Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of partially and simultaneously motivation, individual characteristics, and work motivation on employee performance at the Pinrang District Secretariat, as well as the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Pinrang District Secretariat.This type of research is descriptive quantitative, while the nature of the research is descriptive explanatory research. The study was conducted at the Pinrang Regency Regional Secretariat. Implementation of research for 3 months. The population in this study amounted to 95 employees in the Pinrang District Secretariat. The sample in this study is the entire population taken as a sample. Thus the number of samples is equal to the population (census or saturated sample). So that a sample of 95employees at the Pinrang District Secretariat. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression model (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that there was a partial and simultaneous influence of emotional intelligence, individual characteristics and work motivation on the performance of the Pinrang District Secretariat staff, as well as the most dominant work motivation variable affecting the performance of the Pinrang District Secretariat staff.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of organizational culture, career development, and compensation partially and simultaneously (2) the most dominant variable affects the staff’s performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Makassar. This study was a quantitative study with 89 respondents as staff from Regional Disaster Management Agency in Makassar. In this study the entire population was made respondent. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the analysis indicate that (1) Organizational Culture and Compensation have no partial effect on the Staff’s Performance while Career Development has a positive and significant effect on the staff’s Performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Makassar (2) Organizational Culture, Career Development, and Compensation simultaneously have a significant effect toward the staff’s Performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Makassar (3) Career Development is the most dominant variable affects the staff’s Performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Makassar.

Abstract

Lower realization than predetermined target values. One example of ineffective work management is the parking mechanism where most parking objects still use the manual system. This study aims to determine the effect of competence, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Makassar City Regional Revenue Board either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative with a survey approach. This research was conducted at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency Office from September to October 2020. The population in this study was 139 with a sample of 73 people. The sample was obtained because all populations were sampled but only 73 respondents returned it and this number was deemed to have met the requirements based on the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10 percent, totaling 58 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and review documentation. Existing data are processed using the SPSS application to carry out an impact test. The results showed that partially, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian survei. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kompetensi pegawai Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Parepare. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Parepare yang berjumlah 42 orang. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, yaitu semua elemen populasi dijadikan sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (analisis path). Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi. Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi pegawai. Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pelatihan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kompetensi pegawai dan disiplin tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kompetensi pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Kota Parepare. This research is a quantitative study using a survey research design. The research objective was to test and analyze the effect of training and discipline on employee performance through the competence of the employees of the Civil Service Agency and Human Resources Development of the City of Parepare. The population used in this study were 42 employees of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Parepare City. The sample is determined by using saturated sampling technique, in which all elements of the population are sampled. Data analysis used in this research is path analysis (path analysis). Training has a positive and significant effect on competence. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee competence. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Training does not have a positive and significant effect on performance through employee competence and discipline does not have a positive and significant effect on performance through employee competence at the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Parepare City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui (1) pengaruh kompetensi individu yang terdiri atas pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kota Parepare (2) pengaruh pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap secara parsial terhadap terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kota Parepare (3) variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kota Parepare. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kota Parepare yang berjumlah 40 orang. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus) dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Analisis statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda (multiple regression analysis) dengan pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan atau serempak variabel pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial, variabel pengetahuan, dan keterampilan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sementara untuk variabel sikap tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dari penelitian ini pula disimpulkan bahwa dari ketiga variabel bebas yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kota Parepare yaitu pengetahuan (X1). The population in this study were all employees at the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office of Parepare City, amounting to 40 people. In this study, data collection was carried out using a saturated sampling technique (census) where all populations were sampled. Statistical analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis (multiple regression analysis) with data processing using the SPSS application. The results showed that simultaneously or simultaneously the variables of knowledge, skills, and attitudes together had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees. Partially, the knowledge and skills variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the attitude variable has no positive and significant effect on employee performance. From this study it is also concluded that of the three independent variables that have a dominant influence in improving employee performance at the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office of Parepare City, namely knowledge (X1).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Tunjangan Sertifikasi, Kemampuan Profesionalisme dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui survey pada semua guru yang berada di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng, yaitu berjumlah 66 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang dibagikan kepada seluruh responden penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan perangkat lunak SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa (1) Profesionalisme dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng. Sedangkan tunjangan sertifikasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng. (2) Tunjangan sertifikasi, profesionalisme dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng. (3) Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru (Y) yaitu disiplin kerja. Penulis mengharapkan untuk dapat meningkatkan kemampuan agar mendapatkan tunjangan profesi; diharapkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan Sehingga perlu lebih di tingkatkan profesionalisme guru; Guru yang disiplin akan membawa dampak positif bagi perkembangan peserta didik, maka diperlukan kedisiplinan yang tinggi. This research was conducted at the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Certification Allowance, Professionalism Ability and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. The research data was obtained through a survey of all teachers in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency, which amounted to 66 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to all research respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that (1) Professionalism and work discipline affect the performance of teachers in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. While the certification allowance has no effect on the performance of teachers in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. (2) Certification allowances, professionalism and work discipline affect the performance of teachers in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. (3) The most dominant variable affecting teacher performance (Y) is work discipline. The author hopes to be able to improve the ability to get professional allowances; It is hoped that the quality of education in Indonesia will increase. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the professionalism of teachers. (3) Discipline is one of the success factors in achieving learning objectives. Disciplined teachers will have a positive impact on the development of students, so high discipline is needed.

Abstract

Penelitian berjenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei dengan teknik analisis korelasional untuk mengetahui antara variabel terikat dan variabel bebas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan individu, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Majene. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus), sehingga sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 40 orang pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Majene. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan individu dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan motivasi kerja tidak menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Sedangkan uji F menunjukkan kemampuan individu, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Dari penelitian ini juga didapatkan bahwa kemampuan individu (X1) merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Majene. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of individual abilities, work environment and work motivation on job satisfaction of the employees of the Community Empowerment Service and the Village of Majene Regency. Sampling of this study was conducted using a saturated sampling technique (census), so that the sample used in this study were as many as 40 employees at the Community Empowerment Service and the Village of Majene Regency. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the t test shows that partially there is a significant influence between individual ability and work environment on employee job satisfaction and work motivation does not indicate a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the F test shows that individual ability, work environment and work motivation simultaneously affect employee job satisfaction. From this study it was also found that individual ability (X1) was the most dominant factor affecting job satisfaction of the employees of the Community Empowerment Service and the Village of Majene Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan trasformasional, budaya kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja aparatur sipil negara, penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dengan mengambil 102 pegawai negeri sipil sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara parsial terbukti bahwa kepemimpinan trasformasional, budaya kerja, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja aparatur sipil negara pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan secara simultan terbukti bahwa kepemimpinan trasformasional, budaya kerja, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja aparatur sipil negara pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 84,8% yang menunjukkan bahwa model penelitian ini dapat menjelaskan bahwa kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi sebesar 84,8% oleh variabel kepemimpinan trasformasional, budaya kerja, dan disiplin kerja dan 15,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

This research is intended to analyze the influence of leadership, compensation and work environment on the performance of personnel of the Directorate of Investigation and Special Crimes of POLA West Sulawesi using a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was all members of the Directorate of Investigation and Special Crime of the West Sulawesi Regional Police, the data of this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with a hypothesis test tool partially using the t test and simultaneously using the f test. The results showed that leadership, compensation and work environment have a positive and partial significant effect on performance, simultaneous hypothesis testing also proves that compensation leadership and work environment together have an effect on performance

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) Pengaruh Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Karier, Kompetensi serta sistem informasi SDM berpengaruh secara parsial dan Simultan terhadap peningkatan Kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan di Kepulauan Selayar., 2) Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan Kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan di Kepulauan Selayar. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan pada pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan di Kepulauan Selayar pada bulan November 2020 sampai Februari 2021. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan di Kepulauan Selayar berjumlah 57 orang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh jumlah populasi, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Total sampling, (sensus) sebanyak 57 orang Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan di Kepulauan Selayar. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruh Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Karir, Kompetensi dan Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan di Kepulauan Selayar, 2) Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Karir, Kompetensi dan Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia secara simultan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan di Kepulauan Selayar, dan 3) Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Karir (X1) merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan di Kepulauan Selayar.
