Abstract

This research investigates the intricate dynamics between marketing network strategies, sales performance, and market share in the Indonesian e-commerce industry. Employing a quantitative research design, the study integrates descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis to discern the impact of social media marketing, influencer collaborations, affiliate marketing, and traditional advertising. The findings, based on survey data collected from consumers and e-commerce businesses, reveal influencer collaborations as a pivotal driver, with social media marketing and affiliate marketing playing complementary roles. Traditional advertising faces challenges in the contemporary landscape. These insights offer actionable guidance for businesses seeking to optimize their marketing strategies in the rapidly evolving Indonesian e-commerce ecosystem.

Abstract

This research delves into the dynamics of intricate Business Intelligence (BI) deployments in Indonesian startups, emphasizing the interplay of organizational performance, analytical maturity, and strategic planning. Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was utilized in the study, which had 187 individuals from several industries, to examine the linkages and extract significant findings. The results showed three strong positive relationships: organizational performance is positively impacted by strategic planning, analytic maturity has a considerable impact on organizational performance, and strategic planning influences analytic maturity. Large impact sizes and statistical robustness characterize these practically meaningful associations. This study adds to our understanding of BI adoption in the particular setting of startups by highlighting the crucial roles that mature analytics and strategic planning play in fostering organizational success.

Abstract

The swift expansion of technology start-up enterprises in Indonesia demands a deep comprehension of the variables impacting the functionality of Big Data Environments (BDE) and Database Management Systems (DMS). In the context of Indonesian start-ups, this study examines the effects of scalability and consistency management on DMS and BDE. Data from 134 participants were examined using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) in a quantitative manner. The findings showed a strong favorable correlation between DMS -> BDE, Scalability -> DMS, and Consistency Management -> DMS. Strong reliability was exhibited by the measurement model, and discriminant validity was verified. While the model fit indices revealed places for improvement, the R Square values indicated an effective explanation of variation. An overview of Indonesian start-up characteristics that is representative was given by the demographic sample study. This research adds knowledge for improving big data and database operations in the dynamic startup environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of community income and population on the demand for granulated sugar in DKI Jakarta Province. Granulated sugar is one of the strategic food commodities with consumption levels that tend to increase along with population growth and changes in people's income levels. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The data used is secondary data obtained from related agencies, such as the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), in the form of a time series over a certain period. The independent variable in this study is community income and population, while the dependent variable is the demand for sugar. The results of the study show that simultaneously the income of the community and the population have a significant effect on the demand for granulated sugar in DKI Jakarta. Partially, people's income has a positive effect on the demand for sugar, as well as the number of people who show a positive and significant influence. These findings indicate that increased income and population growth are driving an increase in demand for granulated sugar as a household consumption need. This research is expected to be a consideration for the government in formulating policies related to the availability and distribution of granulated sugar in DKI Jakarta.
