Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa apakah sama kinerja Saham dengan menggunakan Parameter Laba Akuntansi dan Economic Value Added (EVA) dalam bentuk Indeks Treynor dan Indeks Sharpe pada Saham PT.Telkom,Tbk .Dari analisis Economic Value Added menghasilkan nilai yang positif, ini menandakan bahwa tingkat pengembalian yang dihasilkan melebihi tingkat biaya modal atau tingkat pengembalian yang diminta oleh investor atas investasi yang dilakukannya, keadaan menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan berhasil menciptakan nilai bagi pemilik modal, konsisten dengan tujuan untuk memaksimunkan nilai perusahaan.Dari analisis beda kinerja dihasilkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan dalam mengukur kinerja saham antara parameter Laba EVA dengan Laba Akuntansi. Baik kinerja saham yang terukur dari risiko pasar maupun yang terukur dengan risiko individu saham yang ditandai dengan parameter indeks Sharpe, dan indeks Treynor tetap menunjukkan adanya perbedaan

Abstract

The objectives of the study are to measure and analyze the influence of the strategic planning and culture on the performance of company. The study indicates that the strategic environment has a positive but insignificant influence on the strategic planning of the company. However, the strategic environment has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the company in the region. The strategic environment therefore has a positive but insignificant influence on the company performance through strategic planning. Culture has a positive and significant influence on both the strategic planning and the performance of the company. Therefore, culture has a direct as well as indirect influence on the performance of the company in through strategic planning.

Abstract

This research aims to know (1) the effect of leader personal characteristic toward work satisfaction, work motivation and perfromance of employee both direct or indirect; (2) the effect of leader individual competention toward work satisfaction, work motivation and performance of employee both direct or indirect; (3) the effect of leadership attitude toward work satisfaction, work motivation, and performance of employee both direct or indirect ; (4) the effect of communication capability toward work satisfaction, work motivation and performance of employee both direct or indirect; (5) the effect of work satisfaction toward work motivation and performance of employee both direct or indirect; and (6) the effect of work motivation toward performance of employee of BPR in South Sulawesi. Data used in this research are primary data which collected by 220 person taken as samples. The data collected were then analyzed by confirmatory factor and model verification by using structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis, and the results were then justified. The Result of the research showed that: (1) The personal characteristic has positive effect and significant influence toward the work employee satisfaction and motivation, but it was not significant to employee performance, (2) The individual competency of leader has positive effect and significant toward the satisfaction, motivation work and performance of employee, (3) The leadership attitude has positive effect and significant influence toward the satisfaction, motivation work and performance of employee, (4) The communication ability of leader has positive effect and significant toward the work satisfaction, motivation and performance of employee, (5) The motivation work has positive effect and significant toward the employee performance of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) in South Sulawesi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously toward the employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in Barru (2) the most dominant variable affects employee performance. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with descriptive explanatory research. The research took place at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in Barru for 3 months. The population in this research was 81 employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in Barru. The sample is the entire population taken as a sample. Thus the number of samples is equal to the total population (census or saturated sample) so that a sample of 81 employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The data analysis method used was a multiple linear regression model. The results show that (1) work discipline, work motivation, and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously affect the employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in Barru (2) work discipline is the most dominant variable that affects employee performance.

Abstract

The research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work spirit, leadership style, and work motivation on the performance of the employees of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Barru. This type of research is quantitative research with survey methods. This research was conducted at the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Barru, with research time from September to November 2019. The population in this study were all employees at the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan ruang Kabupaten Barru as many as 81 people. Sampling of this study was carried out using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was an influence of morale, leadership style, and work motivation on the performance of the employees of the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Barru. There is an influence between work enthusiasm, leadership style and motivation together on the performance of the employees of the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Barru. The most dominant motivational variable influences the performance of the employees of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Barru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the direct and indirect effects of video advertising and social media content through brand awareness toward purchase interest in the GoFood application in Makassar City. In this study, the researchers used descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 95 users of the GoFood application in Makassar City, determining the sample based on the Hair formula where the sample size was 5-10 times the number of indicators. This study used 19 indicators at times 5 so that the number of samples becomes 95. The sampling technique used random sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The data analysis technique in this study was Partial Least Square using the Smart PLS application. The results of this study indicate that (1) Video advertising has an effect toward purchase intention (2) Social media content has no effect toward purchase intention (3) Video advertising through brand awareness has an effect toward purchase interest (4) Social media content through brand awareness has an effect toward purchase interest (5) Brand awareness affects purchase interest in the GoFood application in Makassar City.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research that uses a survey method with a questionnaire data collection tool. This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work culture on employee productivity through service quality at the Department of Public Works, Spatial Planning, Housing and Settlement Areas of Takalar Regency. The population in this study were employees of the Department of Public Works, Spatial Planning, Housing and Settlement Areas of Takalar Regency, amounting to 79, while the sampling technique was based on the saturated sample method so that the sample obtained was 79 respondents. Data analysis used is path analysis using SmartPls 3.0 software. The results of the study indicate that (1) Competence and work culture have a direct influence on service quality. (2) Competence, work culture, and service quality have a direct influence on employee productivity. (3) Competence and work culture have an indirect influence on employee productivity by being mediated by service quality

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Competence, awareness. training, infrastructure, and work environment on Employee Performance at the Investment Service, Integrated One Stop Service and Manpower This research uses survey method. Implemented at the Investment Office, one-stop service and Barru Regency Manpower. The time of the study was November to December 2019. The population in this study were all employees of the Office of Investment, one-stop Services and the Labor of Barru Regency, as many as 50 people. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique (census) in which all populations in this study were sampled. The sample used in this study was 50 people. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that there was a significant influence and positive direction betwee the variables of competence, awareness, training, infrastructure, and work environment partially and simultaneously on improving employee performance at the Office of Investment, One Stop Services and Workforce and the most dominant variables influential is the employee's work environment variable at the Office of Investment, One Stop Integrated Services and Labor Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi, kesadaran. pelatihan, infrastruktur, dan lingkungan kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal, Pelayanan Terpadu satu Pintu Dan Tenaga Kerja Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Penanaman modal, Pelayanan satu pintu dan Tenaga Kerja kabupatee n Barru, sebanyak 50 orang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus) yaitu semua populasi dalam penelitian ini dijadikan sampel. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 50 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Terdapat pengaruh yang cukup signifikan dan arahnya positif antara variable kompetensi, kesadaran, pelatihan, infrastruktur, dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal, Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Tenaga Kerja serta Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh adalah variabel lingkungan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal, Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Tenaga Kerja

Abstract

The aim of the research was to determine inThe influence of Education and Training, Motivation and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament. The method used in the research was quantitative with associative explanative survey study type. The research was conducted in Pinrang regency and the population were employees at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament. The sample was obtained by census technique, which took a total population of 45 employees. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and regression analysis to determine the description and influence between variables. This study uses three independent variables namely: education and training (X1), work motivation (X2), and work culture (X3) while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The results indicated that the influence of Education and Training, Motivation and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament. The results of the regression analysis showed a significant influence between the independent variables namely: education and training (X1), work motivation (X2), and work culture (X3) with the dependent variable namely: namely employee performance (Y). The biggest influence occurred on the education and training variable (X1), namely 48.5%, followed by work motivation variable (X2) by 31.8%, and the smallest was the work culture variable (X3) by 28.6%. Simultaneously, there is a significant and positive influence between education and training, motivation and work culture on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament by 65.6% while the remaining 34.4% is influenced by other factors that are not the object of research.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Kepemimpinan,Kompetensi Dan Motivasi Aparat secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial), dan bersama-sama (simultan) dan variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Dilaksanakan pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru. Waktu penelitian adalah bulan Oktober sampai November 2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru, sebanyak 52 orang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus) yaitu semua populasi dalam penelitian ini dijadikan sampel. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 96 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkanhasil perhitungan nilai thitung dan ttabel. Nilai ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% adalah 1,66. Dengan demikian, nilai thitung2,503> ttabel 1,66. Hasil pengujian ini menginterpretasikan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja pada taraf signifikansi 5%.Artinya hipotesis dapat diterima dan nilai Fhitung 3,012 lebih besar dari nilai Ftabel 2,70. serta Motivasi kerja, paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap efektivita sebanyak 52.8% Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru.
