Abstract

This research intends to assess the execution The Qur’an retention program developing The moral and religious disposition of students MIS Nurul Hidayah Ketapang, located in South Lampung. The tahfidz initiative aims to embed religious principles by encouraging the practice of Qur'an memorization. A qualitative approach with an evaluative method was utilized for this study. Data gathering was carried out through observations, interviews, and document reviews, together with the study participants including the madrasah principal, tahfidz instructors, and students. The data evaluation process involved phases data compacting, presentation, validation, and conclusion formulation. The findings revealed that the tahfidz program's implementation includes the planning phase, implementation, and evaluation. This program contributes to shaping students' religious character, especially in discipline, obedience to worship, and morals. The obstacles faced include time constraints, varied motivation of students, and limited teaching staff. The solutions implemented are providing motivation, parental support, and varied learning methods

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mengkaji bagaimana implementasi program sekolah penggerak dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SDN 1 Sendang Asih. Program penggerak sekolah diharapkan mampu membawa dampak positif terhadap kinerja para guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Proses analisis data dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program sekolah penggerak mencakup adanya pendampingan yang diberikan kepada kepala sekolah penggerak, kemudian kepala sekolah membuat tim mengadakan pelatihan bagi guru-guru untuk memperkenalkan program sekolah penggerak. Selain itu pada pelatihan guru mengajarkan tentang perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengevaluasian Pembelajaran yang sejalan dengan program Sekolah Penggerak, serta pelatihan bagi guru mengenai cara penyusunan modul ajar berbasis paradigma baru dalam program tersebut, merupakan bagian penting dari implementasinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Sekolah Penggerak berperan signifikan dalam peningkatan kinerja guru di SDN 1 Sendang Asih.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the managerial efforts undertaken by  State Islamic University of Raden Intan Lampung in its pursuit of becoming a world-class university. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis process involved data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was tested using both source triangulation and technique triangulation. The findings reveal several managerial dimensions implemented by State Islamic University of Raden Intan Lampung in its efforts toward achieving world-class university status. In the planning phase, the university has developed a master plan, strategic plan, and operational plan. During the organizing phase, an international office was established. In the implementation phase, the university has focused on improving the quality of learning inputs, processes, and outcomes; enhancing research and community service; upgrading human resource quality; and strengthening infrastructure and financial management. In the monitoring phase, the Quality Assurance Unit and its staff are optimized to conduct monitoring and evaluation through self-assessments, quality audits, and the preparation of accreditation rankings, in accordance with the Higher Education Institution Accreditation standards. These standards cover education, research, community service, human resources, student affairs, governance, and infrastructure. This research contributes to the development of a distinctive management strategy that integrates Islamic values with international standards, supporting State Islamic Higher Education Institution  in their journey to become World Class Universities.

Abstract

Marriage counseling is counseling held as an educational method, a method of reducing emotional tension, a method of helping married partners to solve problems and how to determine a better problem solving pattern. The problem of family relations needs to be dealt with properly and effectively, through therapeutic models and techniques. One therapy effort that can be done with marriage counseling. Divorcement is a very unwanted event for every couple and family. Divorcement that occurred caused a lot of unpleasant things and pain that was felt by all parties, including both partners, children, and the two extended families of the couple. There are many factors that require couples to separate or divorce. One reason for divorced couples is a communication problem. The writing of this paper uses a social psychology approach with qualitative data analysis techniques.

Abstract

Menghafal Al-Qur'a>n merupakan sunnah Nabi Muhammad Saw yang sudah menjadi sebuah tradisi amal saleh yang dilakukan oleh salafush-sha>lih untuk menjaga dan mempertahankan keotentikan tulisan, bacaan Al-Qur'a>n. untuk mendapatkan hafalan Al-Qur'a>n yang berkualitas tentu dengan proses muja>ha>dah, tira>kat (tarekat-jalan-suluk) yang sangat panjang dan lama. Sudah menjadi sebuah keniscayaan bahwa dalam proses menghafal Al-Qur'a>n dan menjaga hafalan Al-Qur'a>n bagi yang sudah pernah mengkhatamkan hafalannya terdapat sebuah ujian, cobaan dan problem yang luar biasa dahsyat yang bisa saja mengganggu keistiqomahan dalam menghafal dan menjaga hafalan al-Qur'a>n. Salah satu hal yang dianggap memberikan kontribusi, dan memberikan kemudahan menghafal Al-Qur'a>n ialah Self Management. Dengan Self Management yang kuat dan teratur serta tips dan kiat-suksesnya seseorang pasti akan menemukan ritme dan gaya nya sendiri dalam menghafal dan menjaga hafalan al-Qur'a>nnya sehingga kelak memiliki hafalan al-Qur'a>n yang berkualitas (Mutqin). Oleh karena itu, seseorang penghafal Al-Qur'a>n harus memiliki kompetensi Self Management yang maksimal sehingga semua program menghafal Al-Qur'a>n berjalan dengan lancar dan agenda hidup seorang penghafal Al-Qur'a>n terus berprogres dan meningkat kualitasnya sama hal dengan meningkatnya kualitas hafalan Al-Qur'a>n.

Abstract

Adapun permasalahan yang ditemukan besifat positif yakni peneliti  ingin mengetahui lebih komprehensif  tentang  gaya kepemimpinan dan kompetensi yang dimiliki kepala madrasah dalam menjalankan tugas sehari-hari. sehingga peneliti bertujuan menganalisis tentang kepemimpinan dan kompetensi kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri  Kota Bandar Lampung. data diatas ditemukan melalui metode riset lapangan varietas kualitatif. Investigasi proses penalaran deduktif serta induktif, dan analisis dinamis dari ikatan antara peristiwa yang bisa diamati, lebih ditekankan dalam riset kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan kompetensi kepala madrasah di MAN Kota Bandar Lampung telah diimplementasikan dengan baik, gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah diimplementasikan dalam beberapa kebijakan seperti melaksanakan rapat rutin madrasah sebagai ajang komunikasi, diskusi dan konsolidasi, memberi ruang dan  kesempatan kepada para guru untuk memberikan kritik dan saran yang konstruktif, memberi kebebasan kepada para guru untuk menyampaikan ide/gagasan nya untuk kemajuan madrasah, bertanggung jawab bersama atas persoalan-persoalan yang dihadapi warga madrasah, memberi tugas kepada guru sesuai kemampuan, menetapkan visi, misi dan tujuan madrasah, mendorong para guru untuk melanjutkan  studi, memberikan penghargaan kepada para guru yang berprestasi, berupaya keras untuk meningkatkan prestasi madrasah khususnya bidang akademik dan ekstakurikuler). kompetensi kepala madrasah. Kompetensi Manajerial diwujudkan dalam bentuk membuat perencanaan berupa Rencana Kerja Anggaran Madrasah (RKAM), melakukan pembagian tugas mengajar dan bimbingan guru sesuai kualifikasi akademik masing-masing, memimpin proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran, melaksanakan evaluasi belajar secara berjenjang seperti UTS dan  UAS untuk peserta didik,  UKG  dan PKG untuk guru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Human Resource Management (HRM) in enhancing the quality of educators at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pesawaran, Lampung. HRM plays a strategic role in maximizing organizational performance through the effective management of development, integration, maintenance, and discipline of educators. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation involving the headmaster, vice principal for curriculum, and teachers. The findings indicate that (1) educator development is systematically carried out through routine online and offline training; (2) the integration process fosters structured collaboration with both internal and external parties to enhance the quality of learning; (3) human resource maintenance is based on short- to long-term strategic plans; and (4) discipline is effectively implemented, as reflected in the teachers' consistent responsibility and performance. Performance evaluations are conducted periodically and supported by a reward system that encourages professionalism and motivation among educators. Despite budgetary constraints, collaboration with external parties has become a solution to support sustainable professional development. These findings show that effective HRM practices significantly contribute to improving the quality of educators and educational outcomes. This study provides practical insights for other educational institutions in designing adaptive HRM strategies in the global era.
