem Posing, relatif lebih baik dari kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Posing dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan intrapersonal dan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa, terbukti dari peningkatan rata-rata keduanya pada setiap siklus. Ada beberapa kelebihan yang didapat peneliti dalam menerapkan Problem Posing, selain siswa menjadi sentral pembelajaran dan melatih bekerja dalam kelompok, siswa menjadi jauh lebih semangat dan antusias sehingga suasana pembelajaran kondusif dan penuh aktifitas, selain itu kegiatan presentasi dapat membangun keberanian dan keyakinan dalam unjuk kinerja belajar dan membangun sikap positif selama pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, model pembelajaran Problem Posing dapat menjadi alternatif untuk di-terapkan di dalam kelas karena dapat menumbuhkan percaya diri siswa untuk lebih aktif sehingga mampu meningkatkan kecerdasan intrapersonal dan kecerdasan interpersonal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, social support, and work-family conflict on teacher work stress. The research method uses mixed methods with concurrent triangulation design, this study integrates qualitative and quantitative analysis which then the results are linked to each other. The population is 77 people, with a sample of 36 married female teachers at SMAN 1 Cirebon. Data collection through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and literature studies. Data analysis uses path analysis and test results with t-test. The results of the study indicate that emotional intelligence, social support, and work-family conflict have a significant influence on work stress in married female teachers at SMAN 1 Cirebon. However, partially only the work-family conflict variable has a positive and significant influence on work stress in married female teachers at SMAN 1 Cirebon.
