Abstract

Puskesmas sebagai fasiltas layanan kesehatan yang mengemban peran dalam membangun perilaku hidup sehat masyarakat, harus terus meningkatkan fasilitas rawat jalan yang bertujuan untuk mengamati, mendiagnosis, mengobati, merehabilitasi, dan melayanani kesehatan masyarakat. Namun berdasarkan data pada tahun 2020 hingga 2022, jumlah kunjungan pasien rawat jalan di UPT. Puskesmas Sale mengalami penurunan. Perilaku putusan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan fasilitas kesehatan dapat distimulasi oleh citra merk (brand image), persepsi kualitas pelayanan serta kepercayaan pasien terhadap layanan kesehatan tersebut. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image, perceived of service quality, dan trust terhadap minat kunjungan pasien rawat jalan di UPT Puskesmas Sale. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta aktif BPJS Kesehatan yang terdaftar di UPT. Puskesmas Sale yang berjumlah 21.971, teknik sampling yang digunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Pendekatan dalam penelitian adalah concurrent mixed methods. Instrumen penelitian meliputi kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan berganda dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas dan normalitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan jika brand image memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat berkunjung pasien, perceived of service quality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat berkunjung pasien, trust memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat berkunjung pasien. Selanjutnya brand image, perceived of service quality, dan trust secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung pasien.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of creative thinking, to see the picture of self-regulated learning, and to analyze the effect of creative thinking ability on self-regulated learning through the implementation of the Scientific approach. This research method is a mixed method of insertion type. The research instrument used was a creative thinking ability test, observation, self-regulated learning scale, and interviews. The population in this study were students in a private high school in Bandung with a sample of 2 classes. The increase in creative thinking skills was analyzed by normalized gain scores, the description of self-regulated learning was analyzed by Post Hoc Tests, while the effect of creative thinking skills on self-regulated learning was used regression analysis. The results showed that the increase in the creative thinking ability of students who received the Scientific approach was better than the students who received conventional learning, there was no difference in the self-regulated learning of students who received learning using the Scientific approach and conventional models, and there was no difference the effect of creative thinking ability on self-regulated learning in learning with scientific approaches, and conventional ones.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kreatif, melihat gambaran kemandirian belajar, dan menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan berfikir kreatif terhadap kemandirian belajar melalui implementasi pendekatan scientific. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran tipe penyisipan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif, observasi, skala kemandirian belajar, dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik di salah satu SMA swasta Bandung dengan sampel sebanyak 2 kelas. Peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif dianalisis dengan skor gain ternormalisasi, gambaran kemandirian belajar dianalisis dengan Tes Post Hoc, sedangkan pengaruh kemampuan berpikir kreatif terhadap kemandirian belajar digunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan berfikir kreatif peserta didik yang memperoleh pendekatan Scientific lebih baik daripada peserta didik yang memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional, tidak terdapat perbedaan kemandirian belajar peserta didik yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan pendekatan Scientific maupun konvensional, serta tidak terdapat pengaruh kemampuan berfikir kreatif terhadap kemandirian belajar pada pembelajaran dengan pendekatan Scientific, maupun konvensional.

Abstract

The current low level of students' numeracy ability has not been matched by the in-depth use of digital platforms such as Microsoft Kaizala. Therefore, this research aims to develop Mobile Learning-based teaching materials assisted by Microsoft Kaizala, focusing on students' numeracy ability and learning interest. The developed teaching materials were analyzed for their feasibility and effectiveness in improving students' numeracy ability and learning interest by two media experts and four material experts. The research utilized the Research and Development model ADDIE, involving 34 junior high school students in the city of Bandung. Instruments used included validation sheets, questionnaires, interviews, and numeracy skill tests. Data were analyzed using effect size, Pearson correlation, and descriptive statistics. The results of the research indicate: (1) The teaching materials are considered feasible by content experts and highly suitable by media experts; student responses fall into the excellent category. (2) Students' numeracy ability are categorized as moderate. (3) Students' learning interest is categorized as good. (4) The teaching materials are effective in improving students' numeracy ability. (5) There is no correlation between students' numeracy ability and learning interest. Therefore, the teaching materials can be utilized in mathematics learning based on m-learning. Integrating digital platforms into teaching materials can be a practical solution for teachers to optimize flexible and interactive numeracy learning. Abstrak Rendahnya kemampuan numerasi siswa saat ini belum diimbangi dengan pemanfaatan platform digital seperti Microsoft Kaizala secara mendalam. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis Mobile Learning berbantuan Microsoft Kaizala yang berorientasi pada kemampuan numerasi dan minat belajar siswa. Bahan ajar yang dikembangkan dianalisis kelayakan dan efektivitasnya pada kemampuan numerasi dan minat belajar siswa oleh dua orang ahli media dan empat orang ahli materi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development model ADDIE yang melibatkan 34 siswa SMP di Kota Bandung. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi, angket, wawancara, dan tes kemampuan numerasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan effect size, Pearson correlation, dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Bahan ajar termasuk kategori layak dari ahli materi dan sangat layak dari ahli media, berdasarkan respon siswa berada pada kategori sangat baik; (2) Kemampuan numerasi siswa termasuk dalam kategori sedang; (3) Minat belajar siswa termasuk dalam kategori baik; (4) Bahan ajar efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan numerasi siswa; dan  (5) Tidak terdapat korelasi antara kemampuan numerasi dan minat belajar siswa. Sehingga bahan ajar dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika berbasis m-learning. Integrasi platform digital dalam bahan ajar dapat menjadi solusi praktis bagi guru untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran numerasi yang fleksibel dan interaktif.

Abstract

Indonesian students often struggle with solving math problems, especially when it comes to geometry, like problems involving triangles. However, previous studies have mostly focused on SQ3R in reading comprehension or general mathematics learning, leaving a gap in its application to geometry-based problem-solving. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of integrating the SQ3R strategy to enhance students’ mathematical problem-solving abilities on triangle materials. The research used a quantitative-qualitative method with a quasi-experimental design, and included two groups: an experimental group and a control group. The students were from a seventh-grade class at SMP Negeri 4 Cimahi, and they were divided into the two groups based on purposeful selection. Data was gathered through problem-solving tests, classroom observations, and other records. The results showed that the group that used SQ3R improved much more in their problem-solving skills compared to the group that didn’t use it. The SQ3R method helped students break down problems, come up with plans, do calculations, and check their answers in a better way. This study highlights the need for active literacy-based strategies in mathematics instruction and suggests future research to explore the broader application of SQ3R in other mathematical topics and grade levels. Abstrak Keterampilan siswa Indonesia dalam pemecahan masalah matematika masih dianggap rendah, terutama dalam pelajaran geometri seperti segitiga. Namun, penelitian sebelumnya sebagian besar berfokus pada penerapan SQ3R dalam keterampilan membaca atau pembelajaran matematika secara umum, sehingga masih terdapat kesenjangan dalam penerapannya pada pemecahan masalah berbasis geometri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas integrasi strategi SQ3R dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa pada materi segitiga. Penelitian ini mengambil pendekatan kuantitatif-kualitatif dan menerapkan metode kuasi eksperimen berjenis Non-equivalent Control Group Design. Sampel terdiri dari 72 siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 4 Cimahi yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol, keduanya dipilih secara purposif. Alat penelitian terdiri dari tes penyelesaian masalah, pengamatan, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa pada kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Strategi SQ3R terbukti berhasil mendukung siswa dalam memahami permasalahan, merancang solusi, melakukan perhitungan, dan memeriksa hasil secara terstruktur. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan strategi berbasis literasi aktif dalam pembelajaran matematika serta merekomendasikan penelitian lanjutan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan SQ3R pada topik matematika dan jenjang pendidikan lainnya.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) plays a crucial role in ensuring a safe work environment, especially in high-risk sectors like healthcare, where workplace accidents and disease exposure are common. This study aims to assess the implementation of OSH at Hospital X in Bandung City by analyzing its occupational safety management system according to Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012, with a focus on Indicator 6, which pertains to Work Safety Standards under the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3). The research method used a qualitative approach supported by quantitative data, with data collection through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The respondents included OSH management staff and hospital visitors. The study’s findings indicate that the overall implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) at Hospital X is categorized as good. This suggests that the hospital's risk control procedures are generally effective in minimizing potential workplace hazards. The hospital management’s perception of the OHS Management System (SMK3) implementation was positive, reflecting their commitment to ensuring a safe work environment. However, the assessment from visitors regarding the OSH implementation fell into the fairly good category, indicating room for improvement in certain areas, especially in terms of visitor awareness and involvement in the hospital’s safety measures. The results highlight the importance of continuous evaluation and improvement in implementing OHS standards, particularly in high-risk settings such as hospitals. Strengthening visitor education and engagement in OHS practices could further enhance the overall safety culture at the hospital. This study contributes valuable insights for improving OSH management systems and risk control strategies, ultimately aiming for a safer and healthier work environment for both hospital staff and visitors.

Abstract

Prescription waiting time is a key indicator of pharmacy service quality that directly affects patient satisfaction and overall perceptions of hospital performance. In public hospitals, particularly among BPJS patients who dominate outpatient visits, achieving efficient waiting times remains a challenge due to workforce limitations and operational constraints. This study aims to evaluate prescription waiting time for BPJS patients and analyze the influence of human resource management (HRM) and operational processes on service efficiency at the Outpatient Pharmacy of RSUD X, Sorong Regency. This research employed a mixed-method approach with a sequential explanatory design. The study population included all pharmacy personnel and BPJS outpatient prescriptions. The quantitative phase involved five pharmacy staff selected through total sampling and 336 BPJS prescriptions obtained from a population of 2,100 prescriptions using the Slovin formula (5% margin of error) and simple random sampling. The qualitative phase included six key informants purposively selected based on their strategic roles in drug logistics, prescription services, and pharmacy operations. The results showed that prescription waiting time exceeded the minimum service standards. HRM factors including workload-based staffing, performance evaluation, and compensation systems significantly influenced service speed. Operational factors such as drug availability, use of e-prescriptions, adherence to SOPs, and compliance with the hospital formulary also demonstrated significant effects. Simultaneously, both HRM and operational processes significantly affected waiting time, with HRM identified as the dominant factor. The study concludes that prescription waiting time for BPJS patients at the Outpatient Pharmacy of RSUD X Sorong Regency has not met the minimum service standards due to HRM and operational constraints.

Namun, ketergantungan siswa pada teknologi dalam menyelesaikan soal justru memicu penurunan kemampuan penalaran tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa SMK menggunakan aplikasi Math Expert. Melalui metode campuran (mixed method) tipe embedded design, penelitian ini melibatkan 86 siswa kelas X SMK di Cianjur yang terbagi ke dalam kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan instrumen tes penalaran matematis berdasarkan standar NCTM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan pada enam indikator penalaran NCTM, yang meliputi kemampuan: justifikasi kesimpulan; pengujian dugaan matematis; evaluasi argumen; variasi metode solusi; pengorganisasian data masalah; serta penilaian terhadap hasil kerja orang lain. Secara keseluruhan, penggunaan aplikasi Math Expert terbukti efektif meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa SMK, meskipun tingkat peningkatan pada setiap indikator bervariasi. This study aims to analyze the mathematical reasoning skills of vocational high school (SMK) students through the implementation of the Math Expert application. Data were collected via questionnaires, observations, interviews, and mathematical reasoning tests based on NCTM standards. The findings indicate significant differences across six NCTM reasoning indicators, including the ability to: justify conclusions; test mathematical conjectures; evaluate arguments; employ diverse solution methods; organize situational problem data; and assess the work of others. Overall, the results demonstrate that the Math Expert application effectively enhances students' mathematical reasoning skills, although the degree of improvement varies across the specific indicators.

Abstract

Limited human resources and infrastructure at Pantai Amal Community Health Center in Tarakan trigger occupational stress and task complexity during routine services, health programs, performance evaluations, and accreditation processes. This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and workload on occupational stress among employees at Pantai Amal Community Health Center in Tarakan City. This study adopted a mixed-methods approach via a cross-sectional design, involving 30 purposively sampled employees from Pantai Amal Puskesmas. Quantitative analysis evaluated work environment and workload effects on job stress, while qualitative insights deepened comprehension of these factors' real-world impacts. Findings confirm both factors significantly influence job stress, consistent with Gibson's theory that stress emerges when demands exceed physical or psychological capacities. Practically, these results guide Puskesmas Pantai Amal management in developing effective workload policies, improving work environments, and fostering supportive conditions to reduce employee stress and enhance well-being.

Abstract

Mathematical communication ability is essential for students to solve mathematical problems effectively. However, empirical evidence suggests this competency remains underdeveloped in many Indonesian schools, necessitating innovative instructional interventions. This study examines the effectiveness of two cooperative learning models—Student Team Heroic Leadership with panel discussion (STHL-A) and Student Team Heroic Leadership with shopping windows (STHL-B)—compared to conventional instruction in enhancing students' mathematical communication skills. Conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Selaawi, Garut, West Java, the research employed a non-equivalent control group design with purposive sampling. Data were collected through pretests, posttests, and Likert-scale attitude questionnaires. The findings reveal three key outcomes. First, no significant difference was observed in the improvement of mathematical communication ability among the STHL-A, STHL-B, and conventional groups. Second, a significant difference was found in the final achievement of mathematical communication ability, with both STHL models outperforming the conventional approach. Third, students exhibited positive attitudes toward both STHL-A and STHL-B models. These results suggest that while all three models produced comparable gains in skill improvement, the STHL models were more effective in achieving higher final competency levels. Moreover, the positive student responses indicate that the STHL models are instructionally effective and well-received. Therefore, both STHL-A and STHL-B are recommended as viable alternatives to conventional teaching for fostering mathematical communication in junior high school settings.
