Abstract

This study aims to analyse and describe the implementation of Multiple Intelligences (MI)-based learning in instilling Islamic values in early childhood in Lombok. The research uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site case study design conducted in three Islamic early childhood education institutions, namely Al-Iqro' Kindergarten in Mataram City, KB Riyadlusshibyan Early Childhood Education in West Lombok, and Insan Kaamil Teniga Kindergarten North Lombok. The research subjects included PAUD principals, teachers, children, and parents. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of MI-based learning is able to accommodate the diversity of children's intelligence potentials, such as linguistic, kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, naturalistic, spiritual, and communal (Jama'ah) intelligence, which is a new finding of this study. The MI approach has been proven effective in helping internalise Islamic values in a contextual, enjoyable manner that is appropriate for the natural development of early childhood. This research contributes theoretically by strengthening the paradigm of Islamic education based on Fitrah and Ta'dib, as well as practically by providing a learning model called the Islamic Multiple Intelligences-Based Learning Environment for Islamic early childhood education

Abstract

This study aims to analyze institutional policies, technological infrastructure, and the implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-based learning media in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at Nurul Haramain Islamic Boarding School, Narmada, West Lombok. A qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with school leaders, digital transformation coordinators, and PAI teachers, complemented by observations and document analysis. The data were analyzed using an interactive model involving data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification, while data trustworthiness was ensured through source and methodological triangulation. The findings reveal that ICT-based learning innovation is supported by strong institutional leadership, the TUGU SASAK program, Computerized-Based Classes, computer laboratories, multimedia classrooms, a digital library, a data center, and internet connectivity. ICT-based learning media are implemented through digital presentations, instructional videos, audiovisual learning materials, computer-based assessments, and online learning resources across Fiqh, Qur'an-Hadith, Aqidah-Akhlaq, and Islamic Cultural History subjects. These practices enhance student engagement, expand access to learning resources, improve instructional efficiency, and strengthen conceptual understanding. However, challenges remain, including disparities in teachers' digital competencies, limited technological resources, and the need for stronger pedagogical design and digital ethics. The study contributes to the literature by proposing an integrative framework that connects institutional leadership and policy, technological ecosystem readiness, ICT-supported PAI pedagogy, and the internalization of Islamic values as interconnected dimensions of digital transformation in pesantren. The findings further suggest the importance of continuous teacher professional development, equitable infrastructure governance, and context-sensitive technology policies to support sustainable digital transformation in Islamic education.

Abstract

Abstract

The National Accreditation Board for Early Childhood Education, Basic Education, and Secondary Education (BAN-PDM) has established a series of standards and procedures for accreditation activities for Early Childhood Education, Basic Education, and Secondary Education units in order to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. Therefore, the Provincial BAN-PDM has a strategic role to ensure that the implementation of accreditation in educational units in its region meets the established quality criteria. Monitoring activities for accreditation results to educational units and/or equivalent education programs are important for the Provincial BAN-PDM to carry out as a step to ensure that the assessor's performance in implementing accreditation is in accordance with the established guidelines. Monitoring activities for accreditation results are used to ensure and guarantee that the accreditation implementation process in each province runs in accordance with the established rules. The results of monitoring activities for the accreditation results of the Provincial BAN-PDM to educational units and/or equivalent education programs are: 1) monitoring of assessor performance in implementing the accreditation process in accordance with the guidelines; and 2) monitoring of the implementation of accreditation that upholds integrity values.
