Abstract

The research problems are include (1)  How is the cooperative model type talking stick which is helped multimedia quiz creator to improve the senior high school students? folklore attentive skill. (2) how is the principles of cooperative model type talking stick development which is helped by multimedia quiz creator to improve the  senior high school students? folklore attentive skill. This research uses research and development design (R&D), this research developes model which  have been exist that is cooperative model type talking stick into cooperative model type talking stick which is helped by multimedia quiz creator. The results of the researches are : (1) the teacher and students? need toward to cooperative model type talking stick which is helped by multimedia quiz creator. (2) cooperative model type talking stick priciples are (a) innovative learning strategy, (b) innovative learning media, (c) assessment. Masalah penelitian meliputi (1) bagaimanakah kebutuhan model kooperatif tipe tongkat bicara berbantuan multimedia kuis kreator untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak cerita rakyat peserta didik SMA; (2)  bagaimanakah prinsip-prinsip model kooperatif tipe tongkat bicara berbantuan multimedia kuis kreator untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak cerita rakyat peserta didik SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Research and Development (R&D). Penelitian ini mengembangkan model yang sudah ada yaitu model kooperatif tipe tongkat bicara menjadi model kooperatif tipe tongkat bicara berbantuan multimedia kuis kreator untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak cerita rakyat peserta didik SMA.Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) kebutuhan guru dan peserta didik terhadap model kooperatif tipe tongkat bicara berbantuan multimedia kuis kreator (2) prinsip-prinsip model kooperatif tipe tongkat bicara berbantuan multimedia kuis kreator, yaitu: (a) strategi pembelajaran inovatif, (b) media pembelajaran inovatif, (c) penilaian.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus dan setiap siklus  dilaksanakan  tiga  kali  pertemuan  layanan.  Digunakan  dua  siklus  supaya  dapat diketahui dengan pasti peningkatan motivasi belajar dalam memahami layanan bimbingan kelompok. Tujuan  dilakukannya  penelitian  tindakan  bimbingan konseling  ini  (PTBK)  adalah untuk  meningkatkan  motivasi   belajar  melalui  layanan   bimbingan   kelompok.  Subjek penelitian ini yaitu peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa melalui layanan bimbingan konseling. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa dengan model layanan   dengan pendekatan bimbingan kelompok, dapat meningkatkan  motivasi belajar siswa, yang  dibuktikan  dengan hasil  belajar  di  setiap  aspek  pengamatan,  tindakan    sehingga  mengalami  peningkatkan motivasi   belajar  di setiap   siklus dan setiap akhir pertemuan layanan.   Untuk   motivasi belajar pada siklus I menunjukan peningkatan  dari siklus I hanya 12,7 dengan kriteria sangat kurang menjadi rata-rata peningkatannya   36,7 dengan kriteria baik walaupun masih ada beberapa siswa belum mempunyai motivasi mencapai kriteria baik maka akan dilakukan bimbingan secara klinis untuk menemukan masalah yang dihadapi siswa sehingga motivasi siswa dapat meningkat dalam mengikuti pembelajaran.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aimed to describe the writing of the circular and the notice of Kubu Raya District Education Office by Minister of National Education Republic of Indonesia Number 42 of 2006 on the use of the form / layout of letters, parts of letters, and the language of the letter. The method used is descriptive method. The data source of this research is to document the circular and the notice of the Department of Education Kubu Raya. Data collection techniques used is documentation. The results of data analysis on aspects of builders circulars and announcements covering letter writing letterhead, opening mail, letter, cover letters, and the language of the letter can be concluded that the writing circular and the notice of Kubu Raya District Education Office in 2008 to 2010 have not shown optimal results. In this case, aspects that need to be considered, especially aspects of the form of letters, parts of the letter (letterhead, opening mail, letter and cover letter), and the language letter.        Keywords: Circular, Letter Announcements, Permendiknas.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada pembelajaran menulis karangan sederhana menggunakan media gambar berseri di kelas III SDN 20 Sungai Kunyit Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif untuk mendapatkan hal “Peningkatan hasil belajar pada pembelajaran menulis karangan sederhana menggunakan media gambar berseri di kelas III SDN 20 Sungai Kunyit”. Penelitian ini melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan tahapan refleksi. Hasil temuannya adalah terjadinya peningkatan Kemampuan guru menyusun rencana pembelajaran menulis karangan sederhana menggunakan gambar berseri pada IPKG 1 pada siklus I yaitu 2,85 pada siklus II yaitu 3,73. Kemampuan guru melaksanakan pembelajaran menulis karangan  sederhana menggunakan gambar berseri dari IPKG 2 pada siklus I yaitu 2,67 pada siklus II yaitu 3,78. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa menulis karangan menggunakan gambar berseri dilihat pada hasil belajar dengan rata-rata siklus I yaitu 76,39 % pada siklus II dengan rata-rata yaitu 86,39 % dengan kategori sangat baik sekali. Kata Kunci: Menulis Karangan,  Media Gambar Berseri Abstract : This study aims to improve learning outcomes in learning to write simple essays using media images beamed in class III SDN 20 River Turmeric method used is descriptive method to get things "Improving learning outcomes in learning to write simple essays using media images beamed in class III SDN 20 Turmeric river ". This study through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The findings are the increased ability of teachers to plan learning to write simple essays using the images beamed at IPKG 1 in the first cycle is 2.85 in the second cycle at 3.73. The ability of teachers to implement learning to write simple essays using radiant image of IPKG 2 in the first cycle is 2.67 in the second cycle is 3.78. Improving student learning outcomes write essays using radiant image seen on the results of learning with an average cycle I is 76.39% in the second cycle with an average of 86.39% with a category that is very good at all. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose ofthis research is to examine and analyze the effect of capital structure on dividend policy. The population of this study are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which have complete data on the Debt Equity Ratio and Dividend Payout Ratio for 5consecutive years (2015-2019). This type of research variable data is secondary data obtained by documentation techniques sourced from ICMD. Methods of data analysis using regression. The result of research that have been carried out show that capital structure has a significant effect on dividend policy.Key Words: Capital Structure, Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Dividend Policy, Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction, to analyze the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty, and to analyze the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with SmartPLS software. The population in this study were bank customers using e-banking in Tangerang. The sample in this study was taken from the existing population. and at least have used a bank in the form of sms banking, call banking, ATM, and internet banking. The technique for taking the sample is using a non-probability sampling technique, in this case judgment sampling, which is a convenience sampling form. Thus, the number of samples in this study were 500 respondents who had used e-banking services. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction, there is a positive and significant relationship between service quality and customer loyalty, there is a positive and significant relationship between customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This learning skill is a thing that supports the implementation of a good learning process. Monotonous learning will be difficult to accept, this causes students to be lazy to do assignments because of the applied education system. This study aims to analyze the comparison of interest and science processes and to determine the relationship between students' interest and science process skills between women and men in science subjects. The method in this research is comparative quantitative data analysis. Where comparative is research that compares two or more variables. The results of this study are the t-test of students' science process skills on science lessons for both female and male students, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the science process skills of class VII A and class VII B students. Class VII A and class VII B students. Science process skills In science subjects for class VII A, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between interest and science process skills between female and male students as well as in grades VII A and B. This research is very important to do because there are not many studies that compare the interests and skills of the science process with several tests that are used. It is very useful to know about the comparison of interests and skills of the science process in each class and the comparison of indicators that will be used.

Abstract

The main problem in learning science is shaping students' interests, attitudes and science process skills. This study aims to analyze the comparison and relationship of interests, attitudes and science process skills in science learning in two schools. This research method is quantitative with comparative type. The number of respondents as a sample is 140 students. The data collection technique used purposive sampling. The results of the study using the t-test that there are significant differences in the indicators of interest, attitude and science process skills of students. The results of the correlation test between interests, attitudes and science process skills in students showed that interests, attitudes and science process skills were interrelated. The limitation of this study is that it only uses two indicators per variable. Where it is better to use several indicators to find out in more detail the influence of the variables of interest, attitude, and science process skills on students. The researcher recommends further research to vary more indicators used in order to find out in more detail the variables studied and the researcher recommends conducting research at the junior high school level.

Abstract

The problem that often occurs in the learning process is the low student learning outcomes. One of the efforts that can be done to overcome these problems is to apply an innovative learning model. One of the learning models that can be implemented in the learning process is the cooperative learning model. This study aims to analyze student responses to the process skills of the jigsaw and STAD learning models in mathematics. This study is research with a quantitative approach and uses a comparative method. The data collection process was carried out using the observation method, with 144 elementary school students as respondents. The data analysis process was carried out descriptively using the SPSS 25.0 application. The results showed that the student's response to the process skills of the learning model in mathematics learning was quite good, judging from the comparison of each student's data between the jigsaw and STAD learning models. So, it can be concluded that there is a relationship and comparison of the two learning models applied in schools. The results of this study are expected to contribute ideas for knowledge and education as well as provide an overview of the learning model and teaching process skills in mathematics subjects.
