This study aims to analyze the concept of educational leadership according to Ibn Khaldun and explore its relevance to the development of contemporary Islamic educational institution management. This study uses a qualitative method with a library research approach, through a review of Ibn Khaldun's al-Muqaddimah and the latest scientific literature from 2019–2025 related to Islamic education management, transformative leadership, and spiritual values in education. The results show that Ibn Khaldun places leadership as a major factor in the formation of civilization ('umran) and emphasizes that education is the main means of shaping civilized human beings. This study concludes that the application of Ibn Khaldun's leadership values can strengthen Islamic education management towards an adaptive, ethical, and sustainable system. The practical implication is that Islamic educational institutions need to develop a value-based management system and a collaborative organizational culture to face the challenges of the digital era without losing their spiritual identity.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja kebutuhan dan strategi yang baik dan benar bagi anak-anak yang memiliki gangguan dalam penglihatan, pendengaran, dan lainnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur. Kajian literatur ini merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan sumber-sumber data yang berkaitan dengan topik tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dalam mengajarkan anak berkebutuhan khusus harus memenuhi kebutuhan yang diperlukannya agar dapat menyesuaikan bahan atau cara pembelajaran pada anak berkebutuhan khusus sesuai dengan disabilitas yang di sandangnya.

This study aims to describe the macro context of QRIS development and UMKM digitalization, link it to KKN program practices, and identify QRIS implications for local economic independence in Sempajaya Village, while providing practical recommendations for effective KKN mentoring models. It employs a descriptive qualitative approach with strategic case studies on two UMKM sites (mie sop stall and kede), using passive participant observation over 2 days, structured observation sheets, semi-structured interviews, secondary data from sales documents, and Miles-Huberman analysis for data reduction, display, and verification. Key results show 70 UMKM routinely using QRIS post-program, a 40% rise in non-cash transactions, transaction time reduced from 30 to under 10 seconds, 50% fewer calculation errors, and 25-30% income increase with improved financial inclusion.

Islamic education as one of the recognized scientific disciplines and has attracted the interest of the participants, especially for students who want to study it seriously. However, this field of study and discipline is not fast enough in its development, when compared to the number of other fields of Islamic studies. Even so, the portrait of Islamic education can actually be described in various perspectives. For example, from the educational perspective of Naquib al-Attas. This study aims to explore the educational concept of Naquib Al Attas in terms of the meaning and purpose of education, curriculum and educational methods as well as the authority and role of the teacher. The research uses a descriptive approach. This is done to be able to reveal the concept of education in Naquib Al Attas' thought based on reading related books and articles. The results of this study indicate that the thoughts of Naquib Al Attas tend to be selectively reconstructive which seeks to present an integrated Islamic education system. While in the Al Attas Curriculum seeks to integrate Science (Fardhu Ain and Fardu Kifayah), so the method used is the cultivation of Adab (Faith-Science-Charity).

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas program unggulan di MIS Hidayatussalam Kabupaten Deli Serdang dalam menghadapi tantangan era Revolusi Industri 5.0 pada anak usia dasar. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa program seperti Outing Class, Market Day, dan Pengembangan Diri mampu menumbuhkan karakter dan keterampilan abad 21. Namun, integrasi teknologi masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan infrastruktur digital dan pelatihan guru guna mewujudkan pendidikan berbasis nilai keislaman yang adaptif terhadap era digital. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan 5.0, MIS Hidayatussalam, Anak Usia Dasar, Outing Class, Market Day, Pengembangan Diri.

Reading ability is a fundamental literacy skill that determines students' success in participating in the learning process. However, some lower-grade students continue to experience difficulties in beginning reading, which may hinder their academic development. This study aimed to analyze the forms of reading difficulties and the internal and external factors contributing to reading difficulties among second-grade students at SD IT Tahfizhil Qur'an Yayasan Islamic Center. The study employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. The primary participants consisted of six second-grade students identified as experiencing reading difficulties, while supporting informants included the classroom teacher, tahfiz teacher, principal, and students' parents. Participants were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, documentation, and reading assessments. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, including data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data credibility was ensured through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and member checking. The findings revealed that students experienced difficulties in recognizing and distinguishing similar letters, combining letters into syllables, reading words fluently and accurately, and comprehending simple texts. Internal factors contributing to these difficulties included low concentration, limited learning motivation, inadequate mastery of letter-sound correspondence, and low self-confidence. External factors comprised limited parental assistance, inadequate reading materials and literacy habits at home, insufficient individual guidance in the classroom, limited variation in instructional media, and a less conducive classroom environment. The study concludes that reading difficulties are multidimensional and require comprehensive interventions through early assessment, systematic beginning-reading instruction, individualized assistance, varied learning media, and collaborative partnerships among teachers, schools, and parents to improve students' foundational literacy skills.
