Abstract

PT Indonesia Epson Industry faces the challenge of increasing employee loyalty and engagement to support the company's performance. Employee Branding and Employee Engagement are considered important factors in creating a positive work environment and increasing employees' Net Promoter Score (NPS). This study aims to explore the relationship between Employee Branding and Employee Engagement on employee NPS in PT. Indonesia Epson Industry, as well as providing strategic recommendations to improve company loyalty and performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. The number of samples in this study was 150 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression through SmartPLS software. The results show that Employee Branding has a significant influence on Employee Engagement  and employee NPS. In addition, Employee Engagement has also been proven to have a significant influence on NPS. The study found that an effective Employer Branding strategy and a high employee engagement rate can significantly increase an employee's NPS, which reflects their loyalty and desire to recommend the company as a place to work. Employee Branding and Employee Engagement play an important role in increasing employee NPS at PT. Indonesia Epson Industry. For this reason, companies are advised to strengthen these two strategies by improving internal communication, providing more transparent rewards, and creating an inclusive work environment that supports the career development of employees.

Abstract

Learning physics mathematics is one of the subjects in the physics education study program at the University of Jambi. Based on the results of the questionnaire, students' needs regarding learning mathematics and physics are considered difficult to understand the material taught by lecturers. This is due to the less varied teaching materials and the books used are only sourced from the book Mathematical Methods in Physics written by Mary L. Boas with a thickness of 839 pages consisting of 15 chapters with the language used in English. This is why this research was conducted with the aim of being able to help students with problems when learning mathematics and physics, especially in the material of coordinate transformation using e-modules created using Flip PDF Professional software. The method used is a mixed method with an explanatory design where quantitative data in the form of questionnaire results are strengthened by qualitative data in the form of interviews. Based on the research results, the existence of e-modules can be an alternative in learning that can be used by lecturers and students who are used for independent study with a flexible design that can be used.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine student responses to process skills on jigsaw and STAD learning models for mathematics subjects. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 04/I Sungai Ruan Ilir and SD Negeri 52/I Kilangan II in Batanghari district. The method in this research is comparative quantitative data analysis, where comparative is research that compares two or more variables. The result of this research is that there is a hypothesis test result (T) which shows that there are differences in the jigsaw learning model at SD Negeri 04/I Sungai Ruan Ilir and SD Negeri 52/I Kilangan II in Batanghari district on Mathematics. Furthermore, it was found that there were differences in the learning model of student team achievement divisions (STAD) at SD Negeri 04/I Sungai Ruan Ilir and SD Negeri 52/I Kilangan II in Batanghari district regarding Mathematics. So it can be concluded that there is a comparison between 2 elementary schools on process skills in the jigsaw and STAD learning models on mathematics subjects

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how mathematical process skills influence the cooperation of high class students on acceleration and discharge material. This type of research uses mixed methods with an explanatory design. The sample for this research was 18 high school students at 4 different elementary schools. The collection used a random sampling technique. The instruments used in this research are a questionnaire sheet and observation sheet with cooperative characters as basic indicators and mathematical process skills as integrated indicators. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics and using regression tests for cooperative characters and mathematical process skills. This study confirms that mathematical process skills have an impact on students' cooperative character. This is proven by a sig (2-failed) value < 0.05. It can be concluded from the results of the table that the four schools have a regression influence on mathematical process skills with a cooperative character on mathematics learning regarding measurement and discharge material.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan upaya penting untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kemandirian ekonomi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan inovasi pengolahan ikan patin menjadi nugget sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah produk perikanan dan menciptakan peluang ekonomi bagi masyarakat. Program Kandidat Sarjana Mengabdi – Tematik (KSM-T) yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa Universitas Islam Malang bertujuan untuk melatih masyarakat dalam pembuatan nugget patin, meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai manfaat gizi ikan patin, serta memberikan strategi pemasaran produk. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan praktis pembuatan nugget, penyuluhan gizi ikan patin, serta pelatihan pemasaran produk yang mencakup teknik promosi dan distribusi. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa 80% peserta pelatihan berhasil membuat nugget patin dengan kualitas yang memadai, serta menciptakan produk inovatif yang dapat dipasarkan. Dengan adanya inovasi nugget patin, masyarakat tidak hanya mendapatkan sumber pendapatan tambahan, tetapi juga meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya diversifikasi produk perikanan. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan masyarakat yang berkelanjutan dan berkontribusi pada peningkatan ekonomi lokal, serta memberikan potensi pengembangan usaha jangka panjang dengan dukungan pelatihan lanjutan dan akses pasar yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Selama ini siswa SMK merasa fobia dan tidak bersemangat dalam belajar matematika. Padahal hampir seluruh mata pelajaran membutuhkan matematika dalam penyelesaiannya. Dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa, maka perlu diupayakan suatu pembelajaran yang dapat mengaitkan isi materi matematika dengan permasalahan sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu diadakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang menerapkan model pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada Vocational Skill dengan pendekatan kontekstual di kelas XII Perbankan SMKN 1 Panji Situbondo. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles-Huberman, yaitu tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi data. Dalam penelitian ini, materi anuitas yang diajarkan dirancang sedemikian rupa sehingga terlihat dengan jelas keterkaitannya dengan masalah kejuruan siswa (Perbankan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran anuitas yang berorientasi pada Vocational Skill dengan pendekatan kontekstual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar, aktivitas, dan pemahaman siswa tentang materi yang disampaikan.

Abstract

The research is aim to describe the distance learning implementation of MA Kholafiyah Hasaniyah, its constraint factors, and its impact of the learning to the students self motivated learning.  The research method is descriptive qualitative of embedded case study research in order to gather relevan data. Data collection technique is interview, observation, and documentation. The informant is the management, the teachers, and the students of MA Kholafiyah Hasaniyah. The research finding is; (1) There are some paces of distrance learning implementation of MA Kholafiyah Hasaniyah that are training program (preparation), offline learning, online learning, and home visit, and evaluation in the form of formative test, self assignment, amount of tutorial participation, and final/middle examination (PAS/PTS). (2) The constraint factors of MA Kholafiyah Hasaniyah distrance learning implementation are: low students ICT literacy, limited access to the internet, students low in self motivation and achievement, and limited of learning facilities. (3) Distance learning  process of MA Kholafiyah Hasaniyah have no sufficient impact to the students self motivated learning, which d by; (a) limited capability of self regulation in learning such as time management, learning strategy, and important critical learning activities as reading, summarizing, note taking is not well programming, (b) low learning responsibility of the students in self evaluation, reflection, problem solving, and regulating learning process, and (c) limited learning resources utilization of the students.

Abstract

Peran modal ventura sebagai katalisator dalam pengembangan industri keuangan di Indonesia merupakan aspek kritikal yang mendukung inovasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Melalui studi kasus terhadap bank dan lembaga keuangan, penelitian ini mengungkapkan bagaimana modal ventura tidak hanya menyediakan pendanaan, tapi juga memperkuat ekosistem keuangan dengan memfasilitasi transfer pengetahuan, meningkatkan kapasitas inovasi, dan memperluas akses ke jaringan global. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya strategi kolaboratif antara pemangku kepentingan dalam sektor keuangan untuk memaksimalkan dampak modal ventura terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif serta berkelanjutan di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study originated from the reality on the SDN 11 Luhak Nan Duo, students have difficulty learning because learning IPS,IPS Teachers have been using a variety of learning activities in the IPS. For that class action research conducted using direct teaching approach. Pendektan used in this study is Kualikatif and quantitative approach to research design class action. Subjects were Fourth Grade Students of SDN 11 Luhak Nan Duo procedures performed research planning, implementation, observation and reference. The results I encounter I RPP cycle 62%, 63% Teacher aspects, aspects of students 61%, 65.99 learning outcomes. I Cycle 2 meeting RPP 81%, 78% Teacher aspects, aspects of students 76%, 80 learning outcomes. In the second cycle RPP 87%, 93% Teacher aspects, aspects of students 91%, 81.57 learning outcomes. Kata kunci : Hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS

Abstract

The study of Al-Qur’an Hadith is essential in developing students' foundational knowledge of religion and nurturing their moral values from an early stage. However, low motivation among Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) students in engaging with this subject remains a significant challenge for educators. This study aims to theoretically examine the effectiveness of the reward and punishment method in enhancing students' learning motivation in Al-Qur’an Hadith lessons. Using a qualitative approach through library research, data were collected from academic journals, educational books, and relevant research findings. The results indicate that rewards such as verbal praise, symbolic awards, and positive reinforcement significantly increase student enthusiasm and engagement. On the other hand, mild punishments like warnings or reminders help develop discipline without reducing intrinsic motivation. This study highlights that a balanced implementation of rewards and punishments can serve as an effective pedagogical strategy to improve student participation in Al-Qur’an Hadith learning. Future studies are encouraged to integrate parental involvement and interactive learning methods to further enhance educational outcomes.
